Such a line I have never seen in my life, even a line that does not open the Internet page . There seems to be an internet company all over the world like BSNL whose service is so bad that it cannot be expressed in language. And a third class company that doesn't reply properly, I don't know when I will get a reply to this message, maybe by then my recharge pack will run out. Please give me the resolution. I would like the solution to be given to me as soon as possible, even if appropriate steps are taken for it. Please find the attachment.

      My network was disconnected due to non payment of bill.
      I paid the bill using my debit card. Amount got deducted but no bill was paid.
      The bill still shows the same amount.
      I called the customer care, they asked me to wait for 3days, but still nothing happened.

        Hi Team,
        I raised a complaint online on 9th Dec 2021 to BNSL for the removal of the Dummy POLE that is causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents of the colony as there are open/cut wires. The Online Service Docket Number is BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-33827 .
        On 21st Dec BSNL sent two officers along with the line man to check and confirm that there are no active BSNL telephone connections on the pole and the lineman Ramesh confirmed that this pole has no active connection and can be removed.
        I am being told by the officers that I need to remove the pole by myself on my own money as the government has no labors/funds to do so.
        They suggest I ask the contractor who is working on the sewage n water pipeline n laying new concrete road to remove the pole using a JCB ( to which they declined and asked to contact BNSL). However, they should do it only after I inform your officers n lineman and that they are present in the location.
        Why should I be getting the work done? I never had a BSNL connection and I am being forced to do it all by myself at my own cost.
        Can you advise on this please to get it removed?

                I Venkatesh K made payment to BSNL for a new connection on 6th November 2019 through GPay to Mr Sudhakar who is JTO at the branch and I got the number allotted and till date we have got the connection and there no proper response from the branch and from customer care people are disconnecting the call in between without providing the solution, requesting to provide me with the solution below are the details

                  My bsnl number is [protected], and [protected]. internet is not working from 2 days.if works internet speed less than 2g. whenever we tried to call 1503 bsnl customer care, they always said our system is not working call after 2 hours and disconnected the call rudely. if my bsnl internet don't work after this complain too. I will think to port my numbers and all bsnl family numbers into other networks.

                          As I have already paid all my due amount, then why its showing uncleared amount.
                          I paid full amount in september and its still reflecting in my civil.
                          I have all proof.

                          One of your employee told us to pay the same amount.
                          Now no one is responding, whenever I call customer care, it shows my contact number is wrong, what the lazy system you are using.

                          I will share all the details on twitter
                          And will prove that how your company and your company employees making the customer fool, and giving metal stress.

                          I am again attaching the details, and conversation screen shot with your employee, who told me to provide noc in 10 days, and that commitment done in september 2021, now its 2022.

                          I am waiting noc from 4 month, and yes one more thing, I am.continuing receiving legal notice from your side.

                          Which is giving mental harrasment in from of my father.

                            I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

                            Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                            Request for upc for your mobile no. 98xxxxxxx could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                            Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                            Reason is technical issue/server problem.

                            Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                            To whom i have to approach now.?
                            Kindly take necessary action to provide UPC for MNP

                              Recharge amount not reflecting in mobile number

                              I have recharged BSNL mobile number of Rs.220 through phonePay . Transaction was successful and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. Even after 24 hours, it is not reflected in the mobile number and still cannot make an outgoing call or sms. Wrote an email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but still no response. Tried to contact the customer care but call is not connecting due to zero account balance.

                              Im not getting my UPC code. I am constantly getting messages like "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."
                              "Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time."
                              I have tried again and again but constantly getting this message. I want to PORT my mobile no. To Airtel ASAP. But im not getting my UPC code. Its costing me 1.50rs per message of PORT to 1900 .. im being exploited.

                                I made my recharge through google pay and the status i could see is operator confirmation is pending from operator end.. Recharge has been made 24 hours ago and still it doesn't reflect.. . Its an incovinience to its customers and it is not the first time too.. Kindly process the transaction and confirm as soon as possible.

                                  When I try to register myself into bsnltunes.co.in, it says :

                                  Registration Request Failed.

                                  Please help to fix this !!

                                  Also, How can I open the "My BSNL Tunes" application; it asks for my mobile number but never sends the OTP. So, how can I login into it. I have recharged my number with the 1999/- pack. But if I cannot set BSNL tunes, then it's a real problem with BSNL.

                                  Help to resolve this kind of issues.

                                    I have been reporting a problem with the broadband connection ever since it was installed. The local support company has tried everything saying it will work fine but to no avail. Yesterday I called up helpline to log a complaint. The same evening it was closed as resolved without anyone visiting us. I lodged another complaint yesterday evening and it has been closed as resolved this morning again without any assitance / resolution. Is this a joke???!! Please try and get your act together because you insist on monthly bill payment 10 days before due date which we pay. Your serivice has reached the lowest level possible.
