I registered for a complain for my interrupted BSNL broadband connection repeatedly. Even I sent a mail to one of the senior officer, but still there is no feedback from them. Following is the mail text.

Dear Subhendu,

This is a highly disappointment letter regarding the BSNL broadband service.
I am facing the following problems with my connection since last two weeks.

1. Frequent disconnection (on an average of every 15 minutes) 2. Some times completely out of order of the service (ADSL link is down) 3. Very slow connection, (speed test shows 100 kbps bandwidth, where as I opted for 512 kbps. in initial days of the connection the speed test was showing 500kbps to 550 kbps) 4. No resolution even after repeated complaints.
5. Since last 1 week, I am enquiring the status of my complaint, and getting the same answer (It will be resolved in 24 hours)

Kindly take proper action for the resolution of the above issues, else I need to go ahead with termination of the service.

    as above i have write complaint in that i want to add some other details on[protected] at 11.45 am the one of the executive had call me and told me that your net is working now u can access the net but when i open the net my net was still not working i call the ccare but they told me that sir you have to wait for 24 hours but now i don't want to wait.
    sir they give me wrong information that my net is working and there is waste of my time and money
    sir mane apne mobile no.[protected] ma Rs98 ka net free karya tha kuch dino ke baad that is 15 nov 2011 mera net chalu nahe ho raha ha mane customer care ko 11am call kiya to to merko bola gaya ke technical problem ha 2pm tak calu ho jayaga lakin na hua mane 3 pm ko kiya to merako bola gaya ke 5 pm ko chalu ho jaya ga lakin thbhe bhe nahe hua phir mane 8.15 pm ko call kiya merko ek supperviser mr.alpesh or kalpesh solanki na bola ke aap ke complen hum na note kar le ha or within 24 hours me chalu ho jaya ga manie kaha ok mae wait karta hu jab main 24 hours ma net access kiya to chalu nahe hu phir maina call kiya customer care ko taab muja kaha gaya ke sir aap ko or 24 hours ka wait karna padega mane kaha ok but muja tum reason kaha do ke mera net kyo chalu nahe ho raha but they are not give me satisy answer maine call kiya 11pm call kiya to mera ko kaha gaya ke aap call karka timepass mat karo plz phir mane ek supperviser ke sath bat ke unhona muja kaha ke with in 24 hours ma ho jaega but maina kaha ke aap kuch ansurement dijeyato merko bola gaya ke sorry sir hum nahe da sakta main kaha ke kal nahe hu chalu to phir ma kya karu then they replay me that aap phir sa call karo 24 hours ke baad phir mane kaha ke ma aap ke against consumer court ma case kar dunga to phir aadme na kaha ke abb to aap ka net 24 hours ke jagha 48 hours ma challu hoga
    1.sir mera mera kahana he ke ma itna costy recharge karata hu or time pa kam nahe aee to kya benifit ha muja
    2. sir the all executive of cc are not used good language as like idea, docomo, and vodafone etc
    3. sir the all executive are doing delay to attend the call yes i know that they busy but in the day not in the night i have try in night at 11.24pm then they are not accepting my call.I have waited 10min to talk with the executive
    sir its my request to you that please solve my problem as soon as possible

    I am the costumer of[protected] and four more BSNL numbers which are using in my family, I am using this number pyaree jodee for my gprs and pyaree jodi facilities, now the complaint is I m getting the caller tune without my request which in absolutely useless for me, I am not getting out going calls since more than one week. The costumer care respond is very poor. Please follow up the same as earliest.

        I HAVE VISITED TO BSNL, BIMANAGAR, AHMEDABAD OFFICE ON DT 25/11/2011 FOR THE ENQUIREY OF MY NEW LANDLINE CONNECTION WHICH WAS BOOKED BY ME ON DT.4/11/2011. THE OFFICER HAS PROMISED ME TO INSTALL ON NEXT DAY BUT IT IS NOT INSTALLED TILL TODAY-1/12/2011.
        I agree... I APPLIED FOR MY LANDLINE AT BSNL OFFICE, BIMANAGAR, AHMEDABAD on 2nd August 2011. I was guaranteed connection within 10 days. Since than there was no visit or any communications from BSNL. Contacting them over the phone is also very difficult. At last I got fed up and I gave a notice of cancelation on 26th August 2011 to claim back my deposit of Rs. 500/- … I don’t have a vehicle so I had to incur auto rickshaw charges. Four visits to Bimanagar, totalling eight to an fro trips already cost me Rs. 320/- Again I was promised on 26th August 2011that I will receive refund cheque within a month at my postal address. NO JOY there too..! Finally, I was ask to go and deal with their C. G. Road Exchange office, collecting refund cheque of Rs. 500/- cost me further auto rickshaw charges Rs. 195/- on 28th October 2011. I wondered was it worth …? Spending Rs. 515/- to get refund of Rs. 515/- which was my money in first place… and extra hassle running around was just unwanted bonus…

          Sir/madam,

          I am a customer of BSNL landline in Bareilly.
          I have a land line connection which is dead for more than 5 months. I have complained for it many times. But the company did not take any action about it. on the other hand the company is sending the bills regularly. I want to know that if my connection is dead then how the company can send me bills without solving my complaint. I am highly unsatisfied with the services of BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limeted). Can any one help me?

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          Sub: The complaint letter BSNL connection for both Phone and Broadband.

          I am paid the payment of Rs.1125/-only for broadband connection and also purchased the phone separately to the connection on 19/10/11 itself. But they still not give the connection to us. Many times i am dialed to the customer care number 2702266 and asked them for the connection but they never gave me the response for it. They told to me, line connection person is in Diwali leave who is going to give the connection for phone through the line. Next day i am called to that same number one of the lady attended the phone and gave to me the irresponsible answer if you are not awaiting for it disconnect the BSNL connection, i am really disappointed by this answer from BSNL employee.
          I want very urgent for BSNL connection but more than 1 month was over they never take any steps to give the connection.

          So, please accept my complaint and take any action quickly for the connection.

          I would dispatch the BSNL Demand Note and Receipt for further referrence to take immadiate action for the connection.

              Our phone is going dead at every a month with the Internet broad band connection. As usual we are complaining the authority but the response will not be acceptable. They are taking at least three weeks to fix the problem. And it is working for the remaining one week only. But we are paying a full month rent for both of these connections. Really we have doubt about the actions of BSNL staffs. May be they are doing this purposely to help other corporate companies and surely they will get the payment. So you have to take care of it, otherwise BSNL will be a history in nearest future.All the customers will select a good company, if you will perform the same.Now our land line and broad band is still dead since one week. We will wait two more months,if there is no progress,we have to choose the same way, as noted above. So please focus the matter and rectify our connections..               The phone of many houses in village Pragpura(Paota) under district Jaipur get dead for many days. On complaint about same it is advised to surrender the phone. It is being told that as National highway work is going on, phone services will be erratic. This ia a very much injustice to the people of this village.

                  1. DEAR MOBILE RADIO SUBSCRIBER, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE RENEWED ON 16.11.2011. TO UNSUBSCRIBE, CALL 1255533. THANK YOU FOR USING 12555 SERVICE.
                  And then I receive:
                  2. THANK YOU FOR CONTINUING THE MOBILE RADIO SUBSCRIPTION PACK. YOU WILL BE RENEWED AND CHARGED RS. 25. TO UNSUBSCRIBE, CALL 1255533

                  When I call the given number, I hear long taped voices about advertising, and there will ne option to unsubscribe this service. I tried it several times and further lost Rs. 20 or more each time as the rate of this call is Rs. 5 per minute.

                  I visited many times BSNL Local Office, they noted my number and assured me that this will not happen again, but it comes again and again and I am losing my money continiously.

                    thay told me that my connection started within 15 to 30 days but last three months thay told me that .the company now provied the wll instrument them so till today company not start the service .

And Lakhs of people are also recharge their prepaid mobile through online. This is for your kind information that BSNL has introduce recharge/topup in Rs. 10 to 6000. But sir when I gone this site for recharge/topup I found always only Rs.55/-,112,222,555 (OLD TOPUP DENOMINATION). When you started recharge/topup Rs.10 to 6000. Why should you did not upgrade your internet site. So I request you to please upgrade your Recharge/topup section in your internet site. Lakhs of people are using BSNL Prepaid mobile services and also want to recharge/topup their mobile through online but they sad when they see old denomination in your internet site. Again I request you Please Upgrade Your recharge/topup section in your internet site as soon as possible.

                        01. The above telephone number was installed at 3/158, Vinay Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (1st Floor).
                        02. Vide our application dated 24.11.2009 it was requested to transfer the same to our new address at VIKALP KHAND, GOMTI NAGAR, LUCKNOW as mentioned in the said application. (Copy Enclosed)
                        03. The transfer has not yet been executed.
                        04. Till the date of transfer application all our dues are paid.
                        05. On 18.01.2010 a duplicate copy of bills was obtained showing following bills as outstanding Bill No.81170021 DT 07.12.2009 Rs.644/- & Bill No. 82705689 Dt 07.01.2010 Rs.3/- only. Obviously, the telephone was under transfer hence, no charges were levied in bill dated 07.01.2010. (Copy Enclosed).
                        06. But on enquiry on 11.09.2011 we were given bill dated 20.06.2011 showing outstanding of Rs.9346.36 and payment of Rs.2660/- which is not understandable.
                        07. It seems that charges have been levied for the in-operative period of transfer and dues created.

                        You are requested to please look into the matter and reverse the charges levied for the period under transfer and explain the details of payment made on 10.06.2011 Rs.2660/-, we have not made any payment on this date.

                        We look forward you prompt response in the matter and an early action to settle the issue.

                          Hi,
                          I am living in Kalpataru estate, pimple gurav which apparently has a small office having BSNL franchise. I wanted to apply for a new landline number for which I initially visited the BSNL office and and was offered a 149 plan with 149 free calls and a few other features. But I was told that the society I am staying in will fall under the local franchise and I will have to approach them for any new connection and I also confirmed that the landline plans on offer should also be the same. After approaching the local dealer, I was told that the only plan they offer is the 149 rental plan with NO free calls, just incoming calls and I will be charged at 1 re / min for any outgoing calls which is not at all matching with the offer that BSNL office was offering.
                          Shouldnt there be a single plan for all consumers in Pune/PCMC area irrelevant to their societies?
                          I would like for some action to be taken and we should have the same offers that BSNL provides and not be treated any differently.

                            I am fed up with frequent disruptions in the lines, wherein my telephone remains unserviceable most of the time. Whenever we register our complaint at the local Exchange, i.e. Ambad Telephone Exchange, only one line answer is given to us, lineman is not there, the cable needs to be changed, you speak to JTO mr. Pushatkar.
                            The state of affair is such that Mr. Pushatkar is not at all reachable, neither on his cell phone nor his landline. His mobile no. is [protected] & landline number is[protected], many times tried giving a call on both these number, mobile number rings and this gentleman never picks up the call. Today, when my mother tried calling him, the phone was picked up, earlier it was told that its her daughter on line who is speaking, then the person said, this is wrong number, when my mother further stressed, if the number was wrong, then why she earlier told that its Mr. Pushatkar's daughter speaking, she told that this is not his number and gave out his new number that is-[protected] which is coming constantly engaged.
                            I mean I am not paying BSNL monthly charges for charity, they are bound to give me the services they promise. I intend taking this up very strongly with the BSNL Higher Management in Nashik and also register a complaint against Mr. Pushatkar, who inspite being a public servant, refuses to take call on his mobile and whenever you call him on his landline number, he is not in office. There should be some accountability for him also. I am basically a retired Government employee from Indian Air Force and I have not seen such callous attitude anywhere.
                            Its high time officials like Mr. Pushatkar are held accountable to atleast listen to the complaints and redress them.

                                mobile phone is turned out to be a toy for the bsnl subscribers in this area.
                                plz take proper action and make available the network here.
                                I am a post paid HP employee scheme customer, and pay a rental Rs 281(including service tax). each month.but for the last two billing periods 7/2/2009 to 6/3/2009 and 7/3/2009 to 6/4/2009 the network has been out of order more than 20days each month.so it would be unethical to charge the above said fixed amount

                                BSNL — about hiding information

                                i purchased a 3G data connection usb modem for Rs 5200, while purchasing i made clear that i will use it for internet only as the usb data modem is used for. i made it recharge with 250 in first month which was meant for data usage. After 1 month i again visited the place to make it recharge, then i came to know that every time i will have to recharge its sim by 350/month and after that more 400 for data usage. The 350 is used for making & receiving calls, and it is necessary since it is meant for activation of sim.
                                sir how is it possile to make calls from usb modem and since this is not possible than why the customers are pressurized to pay the charge for the service which is not being used by coustomers.
                                kindly suggest me what to do.

                                We are the customers of bsnl in mavila area of enadimangalam panchayat in pathanamthitta district, unfortunetely we didn't have enough coverage for any network. But we heard that bsnl is going to plant more than 90 new towers in pathanamthitta district to solve the network problem. if you can plant a new one in our area thats goog for us. Hope that you'll consider my request.
                                though a tower in balaji nagar, kukatpally, hyderabad is not working for past 7 days and repeated complaints to customer care, the result is nil.
                                if there is no signal then whats the use o[censored]sing that network.
                                I am vexed at complaining this at various levels of their customer centers.

                                Hope the problem solve soon atleast for other poor customers of the worst network of India, BSNL

                                BSNL — Series Network problem

                                I have Broadband connection under this line[protected].I have been using Bsnl broadband form a long time. But its too much problematic. In every 2-3 days there is a serious network problem which longs for 10-15 days. I have complained many a times to BSNL, they repair this connection but in the next day I get the same problem.I use my broadband smoothly for some days and after some days it gets disconected.I guarantee you tat I will definately hav a problem atleast for day one. I have 750UL+(urban unlimited plus)plan. Only some days I can use this unlimited browsing. and sometimes it eats up my head . No Link! No network! what is this? most of night time network not working. And my condition now is this only. I always complain when i have such problems. I want to permonent solution for this issues.

                                Please advise, for this month Aug'09 am using net (properly)only 3-4 days only, how am pay the full cash.

I am residing at HUBLI(KARNATAKA). though I am in the city, sometimes I can't receive any calls from others & the callers receive the comment "the subscriber you are calling is not reachable" is the BSNL network is too weak?.... as it has an experience of about more than 40 yrs......! I must say it has only the brand name only.. but internally it is very very weak... 'BSNL ab to jago...' I request BSNL to make provision of a tower near to 'ARVIND-NAGAR' area so that i will get connected with other callers & not as 'currently not reachable'..                                 I brought Cell Phone Handset from BSNL as BSNL Bundle Offer. BSNL announced that after One year the Users can change their SIM in Cell Phone. For that Software is also installed throu BSNL. But still i am finding trouble in my Handset for using other SIm Card. When i am approachinfg BSNL Office no one is giving proper response. In Guindy to Velachery Main Road, BSNL Signal so weak. It needs to be rectified.

Bhusawal Branch and I din't received any response. Looking towards this problem I made a complaint to one of the officers in Pune so I received a call from Pune Branch with the response that your problem will be solved very soon.A period of 7 to 8 months had been passed but still there is no action taken.Then a no of complaints had been made to 1503 from various mobile no.'s and still there is no response from their side.
                                So looking at to this problem I'm making a complaint to you in Mumbai with the hope that I'm really going to get the response from your side for solving the problem. I also need to attract your attention that this problem is not only in the area I stay but in whole Sindhi Colony area from 1.5 to 2 years ago.This network problem is now extending to Navjeen Society and Wanjola Road Bhusawal.

                                2. From past few days I am facing very difficulty to connect to haryana nos.of BSNL company in evening time only. I am getting error message like this "all lines of this route are busy please try after some time".

                                3. Second problem is that sometimes while talking to somebody in between the call I don't hear their voice but they hear or vice versa. In this regard a launched a complaint on 05 Dec 10. My complaint no is CH[protected]. But till date no response. Again on 13 Dec 10 a request no 54613318 was forwarded but same result.

                                I am writting from Gujarat. My son is studying in Bhusaval. During last 3 weeks we are not able to contact him through BSNL mobile of ours. His mobile is on "Vadafone". From other mobile cards like airtel, vodafone, docomo we are getting, but from our BSL mobile we are not getting Bhusval.

                                BSNL — Network problems

                                Extremely bad network.
                                Outgoing facility- calls almost impossible
                                Incoming- Calls connect once in maybe 50 trails.
                                Roaming- rarely works.
                                There is no proper network signal in BSNL Cellone network on below place. Kindly take necessary action. I have informed to customer care but customer care doing nothing. i called the customer care but they did not respond properly. It has already happened before. i am the customer of bsnl. But BSNL can’t able to provide the service at very poor, I request BSNL to give service .In our area while i make or receiving the call due to poor signal the call automatically cutoff. If this problem getting continuous we will change the BSNL to some other one.am the user of bsnl since 6 years and my family members are also from same network please rectify the network problem on the colony roads also the we wont get the signal

                                BSNL — BSNL network problem since one and half month

                                Respected sir, this is RADHAKRISHNA , a bsnl customer . I have been struggling with BSNL network problems such as call will be cut in the middle of communication , voice can't be heard by both ends sometimes and call will be continuing but , no communication between two ends in the locality of NEW METTUGUDA, LALAGUDA[post] , HYD-500017.These are the problems have been facing by us since one and half month . I have reported a complaint numerous times to customer care but, they usually take my details and say that it would be cleared as early as possible . In turn i got a calls from customer care with the effect of calling no of times to customer care . But , they also said the same thing . No progress is in the network problems till now .
                                It is my humble request to make it resolve and save me from this struggling sir.

                                I (Praveen Kumar) have recharged my mobile([protected]) by Rs. 300 (BSNL TO BSNL free local call) on 4th September to talk to my friend who reside in U.P. East region. Now from around 5 days i am facing a problem in which if i call to any BSNL no in UP east region, i can't hear the bell, reciever recieves the phone and can hear me but i can not hear any voice. I have made complaint many times but nothing is done till yet. Sometimes they say we will sort it out in 4 hrs. or say 24 hrs. and if i ask complaint no. they say there is nothing like complaint no. here.
                                I afraid that my whole money of terrif will go waste as its validity is only one month.

                                I have been struggling with the acoustics and echos while the call is in progress for the past one month and i tried reaching to the customer care as well but i did not get any satisfactory response.Please resolve this issue ASAP as i cannot move with this issue in place.

                                i am facing network problem ([protected]) from last 1 month, regarding this i have already made a complain in BSNL customer care, but still there is no response from their side. From last 25 days i am even not able to make an outgoing call from my no, inspite of few sifnal of network, which can be made easily earlier. For this several times i have talked to BSNL customer support but all is waste. Now i am completely fade up of this, and it&#039;s irritating tom talk to their customer support as they will say the same line again and again saying that the problem already has been forwarded to senior executive and this i am hearing from last 20 days. Kindly take an immediate action.

                                  It is unfortunate that there is no one responsible to attend the telephones for registering a complaint with BSNL Ernakulam
                                  with regard to connection problems of Internet Broadband .
                                  Even if somebody picks the phone, they will pass the buck to the next person and relieve himself!
                                  The result is that we have to spend a lot of time and money on local calls without getting any results!
                                  It will be useful if someone responsible can be available to atleast attend to the grievances of the customers
                                  and take care of the complaints.
