phone is dead last 4 days and i have registered my complaint (on 29-May-12) in[protected], but no action has been taken yet.

unwarranted deductions

Landline phone connection error

poor service

My landline no.[protected] has not been working from past one week.It always been a horrible task to get it repaired. No complain is attended by phone , I ve a doubt whether Customercare exist or not. The staff is always unresponsive and calls are either disconnected or put on hold.
I always ve to take a Rickshaw and spend time & money to just make them write a complain.
