I have BSNL Wimax Internet Connection
since December 2011 and my connection number is 2177835. But
Connection is not working properly from purchasing date to till date.
Still i am suffering from same problem.
Till last week, Connection
worked properly during day time from 8 am to 4 pm but from 4pm to 11pm
Internet surfing speed is just .1kb/sec. But Nowadays speed is
always(Day and Night) 2-3kbps. Now,Connection works hardly 2-3 hours
in a day or even not. Many times I register the complaints to BSNL
Doraha Office, But they said problem is not here, it is in Jalandhar
Office, or users are more, that is why my connection is not working properly. Please do something and solve my problem.

    I have a BSNL broadband for the past 7 years or more, from last 3 weeks, the Internet has stopped working we called up various people at the BSNL office, but the buck was passed from technician to lineman and some "sahib". Last week a lineman came and inspected the connection after several calls he said there is a "problem" in the line. After that nobody has come to repair the problem. we have desperately spoken to every possible person in the BSNL office but our complaints have fallen on deaf ears and no one has bothered to visit and check the connection. we have been very regular with out bills the least we expect them is to provide us service if not good service.

    BSNL BRAOAD BAND — NONFUNCTIONAL

    THE BROAD BAND WAS PROVIDED ON MY TELEPHONE NO.[protected]. THE BROAD BAND IS NON FUNCTIONAL SINCE LAST TWO YEARS AND NEEDS URGENT REPAIRS.THE ADSL LINK IS NEVER STABLE, ERROR 678 IS REPORTED WHILE DIALING /CONNECTING THE INTERNET. MOST OF THE TIME COMPLAINTS IS REGISTERED ON 1957 BUT NO RECTIFICATION HAS SO FAR TAKEN PLACE. KINDLY ARRANGE TO REPAIR THE SAME .
    BSNL has the worst customer service.They aren't even bothered if you call them for 50-60 times.They will just ignore your complaint.And if you are lucky enough to connect to the customer service guys the call will disconnect after 1 or 2 rings.

      We are having the Land Line connection provided by BSNL numbered[protected] which was dead in the month of Feb 2012 for more than 20 days in a month. After continuous followup it was rectified in the month end. And from the beginning of this month it was dead. We have told to the concerned AE (selaiyur Exange) and the reply is they dont have enough cables to attend the damages in the route. In that case, why i have to pay the monthly rental for the month of Mar 2012.
      This to request to attend the cable damages at the earliest for restoring the services for which they have been paid and also to Waive the monthly rental charges for the month of Mar 2012

[protected] and [protected] but now i am not getting that even after constant sending SMS .Also i am unable to contact to costumer care call at 123, directs me to call on [protected] but there also call can not be completed message comes . Please help me to activate EXCEL POWER and tell me how i can contact costumer care.

        I hereby lodge a complaint, that my outgoing call has been barred of my Mobile phone no (no.[protected] for no fault of mine. For the bill payment of month September 2008 (bill payment due date: On 25.10.08) I made the bill payment on 10/11/2008 (bill amount Rs. 622/-). But on the next months bill I found that same amount Rs. 622/- was added as previous balance. I made a complain to the Accounts officer at Bhupen Bose Avenue Branch on 02/12/2008, Where I usually submit my bill. He appreciated my problem and allowed me to submit the bill excluding that Rs 622/-. He also assured me that the dispute will be taken care of and will be sorted out with immediate effect. On that assurance I payed my due amount on the same day that is on 02/12/08.
        On 4th December 2008 my outgoing call was barred and from that day onwards I have called BSNL and its customer care unit no less than 30 times, each time getting assurance that my outgoing call will be reestablished with immediate effect. “But it is needless to say, that as usual, the Super Navaratna BSNL did not pay any heed to my concerns, and never pay any heed to the concerns and problems of millions of their valued customer(don't know whether BSNL at all think these customers as valued or not!!!).”
        On 10th December 2008 I got a SMS on my phone where somebody has threatened me on behalf of BSNL that I will be sued if I do not pay the dues immediately. As I have mentioned already that I have no amount due on my cell phone bill. And for last one week I am suffering badly as I cannot call from my phone in spite of all assurances given by your staff.
        “I don't know even your capacity or whether you are at all powerfull enough to solve the above mentioned problem or not. I know BSNL is getting used to all these complaints and these complaints do not bear any significance to them. I will consider myself very lucky if I am proven wrong”. Otherwise I will be left with only two alternatives: one is to surrender my BSNL connection with immediate effect, and second is to go to the Press and tell them how professional your organization is. I think you will appreciate that in this competitive market I will have no problem to get connectivity.

        The Broadband connection plan ‘Home 199 C’ was provided to me against my landline no. 255-8748 on 17th. Oct.2008. But until now no bill is issued against this connection, instead the regular ‘P&T’ rental bills are charged since then. I am also paying the bills regularly. The matter was brought to the notice of the O/O, the SDO (P)/DIE, Dgp.01 verbally for repeated times.
        Now, I am requesting once again to look into the matter to take appropriate action so that my bills are regularized with proper adjustments under the plan scheme and no inconvenience is left for future trouble.

        I am P.Satyanarayana having BSNL Phone number[protected].
        BSNL is Charging extra 200 rupees on each Bill stating as One time charges on Games on Demand since 4 months, which I have never subscriber over phone / letter or personal.
        I have complained in the Jeedimetla branch office and Accounts office at Ameerpet, and also called many numbers provided by the call centre people ended with no result.
        Still BSNL is robbing me. Please kindly any one help me in this regard.

        i have complaint against Bharat SANCHAAR NIGAM LIMITED about extra amount include in my mobile phone bill.i was also go to the bsnl csc but not get anything.
        bill amount Rs.1328.24 for the month of August/10 seems to be absurd.My account No. is [protected] and customer id is [protected].Kindly let me know how to be informed about the bill for the job right at the time of operation?Otherwise it will be taken for granted that BSNL is not a worth-believing site and there is a lot of other options open for the customers.

        i raj kumar batra wanted to complaint against bsnl
        see i discontinued my bsnl broadband connection in the month of may which had a monthly rental of 750
        after disconnection at the same time i had opted for Rs. 99 /- rental plan

        still the bill they provided me at my premises was 1300 something that i had paid
        later on still next month they did not sent any of the bills at the residence
        since then now

        now i have recieved a bill of Rs. 3500 /-
        and now i m not even willing to pay for the bill of 3500 because i don't know what plan these guys have applied to me

        Above Tel No is categorised in yearly package of Rs.600/- and the same is paid in advance till May, 2011.

        In the last 3 to 4 bills appears monthly rent and the same has been paid, I have to get refunded of the monthly rent charged above the yearly package. Please correct the account.

        Although I am paying the bill amount every month before its first due date, in the following bills show the same as outstanding, thus making the subscriber utterly confused. If there is delay in either the post office I am paying or at your end, the subscriber is not at fault.
        IN HE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2010 I GOT A CALL FROM BSNL PERSONEL SAY THAT UPDAING DING SOFTWARE AS I AM USING WIDE BAND.AND HE TOLD THAT CAN BE USED FOR GAMES ALSO. THEN I STARTED UPDATING MY LAPTOP .THE WAY HE WAS TELLING I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND SO I ASKED I DONT WANT TO INSTAL AS PER HIS INSTRUCTIONS. HE WAS PEADING ME ( ALMOST BEGGING ME) TO INSTAL IT . THEN I GOT DOBUT THAT THIS PERSON IS NOT FROM BSNL. IMMEDIATLY I CALLED CUSTMERCARE CENTER AND REPORTED THE MATER. THEN THEY TOLD THEY WILL INFORM TO THEIR HIGHER UP.IN THE MONTH OF DEC 2010 I GOT BILL SAYING THAT GAMES ON DEMAND ABOUT Rs 60. AGAIN I REPORTED HE MATER TO CUSTMERCARE BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. IN THE MONTH OF JAN 2011 I GOT THE BILL GAMES ON DEMAND Rs 200. THIS WAS UNFAIR THAT WITH OUT MY CONCENT THEY CHARGED ME THIS AMOUT. I COULD NOT COMPLAINT THROUGH MY PORTAL AS IT IS NOT TAKING THE COMPLAINT. THROUGH THIS CONSUMER COMPLAINT I AM EXPLAINGING.

        I have paid a bill online through bill desk(Visa bill pay).But the amount is not credited to my account even after the disconnection date, so I paid that bill manually. After that I received a mail from them informing that the bill is paid and the bill amount is debited to my VISA card. That is two payments are made to the same bill. What can I do?
        I did contact BILLDESK: They also said that the BSNL is silent, When they tried to contact concerned officers.

        I have been contacting many officers(including nodal officers) for this issue, they are always repeating that the amount will be adjusted in the next bill; after that I received three bills, no amount is adjusted up till now .Please help me with this issue

        My name is T. Rajagopal – AN: 62371766 in Subscriber’s Request Slip. I have taken a new connection with BSNL under the Plan HOME COMBO ULD900. . I kindly request you to go through the following and clarify my queries on the recent Bill I have received.

        • I have opted for Annual Payment option which works out to Rs. 9000/-

        • I have paid Rs 500 as Deposit with BSNL. In the bill, I see that this has been adjusted against the Misc. Charges. This is actually the Deposit which one should get back while surrendering the connection. Please confirm my understanding.

        • There is an amount of Rs. 29.03 as Fixed Monthly Charges. How has this been arrived at? As per the Plan which is attached for your reference, TELEPHONE FIXED MONTHLY CHARGE is NIL.

        • While there are 400 free calls as per this plan, it is mentioned that the call charge is Rs. 39 for the period 27/July/2011 to 31/07/2011.

        When I approached the BSNL customer center in person, they were not able to explain this properly, but one of them even passed a sarcastic comment that they should have sent a bill for much higher value. When there are too many private telephones in the market, people still believe going for BSNL for its credibility and customer service. I only hope one of you will read this and send me a proper response explaining the mode of Billing.

                      For official purpose we (CWC, BED, Kochi) have applied a new Telephone Connection with Internet connection and application submitted at Panampilly Nagar office. Unfortunately we have not received any Telephone connection so far. On contacting they (Panampilly Nagar BSNL) given 2 telephone nos and on contacting there is no response. Today[protected] I met your BSNL (Line Man) personnel and he told me that they have not given any wire to him? In fact less than 20 meters wire only required for the new connection since the existing connection is already there in the building (JALADHARA Complex). Now I don't know (1) to whom I have to make a complaint? (2) Is it the standard of the BSNL now-a-days?.(3) Is it the standard of your Customer Care? (4) In BSNL there is no mechanism to curtail or check such irresponsibilities/ unprofessional attitude of the concerned personnel ? (5) Whose mistake is it anyway? Anyway kindly do the needful to give the connection of Telephone with Internet as early.

                          I have the broad connection of the scheme Rs750/- unlimitted home connection LL no:[protected]; Service Id: drsk627( BB HOME COMBO UL 750-HYD). So far for the past 1 year and more there was no problem and the connection used to be consistent. For the past 1 month the connection used to come for 10 mts and suddenly it will go off for 5-10 mts. This happens several time. This has been brought to the concern thru 1500. Every time the message will promptly come as the compliant is closed without solving the same. If the same problem continues I am planning to shift to the private operators. Since I am the customer of LL, Broad Band and cell one, I have not shifted till Date. I feel it is connected with cable fault and that has been explained to the person concerned many times when he made a call.

                            BSNL Mobile Prepaid — Illegal deduction of balance

                            I am a Bsnl East Prepaid customer.My phone no is [protected] and my name is Satyajit Dey.
                            Till 1st December 2010 i have a balance of Rs.67.66 on my no.That day 10 a.m. I have recharged Rs.07.00 which is for one day 100 MB browsing and I used about 70 MB out of my 100 MB till night.But the next morning i have cheaked my balance and found it's Rs.31.00 less means Rs.36.66.So Rs.31 is deducted from my balance illegally though I had 30 MB free data uses left in my account and I was in validity period.
                            I called the customer care-[protected] and one of them launched a complain gave me a complain no[protected] but after 3 or 4 days when I called customer care again the representative to know the status of my complain he told me that my complain no is invalid that means my complain is not taken.What can i do now?Please help me.

                              I'm user of cellone mobile services from past five years, from past one and half year I have been facing problems like error in network, out of coverage area, call drop in standstill position and movement all type of problems.

                              This problem is not only at my location but when I'm in and around my locality, this is result of too many signal towers installed in our location which causes difficulty for handset to catch signal, though the signal indicates as full we can neither call or get balance info and most of the time my handset will be searching for the signal.

                              Please look into the issue I have raised several complaints at the customer care center but they offend and say it as my handset problem. How many handsets will be in problem I have changed four handsets.

                              This problem is only in our locality and works fine in rest of the locations like office and other parts of city...

                                  Just now i get a call from BSNL Hungama, I am BSNL Broadband used for the past several years. One guy spoke to me that this service is completely free for BSNL broadband users. He ask my email, mobile number,dob etc for sending username and password.But upto the end he didn't tell that this service is for subscription only. So i receive login details , i log to my account on bsnl.hungama.com, There i found , my landline charged for Rs 149 unlimited plan. I get shocked and i suddenly unsubscribe it. Full of .

                                    I m SHRI NAURANG MAL SABOO, having the BSNL LANDLINE connection in my house having the landline phone number as[protected].
                                    But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as SRI LAXMI NARAYAN SABOO.

                                    And the address of my residence is wrong as i need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a resident proof for various applications.
                                    the full adress of my resident is:
                                    Flat no:-17,18;2nd Floor;Bldg no:-4;Shantinagar Housing Colony;2/c,N.S Road;Liluah;Howrah-711204.

                                    So, i want the changes in my name from SRI LAXMI NARAYAN SABOO to SHRI NAURANG MAL SABOO.
                                    and i want the address to be changed as i have mentioned above.

                                    so, plzzz help me in sorting out these problems... i will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

                                      This is to bring to the notice of all concerned officers of BSNL, that I, (Alok Jaiman R/o 25 Prakash Lok, Shimla Road, Dehradun,) have been served a Bill Recovery Notice dated 9 March 2012 by Accounts Officer Pursuit Cell, BSNL, Room No. 36 Cross Road, Dehra Dun, for non payment of Rs.1830/-(Rs. One thousand eight hundred and thirty only) - reason cited by the officer is that my phone No.2643932,above mentioned phone is disconnected due to non payment of the above amount, and threatening a legal / Police action.

                                      In this regard I have to inform - that it is not the Telephone Department - but I my self who submitted an application for disconnection of the Phone No.2643932 on 29/31 November 2011, until that time my phone was out of order- reason clearly mentioned in my Telephone Closure Application by me was - extremely Pathetic service and and complaint adhereance by BSNL Clementown Exchange - officials. The Phone instrument was submitted with the Phone Mechanic Store, O/o The S.D.E.. Clementown on 22 Nov. 2011.as per his signed rect.

                                      The above mentioned phone remained disfunctional for over 3 weeks in July and again from 8-10th of September till I submitted my application for closure of the above mentioned phone service. In this regard I had written several letters through Consumar Complaint Foroum in the month of July and again on 7th and 24th of October 2011 to Consumar Greviance Cell, BSNL, Patel Nagar, Dehra Dun.

                                      Copies of entire communication were also forwarded to The Ministry of Tele Communications, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi - from where I received a call and apologies for poor state of service and incompetence of BSNL officials - bythe Officer calling from Ministry.

                                      Government agencies are known to be shamefully arrogant and incompetent with no Accountablity - and only good at Haressing "the Aam Aadmi" - and this once again is Proved by your serving this recovery notice on me. The apalling fact is that instead of checking facts and my complaints at your end, and considering refund for the bills paid by me for the peariod when phone remained out of order, your Office has created a demand on me.

                                      I owe no dues to BSNL instead I now demand compensation for the continued haressment by your Agency, a proper enquiry in to the matter regarding Phone No. 2643932 - and detailed investigation in to the functioining of BSNL Clementown Exchgange re: this phone number - and an Explaination by the Accounts Officer Pursuit Cell, BSNL, Cross Road - as to why and how come a recovery notice has been served - without proper verification and enquiry at your end.
