Every month I deposit my telephone bill at Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank or local Post Office. But this Bank or P.O. (perhaps) send delay information about this bill reciept. So in every month they BSNL disconnect telephone and make re-connection after showing xerox copy of that bill to JTO who blongs to much away from our village.

i although received a used second-hand handset on the 18 th of february 2012, sir i have always respected bsnl for its services, but sorry to say that i have been cheated by the company on its promise of delivering a new handset, instead when i paid Rs 932.00 i was told i could expect a new connection and handset as well.
why should i pay for a used handset, which does not give proper battery back up and is faulty??
am enclosing my scanned copy of the acknowledgement receipt and expect to get a new phone for the money that i have spent, am i not entitled to a new phone?i have complained to the exchange, but then none of them want to take resposibility for their inaction.
i surely hope that you would look into the matter and sort it out amicabily,
after waiting for 20 days at least for my money am i not entitled to a new phone?

this was my last mail to you in the month of february, i am still waiting for your company to serve me--i have received a faulty set and that set does not show me any network whenever i try calling through it. i m not being able to make any calls from the phone and the i feel its no use keeping such a phone connection and keep wating for it to show me network.
i had heard that bsnl had the best service, but sorry to state that i have been complaining since past 3 months and have not received my value worth of money.

The undersigned consumer has a land line telephone connection bearing telephone no. 22455562 since 1989 and there has been no default of in payment of its bill the above telephone is laying dead since 2/3 weeks. We Reuest you to please take proper action against my complaint.

i have taken an internet connection of bsnl broadband in december'09' with which i got a landline phone.
this landline phone didnt work properly.since many months i am noticing that my landline phone get disconnected on friday night or saturday.this time also the same thing happens.

In a month this phone get disconnected minimum 8-10 days.always i complain whoseever sit there he listen complain and let it to be pending till 2-3 days and by this we suffer.i dont have that much time to do complain many a times.this is not the first time.many a times it happen thats why this time i am taking this action.

kindly,do something against this.

My BSNL landline phone is dead since 30th Aug. On 01/09/2010, I lodged complaint at computerised no.198 at Roorkee, telecom distt. Hardwar (docket no. 23436), which remained outstanding for 3/4 days but phone remained dead and the complaint was erased by them on their own accord. On 06/09/2010 I again lodged complaint (docket no. 23582) which also went in vain. I then contacted the lineman of this area who told me that there is some earthing due to rain and the office has to depute cableman to rectify the underground fault. Phone still remained dead and loadged a complaint for the third time on 10/09/2010 (docket no. 23769). I dont know the fate of this complaint but my phone is continuously dead since 30th Aug. Although broadband internet is working to my solace but phone is lying idle and dead. None at exchane or BSNL office at Roorkee is responding. I being a heart patient suffering with lumber problem, and severe pulmonary obstruction, can not clime the stairs of BSNL office. As such I can not understand whom to contact. Can this site please help me get my phone come in order.

We are very sorry to inform that , our land line no.[protected] is not working from last two months but yet BSNL is sending huge bills, and pressurize to pay the bills by calling on our alternative numbers. This time we have received Bill no.[protected] dtd.05.11.11 for Rs.1483/-. Kindly arrange to resume the services of the phone and arrange to cancel the bill as the phone is not used in the whole month.

If our phone will not be recumed within 3 days we will opt for other company, as airtel is giving good service with very low payment plans.

PREVIOUSLY THE BSNL CALLED ME AND SAID PRIOR TO DOWNLOAD THAT GAMES IS FREE FOR ONE MONTH . WE EVEN DID NOT OPEN THE GAMES FROM THE DAY ONE, BUT THE BSNL CHARGED 200/- IN BILL DATED[protected]. EVEN AFTER AFTER SCORES OF REQUESTS THAT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GAMES AND REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THE GAMES .THE REQUESTS FOR DEACTIVATION AND UNSUBSCRIBE IS VALIED TILL THIS DAY. My name is Haridas Menon, Mob No [protected] Yesterday I got a missed call from [protected] and when I called back there was no proper reply except some recorded voice. I dis connected the call. The duration of the call was 1 min 11 sec, BSNL deducted Rs 87 from my account. When contacted Cust service they told that it is a fake number. If so why BSNL take no action about this?

am frm puliyoor.last few days are our phone is not in useable condtion.many times we inform to our cheriyanadu exchange.but they are not take any action.still our phone is not working.we have bsnl broadband connection..this l affect our broadband connection.every month continue this problems.that exchange have many workers.they behave every body to culture less..and they use that type of words...they have no responsability..incase they solve any problems in our phone line-they ask money for to do that work.every people that using land phone under this exchange facing this problem.i hope that u will take a right action or advise them...

BSNL - DataOne — High Down time

I would like to bring to your attention that I am using BSNL DataOne. The problem I am facing high down-time of network. It never works continuously for more than 1/2 hour at any point of time. If I try register complaint with BSNL, it never is processing unique identity gives a message "subject to data avalability"
