Poor customer service

my number is [protected] , some how the sms jokes pack got activated and i wanted to cancel that activation, when i call the customer service on 14th sunday afternoon to [protected], and said the above mentioned request to cancel the joke sms pack, that person on customer care promised to do that by evening on the same day.
15th again i called for the same reason, the call was made hold n no one took responce for the complaint made,...

BB low speed

I had opted for BB 1350 connection which should have speed of 4Mbps. However I am getting speed of only 0.4Mbps. Please took into matter at the earliest since I cannot work at these low speeds and I am paying for the bandwidth. I had booked a complaint through BSNL also. My BB no is[protected].

0481 2462722 land line is out of order more than a month

I am using Bsnl Land line and Broad band . Last nearly one month it was not working. After continues complients the service reinstated after 25 days and just worked for hardly 4 days. Again line is not working. Kindly do a permanant solution. My number is[protected] Vakathanam exc Kottayam.

unable to recharge

i would like to inform you that. there is a problem in the number series of (8280) numbers from BSNL orissa.. every time i recharge my number [protected] through net it failed & it doesn't shows the area location of the no. Even in the BSNL portal page its own site doesn't take the number & shows error!!!
please its my humble request to look into this matter because every time its not possible to go to the retailer...

not a number recharge

Faild to recharge my mobile no but balance cut off from bank

I had recharged Rs-100 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through SBP BANK creditcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm...

No Refund after Landline Phone Disconnection

Hi ,

I was using the BSNL landline for a couple of years when I was staying in Loni Khurd (Tal Rahata , Dist Nagar). The number which i was owning was 272389 (std code 02422). I have disconnected the phone and submitted it back to BSNL office. I have completed all the formalities which are required during the disconnection of the phone. I was told by BSNL officers that I will be getting the deposit amount refunded in 6 months....

prepaid mobile no recharge

Not getting 3G speed for plan stv-750

BSNL a worst 3G service provider and not at all stands on customer satisfaction.
I have a prepaid 3G card, I sometimes make recharge of RS 98/- on it and sometimes of RS 450/- but this time I made recharge for RS 750/- and really believe me guy's speed what I am getting on 750/- plan is worst than that of 98/- plan. BSNL cheats their customers. Company must re-pay me for not providing speed as per their plans.

Unnecessary Balance deduction from bsnl gsm prepaid sim

I want to register a "Forced Refund" Complaint against the unauthorized and unwanted services which was running on my pre-paid bsnl sim during the month of august 2012 as unnecessarily they deducted alot of money from my main balance. I registered this complaint to bsnl complaint portal but no actions were taken regarding the same.

BSNL fooling customers

The BSNL executive collected all the documents and a fee of Rs.1400 on the 21st August. I have purchased a bsnl 2g sim on 4 oct 2012 from kanpur u.p. and it is not activated yet . And i have complained about it on customer care for many times.
