After that contacted customer care to start DND as following dates
1. On 27 dec 12 at 18:15H vide doc. no. L 27HR304408
2. On 30 dec 12 at 08:35H vide doc. no. L30HR300259
As customer care assured that I will received a message for start DND service within 24-48 hours till now i have not received any message from BSNL regarding start DND service.

BSNL Prepaid Services — customer care services and balance deduction

myself Dr Mukesh Rana, Kanpur, UP having bsnl prepaid connection no-[protected] having complain that on 19th march at 9 am i recieved a call from the no-[protected], he was complaing that i have called him around 11:15 in the night of 18.03.09 afterthat i checked my balance it was 0.05 rs, as it was 10rs balance in the night.i got 2nd call from [protected] nd he was having same complain.i was trying to contact customercare nd as usual the reply was this no does not exist.so kindly consider my problem.

BSNL — ANAVAILABLE BALANCE OF MESSAGES

Before some days, the BSNL has given schemes for Free Call and Free Local & STD messeges. One scheme of them was "Recharge with Rs.31 and get 2000 Local SMS &1000 STD SMS." So, near 3rd June, I have Recharged with Rs. 31 to get 2000 Local & 1000 Std SMS after confirming to the Customer Executive caliing on 24365.

From the day of recharge to till today I often call to customer care to know my message balance but every time the customer executive puts me on HOLD to get information and after holding me 4 to 8 minutes he cuts my call. Every next time when I call he says this time your Call won't cut. But he cuts my call. And I tired to call them now, Because every time He insults the Customer and Customer is a human, how many time he will suffer his insult like this. And till today I don't know how many messages company gave me & how many messages left in my account. I have recording of this Call as a proof.

Sir, I trust you. And I hope You will help the Customer. So, please please please Sir, do actions as soon as you can... Because I am not the only customer who is suffering from this problem but may be there are a no. of customers who are suffering from this problem..

bsnl telecom prepaid service — unwanted deduction in balance from user

Respected Sir,
I am a bsnl prepaid user from the last three years and my phone number is [protected]. about a week earlier thirty(30) rupees balance from my number has been deducted without my permission and i was informed later through a message that "love alert" has been activated.
Wonderful thing is that toay on 27th of jan i got another message"missu alert" has baan activated and 30 rupees again deducted from the available balance.While contacting customer care no. there is no response,if this kind of problem occurs continue user won't anymore believe on the service of this company. So, please take action on above complain .
my cell no. is [protected] my GPRS data was valid balance was available till today also available GPRS balance, but 25th december 2012 morning when i was browsing and downloading suddenly browsing and downloading stop then that time i see that my talk time balance is nil.. i had call to BSNL customer care they said that this day is blackout therefor balance has been zero zero. what should i do...

    I recently took a new land line connection from BSNL having no-2337650.But within few days after activation ,the phone has gone dead.
    I complained about it through bsnl customer care .Though they provided me a docket number-[protected] dt.[protected] but till date the phone is dead.I had even talked about the matter to THE NODAL OFFICER AT DIBRUGARH but of no use.And to add to my astonishment , yesterday I received an SMS from Bsnl that my complaint regarding the above mentioned docket number is closed.
    After that i tried to complain the mater to the APPELLATE AUTHORITY,GUWAHATI AT NUMBER 1094 but no one received my call.

    SIR,THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I AM FACING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.WHAT SURPRISES ME IS THAT "ALL THE CUSTOMER CARE CENTERS,NUMBERS OF VARIOUS NODAL OFFICERS, APPELLATE AUTHORITY ARE SIMPLY FOR DISPLAY AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO IN REALITY."

    I DO THINK I HAVE DONE A VERY BIG MISTAKE BY TAKING A NEW LAND LINE CONNECTION FROM BSNL.

    Sir, if you are not able to solve my dead phone complaint so please immediate disconnect my telephone and make a bill with waiver. Than I will be take another service provider.

      1. I am a army officer who has just been posted to pune. I had applied for a BSNL land line connection with broadband facility on 22/23 november 2012.the response at bsnl office, Bhavani peth pune was encouraging. I was given a regd no as su[protected].

      2. Though the paraphernalia required to instal a connection is already existing at place of my residence( (as the occupant before me also had a landline connection), I was assured that the given connection will be provided in 10 working days.I chose the plan of Rs 850/-, i was told that i need to procure own hand set and modem for the same ( but mentioned that it would be provided free of cost if i continue the plan for six months). i procured the same

      3. I called bsnl office again as no one turned up even after 15 days. the contact no of Mr N B Tengle ([protected])was provided to speak on any problem. After assuring me that the connection will be provided in two to three days, he again stopped taking my calls. on my repeated calls he told me that i cannot be done and to meet him personally.

      4. On contacting local technician( Mr Yadav/Jadhav) responsible for installing connections, he told me has recieved the order and would place the connection. However he would do so only if he recieves two bottles of liquor from my side. he has visited my place twice but the phone is yet to be installed .

      5. I request you to look into the matter and take the neccesary steps that the users donot face such problems and leash can be tightened upon corrupt officials. i am sure if the can do this type of arm twisting and corruption with a army officer, they must be doing the same with impunity with a common man.

        my name is amit tandel. i have ported in bsnl gujarat for last 15 days and on the same day i have activated 98rs gprs plan. but it is very bad that bsnl apn s bsnlnet and bsnllive are not working properly so that i could not use internet service for a single day. i have come to bsnl only because i can use internet service. ihave lost my 15 days and money without using this service. i have also complained to bsnl customer care regarding it but all in vain. please help me. ........... tahnk you.
        Actually my Intenet Connection is nice at Starting.
        But now its not working.I have given a Complaint too.
        But there is no response. This problem is from one and half year.
        This is my 10th complaint. but they'll say that they 'll repair and given complaint number.
        But After few days the complaint will be closed.
        What should i do.
        Please Advice the BSNL Broadband Service to attend the Complaint

          my bsnl no is [protected] and i am using sony xperia u model i requested bsnl on 1503 many times to send me the Internet setting so that i can use Internet on my mobile phone but irrespective of many calls they did not send me the setting and now their number 1503 does not let me talk to the executive . either they are not on duty or they are not performing their duty seriously. please make me available Internet setting on my mobile phone

            change wll to land line with broadband

            sir,my name is UNNI NAIR P.my connection is under kombidi exchange sub of Mala exchange.
            now i am using wll phone.but I am not able to get Internet with dial up connection. I made so many complaints about this to the concerning authority but they are all helpless. At last i given an application to disconnect Internet connection from my WLL phone on[protected] already disconnected. And given an application for Land line with broadband Internet .MY both children are working abroad so it is very urgent to me get a broadband Internet.I am a senior citizen[1-6-1951]
            So please consider my case sympathetically and alot me a connection immediately.the government of India provided so many special considerations for senior citizens must be taken care off

              i m using bsnl net from last 3 days i have no gprs network when i call on 198 cce say this is only landline n broadband complain desk what i do i m using my college wifi that is limited what i do which sim is better in meerut plz tell me... My number is [protected]

              cell one — bad service

              For last few days (more than a week) there is no network in the DIrang are of aruna chal pradesh. We are virtually off from the rest of the country. During these festive season, we are unable to talk with our near and dear one as both the land and mobile service is not working here. However, the BSNL office of here or Bomdilla are least bothered about it.
              This si not the first time that we r facing such kind of problem. The network iremains out of order for more than a week every month.
              I want to draw the attention to the competent authority regarding this matter.

              BSNL Cellone — bad GPRS services

              The services of BSNL GPRS is very bad from last three monts .
              The downloading speed on PC is 1kbps to 2kbps in the city of ludhiana..
              I have downloaded mobile security application from nokia OVI store, now I have forgoten pas word please help me.

                  I m sushil kumar. I have a bsnl sim. number [protected]. A cricket alert msg. From 52906 is actevate on my number and deduct rupees 3 daily. A complaint number 6282786 is also written in customer care on 30 july 2009. So plz take action on my complaint.

                  BSNL — Unauthorised deduction from original balance

                  A sum of Rs. 30 is being deducted from my prepaid mobile service on account of Beauty Tips without any prior intimation from me. I have complained BSNL customer care, unfortunately no action is being taken by them. Interestingly Beauty Tips in form of service message comes and displays on the screen, it can only read but never saved. No numbers are aslo seen in that particular message's viewing option. How is it possible to do so without obtaining any permisson from consumer ?

                  Rs 42/-(30+12) has been deducted from my BSNL mobile balance on date 30/1/2013 for BSNL tunes where as I have not activated the same.The customer care is blaming me that we have done it from our side.On date 31/1/2013 again Rs 40/- was deducted due to some unknown reasons.It is very difficult to fight with the situations.Kindly help me in this regards.

                    CSC — Landline dead

                    I am residing in Virugambakkam, L&T colony, Chennai.
                    I have registered for a new internet connection on 3rd July 2009. So, for this a landline phone & internet modem should be installed in 4 working days each. However, I had got landline phone set on 10th day and that line is not working from that day. While installing they said a line man will be coming for giving a new line then only the phone will be working.

                    So, I'm waiting for morethan 1 week nobody turned up. After this only they will be bringing internet modem to install. I don;t know for that how many days they will taking.

                      About 18th October - 2012 , I got a SMS : "Thank you for subscribing bhavishyavani pack. Will be charged Rs. 1.00/5 Days."(BP-ONMOBL). I checked my call log and I didn't have any outgoing calls or SMSs that could have subscribed for that. Then for the next few days, the service kept charging me Rs. 1 for 1 day. It said :Dial 1255530/1255599(different numbers in different SMSs) to deactivate.
                      Now, I dialed that number (on of them) for few times in next few days, and the call just ended without any message or tone. Once on calling that number, it said that this number is for only mobile phones (I was calling using BSNL NOIDA sim: [protected]) !!!
                      Other than that I didn't receive any Bhavishyavani SMSs. Instead of those, I was getting BP-OVERSEA SMS, with "shayarees" in it. Then the balance reached to 0. Again when I recharged my phone on 21st November's night, in the morning the balance was deducted by 20 something. I had only Rs. 1.6 left. I tried to call customer care ([protected]/[protected]). But most of the (maybe all) companies charge for only talking to the customer care representative(CCR). Instead of that, the call was charged from the second it got connected. And before I could reach to the CCR, call ended.
                      Now I can't recharge my phone because I don't know when I'll be able to talk to CCR, and before that the "Pack" could get activated resulting in reduced balance. Lost almost Rs. 50-60.
                      I want this pack to be deactivated and the amount charged to be refunded, because I didn't receive any bhavishyavani SMSs at all

                      I am trying to deactivate BV-GBEENT VAS service it is not responding please deactivate & stop deducting Rs.3/- in every 3rd days. My Mobile No. [protected].
                      I got better service now I do not need any more.
                      i am receiving the msg "thanks for renewal to dressing room at..." from 54646 almost everyday since long time and rs. 3/- charged fm main balance. i have complaint in this regard to customer care but still i am receiving the same msg on my mob. no-[protected] and deducting Rs.3/-. Please deactivate and stop deducting rs 3/- everyday.

                        mere pas bsnl mobile no [protected] hai uska last bill 13th April ka sms ka bill Rs.2296/- aa gaya jo bahot over tha, over is liye aaya hai kyu ki mai agar kisi ko 1 sms karta tha to vohi sms 15 se 50 bar repeat hota tha.
                        aur mera sms package hai 100rs me 1250 sms. aur vo bhi kabhi pure nahi hote the.

                        I have been regulary paying my BSNL Telephone Bill for my residential Telephone, No.[protected], installed at B-67, II Floor, Parsv Nath Paradise, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad-201007. For the Bill Of July 2011, a Debit amount of Rs. 5248/ - has been shown, totalling the Monthly Bill to Rs. 6295/- , which I have paid By Ch. No. 608569, of Syndicate Bank, on 30th August 2011. But I am not aware of this Debit amount of Rs. 5248/- plus Taxes , since I have been regulary been paying my Telephone Bill.

                        I AM HAVING A POSTPAID MOBILE CONNECTION SINCE 1993 FROM BSNL-KOLKATA VIDE MOB NO. [protected]. SUDDENLY I FOUND A MESSAGE THAT I HAVE CROSSED THS LIMIT OF RS. 2000/- AND I HAVE DOWNLOADED 11 GB VIA GPRS AND MY CURRENT USAGE IS RS. 4682/- I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE TO INVESTIGATE BUT NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER CAME. I WANT THE PROPER INVESTIGATION TOWARDS THE SAME WITH FULL DETAILS OF THE BILL AS THIS HAS BECOME FIRST TIME. REPEATEDLY MESSAGE IS COMING THAT MY CONNECTION IS GOING TO BE DISCONNECTED. WHY THE ALRAM WAS NOT RAISED AS SOON AS I CROSSED RS. 2000/- IT CAME ONLY AFTER CROSSING RS. 4632/- THIS IS SIMPLY REDICULOUS.

                        My Landline No:[protected] with Broadband connection. I used to get average monthly bill of Rs: 600- during last 7-8 years . For the first time this month I received a bill for Rs: 1900-plus showing the huge usage of Internet.
                        Most of the time I am using my Reliance data card on my laptop and used the said BSNL connection sparingly.
                        On inquiry with accounts in BSNL office near Banashankari Complex, Bangalore they agreed that some new software is in use by them but not accepting my wrong billing and not given convincing proof of over usage .

                        During last 8 years issue of bill for such big amount for the first time shows some fault in billing .

                        Hence please take up the matter and issue genuine bill and also provide me the statement o[censored]sage. .

                            Sir i purchase bsnl evdo device worth Rs1200 on 26/12/2012. They said to me tha evdo signal is available in harrawala dehradun. So I get a device and pugged in on my pc. . But sir when I call to the customer care the they said that evdo signal is not available in harrawala,only 1x signal is available.. Sir they fraud me because they give me wrong information.
                            Sir I want my money because I am student and belong to middle class family. Please sir

                            BSNL — Information given to me was incorrect

                            Hello - I enquired for BSNL combo plan (Broadband + landline). They informed me that there are no installation charges, modem rent is 50Rs/month, no deposit,and no bill for landline (only incoming calls, outgoing will not be available). I got bill 1.5 months after installation where they charged deposit of 500Rs. Again after 15-20 days, I got landline bill of 100Rs/month and modem rent as 80Rs.
                            BSNL cheated me by giving following incorrect details -
                            Deposit, modem rent, landline rent
                            Being a Govt org, no-one is aware of any schemes or where to log complaint. I don't know what to do now.

                              Some service called "Easy Vault" was activated on my no. few months before and my balance was deducted.I asked to customer care about the same but they failed to justify how that service was activated.

                              Again, some other service was activated without my knowledge and my balance was deducted.However, they stopped the service on my request.

                              Now,again third time my balance was deducted by activation of some service and it deactivated only after I requested for the same.

                              However, in all of the above cases I got NO REFUND of my balance which should have been, considering the fact that I did not activate any of the service in any of the above cases.

                                My residential phone no.[protected] was not working since 15th December. I have registered a complaint on 16th from my mob. no. [protected] on BSNL complaint system no. 1500 (docket no [protected]). This docket was closed immediately without rectifying the fault. Therefore I booked another complaint on the same day bearing communication id [protected]. Finally the fault was rectified on 25th Dec.Thus for full 10 days I could neither use the internet nor the telephone. I therefore request you not to charge the rental for 10 days. This is almost a regular feature. I therefore request you to disconnect the phone from 1st January 2013. I have sent the same mail to email id [protected]@gmail.com

                                  i had done a rechare of rom free voucher of Rs 199.. from bsnl office ahmedabad gujarat with order no 64178067 on monday and on wenesday , i.e. today they are confirming that my rec harge is failed... based on their previous confirmation i had done my phone transection and now they are informing me failaier of recharge ...moreover i had rechared the account with cash so pl confirm how i will get my money back and what abbout my roaming chargies which may come ....
