Not getting UPC code even after messaging 5-6 times

Respected Sir/mam

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900 but I got response like "UPC cannot be generate there are subsisting contract obligations with your service provider please contact your service provider". I visited to BSNL office cuddalore(14 kms away) and given written letter at the first time. Second time they asked to change my current plan and I did. 3rd...

New broadband connection not installed

Address:RAMAPURAMXROAD NALLABANDAGUDEM

I had applied for new broadband connection one month back till now there is no response from the BSNL team. There are 2 to 3 connection needed near to my location but no response from them . If we go the the nearest bsnl exchange they are telling that we need at least 10 connections then only they will give the connections .

Port request is not sent to 1900

Respected Sir/ma'am

I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number to Another operator.
Thus I sent PORT to 1900. 23/09/21.

Even after 5-6 messages, I couldn't get the UPC code till now. I also tried to reach customer care by phone but they didn't respond satisfactorily. I also tweeted them but they ignoring my messages. I hope a positive response from your side.

FTTH Super Star 2 Plan very slow

Sir,
BSNL Fiber to Home is very slow under plan SUPER STAR 2 Plan. This plan boasts 150Mbps speed, but actually it is around 10Mbps and 20Mbs for download and upload speeds. It is frustrating experience even after a dozen of complaints during Ag-Sep 2021. It is better not to subscribe to this plan, it is better to discontinue BSNL Super Star 2 plan in Pune, Maharashtra
How BSNL can give false promotion and fooling the customers...

Bsnl Sim not working since last 2 weeks

My BSNL sim is not showing network since last two weeks. Bsnl phone number is [protected]
My mobile set has no any issues as I have got one more sim card in it that works fine.

Non generation of UPC for MNP

As everyone is aware that BSNL is not providing good service now a days and I m a victim of same. I have purchased a vanity premium number last year on July month. But due to its poor service I wanted to port out my number.

Customer care told that after 1 year I can port it out but it's been more than 1 year I am unable to get the UPC. On sending message to 1900 I am getting this below message

Bsnl Selfcare

I am subscriber of Bharat Fiber since Feb 21 with following details

and paying monthly bills regularly.

I tried many times to register my services on BSNL SELF CARE portal but could not do and always a message appears
"NO SUCH CONSUMER IS REGISTERED WITH US"

Please get my issue resolved so that I may register on BSNL SELF CARE...

UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance....

Bsnl sim not working and no networks are shown

For the last week, my prepaid sim card is not working. My handset is okay. No network signal appears on the handset screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular handset. My sim card when used in a different handset the same result received. When called on this number it shows it's busy even though there are no networks are shown.
