Sir, I have approached to BSNL office(JTO) , Hijli at IIT, KGP many times for installation of a broadband connection. But they have not installed saying no port/pair is available. Thus the study of my grown up daughters is being hampered. Despite being comlaining about the fault numrous times in BSNL office, Ambala City, my landline is still not working properly. Lot of background noise is coming while making or recieving a call. Everytime the BSNL executive comes and fixes it temporarily and after couple of days it reaches to same stage.

I, Saswata Dutta, have a BSNL prepaid sim ([protected]). for the past month every week I get a message from Handygo telling me that i have been subscribed to Fever offer worth Rs 8 without my consent. Even though I send a sms (which costs rs 2 extra ) to unsubscribe, i did't get my money back and every time the offer is renewed after 6 days.
