Bsnl broadband customer service poor in Rajkot, no one will even answer your phone complaint. i call to 1503 for mobile querys many times, wait for 8-10 mins, but no one attended my call.
no customer care service is availlable at bsnl kalyan, kindly take some serious action against broad band department due to poorest service!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I frequently happen to victim of BSNL's poor customer care service.My broadband connection frequently gets interrupted due to various technical reasons.It takes 5 to 10 minutes to be resolved if complaints are attended as soon as it is received,but they takes minimum 3 to 10 days to solve it.Recently there were damage of cables due to digging out by nagarpalika.I complained on 22198(compalin registration),then I personally went to office to complain concerning authority but my complain fell on deaf ears,I again complained to Godhra,but the same result I received,then I complained to Ahmedabad office till 3 consecutive days,and then only the problem was solved after 10 days i.e. on 04/06/11.They sent some technician and the problem was solved within 2 hours,which could have been done on first day,but the authority was not interested.This is the proof of very poor service by Bsnl.I want it to be improved.

    Hi,

    Have recharged my prepaid 3G data card online (http://bsnl.co.in/) for Rs.101/- on 7-Apr-12. Though the transaction was successful, the prepaid account was not recharged successfully and also the amount was not credited back. I was getting following SMS after sometime on the same day.

    " Sales Transaction for Mobile Number[protected] could not be processed. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance in the matter. Ref No.[protected] "

    Also I couldn't call their customer care (toll-free) due to insufficient balance in this account.

    Requesting to track this complaint and refund the money as soon as possible.

      Every time we are complaining about our telephone issue, it is dead most of the time.
      We don’t know why this thing happening again and again. Related this issue we complained in Jajpur Town BSNL office many times but there is no action from him.

      BSNL — Telephone goes frequently dead

      Very often my telephone connection goes completely dead and this hassel had occured many a times nearly every month.I have also broadband connection hence the need of telephone line is absolutely essential.But such nuisance causes a lot of difficulties.Please take necessary actions.
      sir our telphone is not working last two year.[protected].

      Today one staff (Aruna) went to attend the complain, did the same thing connected my wire to 10 span far away DP point from my home and not from the nearest DP( 3 span distance) in which I was the customer since last 15 years.

      Please justify me suppose in the nearest DP point only 1 line working,that should be given to me ,as I am the only customer who had brought the line since 15 years and got connection from the same nearest DP.

      Why one new customer will be connected with only 1span of wire,and me being an old customer has to get the line from 10 span distance.Please repair the nearest DP by connecting one small cable form the main cable.Today he (Aruna) did not give me connection from the nearest DP point.

      Please do needful,or suggest me to go to the court of law for justice.

        sir, i have not received my security money for my STD PCO which was disconnected by me 2 years ago with all documents. the number for STD ID[protected]. i would be thankful to u i[censored] consider it fast.

            I stay in Doddanekundi Outer Ring Road near Marathahalli. I am using BSNL Landline & Broadband since 9 months. Usually when the phone and broadband goes out of order and it wont be rectified till 1 week. This thing keeps happening once in 2 weeks. It a rarity that our phone is order for more than a month since we have taken it.
            Since there are construction works going on since one year in my nieghbourhood building. The problem is very frequent. Even none of the high speed plans are available in this area. Also, other broadband service providers (ACT,YOU etc.) are also not available in this area. It is becoming very difficult for IT employees to stay in this area.

            BSNL — Worst Service of BSNL Landline and Broadband

            My Phone number is[protected].Since last two months the phone is not working properly. suddenly it gets dead for 20 minutes, after that it starts working properly and also broadband internet services is not very good as well. Internet connection gets disconnected any instant of time. We have callled BSNL Faridabad office several times but all in vain. No action has been taken against this.

            Please let me know if you are unable to take any action against this then shall we discontinue the BSNL service?

            Please instead of calling and asking about issue, send any of your employee and resolve this issue asap. Hoping for an early action.

                    BSNL is hosting several fraudulent webpages for more than 20 days. We've been trying to contact someone, without success. Event he government CSIRT didn't answer to our requests.

                    The server below belongs to India government and they hacked, steal many data, but seems that no one cares.

                      i am having recurring problems in isd miss calls.i usually give a miss call to my parents in dubai,who then call me back this is how we used to communicate for the past 4 years,last year when i ported to bsnl,thats when the problems began -when i call i can hear the phone ringing but after three rings when i cut, i rescieve call charges for the ringing period,thrice i complained and thrice they returned my money and it is normal for another month now its started again and now i cannot even get through customer care.pls do something.

                        I am Mr. Naorem Gajendra Singh, a BSNL tel/broad band user at Jagat Sukh.

                        This is a complaint against the slow/incompetent repair work for the BSNL MANALI tel.line/broad band restoration that went dead for the past 10 days & still no confirmed date for restoration!?!

                        I already spoke to the concerned people at BSNL MANALI but no proper action yet!!!
                        What's wrong with BSNL MANALI EMPLOYEES???

                        Telephone line/broad band around Manali [specifically at Jagat Sukh & surroundings] is dead since Thursday, 29 March 2012 till today, Saturday, 7 April 2012 and today I contacted the SDO, Manali about this matter but instead of responding properly he kept on beating the bush talking unrelated things instead of clarifying the matter what's going on & why even after 10 days no restoration of the dead tel/broad band done, why?

                        With such undutiful/slow/incompetent/inefficient people remaining as heads of the Indian Govt. offices/public services, India will remain slow in development.

                        So, I want to attract the kind attention of the higher authorities of BSNL and all others concerned that such sluggish/slow work be guided to work faster and punish those who are responsible for such inefficiency in the restoration work.

                        Hello All!
                        I am Mr.N.G.Singh writing from Vashisht, Manali.
                        Here, I am complaining about the BSNL, Manali office.

                        Since August 2010 I had been using the BSNL Broadband service through land-line connection. My BSNL internet experience so far is really pathetic with so many internet down-times and off & on death telephone-line!

                        When complained about the problem to the concerned officer, it will take 2/3 days to rectify the problem and again within 1/2 days time the same problem comes up! So, I had to call them every 2/3 days to keep my BSNL internet keep running!

                        What's wrong with these people at BSNL, Manali?

                        Why are these substandard line-men employed in BSNL who doesn't know how to do their job properly?

                        Why should these inefficient officers of BSNL who doesn't know how to give proper service to their customers sit in the BSNL office to harrass people with their substandard & improper customer support?

                        By the time, I am writing in this complaint here on 25 November 2010, my tel/internet connection is out of order since three[3] days still waiting for the inefficient people at BSNL, Manali to do their job

                          I am a user of BSNL prepaid sim card. I have been facing the problem of No network since last 2 days. I tried to switch off my fone and then again switch it on, but its of no use... Still it shows the error of no mobile network... Also manual scanning for the other networks available is of no use...This is a common problem i am facing since i took the BSNL sim card.. i did bring this problem to the notice of customer care, but i looks even they are least bothered about the same..
                          Please Help..!!!

                            sir i m dushyant sharma lives in godhar dist. rewa m.p. . . sir my BSNL landline no. is [protected],, i do not want to pay this bill of amount 14000rs. it is completely unfair bill.. beacause i dont know how to disconnect the internet connection, i dont know about its procedure, ,, and its BSNL brodband companies fault, they give me bill in 1year... i have paid amount of 5000rs of 14000rs. i can pay all if it is valid, they do not inform me about bill monthly, i was wanted to disconnect mah internet connection , i tried hard to disconnect it, but i fail to do it beacause of BSNL services..

                            sir please inform me about your query and suggest me what should i do..

                                i am paying Rs 850 Per month though they are not giving proper downloading speed please checkout they are squeezing our pockets...in hyderabad beam internet cable gives 10mb downloading speed in Rs1000....but bsnl broadband connection give only 512kbps in Rs 850. please try to increase connection speed or decrease the charges.

                                Broadband — speed insufficient

                                sir m having my plan of 256 kbps but d speed of my net is below par n no one is concirned over dis.so i request u 2 look after it.its really slow while surfing......waiting for ur response........

                                bsnlbroadband — Bandwidth is insufficient

                                I have been using broadband of BSN in the last 2 years. Always speed had been problem.But there is no use as BSNL does not provide real broadband like foreign countries. 100 to 200 KBPS is the max we get with broadband.
                                In the last 20 days, even this bandwidth is not being provided. Also there is Jitter (lag in the electronic terms) in addition to poor bandwidth. I have been using VOIP phone in the internet, which does not give the voice continuously. The voice breaks indefinitely. One word we speak breaks 5 to 10 pieces and so the receiver cannot hear any word. It is only noice.
                                In spite of numerous complait in BSNL, Khadki office there has been no use.
                                BSNL is useless and inefficient. BSNL management has increased the subscriber without increasing the resources (Bandwidth).

                                  I purchased a BSNL 3G SIM following all the necessary official procedure and paying the required amount by last 26/03/2012. I have been delivered the SIM card and told that it will be activated in 2/3 days. But till today i.e. 06/04/2012 the SIM is not activated by BSNL. I am following up them many times. Every time the respond that SIM will be activated in an hour. But till now the SIM not activated. Kindly help me out and take the necessary action/step to get the SIM activated.

                                    -281771).but he didn't give connection still now.Everyday I'm keep on calling.but no one is responding.

                                    They complained in BSNL office, but there is no response from the BSNL office, at last they find the problem in telephone cable under land, they not yet solved the problem,

                                      I received a telephone call from "BSNL-Mobile No-[protected] at 18.17 HR on my Iphone (BSNL Mobile post paid) No-[protected] from somebody,the phone was disconnected,there was a missed call in my Mobile Instrument ".Thereupon at 1818 HR ,I telephoned very politely,informed -who wants to speak to me in English language ,there is a missed call,there upon above CUSTOMER TALKED TO ME VERY RUDELY IN HINDI-ARE ANGRGIKIWALAD,HINDIME BATAKARO".Then I also informed him in Hindi very politely again that -MERA TELEPHONEME MISSED CALL HAI".

                                      Will you kindly brush up above CUSTOMER ,issue him a warning with a copy to me so that people will understand-what to talk/what not to talk on telephone .This will only improve behaviour of people ..I shall be grateful if you kindly intimate me also "the man's name ". AGAIN-RUDE BEHAVIOUR IS NOT MONOPOLY OF RUFFIANS.
