My BSNL prepaid mobile number is " [protected] ". On 27.03.2012, suddenly one sms had come to my mobile saying that my mobile number has renewed to the "Flirt service", though I've not subscribed any service like that. Also it has charged Rs. 10. How can any service been activated without my concern? Please say what to do for that type of harassment.

    BSNL,Ernakulam — Land phone- not working

    My land phone No.2761183 has not been working since 17/10/2009.But even after repeated complaints there is no response from Telephone Exchange ,Kolencherry,Eranakulam.The pity is that so far they have not even made a single attempt to identify the problem.There is total callousness from the part of the authorities.

    Dear Sir,
    For official purpose we (CWC, BED, Kochi) have applied a new Telephone Connection with Internet connection and application submitted at Panampilly Nagar office. Incidentally every formalities are over on[protected] and it seems the BSNL has allotted a Telephone No[protected] and a message received saying the service is activated. Unfortunately we have not received any Telephone connection so far. On contacting they (Panampilly Nagar BSNL) given 2 telephone nos and on contacting there is no response. Today[protected] I met your BSNL (Line Man) personnel and he told me that they have not given any wire to him? In fact less than 20 meters wire only required for the new connection since the existing connection is already there in the building (JALADHARA Complex). Now I don't know (1) to whom I have to make a complaint? (2) Is it the standard of the BSNL now-a-days?.(3) Is it the standard of your Customer Care? (4) In BSNL there is no mechanism to curtail or check such irresponsibilities/ unprofessional attitude of the concerned personnel ? (5) Whose mistake is it anyway? Anyway kindly do the needful to give the connection of Telephone with Internet as early.

        I have the broad connection of the scheme Rs750/- unlimitted home connection LL no:[protected]; Service Id: drsk627( BB HOME COMBO UL 750-HYD). So far for the past 1 year and more there was no problem and the connection used to be consistent. For the past 1 month the connection used to come for 10 mts and suddenly it will go off for 5-10 mts. This happens several time. This has been brought to the concern thru 1500. Every time the message will promptly come as the compliant is closed without solving the same. If the same problem continues I am planning to shift to the private operators. Since I am the customer of LL, Broad Band and cell one, I have not shifted till Date. I feel it is connected with cable fault and that has been explained to the person concerned many times when he made a call.
        Kindly do the needful at the earliest

          Sir,
          I am owning a prepaid mobile No.[protected] of BSNL Prepaid mobile exel. A balance of Rs.30/- has been illegly deducted from my account by BSNL on dated 08.03.2012 with my consent. I have lodged a number complaints to custmer care from the date of deduction but nobody is bothering and not refund the deducted amount to me. Due to fear of deduction of balance I could not get the big recharge of this number & i am unable to make a long duration call. Due this i have faced a loss of Rs.1.00lacs in my services.
          So, please get refund the balance amount & a cliam of Rs.1.00lacs from the company.

          BSNL Mobile Prepaid — Illegal deduction of balance

          I am a Bsnl East Prepaid customer.My phone no is [protected] and my name is Satyajit Dey.
          Till 1st December 2010 i have a balance of Rs.67.66 on my no.That day 10 a.m. I have recharged Rs.07.00 which is for one day 100 MB browsing and I used about 70 MB out of my 100 MB till night.But the next morning i have cheaked my balance and found it's Rs.31.00 less means Rs.36.66.So Rs.31 is deducted from my balance illegally though I had 30 MB free data uses left in my account and I was in validity period.
          I called the customer care-[protected] and one of them launched a complain gave me a complain no[protected] but after 3 or 4 days when I called customer care again the representative to know the status of my complain he told me that my complain no is invalid that means my complain is not taken.What can i do now?Please help me.

          BSNL Mobile — Illegal deduction of balance

          Dear Sir,

          I am sim holder of BSNL mobile no. [protected]. They are illegaly deducting Rs. 25 from nov. 2010 from my balance in the name of mobile radio service.

          As I am not using such type of set of mobile radio. I have also complaint to the Customer care of BSNL but no responce receive from them.

          So I request you to look over this matter.

          BSNL mobile service — illegal deduction of amount from mobile

          when i recharge of RS 110 on dated 30-12-10,then automatic deduction of amount only i found Rs 25. Fequently provisioning of value added service on my mobile no [protected] without my consent & illegal deduction of amount from my mobile account.Pl deactivate all value added service which are automatically added in my mobile. This type of act is purely illegal. Kindly arrange to refund amount on my mobile.
          My self is V.Koteswar Rao, AT/PO- Khatiguda < Dist- Nabarangapur, Odisha. and my mobile Number is [protected]. I am also facing the same problem since three months. No remidial actions are taken by customore care of BSNL

            I'm user of cellone mobile services from past five years, from past one and half year I have been facing problems like error in network, out of coverage area, call drop in standstill position and movement all type of problems.

            This problem is not only at my location but when I'm in and around my locality, this is result of too many signal towers installed in our location which causes difficulty for handset to catch signal, though the signal indicates as full we can neither call or get balance info and most of the time my handset will be searching for the signal.

            Please look into the issue I have raised several complaints at the customer care center but they offend and say it as my handset problem. How many handsets will be in problem I have changed four handsets.

            This problem is only in our locality and works fine in rest of the locations like office and other parts of city...

            For your reference:
            Address: Allwyn colony phase 2 & 1, jagadgirigutta and bhagyanager colony.
            Will receive signal from AirForceColony but we have a tower installed in allwyn colony which is near 600mts away from our house.

            We kindly ask for solution to this problem.

            Respected Seniours, This is to bring your attention to the fact thati have recently changed my network from Vodafone To BSNL due to network issues prevailling in Vodafone in nearby side of border area.However, thinking about better network service and superior features, that induce me to adopt network change decision, which is now proving as pathetic and painful experience.From last two months the issues are addressed below :
            1.Network Failure every time in my home location
            2.Sudden call drop within a minute
            3.Two bills has been generated and paid by me but not received even a single hard copy of the bills.
            Pls resolve this on urgent basis for next level escallations'

            Feature of the problem:Sudden call drop with a minute & network failure continuously while trying to call anone from my Inside home location.
            Already register a complaint thru customer care, but issues not taken care of and also not verified.2bills has been genarated and also paid online before due date but still not even a single hard copy of bill reached to my home location, very much pathetic & painful experience with leading service provider BSNL

              With refrence of BSNL has advised the games for period one month free of cost,but the BSNL has charged for the games for which we have not utilised it and the gmail id which i used during activate games is blocked now.so i kindly request you to deactivate the games.
              Kindly request you to adjust the amount for which you charged in the next coming bill and the bill you will further send to us. pls send the bill and do the needful and pls deactivate it as early as possible.I am a student.

                Just now i get a call from BSNL Hungama, I am BSNL Broadband used for the past several years. One guy spoke to me that this service is completely free for BSNL broadband users. He ask my email, mobile number,dob etc for sending username and password.But upto the end he didn't tell that this service is for subscription only. So i receive login details , i log to my account on bsnl.hungama.com, There i found , my landline charged for Rs 149 unlimited plan. I get shocked and i suddenly unsubscribe it. Full of .

                  But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as SRI LAXMI NARAYAN SABOO.

                  And the address of my residence is wrong as i need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a resident proof for various applications.
                  the full adress of my resident is:
                  Flat no:-17,18;2nd Floor;Bldg no:-4;Shantinagar Housing Colony;2/c,N.S Road;Liluah;Howrah-711204.

                  So, i want the changes in my name from SRI LAXMI NARAYAN SABOO to SHRI NAURANG MAL SABOO.
                  and i want the address to be changed as i have mentioned above.

                  so, plzzz help me in sorting out these problems... i will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

                    This is to bring to the notice of all concerned officers of BSNL, that I, (Alok Jaiman R/o 25 Prakash Lok, Shimla Road, Dehradun,) have been served a Bill Recovery Notice dated 9 March 2012 by Accounts Officer Pursuit Cell, BSNL, Room No. 36 Cross Road, Dehra Dun, for non payment of Rs.1830/-(Rs. One thousand eight hundred and thirty only) - reason cited by the officer is that my phone No.2643932,above mentioned phone is disconnected due to non payment of the above amount, and threatening a legal / Police action.

                    In this regard I have to inform - that it is not the Telephone Department - but I my self who submitted an application for disconnection of the Phone No.2643932 on 29/31 November 2011, until that time my phone was out of order- reason clearly mentioned in my Telephone Closure Application by me was - extremely Pathetic service and and complaint adhereance by BSNL Clementown Exchange - officials. The Phone instrument was submitted with the Phone Mechanic Store, O/o The S.D.E.. Clementown on 22 Nov. 2011.as per his signed rect.

                    The above mentioned phone remained disfunctional for over 3 weeks in July and again from 8-10th of September till I submitted my application for closure of the above mentioned phone service. In this regard I had written several letters through Consumar Complaint Foroum in the month of July and again on 7th and 24th of October 2011 to Consumar Greviance Cell, BSNL, Patel Nagar, Dehra Dun.

                    Copies of entire communication were also forwarded to The Ministry of Tele Communications, Sanchar Bhawan, New Delhi - from where I received a call and apologies for poor state of service and incompetence of BSNL officials - bythe Officer calling from Ministry.

                    Government agencies are known to be shamefully arrogant and incompetent with no Accountablity - and only good at Haressing "the Aam Aadmi" - and this once again is Proved by your serving this recovery notice on me. The apalling fact is that instead of checking facts and my complaints at your end, and considering refund for the bills paid by me for the peariod when phone remained out of order, your Office has created a demand on me.

                    I owe no dues to BSNL instead I now demand compensation for the continued haressment by your Agency, a proper enquiry in to the matter regarding Phone No. 2643932 - and detailed investigation in to the functioining of BSNL Clementown Exchgange re: this phone number - and an Explaination by the Accounts Officer Pursuit Cell, BSNL, Cross Road - as to why and how come a recovery notice has been served - without proper verification and enquiry at your end.

                      I had a landline telephone number[protected] at our residence 425 D-Panki, kanpur-208020.
                      We had disconnected it on 10 Aug 2011 paying all my dues. Our telephone had been disconnected on 19 Nov 2011and deposted telephone directory andtelephone instrument on 5 Dec 2011 at Lajpat Nagar Kanpur. We have submit our Application for refunding my security deposte on 21 Dec 2011
                      at office of Kalayanpur Kanpur.
                      But we are sorry to say that till date we have not recieved my security deposite Rs.3000/- .We request you please refund my security deposite as soon possible on my following address :

                        I have not activated the above said service on my telephone no[protected]. I talked on toll free no of bsnl hungama [protected] today, your excecutive told me that I have activate the above said service in Dec 2011 , but I have not attented the telephone & not make a request for this service, which is not required by me, the time told by your executive today. So, I will not pay the charges of HMOD. I want the recording of that call, on which this service was activated. Kindly provide the call recording to my Mobile No [protected]. I am not going to pay the bill of this service (hmod). The Time of Call is 11-09 am Day Time, At this time no body can attend this call, because nobody stayed at home at the time given. We are 3 persons in our house, at day time my wife goes for service and daughter goes to her college. I might be go to consumer court, if these charges will not be back.

                          My BSNL phone (Land line) number is[protected]. last 2 months my phone does not work,
                          I booked complaint several times through BSNL dynamic Complaint System. within 4 to 5 days the phone was working for a day or 2 but after that again the same problem .

                          I don't understand why this heppen? my last Complaint No is [protected] dated 18.03.2012.


                          Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

                          BSNL — Telephone Out o order

                          Our land line number[protected] is not working since last 3 months and totally out of order fron 8th Dec.2008. We had complained several times ( comp. no. 31890, dt7/8, 38702, 42909 dt21/10, 45928 dt 13/11, 47182 dt 21/11, dt 8/12 & 15/12) but no one had come and still we are suffering same problem. Pl. depute somebody to solve our problem.
                          its been 20 days now, we have already given the complaint for the same. there is no response from the BSNL people till date.

                          TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IN VILLAGE HASSANGARH DISTT ROHTAK IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS. MY PHONE NO. [protected] IS NOT WORKING. AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BUT ALL IN VAIN. TAKE SUITABLE ACTION. CONTACT NO. [protected]

                          titwala, Kalyan, Thane Pin 421 605 is out of order for the last one week.

                          BSNL Telephone — Out of Order for 3 weeks

                          I reside at avadi and the water and drainage work are in progress. Somehow the telephone line is disconnected and I have logged complaint online 3 times and there is no progress yet. Telephone is not working for past 3 weeks. The number is 26552535.
                          My Telephone No[protected] is out of order since February 2010. I was given a WLL telephone in lieu, but, it has provided most unsatisfactory and unreliable service ever since. There are frequent call disconnections, false 'Engaged' tone provided to callers etc.
                          I have made numerous complaints both verbally and in writing to the concerned officers. Each time I get to hear a new excuse and fresh promises. The service continues to be as bad as it has been. What options do I have?

                          Telephone no.[protected] consumer no.850774 was out of order w.e.f. 07.09.2010 (i.e. not receiving voice of incoming calls) and a complint to this effect was lodged on 08.09.2010 with BSNL Office, Attingal. I also went personally to expedite the matter. Further several times requested with BSNL Office, Attingal over telephone to set right the matter. Another fresh compliant was lodged vide compliant no.W-538 dated 23.09.2010, but till date no action seems to have been taken to rectify the defect. Again I faxed the complinat to AGM (OP), O/O PGMT, BSNL Bhawan, Statue, Trivandrum[protected] on 25.09.2010 and no positive responose received so far. Authorities may do the needful at the earliest and also take action against the defaulters.

                          in a weeks ago somebody came and chek the problem and they said ,there can be some damage on the telephone wire but still the problem is not resolved. therefore here by iam requesting you to solve issue on urgent basis otherwise i would like to disconnect the telephone connection immediatly. i am waiting for your positive responds.

                            I am using BSNL Broadband since last year, on 30th of August 2010 it had some problem (Error No - 678) for which I placed a complaint on BSNL Broadband Fault Booking 1504 vide complaint no [protected] dated 02nd of September 2010 at 17.15 Hrs, but to the utter surprise till date after regular telephonic traceing the problem has not been solved, & now the BSNL persons are not replying over phone also.
                            Few numbers on which I have been calling regularly are below:-

                            I have broad band internet connection. Most of the time the Internet is not connected. Particularly it happens during the period 7pm to 10 pm. Out of four lights of modem only three lights are on i.e. power, DSL, and Ethernet and the Internet light is off during this period. This happens frequently. Even yesterday i.e. on saturday 7 th Jan.2012 during the period 5pm to 11.30pm I could not get connected.If this is the quality of service, naturally people will switch over to private companies.                             We have broadband internet connection. most of the time our net speed is very very slow.most of time net is not connected or disconnected, this happens frequently. our landline no. is[protected]. since last 3 months is not working proper. Regarding in this matter i lodge telephonecally as well as written complaints many of times.                               BSNL Game on Demand — unauthorised

                              I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free 30days trial for Games on Demand. But that 30 days were charged and today even after1 months I am receiving a Rs. 200/- charge for the same even though i have unsubscribed from the service long back. Today I am not even able to Login to that Games On Demand account of mine (proves my account doesn't exist any longer) but the charges for the same are still appearing in my monthly bills. I regret that BSNL is cheating the subscriber.
                              i have contacted the local BSNL office and they say it's not operated from their office and they directed me to another office of BSNL. When I contact they directo to another phone number which is not responded . No solution has yet been taken in this matter

                                  I am very sad to inform you that the persons sitting for the customer services are not providing such a satisfying response.
                                  I had made a complain(131WB1332923) last month regarding deactivation of a JOBS pack which I had activated, but may be the person did not get me correctly. While as per the sms received from 56505020 & BV-ONMOBL I followed the process for deactivation last month as well as this month ( CAN JOBS) and sent the sms to 56505, but yet not deactivated.
                                  Toady on 21st March again a amount of rs. 20 has been deducted as it had happened last month also even after the response from the customer services that my packs has been deactivated from their end.
                                  I am really upset having such kind of services from your network I just want my money back otherwise I will have to switch to some other network for some better services.
                                  Hope you will look into this matter and make me reliable for long going relation.

                                    I am having tel of WLL but it is being frequently out of order.

                                        BSNL — Landline phone is dead since 2 months

                                        Dear Sir/Madame

                                        My telephone number[protected] is dead since third week of June 2009. In starting
                                        i had telephonic talk with BSNL officer many times and they replied me that some BSNL
                                        line cable is cut in Ghodasar area and it will be solved within a week. But after that
                                        also there is no improvement no reapairing is done so i gave (computerised) complain
                                        on 25382198 through phone on 9-July-2009. You can check it in your record. I am
                                        talking on phone also with BSNL persons and all the time i was getting their
                                        standard answer like -

                                        " Dont worry, work is going on and it will be done within two three days ".

                                        These are the numbers on which i had talk about my phone complain
                                        25353900, 25321200, 25321188, 25381200, 25435999, 1500 etc.

                                        Now today (it is 18 August 2009) I again talked on 1500 and asked about my complain,
                                        BSNL officer told me that there is no complain for my phone 25381048. That means
                                        BSNL system shows that my problem is solved with out knowing that my complain is
                                        solved in real or not. Till date no line man came to my home and checked that the
                                        problem is solved or not.

                                        Dear BSNL officer, i have opted for plan 1200 and paid Rs.1200 (plus tax) in cash.
                                        My landline phone is not workin since two months, and I dont know when will it be in
                                        working condition ? So why should I pay rent (100 ruppes per month plus tax) to BSNL
                                        for the period of 2 to 3 months ? So I request you to give compensation and not to
                                        charge me any bill for an unutilized service provided by BSNL.
