I wish to bring it to your kind notice that the telephone line & broadband connectivity is out of order for the past six months, when enquired at the office it was to to me that there is cable fault, I had also given a written complaint at your office in RT nagar on 11-May-2012, also registered complaint on customer service., and so far there is no response to the complaint. I also request to to provide me with the rebate for not availing telephone & broad band facility during this period.
Please do the needful.

BSNL — Unjustified call rate and SMS charges
My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using POWER for decreasing call rates as well as using SMS card and both are within the validity period till date. As a result I am entitled to enjoy rate Rs. 0.49 both for outgoing local call and SMSs.But since 10/May/2011 the provider is deducting Rs. 0.90 for local calls and Rs. 0.80 for local SMSs.
Please intervene and do the needful.
