Network Speed

Bsnl is the worst broadband service in India. Even though Bsnl have the largest broadband coverage in India it was charging very high compared to the other networks. I'm getting 512 kbps unlimited at rs 750/month with taxes I get arround rs 820/month. But some Excel Media broadband was charging only rs 500/month with all taxes. How is it possible to them.

And my friend in Hyderabad have Beam broadband connection(http://www.beamtele.com/)...

3G Speed Scam

Hello, My name is Arpit. My BSNL mobile number is [protected]. I asgot ked Customer care to get 3G services on my 2G sim, and now they told me to top up from 6 Rs. RCV to convert it in 3G and they assured me that i will be able to get 3G speed till 3.5 Mbps. I follow the steps and i recharged my number with 750 Rs. on 16 September, 2011 on in which i got 5 GB 3g data usage with 1 month validity.

But i am getting 10-15 kbps...

not providing DND service & unfair charges

Sir,
I m the holder of telephone no [protected] of BSNL as service provider. Even after various number of times registration of DND they are not providing DND service. They are deducting unfair amount of deduction on account of songs activation, circket subscription etv. I had not opted for any value added service. They are not disconnecting the value added services even after making many requests through sms.

balance deducted

my balance was deducted 36 rupees. i did not activate any service or call anyone. when i called customer care for continously 3 days, they said they had technical problems and cant retrieve my details and on the third day they said that my balance was not at all deducted. this is happening for the 4th time in 6 months....

Broadband Connection Deactivated

Hi All,

My broadband connection has been disconnected for over a month now though the bill has been paid in advance for the coming full one year. BSNL officials are completely irresponsible and rude. I have raised 2 complaints via telephone and have visited the BSNL echange office located at HBR Layout, Bangalore for over ten times now.

All they have to say is there is a cable fault but take no action to rectify...

Speed is down to 50 kbps

I have recently gotten 3G connection from BSNL. I have not quite understood how and why there is so much variation in the speed. But it was anywhere from 50 kbps to 300 kbps on average (which does not sound like 3G). What is more horrible is that for past week or so, it has come down to 1 kbps to 10 kbps. Now I feel like making a mistake moving from wireless broadband connection to 3G. There is no proper satisfying answer from the call center....

Inadvertent Charging of Unknown Value Added Services
