Dear Sir
Myself OM PRAKASH GOYAL Sim Holder of BSNL with Mobile No [protected] for a long time.
But when i checked my sim registration through a dealer it is registered in any other name. Even i attached my ID and Photograph at the time of registration but reg shows in any other person name. either it will be mistake of dealer at the time of reg or upgradeation problem.
So kindly register my sim in the name of me so that i shall be safe for any furture grivance.

    I have applied for Bsnl landline telephone connection for my new flat at Spanish Garden in Guwahati vide BSNL demand note no.[protected] dt. 25.11.11 and Rs 500 as security deposit was also deposited by money receipt no. KMR[protected] dt. 25.11.11. Therefore, a land line number was also allotted to me. Since, 4 month has been passed, still land line connection is not been connected at my flat. I have also lodge a complain to the General Manager, Assam Telecom circle, Bsnl, Pan Bazar, Guwahati by letter dt. 25.01.12 (Scan copy enclosed) but didn't received any response from their office till date.

    Therefore, I request your kind intervention for an early action

    BSNL- Landline new connection — Connection not yet started

    I have applied a new landline connection since past 20 days now..
    The line man fixed the phone after nearly 10 days, but the phone is still not started..

    I made infinite calls to everybody right from Bambolim exchange, Altin exchange, commercial dept, & customer care also since continuously for 5 days, But nobody is able to reply why my phone is not yet started. they blame eachother for not starting connection...

    I was given their internal communication No: BAMB354.

    So pathetic service anybody must have come across. This is the reason the private communication sector like airtel, vodafone is growing very soon.

    I would request u'll to please change your attitude towards work/urself, coz I feel we are not working only for money, there is lot more in life than money...

    BSNL-Landline — New Connection Not Yet connect

    New Connection Not Yet connect.I apply telephone connection & broadband in month of April, Still I didnt get connection...I paid the amount also.I enquired in concern person they not respond for me.Please do need Full sir.
    my complaint is about lg electronics. i.e. they didnt maintain the old costmers.
    like examples i have 50" l.g. colour t.v. that is about 6 year old and remote of my t.v. is not working and we want a new remote of this model but dont have.

        I have been having a noisy line problem on my land line no.[protected] for 1 year,
        I have made several complaints at 198, and they just act of checking
        lines but they do nothing because the noise still continuous, and because of noisy line
        broadband link gets fail.
        Last time i made complaint on 29/02/2012 at 09:40AM and got the docket id - [protected],
        13/03/2012 at 04:10PM and got the docket id - [protected]
        but nobody came to check the line, then i personally visited the telephone exchange to
        complain to the officers, but they didn't mind on it, and now i can't make a new complaint as
        answering machine says - \"your request to this number is already registered
        and technical work is in progress\"
        this complaint is 21 days old and work is still in progress?
        I hope that BSNL was waiting for a written complaint, and now my problem would be solved.

          Respected Sir,
          I am writing this letter in great despair, to bring into your kind attention about your degenerated, ill-tempered and horrible office (with incorrigible staffs) that you run at Kharagpur.
          Toady, i.e. on 14/03/2012 at 12pm my father Shri Subimal Dey who is a veteran bank employee of Indian Bank ( Indian Bank Kharagpur branch handles all the financial activities of the Kharagpur BSNL) went to your good office (Customer Care center) located near Kharagpur Railway Station, to get a connection of BSNL Broadband service. After producing all documents as directed in your connection form, the lady at the customer center present at that moment and who was responsible for dealing with my father (the lady refused to identify her name or tell her name), started pestering about to furnish wrong information about the modem. We wanted to buy the modem from BSNL and not on rental service (normal modem and not wireless modem), but she denied the service and said that we have to pay 12 months rental instead. But when my father showed that in your form Cl. no. 12, it was clearly mentioned that we can buy the modem from BSNL and the same will then become proprietary item for us, she denied that such clause do exists to her knowledge. Then on top of her voice, she said that if we have any grievance than we should talk to our GM and she wont help and denied to process the form. When my father requested for the GM's number she denied to have with her the same and said to ask for the same from the JTO, Mr. Maiti.
          When my father went to the JTO's office he was sleeping in his own good dreams. After a couple of knocks, he woke up and without trying to listen to the whole situation started shouting like " who know all kind of customers---blah--blah--,etc,etc". After insulting and humiliating my father he denied to give any correspondence of the GM and instead directed my father to talk to the SDO and get the number of GM from him.

          Then again Mr. Maiti and the Lady at the customer desk used some foul languages and even threatened my father by saying that " you cannot do anything.....we work as we please"

          I am very much shocked and spellbound when I came to know about this shocking experience my father had at a PSU organisation. I believe that BSNL has not recruited hooligans to feather their remarkable organisation that I used to know. If this kind of customer service is received by us from your end then it becomes clear that today why people are turning toward private tele-com services. My father became so angry that he decided to let go of the BSNL landline connection that we have for more than 16 years, but I still have faith with BSNL and hope that they will come out of their gestation phase and take some serious action with respect customer service and satisfaction.

            I am a doctor and my phone was repeatedly not working for last 5 months. We had severe problem giving appointments to patients as there would be message that this phone does not exist.After complaining it used to function for an hour or so and again become dead. I got amessage before afew days that you have not paid the bill so your phone will be dissconnected. Yesterday I went to complain but they said that it is because your bill is not paid and made me pay the bill first and then took the complain. I had to literally go and tell them that the phone is not working and they could see how many incoming and outgoing calls have been registered. I also told them that I will complain to a higher authority. Immediately someone came and the phone immediately started functioning but the net is still not working.

                  Please look at the trail of mails exchanged with your BSNL - Chennai, There is no response till today. The service is Pathetic and poor despite repeated requests. FURTHER BSNL HAS BEEN USED FOR AGES BY MY FAMILY AND THAT IS THE CONSIDERATION WE ARE RETAINING. Today the competitor pricing on Communication is lower than BSNL. I have no great love to hold on to BSNL. But as a consumer i have right to get reply for thier poor responses. I am also prepared to move to Different landline service provider and thier service to customer seems to be instant.

                  BSNL — Poor telephone service and pathetic customer service

                  I belong to BPO where customer experience is considered to be the utmost priority. I have been dealing with many of the customers with many problems that we have been able to solve in courteously and amicably. So I expect the same kind of treatment from my service provider. Firstly i fail to understand why BSNL has customer service dept. These folks do not have any product knowledge, no idea about how to answer call and many other things which might make them die of shame. They are simply no match to the other companies who came much after BSNL and have trounced them from the monopoly. BSNL employees are still the same even after so much of loss. In fact, every govt organisation is like that only. I pray to god that I never come across any problem that might involve me to visit govt offices. God knows if making complaint on this site is going to yield anything cause again some govt agency is going to look into this and again they will be asking for all those things which may not be feasible. This is why I have decided not to pay single penny towards what I owe to BSNL. God forbids but time is near when BSNL will have to ask for bail out if they don't change there attitude towards customers.

                      Hi,

                      I am a post paid costumer of BSNL (UP-west), on dated 7th March I had activated a hello tune from BSNL website and had received a confirmation SMS on the same date that I have been charges Rs42/- (Rs12 + Rs30). On dated 8th March I call the customer care Mr Sachin and was informed that the service will be activated within 48 hrs. On dated 9th March I again call the Customer care and fortunately Mr Sachin was on line and I was informed that 48hrs (mean 7days with 8hrs working a day) the response was very rude, again on the next day I again call the Customer care to know the update and I was informed that the software up gradation is in process and was suggested to call back in next 4hrs. After 5hrs I again call the customer care & I was informed the same but the response was very rude.

                      On dated 12th March, I received a call from BSNL customer care at 4-5pm and I was informed that the call tune will be activated in 24 hrs and again Rs42/- has to be deducted from my account, so looking at the confidence my response was Yes go ahead but I need the caller tune. On 13th March again when I call the customer care why the service is not activated after deducting the amount for 2nd time, again the same response I received from the customer care that the software in on up gradation.

                      I discussed with the customer care to book a complain against it but I was inform that before 7days, I am not eligible to file a complain and my complain was not consider.

                      My mobile # [protected], my name is Ruben Chouhan calling from Moradabad district.

                      Kindly help me to get the service activated, rather being exploited from the customer care service provider.

                      I PURCAHSED the hello tune of zara_sa-zannat dtd 02july 2008 on mob.no.[protected] n received a sms that ur tune will be activated within 24hrs but after 24 hrs when i checked my caller tune i found bsnl default tone .when i asked abt this from customer care executive they used unlawful words and humiliated unlawfully when i warn abt consumer forum complain he used unlawful words and said go n proceed towards consumer forum complain today only n his behavior wasnot good .this insidence happend at 07:10pm dtd 03 july 2008 on mob.no.[protected].due to this behavior i was mentally harrased and insulted.so i found it better to go for consumerforum for this humiliation and insult .i expect the protection of consumer rights from ur side .so that it will be a good awreness in this direction .
                      for this i will be thankful to you.

Please stop such unauthorised subscription. Earlier also I have remembered BSNL not to make such subscription or otherwise I have no option except to knock the door of legal authorities.                         I received a message from 57776 stating I have shown interest in nexGTv on 25-10-11 and since then an amount of Rs.99 is being recovered from every month bill and is being renewed automatically I never subscribed for this nexGTv gold pack as was said in the sms of[protected]. I have complained several times to customer care for cancelling this services with immediate effect, but it is in vain no action is taken as of now. I received message frp, 1909 stating your CPR URN is [protected], pl save this for further ref. your request gets activated after a week. Further on repeated complaints, I received a message from BX-CCARE stating thank you for calling BSNL wireless call center, your docket no.is L28KA1135598 for complaint booked at our call center on Dec 28-2011 at 9.53. I became fed up with BSNL for inaction on my complaints. I once again request through this message, please De-activate the nexGtvf Gold Pack subscription with immediate effect, other wise I have no other option except to surrender and get disconnected my post paid service from next month onwards.

                          I have a telephone connection with BB and the no.[protected]. The underground cables has to cross the pipe line road and now there will the repair and taring of the mentioned road. The underground cables are now exposed and there is every chance it will be broken. The matter was informed in BSNL office, Mannuthy about a week back and no action was taken to dig the road in sufficient depth and secure the cable. Necessary action may be taken to put the cable in a secured position.

                            Inspite of repeated reminders and Notice from Advocate neither they have repaired the telephone nor any reply is received, so for though more than 660 days have passed.

                            They have also not repaired the cable, which was damaged by Sewer Ling Digging.

                            Advance rent of telephone was paid upto[protected].

                                I have been using BSNL for last 20 years but since last two months BSNL is levying an additional charge of RS 150 for this BSNL hungama music on demand service without my approval nor consent. My telephone number is[protected]. I would request BSNL to reverse these charges and to immediately remove this service or else I will be forced to move the consumer court for this purpose.

                                    I took BSNL broadband connection in January 2009. Everything was fine till July. In July My plan was Home-500C. But when I eceived August bill it was billed for Home-UL750+ plan. When I asked in Commercial Office in Swathi complex in Sheshadripuram, Bangalore they said u have requested for change of plan on 4th August. But I had not requested and when I asked to show the proof of request, nothing was available and they said you will receive new ammended bill for both August and september. But till now no update on it.
                                    Please look into this issue ASAP.

But since the last 2-3 months i have paid been asked to pay extra on the pretext that some of last year's bills were not cleared.                                     hi i m bsnl consumer and my landlin no is[protected].bsnl has sent me a huge amount on account of cross the limit of bsnl broadband but i m using ULD plan rs 550.my bill should be waived off.
                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I am a broadband user of BSNL Monthly Plan of BBG-FN-HOME 500 which included 2AM-8AM Free download, but the July&#039;s bill which I received today (12/8/14) had the amount of a shocking Rs10591.31, ten times the usual amount. More to my surprise my plan was changed to BBG-CNT-500, which when checked included no free download time and was applied on 1st July.

                                    I received no notification of any kind of this apparent change, I cannot check my usage daily as the Usage Portal does not open, I have complained about it many times to 1504. I have complained about the bill to 1504, where I was referred to Office which deals with Billing the number given was[protected]. When I contacted them they referred me to Cross Roads exchange, where the person who I should&#039;ve contacted was absent. Therefore to register my complaint I was forwarded twice with no success.

                                      I have surrender my Land Line Tele Phone :[protected], on 08.02.12 but till date BSNL try to convenes stay with them and they do not Off my Tel. Phone service till date , but I am not interested due to their past poor service, as per BSNL Office the line will be off very shortly & they will remove Tel. line & set with in one week and then I can claim my Deposit Money, but I find they are not doing any thing after one month so & I am unable to claim by Deposit Money.

                                      I unable to under stand when I was continuning service they do not provide any proper service after so much complain- but after surrender they do not take proper action to get my refund also - what kind of service they are provideing ? Only Bill Payment required for them without proper service ?

                                      Please Help us to get relief from this kind of company - those are not doing anything.
