My name is Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, telephone No. is[protected] , I made a complaint with the company around six months back ,regarding the telephone instrument which is not working since then,again last wednesday i made another complaint with them regarding the replacement of the instrument & i sought an explanation ,their divisional engineer (Mr.D. Roy) said that since they have no instrument they were unable to replace it ,though they are taking the rental for the line and the instrument as well,i said if they cannot replace they must refund me my rental for which he said that the instrument will be replaced within 3 days ,but nothing happened.

BSNL — Overcharging
Sir, I am having a connection of EVDO which I started using from jan 2009 in NIMS. The charges for that were Rs 638 p.m for unlimited downloads. later I made the payment options through my bank account. Initially i got the bill for 638 rupees. I forgot about the billing as it was regularly paid through my account , but later from october 2009 they started charging me 1210 rupees. i thought that it was probably because of increased tariff but when i searched the net it clearly mentioned that existing users will charged old tariff only. kindly let me know the status for i may plan to disconect this service for it is too costly.Dr A Rajesh,
