I have received two messages within 1 minute from No.+[protected] and the message is as follows:

"Rs.10/- charged. Thank you for using SJOKE serv ice. Your ser vices have been renewed."

For two message Rs.20/- were deducted.

I never subscribed for such services. I have not received at any point of time SJOKEs.

You are requested to look in the matter and do justice.

    bills — late delivery

    We are the regular customer of on dot courier but we facing many time some problems in delivery of courier but at time we are facing a big problem with your services. We send four couriers in date of 3rd july 2008 in the branch of massodpur dairy farms vasant kunj new delhi-110070.and when be submit these courier nobody give us POD.he says we have no slips at time we delivered these slips tomorrow but nobody give us POD. second when we called him nobody picked up any call and after some time mobile is been switched off.
    In these courier two courier of local and two of mumbai, but any courier not deliverd
    in the time of today. Pease solve it ASAP. and we hope this problem is not facing by us next time.

      WE ARE FACING MANY PROBLEMS DUE TO BSNAL BROAD BAND.
      WE HAVE TO CALL THEM ATLEAST TWO TO THRICE A DAY.
      BUT THEY WERE NOT COOPRATING THEY JUST GIVE THE NUMBER OF
      PRIVATE AGENCY ENGG NUMBER AND THAT IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
      INTERNET CONNECTION IS DISTURB ALL THE DAY.
      WE ARE COMLAINING BY PHONE WHICH GIVE DOCET NUMBER.
      WE DAILY NOT THAT DOCET NUMBER BUT ALL ENVEN.
      WE ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM FROM SIX MONTH.
      DOWNLOAD SPEED SOWING 25 TO 45 KB/SEC ALWAYS.
      EARLIER IT SHOWS ATLEAST MORE THAN 100 KB/SEC.

          I feel ashame , by complaining every week or every 10 day's regarding my Broad band , previously it was getting shut down in day hours but after complain and complain its ok now , but all of sudden some new problem has been arise which is un-digestible and un believable too,
          As I have an connection of Broadband o[censored]nlimited program Rs 750 / - monthly , but now from past 7 days I have noted an very serious matter that my Inter-net gets (starts(ON/OFF) ON/OFF) Continuously as some small child playing with the system , and actually the broadband get close every evening from 7.45 up to late at night so at last we the users have to shut down our Bsnl broadband and search for other net work , is this an pre-plain that a BSNL USER DO NOT ABLE TO ENJOY MORE THAN 12 HOUR ? So why we have been told that Rs 750/ is for unlimited time, Why it does not runs at evening hours daily this is happening not with my connection but all over my town sanjan , I have inquired this with many users every one has this problem here in sanjan broadband is running in OFF and ON system the main DSL green light on the Modem gets OFF and ON , OFFandON,
          So I urge to the concern in-charge to look in this matter at earliest as possible, before we all decide to cancel our BSNL Broad Band connect and go for other net work , why BSNL get ok from morning working hours upto 7.45 pm, and than after daily gets death???

          Dear Sir,
          Please note that I have recently taken an unlimited broadband connection from BSNL, Calcutta TD Circle having phone no. 26273958 in the name of my son Sourish Sanyal, Ramrajatala Station Road, Howrah-711 104. My son and I have tried several times to connect this broadband connection, but we have failed to connect. An error prompt '676' is showing when we are trying to connect. Would kindly look into the matter and solve this problem? You will surely admit that it is unethical on your part to demand a rent for the connection when you cannot provide the service. Would you exempt the rental for the period one can not connect broadband connection? Please reply immediately.

            The Value Pack Service provided by 54646 have somehow been activated or have been deliberately activated. I didn't subscribe for the service. The service provider have been constantly charging Rs. 5/-, Rs. 10/- for the last 1 month or so and the total money it has stolen from my account for the amount of Rs.65/- till date. I had complained of the matter to the BSNL CUSTOMER CARE twice by nothing have been done till now. On contacting with the personnel there they just say that the work is in process.

            My question is that --How long will it take to deactivate the Value Pack Service from 54646? Kindly look into the matter and provide early solution to it.

              Hi,

              My BSNL telephone number is 26797725. I have shifted to a new house and have requested for shifting of broadband connection.
              This request was submitted on 28th Apr, 2012. Today is 4th June, it is more than 40 days and the shifting of Broadband has not happened yet. I have walked to the CMK exchange atleast 12 times, but there is extremely poor/no response. On top of this, I have received the bill to be paid for May 2012, when I had no service provided by BSNL. I am highly frustrated as all the telephone numbers given for customre complaints are NOT working or switched off. Please help.

                Dear Sir,

                I am using The BSNL sim card from more Than 5years and I would like to migrate my plan to 3G but The problem behind This is There are lot of marketing calls and unknown links like wall paper downloads are been activated by default and The same has been complained to The Rajajinagar BSNL office located opp to Navrang Theater and also reported to The BSNL call center but There is no confirmation from The concerned department till date This process is from more Than 2.5 monThs

                I would request The concerned department to process The request and send me The conformation of The same.

                If They are not interested give us the service i would Migrate from BSNL to some other Telecoms service provide.

                  This is Muhammad Riyaz from tamil nadu Kanyakumari District. My complaint is regarding about the poor customer care services given by the BSNL network in tamil nadu region.. My Uncle is using BSNL sim card(+91 [protected]) and he has more problems related to balance depletion. His mobile balance has been deducted consistently for the past few days. I don't know what is the excat amount but he told me to callup BSNL customer care, I called to cstr care and register a complaint about the balance depletion. but there is no proper response from the cstr care side..                       On 28th May 2012, suddenly Rs.60/- was deducted from my prepaid mobile. Earlier also in thee monthe of April same charges were deducted. On inquiry from my local Gandhidham BSNL office it has come to notice theat thee amount is being charged for some scheme for which I have never opted for. In such away in total Rs.120/- have been deducted from my prepaid mobile unautheorisely.
                      Apart from theis since last one monthe GPRS charges are being deducted from my mobile unautheorisely , where as in my mobile GPRS is not activated.
                      If BSNL like trustworthey companies will also start cheating like theis, thee customers have no otheer alternate but to switch to otheer private operators.
                      It is theerefore requested to kindly book my theis complaint and try to sort out thee problem along withe refund of necessary amount at thee earliest possible and oblige.

                        This is with regards to Application number BGLKMR[protected] which was submitted on 30.04.2012 in the name Arogyaswamy Prakash opn at KMR, kamraj Road. Application submitted since 35 days and connection not given or any call from BSNL.

                        Concern to be look into and take it as the priority and as a escalation for I am frustrated for this poor BSNL service for making me run around since for sumbittion of form number BGLKMR[protected]. Other service Like Airtel and others give connection in a day or two and BSNL take 35 days ?..................................

                        If such a service given by BSNL and how can I survive forever with BSNL.

                        When investing such a huge amount on Advertisement for BSNL Broadband, Where is the Service given for the Such an invested Advertisements.

                        This Complaint to be taken as a request Or still if don't get the connection, I'll take up a legal case for penalty to be Given from BSNL for undergoing loss whatever.

                        If customer migrate connection fronm BSNL to other networks, the reason would be "POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR SERVICE"

                          To who's Ever it may concern,

                          I Mrs Kunda Vasant Wadekar permanent resident of Ngapur was holding Land-line ( [protected]) for more than 20 years when It was luxury for people to have Land-line at home. If any one think logically and remember those days. BSNL use to charge hefty amount for making calls as well as Heavy Deposit even I have paid the same. I remember I paid some 5000/- towards deposit as I had STD facility on the mention Number.
                          My husband Expired two years back so I had decided to shift myself with my children. Hence surrendered the Land-line ( [protected]) with BSNL authority in Nagpur Acknowledgment Receipt # 3629 /TSC-3 / 11-12/R'peth/LL&BB closure 3629/ Dated 22nd March 2012. office bearer (Fatima Khan Head, Accounts Section) promise me that they will send a cheque or Demand Draft on my residence address.
                          I waited till May End 2012 and then when I enquire they are saying there is Zero Deposit. Now need your help to look into the same. I am 61 year old lady don't understand Even organisational like BSNL can play with there customer who kept faith on there services for 20 years Plus and paid the bill till surrender.
                          Please help..

                          BSNL, Nagpur — REFUND OF DEPOSIT

                          Sir
                          I have telephone connection no 2552004. The connection was closed on 17/03/2010 for shifting which was not feasible till the date.Unfortunately bill for broadband was generated from 01/04/2010 to 31/07/2010 on this connection which was not connected. Now I have applied for permanent disclosure &refund of deposit which was not granted & adjusted for unconnected broadband bill.
                          kindly look in the matter &my deposit may please be return with int rest.

                                    I have a bsnl connection at my home for internet.. ADSL link always gets interrupted every 5mins.. This is pathetic since i cant use banking services and creates a lot of problems even during surfing. Plz look into the matter,

                                    Broadband — link problem

                                    there is a problem to create a link in my broadband. it takes a more than half hour to conncet to the exchange when i remove the telephone from the line. with the telephone in line it does not connect. i am facing that problem the last one month, many number of times i send to my request to ur customer care number([protected]), but i received no reply from their side.please treat it as soon as possible.

                                    BSNL Broadband — Link Problem

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have a new BSNL Broadband connection since 22/01/2010. But, from the first day my broadband goes faulty. The link of my broadband connection fails at least once in a minute. I lodged complains so many times, but this results nothing.
                                    Please, solve my problem.

                                        my name is shankar dayal singh.i am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and my mobile no is [protected].i am fed with the unwarranted balance deduction.the latest one being one time deduction of 45 rs some 5 days back.i have been trying since then to contact customer care executives for the redressal of my grievances so that my balance is refunded and such incidence does not occur in the future.but to no avail.plz look in to my problem and insure that my balance is refunded at the earliest.
