Hi ,I have recharged bsnl mobile with Rs55/- on 13-April'12 from hdfc bank online recharge site. I am complaining against BSNL Rajasthan about unauthorise mobile balance deduction.Sir firstly on 02.04.2012 I got a sms on my mobile that a service (MISS U Pack) has been activated and Rs. 02/- is deducted without my permission. I am Gandhirajan and my landline number is[protected]. I have not received my land line telephone bills effective from Jan 2012. But i made the payments without any delay based on the SMS received from BSNL, even though bills are not reaching me.

Have recharged my prepaid 3G data card online (http://bsnl.co.in/) for Rs.101/- on 7-Apr-12. Though the transaction was successful, the prepaid account was not recharged successfully and also the amount was not credited back. I was getting following SMS after sometime on the same day.

We don’t know why this thing happening again and again. Related this issue we complained in Jajpur Town BSNL office many times but there is no action from him.

I stay in Doddanekundi Outer Ring Road near Marathahalli. I am using BSNL Landline & Broadband since 9 months.
