for the past 8 months no bill has been sent to my mothers land line no. 2253280. as because we two brothers are not there at ranchi, posted elsewhere. my mother have to pose some grave difficulties in accessing the bills and to submit it on time. so please look into this matter seriously.

Sir several time i requested for MNP. but Bsnl rejected my request. This time i also applied for Mnp from Bsnl to Tata docomo my no [protected] and Upc no is BW774689 dated 5/11/2011. I have also sent mail to trai regarding all this mess. kindly look into this matter....

Pls arrange to send my duplicate bill of BSNL Broadband No.[protected] on email id ([protected]@iocl.co.in) for the month of August'11 and also provide details why in Sept'11 bill excess charges made . Inspite of many reminders in Bhagwan Nagar & Dampier Branch of Mathura, till date I have not received any information about the above....

My connection was disconected from nov-25-2010. i have deposited all my biils. i am complaining about this to all the staffs of Bsnl Phulbani but yet my land line connection was not activated by the office.

Sir, I have BSNL landline 044 - 27934971. The broadband connection is not working . I complained on 26.9.2011 and the docket no. given was 59131754. It was not attended to. BSNL official enquired the problem over phone and we said that the modum on off button is not working. They said that we have to go to the Telephone Exchange at Minjur and get it changed. Regular disruption in internet connectivity. Eeven after complaing twice no one from bsnl took action. Blunt answers will be given, If we call any number mentioned in bill. After 5:30 and in weekends no one answers

i have complaine about automatice activation of valueiadded service (devotional alarm).i didnt activate it and i am trying to deactivate this value added service but i couldnt and im also tryng to contact bsnl custermer care but i cant .so please help me out or give me solution to deativate this service as much as possibile .

May times I have did complains, even I went to BSNL office personally and meet with senior managers still its not working.

Yesterday, (06/11/2011) in the evening I've recharged my bsnl Cellone prepaid account with a recharge voucher of Rs. 110.00. After rechearging I've had no call whereas my balance has been reduced into Rs.01.69. What happened to my account ? Please do the needfull. Otherwise I'll take legal action against bsnl.
