    Sir, I had given an application for local shift of telephone from Vijaya Bank Layout (Tele No[protected] to my present address(RR Layout) on 21 Jul 12. So far no action has been taken by BSNL Bangalore (IIM exchange) to address my application. I have visited the BSNL office in Jayanagar (Bangalore) on numerous occasions but to no avail.Still the phone has not been transferred to my present address. Due to the non availability of Internet at home, my work has also got affected, being a software professional need to take calls in the evening which i'm not able to do right now. It is my request to you kindly do the needful to make BSNL (IIM exchange Bangalore) address my problem .
    Sir, I am an Air Force Officer posted to Bangalore. I had given an application for local shift of telephone from Jal Vayu Tower Bayyapanahalli (Tele NO 25950192/ Consumer No.[protected] to my present address(P 4/3 Vishwa Vihar, ASTE Officer's Enclave, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560093) on 28 Mar 12. So far no action has been taken by BSNL Bangalore (East) to address my application. I have visited the BSNL office in Indhiranagar (Bangalore) on numerous occasions but to no avail. I have also personally met the DGM (Sales) Mr Pradhani on 3 May 12 who assured me that the problem would be solved in three days time. It is the 19th May today and still the phone has not been transferred to my present address. Being a pilot in the Air Force I am out on commitments very often and thus not able to follow up this issue with BSNL. However my question is .......does the common man in this country, have to keep visiting the BSNL office every now and then in order to get a simple phone locally transferred. Due to the non availability of Internet at home, my wife's work has also got affected and her management has threatened to terminate her job. It is my request to you kindly do the needful to make BSNL (BBangalore) address my problem .

      Hello,My name is Prashant Pandia and my BSNL Mobile No. Is [protected]I have been using BSNL mobile services since 18 month and many times they charged and deducted Balance wrongly and totally unjustifiable.On 8th Aug 12 i made a complaint that Bsnl charged me 5 Rs. even i didn't activated any service.They told me it hp deactivated and balance'll be refunded but on 18 they again charged 5 Rs. For health service And 8 Rs. For a unknown service.I again made a complian to Customer Care.But not resolved even they told me balance'll not be refunded u can verify and check the call i made.Again today 22 Aug 12 they deducted 5 Rs. For Health Service.I again made a complian but no resolution...I am totally harassedBSNL is exploiting Customers.Pls help me out bcs BSNL deducted appx 30 Rs. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.99.FOR ACCESS, CLICK HTTP//axle.nexg.tv" PACK AUTO RENEW ON[protected]:04:51 AFTER SMS I AM SENDING SMS I DONT WANT GTV PACK PLEASE NOTE MAINE APKO SAHMATI NAHI DIYA HAI BUT NO REPLY

            sir i am a consumer of Bsnl mobile under students suvidha scheme [protected] name Manu Mathew . i got a message saying that my validity is getting over and recharge by rs 40 for more validity .i did the recharge in time but then i was changed to a new plan without my consent.i filed a complaint at this website following which an officer contacted me from [protected] on 21/08/2012.he was reluctant to hear the complaint from my perspective and ignored my complaint .kindly take further actions

                  This is to inform you that I’m the customer of BSNL Landline and Broadband service having Landline Number – 25420468, Customer ID – 48096848. We have raised complaints so many times Landline is is not working for past 2months had raised complaints multiple time with BANGALORE EAST area, phone was change issue still persists earlier at least we used to get calls now after changing the phone its completely dead.

                  BSNL Broadband internet is working fine.

                  Even though we go personal call multiple times, still nobody is bothered to respond. Last called 4 days back on [protected], was told complaint has been registered but nobody has responded.

                        I have called at BSNL Toll free customer care no. 1503 and inquired about the BSNL 3G Plan. I have been informed about the plan of Rs. 101/- in which 300 MB are free for 30 days. I was further informed that if i have also activated 2g GPRS Plan, i will get 300 MB at 3G speed and thereafter i will be shifted to 2G Plan automatically. I was further informed that I just have to take care that i shall recharge 3g plan before 2g to avail first 300 MB as 3g service.

                        Accordingly, I have done 3G recharge of Rs. 101/- to get 300 MB at 3G speed for 30 days and thereafter 2G recharge of Rs 98/- for 2 GB for 30 days. To my utter surprise, i did not got 3G speed for 3G recharge of Rs. 101/-. I am getting speed of 2G only for the recharge of 101/- of 300 MB.

                        I again called at BSNL customer care no. 1503 and inquired and now i have been informed that I am not eligible to get 3G speed as i have done 2G recharge also.

                        I have done both the recharge as told by BSNL customer care officer and i have been denied the 3G speed even for 300 MB in respect of which i m eligible. If after doing recharge of 2g, i will not be eligible for 3g service than BSNL Office has given faulty information to me resulting in loss of Rs. 101/- to me.

                          We lodged a complain to the BSNL Customer Service Center (Bangalore) regarding the non working of our Broad Band connection a month back. In spite of continuous complain the problem is still not solved and the BSNL employees are not taking any initiative. Its been More than a month and a half and we haven't got any response from the company. If we call the customer service center, they promise to send the concerned person to the residence and fix the problem. But no one turns up to fix the problem.

                              My telephone number is [protected]. My telephone plan is one India and Broadband plan was 500C.

                              First month broadband bill including telephone charges have come upto Rs 11605/ in which the broadband usage charges are Rs 6277.52/.

                              I have taken the connection so as to restrict my bill not to exeed 500 for broadband, i doubt whether the bill has got some wrong values as my actual usage was not too much.

                              The portal gives the details o[censored]sage which is correct accordign to the bill but this is a huge amount according to my capability.

                              Myself a physically challenged person who is striving to live is in no way able to pay such a high bill but i have made the payment by some ways.

                              I request you to please crossverify the bill and usage and if possible refund the amount which is excess.

                                  Internet connection not working from last 15 days. Complaint given to Hadapsar exchange (Mr.Sisodia) Till date no response . Also phone also not attending by any staff. I have paid all the bills.Kindly look into the matter and take corrective action.

                                  My BSNL broadband is not connecting from the last 15 days and also made several complaints to the toll free number 1500 and also to the Erragadda telephone exchange the line man came to house did some research and left the problem as it is without any follow up. This is disgusting i will be having lots o[censored]sage with my company and also i m paying amount which i m not using at all. The BSNL people are not technically sound all the remedies they suggest would just be something which they are not sure. Please solve the problem or else disconnect it.

                                  BSNL — broadband connection not working properly

                                  This is the complaint against bsnl broadband connection and the bsnl staff who r looking this in my area.I gave complaint to bsnl that my internet connection is not working properly.Acutally my modem is not getting dsl link it goes on blinking ( if that dsl link gets steady, without blinking then internet will work) with out getting that, using internet is not possible .
                                  My area line man name is mr.Yadayia. He is not responding correctly for the complaint.He use to say this problem is from exchange i can't do any thing.i asked him to give me the exchange number so that i can ask the exchange what is the problem, he never gave me the number, saying "i will do it sir".but till date it is not done . Iam paying 700 rs per month for this plan .From the last 1 month iam paying 700 rs to the bsnl in vain. I dont know weather my problem is going to be done or not.The last option for me is to disconnect my connection and go for other local private companies who r giving internet.
                                  So Iam asking the responsible person what i have to do, shall i go with my option thinking than my government bsnl is like that only .

                                  I under signed Sushant Pawar humbly request you to do needful for our broad band services with telephone No.[protected] located at #1906 Second Floor, Sector 34 D, Chandigarh.

                                  From last 2 month I am facing problem of my broad band connection which is not working properly. For your reference you can check my complaints login since two month back.
                                  To register a complaint no buddy is receiving mobile phone or landline. To start my services I specially went to your office building lots of time but no buddy is taking responsibility to solve my problem. Whenever I am registering complaints to any officer/executive no buddy is ready to take responsibility and listening to my complaints.
                                  I am a user of your services from last 1 year. It is mandatory to give us better services. I carry a very responsible position in my organisation and it is time wasting for me to take follow-up of your management for getting my services started.

                                  I am happy with the services that are provided by BSNL (Maninagar(E), Gujarat) and right now I am using the Home Combo plan which includes 1.5 G.B free & night unlimited. But my concern is that when I suscribed for this plan I was told that the speed which I will recieve will be from 256 kpbs to 2 Mbps. And several times I have noticed that my speed is below 256 kpbs. So I don't what should I do now? I am not getting what I was promised?

                                  Dear Sir /Mam

                                  I have telephone connection[protected] along with the broadband (Plan 750 ul combo ) is become out of service since from 11/12/10 . I have aready registered complaints many times in chandigarh office ( call 198) . but no action has been taken.
                                  Complaint details:
                                  1.[protected] at 6.25 pm -11/12/10
                                  2.[protected] at 1.10 pm -19/12/10
                                  3.[protected] at 8.30am -22/12/10

                                  I have been facing a problem of very poor connectivity of net. Recieving packages 1-2 kbps .

                                  BSNL Broadband — broadband not working properly

                                  Team,
                                  i have a broadband connection that is not working properly, many a time compalint have been locked person come do some activity and it starts working and after few hours again its stop working.

                                  I am very disapponinted now as i heve submitte the bill for the whole month but the its not working for more than 72 hrs in all in a month. Pls try to fix the problem or else i've to see for some other ISP.

                                  respected sir,
                                  my bsnl broadband connection[protected] is not working properly from last 20 days .I have complained via telephone as well as via my personal visit to their offices but every time they say that your broadband will start working from today but still my broadband is not working properly,
                                  i hope u'll take a strong action against them n my net will start working in coming days.

                                  Broadband Connection — BSNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING

                                  Phone no.24321187 was shifted to anoher place with a new no.22475773. this is a broad band line. though the line has been shifted a month back, broad band is not working even after a month , though all the old bills cleared without utilising the net services. this needs to be attended on urgent basis.

                                    they show hot videos and adult jokes , feel alone type things

                                      My land line phone[protected] and broadband is not working since 2 months. I have given many complaints on BSNL consumer care no. 1500 and 1503 but no permanent rectification has been done. They always do the temporary rectification due to which problem come again and again within 2-3 days. One of my complaint no at BSNL portal is [protected]. I am very much disappointed with the services provided by BSNL. Please look in to this matter.
