Sir,
I got message 56505 on[protected]"Thank you for continuing monthly masti service. You have been charged Rs.5" on my bsnl No. [protected]. Which I have never subscribed. I have registered a complaint at 1503 (bsnl complaint registering sms No) but there is no response from bsnl.
So i have tried to cancel the subscription by sending sms
"CAN MASTI" to 5605
and the reply was
"To confirm your subscription cancellation reply with "CAN MASTI YES"
so i replied.
"Thank you for using our service. your unsubscription request has been accepted"
The subscription was cancelled but they have charged Rs.3 for each sms.
Total loss is Rs. 5+3+3 =11
This is an illegal and fraud. Is there any chance i get my money back and make sure that they did not activate such packages without consent.

    I am Purchasing 3g mobile sim card on 29th march 2010..
    Calling rates is (Bsnl to Bsnl is 0.30 paise/min & on other network 0.60 paisa /min ).

    But ,
    At current time the calling rates will be Increased (Bsnl to Bsnl is 0.50 paise/min & on other network 0.70 paisa /min)..

    Why Calling Rates to be increased ???

    Please Solve my problem ,Previous calling rates will be apply on my mobile.

    i am also contacting customer care ..
    but,
    I am not satisfied with customer care..
    he does not solve my problem.

      I am Balbir Singh S/O Baldev Singh. I have BSNL Wimax Internet Connection and my connection phone number is 2179418. I purchase this connection from last nov 2010. but the connection is not working proper from purchasing date to till date. still i am suffring from this problem.
      I am continue pay my monthly bill apx. 870rs/m

      please solve my problem as soon as possible
      Shocking... why do you pay your bill when it is not working?.

        Sir,
        I had applied for BSNL broadband connection in the month of July-2011 and for the same the procedure was started from BSNL end in the same month. I want to terminate this connection due to the following reasons:

        1. Due to broadband faults I am not able to use the broadband most of the times. When I log complaints for the same then there is no proper resolution of my complaints. The customer care people also don’t respond to the complaints properly.
        2. The wiring was done on 8th July-2011 for the landline phone, but the phone was not activated until 20th July-2011. When it was activated, even then the internet was not working and no one came to my premise to rectify the issue till 28th. After this date only the broadband was installed at my premise. I was then told by the person who installed the connection, that your billing has been started from 8th July. I want to know how the billing can start even before the connection was properly installed at my home.
        3. When I enquired regarding the bill on BSNL toll free number, they told me that your bill has been generated for the duration 12-July to 12-August, which is Rs, 2391/-. There are random security and installation charges included in this bill and I was not informed regarding the same before providing the connection. Even on the BSNL portal (www.bsnl.in) such charges are not mentioned.
        I haven’t used the internet service properly even for an hour since I taken the connection. Please instruct the concerned people to do the needful to terminate the connection.

        Please note that I will not be liable to pay any charges for this connection after today (2nd Sep-2011).

          i have a BSNL BROAD BAND connection in my home and i am facing problem in surrendering the same.
          I have met the JE in person in the BSNL office during the March month and handover the complaint letter to him indicating to accept my surrender of the broadband line as the line was not working properly. the copy of the letter is enclosed for the reference.he insisted me to use the line for next 10 days and if problem still exists he said he will close it. Ever after meeting him, the line was not working properly and i have made a complaint thro internet to close the connection.

          But till date nothing was done but i have been receiving month on month the bills even after indicating the surrender request for the conenction.

          I was not using at all the broadband connection all these days, but it was shocking to me that they have billed for the entire plan cost and moderm charges which comes to rs. 700/- month on month... ??????

          Last week again, when my relative went in person and enquired, they have insisted to pay the entire balance amout and then only they would close itseems.

          i am ready to pay the modem charges for the period. but as i have not used the internet all these days, the BSNL has no rights to charge me the PLAN charges. They can very well check on the usage of the plan.Where is my fault in this ? why should i pay the plan cost when i have not used the internet ?

          Atleast now i hope, i would get an solution to close the broad band connection at my home.

          I get the BSNL Broadband net one month back that time he told only deposit 500.00 but now he sending to me other extra bill all most Rs.2238.00. I would like to pay 650.00 only per month unlimited kindly do to my net connection continued otherwise your choice. I will ready to pay 650.00, only per month this kind of information for you.

            My mobile no is [protected] a prepaid connection. I never told to activate sms alert from 53030. But BSNL itself start the service without any permission and for the same they will deducting money for my prepaid balance.

            You are kindly requested please stop that and also request please back my money already deduct from my balance.

              The bsnl india games is not usefull to me. However I have called many times to the customer care centre of bsnl through their toll free number. But they have not responded to my calls. Therefore I have posted my complaints through their bsnl portal i.e http://bsnl.indiagames.com on 10/07/2011 and requested them to de activate the games. But they have not cared my request and Rs.200.00 each month cahrged in my monthly telephone bill for the month of July and Aug, 2011. I have taken broad band facility from bsnl land line no.[protected]. Please deactivate bsnl india games and help me in this regard.

              i have a 850Ul plan for bsnl broadband.its speed is 1 mbps upto 8gb and i hardly recieve 140kbps speed.
              i have complained 4 times regardin speed but still the bsnl people dont care or could not provide services for this.

                Sir,This is Prem ,I am from Kollam,I am using BSNL Pre paid mobile number [protected].On 29th of Aug 2011,I have given request to BSNL customer Care for activating my recorded caller tune and i have submitted the request to 56700 and the request was accepted and they deducted 42 Rs from my account.But till now they have not activated my caller tune.i have registered complaint several times,but they never responded.The complaint docket numbers are KL-445315,KL[protected].
                Kindly do the needfull to get my caller tune activated or otherwise help me to get the refund.

                LULU here !!!

                I am from Orissa of Dist-Dhenkanal, I am using BSNL MNP No. (Aircel-BSNL) Pre paid mobile number [protected]. That, on 14th September 2011, I have given request to BSNL customer Care for activating my caller tune RBT code - 559446 and i have submitted the request to 56700 and the request was not accepted. But till now they have not activated my caller tune .i have registered complaint several times, but they never responded. The complaint docket numbers are I14OR756559 Dt.14th Sept. 2011, 7:29 PM.

                Kindly do the needfull to get my caller tune activated or otherwise help me to get the refund.

                  I had applied for a new connection in Bangalore ( Chikkabanavara) in Feb. Even after one month, it's not given. Whenever i call they inform me that everything is fine it will be done in one week. But not been done yet.

                      mere mobile me gprs chalu hai.....isme ek problem aa raha hai ki jab main default WEB me se internet open karta hu to without any problem open ho jata hai......and if i open in OPERAMINI browser or other application to ek error aati hai " suscribe packet data first" to iske baare me maine customer care me bahut baar phone kiya to koi thik replay aata nahi hai aur aisa bolte hai ki aap ka problem 48 hous,24 hours,12 hours, or morning me aapka problem solve ho jayega...ek baar samne se call aaya tha ki "aapke 3g me call karke aapka problem batana padega to wo aapka problem solve ho jayega" maine waha bhi call kiya to waha koi answer nahi de raha hai.........aur unke supervisor bhi aise waise answer de deta hai aur kabhi kabhi samne se call kaat deta hai......aur mera ye problem last 22 days se hai aur roz me customer call centre me call kar raha hu......lekin no reply......sir if possible do something....mayur siddhapura

                          My land line no.[protected] and complaint no [protected] is not working last some week I regret to say tt inspite of regular calls and visit to ur manji ka hatha jodhpur office, No action has been taken till date.

                          I hereby request you to kindly intervene in this matter and sort out this lingering issue at the earliest possible.

                          Pls. instruct necessary authorities at your end to look into this matter and oblige.

                          An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.because i working out side of rajasthan and my connectivity only my house number to my family.

                            I am getting undesired SMS from 59595015. In the message it is written as " We appereciate you for being our valuable customer. your have been renewed for LOVE TIPS FOR GIRLS. Service Rs. 15 charged.
                            I have never requested to provide any service or for being a customer.

                            I would request to stop this rubbisg SMS and to stop deduction of charges.

                              Sub : BSNL Land Phone Disordered

                              I am a permanent BSNL Land Phone (Ph.No.[protected] Customer of last 21 years. But the last 3 months (May, June & July) my land phone connection is disordered condition. I am residing in Kuwait with my family. My brother and all relatives working in Kuwait and other Middle East Countries. So the only way to contact my old and sick parents is through our BSNL communication. I want to contact my parents daily Day and Night. They haven’t known to operate Mobile Phones because they are illiterate. One my neighbor, complaint to the Ayoor Exchange to rectify the problem (including lying cable system) in several times but there is no response from there part and my telephone connection is still also dead. At last 28.7.2011, I contact and discussed this matter with the Kollam BSNL General Manager’s Office (Phone No.[protected] they advised me, if you want to disconnect your telephone connection, Please contact to Ayoor Exchange, then I got the connection only 3 days(29,30 & 31)only.Now,these time also my telephone is still dead. So, here my humble request to the BSNL Authorities is not willing to rectify my telephone connection immediately or otherwise Please disconnect my BSNL connection. Because I am Force to choose and take another Companies (TATA, REALIANCE, IDEA ETC.)Wireless Telephone Connection. This negligence from your part feels me very hurt because I and my whole Family now also using and depending BSNL Telephone last 25 years. So please don’t neglect this request and take immediate necessary action against the Permanent Defaulters.

I unable to pay bill on counter because just I'm busy due to my job. so, Please send me again my bill for online payment.

                                  my name is sandeep,i've taken a sim on sunday[protected] at 1pm, till now my sim is not activated....what is probleum....when im asking the retailer he is saying network probleum but brother got bsnl sim from another shop but his sim was activated with in 30mins whats wrong with my sim....
                                  [protected] this is number which i've taken.at starting only ur service is not gud wht the hell u'll give us later on....plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz do the need as soon as possible....

                                    that i have telephone no[protected] after received the bill amt 2092/- we deposit on31 july 2011. after that same day we aproch to mr sardara singh A O kaithal and his staff for restart my broadband connection they assured me that ur connection will restart on monday i apeal him next 15 days daily but his replies was sirf 5 minute ka time abhi suru karte ha . phir 15 din baad usne muje karnal ka mr aamir singh ka nam bataya or bola ki yar hme kya krna ha ye to technical walon ne karna ha aap karnal contact kro no tha[protected] phir hamne lagatar 5 din waha contact kiya madam ka jwab tha krwa rhe ha hmne mail kr di ha phir madam ne muje aamir singh ka mobil no diya jab meine us pr cintact kiya to uska bhi wahi jwab tha ki kr rahe ha is douran hmne sabhi no jo ki karnal ka [protected] pr ambala ka [protected] pr or kurukshetra ka area manager [protected] pr many time contact kiya hr baar ek hi jwab aaj krwa denge but no responce jab meine kaithal [protected] no pr contact kiya to madam ka jwab mila ki hamare pass order nahi pahuncha jab hamne kaithal diet ko sampark kiya to unka jwab tha aapko ek mahina ho gya to muje bhi 4-5 din ka samay do thik krwa dunga aisa jwab sunker meine bsnl ka broadband parmanent disconnet karwane ka irada kiya or ek simple letter ke sath jisme meine pura detail likha ha v form bharker 30 august ko commercial ko de diya ye bsnl ka haal ha meri higher authority se apeal ha ki iski enquiry karai jae meri leeter ko jarur read kiya jae

                                      I HAVE MY MOBILE NO [protected] ,,FOR THAT I DID RS 100 RECHARGE FROM ICICI NET BANKING ON[protected] AT 9.50 AM FROM [protected] WITH REF NO.[protected]...SURPRISINGLY WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE I DID NOT GET IT ...ON ENQUIRING AT [protected] I WAS MORE HARASSED BY REPLY THAT YOU DID NOT RECHARGE IT ,BUT TOP UP WITH 98 RS TO ACTIVATE GPRS,, WHICH I NEVER APPLIED TOO. IRONICALLY MY MONEY ALSO DEDUCTED FOR CALLING THIS NO WHICH IS SO CALLED TOLL FREE NUMBER. YOUR EXECUTIVE ANJALI TOO WAS NOT ONLY RUDE ,BUT NOT HAVING SATISFACTORY REPLY
                                      I REQUEST YOU & TRAI TO TAKE STRICT NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM,,,OTHERWISE ALL FAITH WOULD BURNT AWAY ON MOBILE SERVICES

                                        HI SIR I M BHAWANI SHANKAR SRIVASTVA AND PURCHASED BSNL CONNECTION 3 MONTHS BACK AND WHEN PURCHASED THIS CONNECTION SALES PERSON NOT TOLD ME ANY FURTHER CHARGES FOR PURCHASE NEW CONNECTION THEN I PAID 1250 AMOUNT OF CONEECTION.WHICH INCLUDEs 750 CONNECTION SECURITY AND 500 HUNDRED LANDLINE SECURITY WHEN BILL WAS COME THE AMT. OF 14 DAYS WHICH IS 1774/-RS WHICH INCLUDE 500 HUNDRED INSTALLATION CHARGES LAND LINE AND 250 RS INSTALLTION CHARGES IS MODEM INSTALLATION BUT NO BODY TOLD ME THESE CHARGES OTHERWISE I DID NOT PURCHASE THIS CONNECTION .
                                        SO REFUND MY AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
                                        IF YOU DON'T TAKE ACTION THEN I WILL GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.

                                        i have been using bsnl broadband connection for the last 3 months, but the bill i am getting is very unsatisfactory.My call usage is also very less. i will be very thankfull if you please send me the bill details.
                                        pl send me broadband useses details from 01/05/2010 to31/05/2010 thanks.
