I have been trying to get upc code from bsnl and no response from customer care and they request me to upgrade to higher plan.

later after upgrading when i try to port .

First Message : Your request for UPC has been delayed. please wait while your request is processed.

2nd message : Request for UPC For you mobile number : [protected] could not be processed. please try after some time.

    Hi, my sim numbered [protected] is getting a message "sim card registration failed" in between some times. At that time, who ever calls to that number will get a message that the number has been switched off. Can you please solve this issue

      I recharged my mobile no [protected] form phone pay app on 21/12/2021. but still recharged is not credited into my bsnl mobile no. I called to phone pay customer care they said that recharge is pending from bsnl end and told that operator id is 1446359 and screenshot of the recharge is attached with transaction id so please resolve the issue.

          Address: B-64 PACL Old Colony, Naya Nangal, Ropar

          I submitted the request to disconnect my BSNL broadband on[protected] and the outstanding amount was payed in cash on the BSNL counter. I have a receipt for the payment but I was not provided a receipt for the disconnection request. All the previous payments were made online.

          Due to some mix up at the BSNL end, my connection was not disconnected and they continued to send me the bills and deducted the same from my security deposit of Rs. 2000 and now they have sent the recovery notice for an additional amount of Rs. 418

          I have not used BSNL broadband services since April 2021. I have been using other services such as Airtel broadband because the BSNL services were very very poor in quality and downtime. You can check the data usage on the BSNL broadband and find that I truly haven't used their sub-par services since.

          Even after several complaints, no action is being taken by BSNL and they continue to harass me for more and more money. I am fed up and totally frustrated. I do not have time to deal with all this. Please help me. I am an honest and hard working individual.

          I want the security deposit of Rs 2000 be refunded in full and the outstanding bill of Rs. 418 be waived off.

            I requested for a recharge of my BSNL prepaid number through BSNL app on 25.12.2021. Aoumt got debited from my account through UPI but recharge shows unsuccessful. UPI I'd[protected]

                        After many times I called, I got reply from accounting officer he said that didn't get fund from head office
                        If they are not able to pay they why they keep tower atleast they remove it

                                Network issue in my area data speed is very low sometimes can't connect to data very difficult to connect.. If Connected data speed is 2kbps 3G network speed it's really 3G or 2G? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                  In our area BSNL is the only one available network. But the internet speed is too low, maximum 50kbps. So many time i book a complaints. But, still date the network issue is going on. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

                                      I have been using BSNL for past year 3 years or so. I was on BSNL DSL Connection which has been upgraded to BSNL Fiber on April Of This Year. In This Time Period I have been provided with one of the worst internet service for the time. I am currently On Fiber Basic Plus Plan which comes for 599 + GST and 60mbps speed until 3.3TB . I am getting constant slow speeds, packet loss, ping spikes every month. BSNL officials aren't responding to my complaints even though I have complained every month the same thing is happening next month. I also don't have any other connection availability except BSNL in my area so that's the only way i can go for. I am not getting the worth of my money using BSNL FTTH and FTTH is supposed to way stable and faster than DSL Connections.
                                      Today December 15 2021 I am facing slow internet speeds, packet loss of about 30%.This needs to be fixed.
                                      When I Told BSNL that i am getting packet loss they doesn't seem to understand what I am talking about so the technicians aren't familiar with the concept of packe loss and ping. According to them i[censored] are getting ur internet speed everything is alright. BSNL has been hell for me.
