I had a landline telephone number[protected] at our residence 425 D-Panki, kanpur-208020.
We had disconnected it on 10 Aug 2011 paying all my dues. Our telephone had been disconnected on 19 Nov 2011and deposted telephone directory andtelephone instrument on 5 Dec 2011 at Lajpat Nagar Kanpur. We have submit our Application for refunding my security deposte on 21 Dec 2011
at office of Kalayanpur Kanpur.
But we are sorry to say that till date we have not recieved my security deposite Rs.3000/- .We request you please refund my security deposite as soon possible on my following address :

    Dear Sir,
    I have not activated the above said service on my telephone no[protected]. I talked on toll free no of bsnl hungama [protected] today, your excecutive told me that I have activate the above said service in Dec 2011 , but I have not attented the telephone & not make a request for this service, which is not required by me, the time told by your executive today. So, I will not pay the charges of HMOD. I want the recording of that call, on which this service was activated. Kindly provide the call recording to my Mobile No [protected]. I am not going to pay the bill of this service (hmod). The Time of Call is 11-09 am Day Time, At this time no body can attend this call, because nobody stayed at home at the time given. We are 3 persons in our house, at day time my wife goes for service and daughter goes to her college. I might be go to consumer court, if these charges will not be back.

      I booked complaint several times through BSNL dynamic Complaint System. within 4 to 5 days the phone was working for a day or 2 but after that again the same problem .

      I don't understand why this heppen? my last Complaint No is [protected] dated 18.03.2012.


      Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

      BSNL — Telephone Out o order

      Our land line number[protected] is not working since last 3 months and totally out of order fron 8th Dec.2008. We had complained several times ( comp. no. 31890, dt7/8, 38702, 42909 dt21/10, 45928 dt 13/11, 47182 dt 21/11, dt 8/12 & 15/12) but no one had come and still we are suffering same problem. Pl. depute somebody to solve our problem.
      its been 20 days now, we have already given the complaint for the same. there is no response from the BSNL people till date.

      TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IN VILLAGE HASSANGARH DISTT ROHTAK IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS. MY PHONE NO. [protected] IS NOT WORKING. AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BUT ALL IN VAIN. TAKE SUITABLE ACTION. CONTACT NO. [protected]

      BSNL Telephone — Out of Order for 3 weeks

      I reside at avadi and the water and drainage work are in progress. Somehow the telephone line is disconnected and I have logged complaint online 3 times and there is no progress yet. Telephone is not working for past 3 weeks. The number is 26552535.
      My Telephone No[protected] is out of order since February 2010. I was given a WLL telephone in lieu, but, it has provided most unsatisfactory and unreliable service ever since. There are frequent call disconnections, false 'Engaged' tone provided to callers etc.
      I have made numerous complaints both verbally and in writing to the concerned officers. Each time I get to hear a new excuse and fresh promises. The service continues to be as bad as it has been. What options do I have?

      Telephone no.[protected] consumer no.850774 was out of order w.e.f. 07.09.2010 (i.e. not receiving voice of incoming calls) and a complint to this effect was lodged on 08.09.2010 with BSNL Office, Attingal. I also went personally to expedite the matter. Further several times requested with BSNL Office, Attingal over telephone to set right the matter. Another fresh compliant was lodged vide compliant no.W-538 dated 23.09.2010, but till date no action seems to have been taken to rectify the defect. Again I faxed the complinat to AGM (OP), O/O PGMT, BSNL Bhawan, Statue, Trivandrum[protected] on 25.09.2010 and no positive responose received so far. Authorities may do the needful at the earliest and also take action against the defaulters.

      dear sir my name is biby my home telephone ([protected]) is not working since 3 weeks were we sevaral time contact on the near by exchange to resove the issue at (puunamparambu branch thrissur )but we havent get any positive respond . the replay which we got from them that, there is no sufficiant staff to resolve the issues.

      in a weeks ago somebody came and chek the problem and they said ,there can be some damage on the telephone wire but still the problem is not resolved. therefore here by iam requesting you to solve issue on urgent basis otherwise i would like to disconnect the telephone connection immediatly. i am waiting for your positive responds.

        Sir,
        I am using BSNL Broadband since last year, on 30th of August 2010 it had some problem (Error No - 678) for which I placed a complaint on BSNL Broadband Fault Booking 1504 vide complaint no [protected] dated 02nd of September 2010 at 17.15 Hrs, but to the utter surprise till date after regular telephonic traceing the problem has not been solved, & now the BSNL persons are not replying over phone also.
        Few numbers on which I have been calling regularly are below:-
        Mr Sudhir (JE for Broadband) +91-[protected] & Landline +[protected]
        Mr GM/DGM +91-[protected] & Landline +[protected]
        These phones are continuosly ringing but nobody is there to reply.
        So, please help, what to do.??? I am totally feed up with the service of BSNL.

        dear sir,
        I have broad band internet connection. Most of the time the Internet is not connected. Particularly it happens during the period 7pm to 10 pm. Out of four lights of modem only three lights are on i.e. power, DSL, and Ethernet and the Internet light is off during this period. This happens frequently. Even yesterday i.e. on saturday 7 th Jan.2012 during the period 5pm to 11.30pm I could not get connected.If this is the quality of service, naturally people will switch over to private companies. I request you to kindly look into the matter ensure that this may not happen again. My telephone number is[protected].

        We have broadband internet connection. most of the time our net speed is very very slow.most of time net is not connected or disconnected, this happens frequently. our landline no. is[protected]. since last 3 months is not working proper. I also personally contacted SDOT regarding internet speed problem but yet the our issue not resolved.I request you to kindly look into the matter.

          BSNL Game on Demand — unauthorised

          I had received a phone call from a service provider regarding a free 30days trial for Games on Demand. But that 30 days were charged and today even after1 months I am receiving a Rs. 200/- charge for the same even though i have unsubscribed from the service long back. Today I am not even able to Login to that Games On Demand account of mine (proves my account doesn't exist any longer) but the charges for the same are still appearing in my monthly bills. I regret that BSNL is cheating the subscriber.
          i have contacted the local BSNL office and they say it's not operated from their office and they directed me to another office of BSNL. When I contact they directo to another phone number which is not responded . No solution has yet been taken in this matter

          BSNL india games on demand — Unauthorised charges

          My BSNL LandLine number is [protected].Inspite of repeated complaints,I'm regularly getting Phonebills with Rs 200 added on account of games on demand.Two Months back I had registered complaint with the Broadband Section of Bsnl Nagpur(C.T.O) and then in subsequent month they didnot add this charge.But now in the Bill of August 2011,again charges for games on demand for the month of June&July has been added.Please help[ me to get this service Unsubscibed.My Email no.is rodney.[protected]@gmail.com

I have tried to get password by forget password link but the password they sent is not working for me. I have gone to my local bsnl office (kamptee) they sent me to nagpur office for that matter but there also i am not getting any response as they say we can't do anything.               Dear sir,
              My name is Ajeet Kumar Sharma and having prepaid BSNL no [protected].
              I am very sad to inform you that the persons sitting for the customer services are not providing such a satisfying response.
              I had made a complain(131WB1332923) last month regarding deactivation of a JOBS pack which I had activated, but may be the person did not get me correctly. While as per the sms received from 56505020 & BV-ONMOBL I followed the process for deactivation last month as well as this month ( CAN JOBS) and sent the sms to 56505, but yet not deactivated.
              Toady on 21st March again a amount of rs. 20 has been deducted as it had happened last month also even after the response from the customer services that my packs has been deactivated from their end.
              I am really upset having such kind of services from your network I just want my money back otherwise I will have to switch to some other network for some better services.
              Hope you will look into this matter and make me reliable for long going relation.

                wll — Required CDMA

                I am having tel of WLL but it is being frequently out of order.
                so I have applied CDMA aginst my WLL tel no[protected].
                But despite several phone calls to local exchange of Talegaon Dabhade for CDMA phone but concern official not taking eary action. From last month I am paying rent of the phone without being used.I hope some senior manafement look into the matter so that I can get early reasult.
                I am having CDMA . But under Pune SSA, I cannot pay bills for CDMA . Only Landlines and WLL are registered to make payments online. Kindly ALLOW CDMA WLL holders of 02114 to pay on billdesk.com of bsnl.co.in OR Maharshtra.bsnl.co.in

                Please suggest how to boostup the signal of my CDMA WLL Prepaid Phone No.[protected] at Bichom Dam Side. I used 12dBI patch Panel Antenna having frequency of 824-829 MHZ Model JAS PPA 203 as supplied by BSNL. Please name the instruments that can boost up the signals and where from to get it and the related literatures.                     BSNL — Landline phone is dead since 2 months

                    Dear Sir/Madame

                    My telephone number[protected] is dead since third week of June 2009. In starting
                    i had telephonic talk with BSNL officer many times and they replied me that some BSNL
                    line cable is cut in Ghodasar area and it will be solved within a week. But after that
                    also there is no improvement no reapairing is done so i gave (computerised) complain
                    on 25382198 through phone on 9-July-2009. You can check it in your record. I am
                    talking on phone also with BSNL persons and all the time i was getting their
                    standard answer like -

                    " Dont worry, work is going on and it will be done within two three days ".

                    These are the numbers on which i had talk about my phone complain
                    25353900, 25321200, 25321188, 25381200, 25435999, 1500 etc.

                    Now today (it is 18 August 2009) I again talked on 1500 and asked about my complain,
                    BSNL officer told me that there is no complain for my phone 25381048. That means
                    BSNL system shows that my problem is solved with out knowing that my complain is
                    solved in real or not. Till date no line man came to my home and checked that the
                    problem is solved or not.

                    Dear BSNL officer, i have opted for plan 1200 and paid Rs.1200 (plus tax) in cash.
                    My landline phone is not workin since two months, and I dont know when will it be in
                    working condition ? So why should I pay rent (100 ruppes per month plus tax) to BSNL
                    for the period of 2 to 3 months ? So I request you to give compensation and not to
                    charge me any bill for an unutilized service provided by BSNL.

                          This is Sandeep. I have subscribed to BSNL broadband plan after much reluctance given their "world renowkned service" (*sarcasm*)
                          So, the broadband comes and doesn't function for 3 weeks after the first day. And me and my wife have to go from pillar to post.
                          Here is how the conversation goes for 3 weeks.

                          BSNL agent 1: Shaam ko aa jaayenge madam
                          BSNL agent 2: Kall 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
                          BSNL agent 1: Gupta ji ko phone kijiye, wahi modem supply karte hain. Aapke modem mein problem hai
                          Gupta ji: Modem mein problem nahi hoga. Connection mein problem hai
                          BSNL agent 2: Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye
                          BSNL agent 1 : Hum 1 ghante mein aa rahe hain
                          BSNL agent2 : Kal 11 baje yaad dila dijiye

                          Given such chatty people I wonder why people hate BSNL so much

                          I am the business of ecommerce and my entire business heavily relies on Internet.
                          BSNL is not worth. I've used it and will never recommend it again.

                          Local ISP provider Durga Enterprises owned by Mr.Grover is not reliable either.
                          Mainly they do not have backup during power cuts in summers.
                          Deployed poor network infrastructure and switches, it doesn't even start to rain and you are disconnected.

                          I tried Tata wimax for 2 years but the plans are not economical and their speed is fluctuating all the time.
                          Not only that. Even after having a prepaid tata wimax service, if you don't want the service for 2 months, they send recovery agent just like post paid to remind you to pay!!!

                          I was in UK for 2 months and told the customer care when they called me that I will renew my subscription once I'm back in India. When I returned, they already took away the wimax CPE from the roof.
                          Since that day I hate tata wimax services.

                          BSNL is not in mu option list. I am currently using local cable and during downtime my mobile 3G tethering.
                          I completely agree. BSNL service in Kendriya Vihar-2, sector-82, Noida is extremely bad.

                          Even I am facing lots of issues with BSNL broadband connection, since I have taken the connection. Not even a single day, I am satisfied with the speed. I have subscribed to 4 MBPS unlimited plan, however not even a single day I got at least 1 MBPS speed. Already complaint many times, but with out resolving the issue, they will close the ticket.

                          I would recommend not to take BSNL broadband connection, if you are staying in Kendriya Vihar-2, sector-82, Noida .

                            To deactivate BSNL MRadio 12555 Service
                            Sir,
                            BSNL MRadio service has been deducting forcefully Rs 35/- for every recharge voucher and Rs 5/- for every month since one year without my conscent from my mobile having BSNL SIM bearing No. [protected]. I have lodged complain to customer care (1503) vide comp. No.B220R955292, C160R991505 to deactivate 12555 service. Approximately I have lost Rs. 600/- for the above service. The customer care is only registering the complain but does not take any steps to deactivate it.It is understood that BSNL employees who are on duty in Customer Care Section are exploiting the people by shareing with the black money of MRadio Service.
                            Hence, I would like to know who will repay my loss.BSNL or MRadio.If it is not deactivated within two days, I will go to the court of law.

                                  Sir, this is to inform you and bring in consideration of higher authorities of BSNL office, Lucknow that the line-man who deals with the area within and around ASHIANA, Sector-N is not at all responsible in his work and usually takes bribe from the users to repair any fault detected. And often misbehaves while talking.
                                  Please I request to monitor him and take the required action against him and because its high time dealing with this misbehaved man, we residents of ashiana will themselves take support of press and media which will then may harm the good image of BSNL.

                                    i subscribed bsnl broadband (250 plan) on jan-2008. i purchased the modem externally (not from BSNL). for the month of jan and feb, BSNL didn't charge me under broad-band modem rent (which is absolutely correct).                                     I had applied for Rs.250 broadband plan of BSNL and got my connection last month.As per the plan the monthly charge is 250 and free download/upload limit is 1GB.In my first month bill, the monthly charge is given as Rs.100. I have used 792MB, as per my plan(250) the entire usage comes under free limit.But they have given 410 MB as free and have billed me for 382MB.I live in madurai, tamilnadu

                                    I’m sure you are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age. nearly 70yrs old and quite helpless and unwell. Physically Psychologically and emotionally.
                                    To avoid any unnecessary unfortunate misunderstanding I’m giving such a placing this matter to you onbehalf my mother .

                                    With reference to your letter dated 12th march ’09 I state as follows .

                                    1.Your letter does not give any details about billing and status of the matter in question

                                    2.You have not clarified such bill when as to on which date such bills were due

                                    3.The subscriber in question is a senior citizen and quite helpless and unwell

                                    4.There seems to be no explanation for the matter reaming dormant for about six Years approximately.

                                    5.The situation is unusual and I shall expect your kind co-operation

                                    6.The telephone was arranged for by some kind relatives after my father closed his eyes forever and my mother unexpectedly had a serious brain operation under Dr.Molay Chakraborty at siliguri the best of my believe that phone was granted under senior citizenship scheme and it was maintented on behalf by my mother’s sister in law (A retried Govt. servant). Who also stays with her.

                                    7.Now in-between (from the end of 2003 to first of 2004) that phone possibly lapsed due to non payment of bills . however I found some Bills with it’s received copy of that time however details are not cleared.
                                    It was also told by my mother that the phone apparatus taken by your department line-man

                                    8. Now after nearly six years the bill questions have again been revived by your sent notice or letter.

                                    9.In the mean time I’ve been settled in Jalpaiguri I applied for a LAN connection with common normal procedure no questions are raised although the premises are the same . and that was one of the way to make me feel more confident that the matter ( previous phone related Matters was resolved )

                                    10. From your letters it seems my mother’s connection still exists although there’s no psychical Phone of that number as such.

                                    11. Since both of my mother and my aunt are old and aged . details are not naturally clear.

                                    12. There doesn’t seem to be any notice or letter about this matter

                                    As a son I would like to get this matter clarify and settled, as a citizen who user of your services long time . I hope the matter will be resolved amicably and no unjust harassment will be caused to my old and ailing mother and my aunt . Although I’m sure you are aware of (jpg 221149 ) service holder’s minimum status at least the seniority of her age.

                                      I had requested for a BSNL broad band connection through an agent whose name is Ganesh and his mobile no. is [protected], he collected from me 1000 Rs. in this regard on 5 Sep 2011, on the next day I received a SMS from BX-BSNL-BB: stating booking category N-OYT-GNL with work order number : 89037211.

                                      the agent said within a week I shall get the connection , after waiting for 2-3 week I visited BSNL office close to Doorvani Nagar (Adjacent to KR Puram Bridge) stating the Work order number they say there is no BSNL line connection coming to my street and we shall check on this and see what we can do.

                                      Till date I have no response in this regard by BSNL officials.

                                      I don’t know what to do next.
