sir i m dushyant sharma lives in godhar dist. rewa m.p. . . sir my BSNL landline no. is [protected],, i do not want to pay this bill of amount 14000rs. it is completely unfair bill.. beacause i dont know how to disconnect the internet connection, i dont know about its procedure, ,, and its BSNL brodband companies fault, they give me bill in 1year... i have paid amount of 5000rs of 14000rs. i can pay all if it is valid, they do not inform me about bill monthly, i was wanted to disconnect mah internet connection , i tried hard to disconnect it, but i fail to do it beacause of BSNL services..

lawrenceandmayo — broadband not working properly
dear sir,we have been facing problems for the past five months regarding the broadband link drop-age(not able to send or receive mails and not able to work with our admin online). we had contacted the customer care of airtel regarding the same for at-least four times. but we have not been getting a positive response regarding this matter. all the service persons who visited regarding this has informed that there is a line problem. if it is a line problem then how are we able to contact the customer care through the same line without any disturbance.we request you to kindly arrange to send your experts who are able to detect what is the exact problem and solve the issue at the earliest or we will have to look for another service provider all over Tamilnadu if the same problem continues.
