i am a bsnl customer, my land line no. is[protected]. My
phone is dead last 4 days and i have registered my complaint (on 29-May-12) in[protected], but no action has been taken yet.

I have a bsnl connection at my home for internet.. ADSL link always gets interrupted every 5mins.. This is pathetic since i cant use banking services and creates a lot of problems even during surfing. Plz look into the matter,...

please unsubscribe my mobile number from fever service from handy-go. my mobile number is [protected]. due to automatic subscription of this service Rs.18 has been deducted from my mobile account.
I request you to kindly unsubscribe my number stated above from handy-go service and refund the deducted amount in to my mobile account or else i will have to take legal actions.

my name is shankar dayal singh.i am a bsnl prepaid subscriber and my mobile no is [protected].i am fed with the unwarranted balance deduction.the latest one being one time deduction of 45 rs some 5 days back.i have been trying since then to contact customer care executives for the redressal of my grievances so that my balance is refunded and such incidence does not occur in the future.but to no avail.plz look in to my problem and insure that...

I HAD GIVEN FOR SHIFTING OF LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO. [protected] FROM MARATHAHALLI TO VIDYARANYAPURA ON 25,04,2012.
MY NUMBER OF ENQUIRIES REGARDING SHIFTING OF TELEPHONE HAS NOT YIELDED ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE EVEN THOUGH IT IS MORE THAN A MONTH. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THE ABOVE SERVICE IS DISCONNECTED TILL DATE AVOIDING MISUSE.

MY BSNL LAND LINE NO. WAS DISCONNECTED FOR THE LAST 04 MONTHS. COMPLAINT HAS MADE FOR A NUMBER OF TIMES & I ALSO MADE AN APPLICATION FOR LOCAL SHIFT AT PERAMBRA BSNL OFFICE ON 17 / 05 /2012. NOBODY HAS ATTENDED TILL DATE. IN THAT APPLICATION I HAS GIVEN A MAXIMUM TIME OF THREE DAYS TO RESUME THE CONNECTIN. OTHERWISE IT MUST BE DISCONNECTED BY BY 19 /05 /2012. NO ACTION HAS TAKEN BY THE DEPT. BILLING SHOULD BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY....

It is to submit that whenever we call the number:

the landline phone says: "Please check the number and dial again."

These are not free number but the charge is added in the bill which is paid by the customer/us. Please do allow these numbers.

i am a customer of bsnl prepaid i had portout my sim in bsnl from vodafone near the month of february starting but after some time i felt that my sim is not working properly that have facing a lot proble of signal but all other sims have no problem on that time when my sim is facing signal problem and this temporary problems occuars me a lot problem to me a many times

We are the BSNL prepaid cell phones users for the last 10 years. To our great dissatisfaction, some of the B tunes are regularly charging to our balances without our consent. Many a time We tried our level best to stop them but proved futile. To avoid these unnecessary charges for our caller tune charges, We shifted one of our phones to VODAPHONE.

My landline no.[protected] has not been working from past one week.It always been a horrible task to get it repaired. No complain is attended by phone , I ve a doubt whether Customercare exist or not. The staff is always unresponsive and calls are either disconnected or put on hold.
I always ve to take a Rickshaw and spend time & money to just make them write a complain.
