Dear Sir,
I feel very sorry to inform you that I have felt,I have been cheated by you i.e.support.[protected]@hungama.com, when I have been informed by your one of the officials that he had called me and talked to me on 11.08.2011 at 5.00 p.m. and have accepted your offer and given my consent for your Music on Demand Monthly Plan.
Please note that I am not at all interested in any such offers or plans and I have neither accepted your offer nor given any consent for the same on my mobile or telephone .( If you have any proof of my acceptance with you, you may provide )
I only came to know about this when I saw debit amount against this plan in my telephone bill.
I have further to inform you that legally you have not taken any permission for me to apply this plan and have illegally started debiting charges to my bills.
Your official says that I have given my consent to this plan or offer in August-2011 but sir,the service charges are debited in my bill from April-2012,how this can be possible ?
Looking to this it seems that You both, BSNL & Hangama have started business to cheat the and collect the funds from the innocent people of India.
Now I request you to cancel or disconnect or stop whatever you say, Music on Demand Plan or Offer from my phone and stop debiting any amount against this offer with effect from to-day i.e. from 27.06.12 on wards, otherwise I will be forced to take legal actions again you or to approach Grahak suraksha Vibhag to get justice.
