My BSNL prepaid sim is not working from today afternoon, even it is recharged...the other sim in same handset is perfectly working...and others people's sim in my area are perfectly working... please help

    I want to convert from BSNL to Airtel. I am trying o send SMS 'PORT followed by the mobile number to 1900. But I am getting an error message that message was not sent. There is balance in the main account and I am able to send messages to others but not to 1900. BSNL is blocking from sending port. I want this resolved at the earliest possible

      Sim related issue

      All of suddenly without any information sim was blocked and there is no signal and sim related things are identified so do the needfull by BSNL my all the transaction details are dependent on BSNL number only do the needfull as soon as possible...

      Today my prepaid sim card is not working. My hand set is okay. No network signal appears on the hand set screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular hand set.My sim card when used in a different hand set the same result received. Please help.

        Removal of telephone pole
        This is to request you to remove telephone pole in front of our house in N r colony
        There are no active connections with this pole. It is causing a lot parking problems. There r sharp clamps exactly to the height of the knee and we have hurt ourselves number of time ... Complaining number of time no response from the office . I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole in front of my house at the earliest possible.

          I am trying to send a message to 1900 to port my bsnl prepaid because there is no BSNL network in the place I'm working..but the message is not sent ive been trying for several days and hours now. While messages to other numbers are delivered but only to 1900 they have blocked. Even the customer care number keeps me on line for several minutes and never picks up the call

            The bsnl has blocked my messages to 1900 . i wanted to port my sim to jio so i send message to 1900 the message showed an error so i tried 10-12 times then i contacted customer care they demanded 147 rs to send the message they said till you dont recharge 147 plan your message will not be send to trai. please convey this message to bsnl that i won't be recharging any plan and i wanted that the my messages to 1900 should be unblocked immediately .it is big arbitrariness of bsnl. i want strict action should be taken against bsnl. and me and all the consumers like me should get justice.

              Bsnl is not allowing me to port my number
              Every time when i try to generate my upc code get this message
              UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
              And customer care is not providing any information about it every time they told me to wait for 24 hours this cycle is going on from last three months

                      When I'm trying to get UPC Code by sending an SMS to 1900 with my number [protected], I didn't receive any UPC Code while I received an SMS is "There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
                      Actually BSNL not provide any 4g data services and this is my personal mobile number. I faced many network problem with the BSNL network but I don't want to change my number. So I request you please resolve my problem so that I can port my number

                        Sir,

                        We have surrendered BSNL landline[protected] in Sriperumbudur BSNL exchange almost year ago. After our surrender request our landline connection has been disconnected. But we yet to get our caution deposit. When we reached Sriperumbudur BSNL IN charge, we are not getting proper response. i kindly request to initiate the refund deposit with the required interest for the delay.

                            I am trying to reach out to bsnl to get a new broadband ftth connection but all i am getting is Field Officer Mr.SAGAR ANAND and his contact number [protected]. he is not giving me ftth person mobile no. Instead he is giving me bsnl airwifi person number. And i contacted him also but he also din't gave me ftth person number. This is me is booking for 5th or 6th time and my new booking ID is APP[protected] . Please remove this person from bsnl and give me the concerned ftth person contact number. I am fed up with bsnl pathetic process.

                                  I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to Another operator.
                                  Thus I sent PORT to 1900 but I got response like "UPC cannot be generate there are subsisting contract obligations with your service provider please contact your service provider". I visited to BSNL office cuddalore(14 kms away) and given written letter at the first time. Second time they asked to change my current plan and I did. 3rd time they asked me to wait 1 day and I did. 4th time they asked me to wait for 5 days and I did. Even after 5 visits at cuddalore BSNL office, every time I got different suggestions given by customer service and I tried all of them but my issue was not resolved yet. Also Sent email with attached screenshot to [protected]@gmail.com as suggested by one of the customer support executive still no response. Even after 16 messages, I couldn't get the UPC code till now. I also tried to reach customer care by phone(11 times) but they didn't respond satisfactorily most of the time they asked me to contact BSNL office. I hope a positive response from your side.

                                  Please consider this as urgent request.

There are 2 to 3 connection needed near to my location but no response from them . If we go the the nearest bsnl exchange they are telling that we need at least 10 connections then only they will give the connections .
