Suddenly before 3 days, my BSNL SIM stopped working. It shows no network in the status bar. And couldn't call.

    Tried activating the caller tune from several months using various methods (APP, Dial in and *# method ) No method is activating any of the tunes.Response from customer care is poor.Please do the needful.[protected]

      After many times I called, I got reply from accounting officer he said that didn't get fund from head office
      If they are not able to pay they why they keep tower atleast they remove it

              Network issue in my area data speed is very low sometimes can't connect to data very difficult to connect.. If Connected data speed is 2kbps 3G network speed it's really 3G or 2G? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                In our area BSNL is the only one available network. But the internet speed is too low, maximum 50kbps. So many time i book a complaints. But, still date the network issue is going on. Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

                    I have been using BSNL for past year 3 years or so. I was on BSNL DSL Connection which has been upgraded to BSNL Fiber on April Of This Year. In This Time Period I have been provided with one of the worst internet service for the time. I am currently On Fiber Basic Plus Plan which comes for 599 + GST and 60mbps speed until 3.3TB . I am getting constant slow speeds, packet loss, ping spikes every month. BSNL officials aren't responding to my complaints even though I have complained every month the same thing is happening next month. I also don't have any other connection availability except BSNL in my area so that's the only way i can go for. I am not getting the worth of my money using BSNL FTTH and FTTH is supposed to way stable and faster than DSL Connections.
                    Today December 15 2021 I am facing slow internet speeds, packet loss of about 30%.This needs to be fixed.
                    When I Told BSNL that i am getting packet loss they doesn't seem to understand what I am talking about so the technicians aren't familiar with the concept of packe loss and ping. According to them i[censored] are getting ur internet speed everything is alright. BSNL has been hell for me.

                          I'm not getting network in my area. Bsnl is also fooling people by selling 4g sim but there is no 4g service available. Even there is no internet connection. Network is so poor that I have to go out of my house. Please TRIA ban bsnl company.

                              My plan is Rs599.The person who installed BSNL Fibre told me that speed will be 50- 60mbps but unfortunately speed is20-25 maps.To see the speed it is clear that they are lies.
                              One thing more is that The bill I received for the month of November 2021 Rs 720 including GST Rs 109 what is this.
                              I think all are frauders because no one received my call nor give reply to my messages.

                                The Landline[protected] was not working for the last almost 3-4 months.
                                Gave complaint on customer complaint number, many times, (as far i remember 8 times) for the last one month.

                                Every time, the responder asks same questions Which number, which area, what is my contact number, and say he will send the line man in an hour.
                                Then i wait for two days. again call. this is the way its going on for one month. And the phone was not working even 3 months before. As i was out of station, could not follow-up.
                                What these people doing i dont know

                                  As I'm currently in Russia and before coming here I contacted Costumer care service provider to get information about international plans and weather my Indian prepaid Sim Card will work or not so they told that you just need to put your mobile phone on aeroplane mode and restart it again and automatically Signals will come But I'm trying this for nearly 2 month back but its not working. I'm unable to get my bank account details and many more things are pending. Please provide some resolution ASAP.

                                    I am not able to call anyone or receive anyone's calls. Furthermore, my mobile network is not working as well. I am able to receive messages though. But, not able to recharge my mobile as well.

                                        I'm a BSNL subscriber. Trying to port from BSNL, however port SMS to 1900 is not being sent.

                                        Two days ago, TRAI has mandated all networks that no special recharge pack should be required for sending port SMS.

                                        On inquiry, customer support still demands now that recharge of RC147 with 28 days plan validity is a must to be able to sent port SMS.
                                        Why would I need a 1 month plan if I've decided to port right away? I still have 2 months validity and sufficient balance to send regular SMS and make calls.

                                        Forcing 1 month plan is a measure to strongly discourage a subscriber's efforts to port out of their network is not going to win any customers, new or existing.

                                        BSNL support explicitly claims BSNL wasn't notified of the new guidelines by TRAI. The watchdog should take a note of this and ensure strict implementation of it's regulations, else it'll be seen as a jokedog.
