my mobile no [protected] has received a activation message for voice chat even when we have not activated it. Please deactivate it asap. And refund our money 30/- Back to our account as we didn't applied for that service. It got activated on it's own or due to company's irresponsibility.

This is totally a nonsense activity of activating a sevice without knowledge and when we are dialling the number 12630035...

I gave our landline phone cancellation request to BSNL office on 7-Mar-2011. In application, I mentioned that to cancel my LL phone by 8-Mar-2011. But till date, my LL phone is not cancel and every month, BSNL is sending me Bill. I went to BSNL office 3 times and they wasted my 2 hours everytime. Myself Ranjeet kumar mahto, having BSNL Postpaid connection of triff 725 in which local bsnl calls ,GPRS &1500 min bsnl std calls are free of cost but in my case I have to paid money both for GPRS @ Rs 249/month & std BSNL calls . After few month i dicided to change the tariff so that, I have submitted the application two times in patna exchange CTO office for changing my tariff current 725 to 325 & deactivate GPRS PDPI @ Rs249...

My Telephone[protected] is not working for last six months,

I have raised complaints with the complaint IVR but was not able to register my complaint as I do not have any other BNSL number and if I call this number form other service provider I do not get connect ack message and hence the call disconnects with in 60 seconds.



Request your kind office to register my complaint for phone number...

FAF nos getting charged as normal nos:2 numbers were sent for adding family & friends network. from 1st july 2011 charging for those numbers is not as per plan. 49paise is charged for all call including above 2 nos. complaint registered on 2 nd July 2011 and followed up on 6th and 12 th and also several other days. complaint no-KT[protected]
Despite repeated calls to the customer support regarding the complaint the issue is not...

I have subscribed to ULD 900 scheme of BSNL under Annual package scheme. The offer on official website of BSNL mentions that under this plan suscriber will get 4 Mbps speed upto 8 GB and 256 Kbps thereafter. Also those subscribing and paying for annual payment scheme will get Free basic ADSL modem and if they want other type of Modem like wi fi modem, such subscriber shall be entitled to wi fi modem at half the original price.

portal on 07/07/2011 using internet banking.
My saving account of Central Bank of india is debited with Rs 55. But
the balance is not credited in my mobile.

My land line phone no 2380315 is dead since 29/6/2011 and I am not aware when it will be rectified. At least 50 phone calls has been made for chasing, after registration of the complaint on computer , docket no 111215 dated 29/6/2011every body gives me another phone no to complaint , some body said it is on pillar no 14, and the poor linemen are having more than 40 complaints how they can rectify say to senior officers.'your complaint...

I have bought Two BSNL connection recently (1 month before) [protected]& [protected]. I ever got a polite and proper answer for my complaints from BSNL call center [protected]. Once i contacted the same call center for registerting a network coverage related complaint from my [protected] which i have been using for the past 30 days but the reply was my no is not valid and he disconnected my call. this type of experinces occured many times....
