I have sent PORT message to BSNL many times but havent received it after sending 5-6 times....

I had applied for new broadband connection one month back till now there is no response from the BSNL team. There are 2 to 3 connection needed near to my location but no response from them . If we go the the nearest bsnl exchange they are telling that we need at least 10 connections then only they will give the connections .

Even after 5-6 messages, I couldn't get the UPC code till now. I also tried to reach customer care by phone but they didn't respond satisfactorily. I also tweeted them but they ignoring my messages. I hope a positive response from your side.

BSNL Fiber to Home is very slow under plan SUPER STAR 2 Plan. This plan boasts 150Mbps speed, but actually it is around 10Mbps and 20Mbs for download and upload speeds. It is frustrating experience even after a dozen of complaints during Ag-Sep 2021. It is better not to subscribe to this plan, it is better to discontinue BSNL Super Star 2 plan in Pune, Maharashtra
How BSNL can give false promotion and fooling the customers...

My BSNL sim is not showing network since last two weeks. Bsnl phone number is [protected]
My mobile set has no any issues as I have got one more sim card in it that works fine.

As everyone is aware that BSNL is not providing good service now a days and I m a victim of same. I have purchased a vanity premium number last year on July month. But due to its poor service I wanted to port out my number.

Customer care told that after 1 year I can port it out but it's been more than 1 year I am unable to get the UPC. On sending message to 1900 I am getting this below message

I paid the bill amount of Rs .708 to my LANDLINE FIBER NET on 11.09.2021 through my Karur Vysya Bank Account.

Our address is Himalayan Colony Kotwali road najibabad. We want to close our landline number and Our landline no is[protected]. Account no is [protected].I have written a letter regarding to close our number because of no use and always dead. And we are paying bill every month without use. After complaining again and again no one is solving our problem. SDO is not responding of our letter. We want to close this permanently....

I tried to port from bsnl and it is giving error message even after 10 times this is purposeful done...

I am subscriber of Bharat Fiber since Feb 21 with following details
Account Number - [protected]
Phone Number[protected]
and paying monthly bills regularly.

I tried many times to register my services on BSNL SELF CARE portal but could not do and always a message appears
"NO SUCH CONSUMER IS REGISTERED WITH US"

Please get my issue resolved so that I may register on BSNL SELF CARE...

Every time when i try to generate upc code this message came

UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance....

I have one landline no. 26546693 in the name of PARTHA PRATIM HAZRA.
I have wrongly paid the latest bill of landline for Rs.389/-twice in the month of September. Once on07.09.2021( Tran ID-NX21090709512474364092561) through phone pay and again on 20.09.2021(Transaction no.[protected] paid through PAYTM Kindly refund one amount of Rs.389/-...

I lost my bsnl sim card I want to deactivate it instantly....

For the last week, my prepaid sim card is not working. My handset is okay. No network signal appears on the handset screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular handset. My sim card when used in a different handset the same result received. When called on this number it shows it's busy even though there are no networks are shown. Other BSNL sim cards used in the same location work perfectly. Please help.
