I'm using BSNL FTTH. My landline[protected].

I paid my October, 2021 bill online using their portal and due to some technical failure, the page was showing up an error. But the money was deducted from my account and I could see the payment on the site being listed with the reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected] made on October-19, 2021. I saw the payment being reversed on Nov 3rd, 2021 with reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected].

I've not got the reversal money yet. And I've made double payment this month which is successful. I've raised a complaint on the selfcare bsnl portal, sent email to them, and tried their toll free number which is not working currently. Not sure how this could be resolved.

    I pay around 1100 to 1200 per month for my BSNL fiber with STD code 06115 and Phone number is 296007 at Bihta Bihar pincode 801103. I have taken BSNL fiber internet connection on this number but speed is very slow and unable to work for my office work. Please do something . What is the use of Paying so much money with such slow speed.

      Greetings,

      I made 3 times payment in my postpaid sim BSNL of Rs 20, 94 and 142 respectively but none reflected my BSNL transaction . They have worse customer support in the world and nor they credited my money back if it wasn’t reflected, truly a corrupt company .

      Kindly credit my money and I would like to stop using your services.

        Sir, We are using bsnl since my childhood. We have signal tower in my village. But still we don't get 3G/4G signal. I already raise a complaint to bsnl customer care. But they don't respond properly.

            We pay for yearly plans and despite several complaints no action is being taken. From last 6 months no service . The service guy would come and then it will work for a day and then again no service.

                  My broadband & telephone dad since today sunday morning. We have complaint local service provider & bsnl complaint portal. also complaint on BSNL customer care but they saying that my complaint not resolve today due to Sunday holiday. We have asking that why BSNL charge 30 days cost in a month if not provide service on Sunday but costomer care not answer & they had decline to resolve my issue on Sunday. My broadband & telephone dad total 24 hours. also complaint BSNL local managers but no any response. Very bad services provided by BSNL . No any responsible parson in the company. Very bad behavior in the staff.

                    We have mailed earlier, but no response, regarding the same that there is bsnl pole in front of my house which is of no use and on that other miscellaneous wires are hanged. This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .

                                We have BSNL fibernet and in a week there is no internet for 2-3 days. Nobody restores our network immediately. Even if they get to restore after 2 days... There will be issue again the next week. Horrible. It’s become a nuisance. Somebody pls take action.

                                    SIM not working in Tilak Nagar Maharashtra

                                    I own a BSNL Kerala SIM that stop working after reaching Tilak Nagar Mumbai.I tried to connect to complaint service from my alternative number .It took 3 hours to get the query answered.I used to get connected to Tamil Nadu service and they said they could not answer my questions. The BSNL Kerala people don't have any idea is the SIM is not working is a location issue.They ask me to go the BSNL office near by. I Requested for contact details...
