I gave a request for reconnection of my land line which was given for safe custody for 4 months while I was away from India. Even after 10 days no action has been taken to give my phone connection in spite of several phone reminders. I am not able to use my phone or internet. My telephone number is[protected]. I am frustrated by the indifference of bsnl, Chennai ( the office at which complaint was given is the one in GR complex, Nandanam, Anna salai,Chennai - 35.)

BSNL — not reconnecting landline

Sir,
in last 1 year our land phone with no.[protected]KODAKARA EXCHANGE)was not connected to our home. i was complaint, but no action till date

My landline telephone number[protected] is dead for nearly one week as on today. The Chennai Corporation dug up the Road using the Bull Dozer for Storm Water Drain and ultimately damaged the Telephone cable on our Road in front of our House for which address given below;

Complaint given to Chennai Telephone is still pending since last week which is almost one week till today (27.08.2012). Request Chennai Telephone to attend the complaint on Top Priority as our Dead Telephone line is effecting our Broadband Connection which is also not working at the same time.

    BSNL — bills not received

    sir, my complaint is regarding not recieving landline bills at my postal address since last 1 year. i have 2 landline no.s of BSNL service with no.'s[protected] and[protected] respectively, which comes under kalyan telecom. i'm residing at the place since last 35 years and using bsnl service since 25 years , i request you to take necessary action and do the needful.

      Bsnl have deducted rs. 8 from my balance in the name of subscription of fever-offer which I didn't activate.
      Even when I tried to deactivate it by typing the exact message "unsub fever " to 55678, 1.5 INR have been deducted whereas fever has not been deactivated.
      The reply message said "your request could not be accepted due to incorrect keyword" even though all the keywords are correct.

      Please take necessary steps to get me out of this trouble.

        I am having issues with the slow speed provided by Bsnl Internet services (Broadband) . I don't get the speed promised by them , and most of the time service's are down . There is no fun of calling the customer care of Bsnl Broadband . No action's are taken . And they don't even feel shameful by cheating the people !

          My Land line No.[protected] has been dead since[protected]. As usual I have lodged my official complaint on 23rd July 2012, at about 10:47 AM, through your 'BSNL Automatic Complaint Booking Service'; and I am provided a Docket No.[protected], dated[protected]. However, even after a lapse of more than 72 hours, the condition of my aforesaid Land line no. remains absolute dead. I am surprised how & why it takes such a long time to keep a telephone line restored. The line is still dead. Please note my sheer frustration on experiencing the performance (or non-performance!!!) of your concern department. However, still I have to be satisfied with your eminent service domain. So, may I seek the intervention of your good office and request to restore my Land line No.[protected] immediately and without any further delay, for which I shall remain grateful?

            dear sir,
            i am an officer in state bank of india, lucknow. im using prepaid bsnl mobile services for the past >8 years. although costs of services are low here but i have faced situations where without my knowledge and permission bsnl has deducted charges for some services which i had not activated like utsav pack, caller tunes.
            this time also bsnl has deducted rs.42/- twice, in may 2012 and in june 2012 for activating bsnl instrumental caller tune in my number-[protected]. though i have activated caller tune"raabta" from movie agent vinod, and i dont have any problem in paying for the same. but soon after i got an sms for deduction of charges for my "raabta" tune, i got another msg from bsnl tune that "bsnl instrumental tune" is activated in ur number and charges will be deducted. soon the charges were deducted and in the following month in june also my charges got deducted on 11/06/2012.
            i request you to refund my wrongly deducted charges of rs. 42 *2 = 84/-

            BSNL — caller tune charges have changed twice in a month

            I am subscriber of bsnl rajasthan circle.i have been charged twicew in a month for caller tunes.so plz refun me the balance you have forcly charged .

            Even with out asking for a BSNL tune fecilities They charged Rs.30 from
            my account and they specified another date to charge for the next month.
            Please revert this and I dont need any tune .

Even thought I complained in Exchange multiple times, they just informed that it is a problem with cable. But nobody has attended this issue as of now. This is not a single user/house issue, but my neighbor families are also facing the same problem. So please do the necessary to check the cable and restore the connection as early.

              This phone 26489175 is not working for last one and half month. I have registered online complaint 4 times and personally went to office 3 times on saturdays. Tried to get it repaired on saturdays as i am working. No body in the concerned office takes the phone, even tried taking leave specially for repair of the phone. It is very bad service. when all other essential services co-operate and trying to provide service why BSNL is lagging so much and why the concerned authorities are deaf.

                        Problem: For last one month BSNL internet not working, although I am paying broadband monthly rental.

                        My line is down from last 1 month & I am paying for nothing.BSNL staffs behaves like illiterate. I am deep pain. No JTO / SDO helping me.
                        They dont even dont entertain phone call. Don know what era they belongs. [Stone age or Iron age]

                        I dont also understand their Job role assigned with requirement including SDO.

                        I have 2 modems working good with other vendor & BSNL staff says My Modem is bad. forcing me for no result. All Grievance numbers are wrong.

                        i was promised a downloading speed of 528 kbps but i am only getting the average speed of 25 kbps which is lot less than what i should get. please see to my and others problems seriously.

                          I have already submitted application to disconnect my broadband connection 3 months ago. I also received calls from BSNL officers to inquire/know about reason terminating broadband connection. But still broadband charges applies in my Landline bill.

                          Consider my complaint and take appropriate action, otherwise I am not...

                              my Booking Id is - 137090 allot of waiting finally i got this device on 15/05/2012 but after opening the packet i show that screen is broken, immediate i inform to couriar office,
                              aprox several thousand times i mail and phone to customer care but they are only processing nothing else my case is steel stand alone, one thing is to say that

                              "maine is product ko purchase kar bahoot badi galti ki hai koi sunne wala nahi hai, customer care phone karne par service center vejte hain service center wala bolta hai mai damage device ka kuch nahi karunga aap customer care bat kariy,Bhagalpur, Bihar men apka koi sevice center nahi hai, Patna, Bihar me hai jo ki yahan se 300 km door hai mujhe wahan jane-aane men karib 3000 Rs ka expence ata hai 3400 ke saman ke liye 3000Rs khrch karun mai, mai bahoot pareshan ho gaya hoon mujhe mera paisa wapas kariy, mujhe is device ko nahi lena hai " (just return my payment as soon as possible)

                                From past 3-4 months the bsnl is charging Rs 30/- per month w/o my consent or request for Chat Service on my mobile no [protected]. Moreover I am not using chat service at all. The bsnl is requested credit the amt deducted to my prepaid account. Henceforth not to charge for any service which i have not requested. Bsnl is requested to immediately deactivate chat service from my mobile no [protected].

                                  With many respect and hope i am writing this letter to you. When I saw this site on net I thought that it can help me out of my EVDO speed problem. I am living at Adra town in district Purulia (W.B). I have an Evdo data card with the 825 unlimited scheme. I face many problems on slow speed like 40-50 kbps transfer rate. I did many complaint to Adra BSNL Office and Purulia district BSNL office, and also complaint on BSNL call centre. But no action has taken yet. For this low speed of Evdo every people of Adra are suffereing from last 40 days. Before 40 days the speed of evdo in adra was 350-400 kbps, but now it is 40-50 kbps. According to Adra BSNL office SDE and JTE it is the normal speed of EVDO, but as i read about EVDO it’s speed is 3.1 Mbps. Also some of there employees are telling one sector is not working since last 40 days out of 3 sectors. But we the people are facing many problem for this low speed of internet. Respected sir, i am jobless and “825” is a vast amount of money which we are spending per month for this internet service, but we are not getting the actual speed of EVDO. Sir, we know it’s a wireless connection, speed differs, but sir then also 50-60 kbps speed is not a real speed of a BSNL EVDO BROADBAND Data Card. . Only assurance and complain number are given from customer care, the complaint number given by customer care is 21541385. Kindly tell me what to do or please take the proper action for it. We are suffering for this low speed from several days. One can also mail me.

                                  BSNL/EVDO data card — Low speed

                                  Speed too low, most of the times less than 1/10th of the offered speed(2.1mbps).
                                  They must deliver what they promise.

                                  I HAVE BUYED BSNL EV_DO AND ITS SPEED IS VERY LOW ITS NAT EVEN 250KB/SEC BUT IT OFFERS 3.1MB/SEC

                                  Hi,
                                  I am living in the cantonment area in Agra, the network reception of your BSNL wireless broad band services i.e. BSNL EVDO and 3G is very poor and has gone worse in last 3 days.
                                  Please rectify the problem at the earliest.

                                    Myself Rajeev Kumar , I have two bsnl sim & bsnl network is very week in my village so on night we switch off our bsnl when we switch on the next morning we got one-one messages in both mobiles that "Thank you for using value pack service. You have been charged Rs 10." When we call C Care they told us that you respond one call from company at 7:28 am on 7june. Sir please tell me how we recieve a call when our mobile is switch off & by Rules of TRY no call & message from company during 10pm-9am.                                     sir good morning.
                                    sir my nub is [protected] and sim nub is[protected]E ,plz tell me puk nub?
                                    Myself Mangpu Khongsai. Since 25th Oct 2012, Rs.10/- is automatically cut from my balance after every three days. A msg came from 54646 saying "Thank you for using Value Pack Service. and you have been charged Rs. 10". When i call the customer care, they said they will cut, but till now its still active; thereby deducting huge amount from my balance. Please do something. My number is "[protected]".                                       First of all,, as per your website n t.v adds said, you are the no 1 telecom service provider. . Thats not true.. Just sent a mail to TRAI about that.. Your consumer services are so poor. . Those 1503 (constomer care executive dnt knw anything except ,, do call back after 4 hr)
                                      Thats a trash.. Also,, i want to port ma number to other service provider .. But ur customer care representative are not so helpful again..

                                      Itz been 2.5 days since i m trying to deal with those customer care representative to get ma no port to other service..
                                      Is this how bsnl management works.. Atleast do sort out those cust care people with their quality n mannar basis..
                                      They dnt even knw how to talk,, they are not ma superiors..

                                      Kindly, just do follow whatever process you want to n just give me that unique id no for port ma bsnl no..
                                      I sent enough

                                      To 1900. . .. . . All msg shows pending or failed..

                                      And do note that,, all r not illetrate ..
