Every time when i try to generate upc code this message came

UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    I have wrongly paid the latest bill of landline for Rs.389/-twice in the month of September. Once on07.09.2021( Tran ID-NX21090709512474364092561) through phone pay and again on 20.09.2021(Transaction no.[protected] paid through PAYTM Kindly refund one amount of Rs.389/-

        For the last week, my prepaid sim card is not working. My handset is okay. No network signal appears on the handset screen. Other sim cards are perfectly working in the same particular handset. My sim card when used in a different handset the same result received. When called on this number it shows it's busy even though there are no networks are shown. Other BSNL sim cards used in the same location work perfectly. Please help.
        My mobile number is [[protected]].
        I have tried everything and even reset my handset still it does not show any connections and the other sim card has no problem at all.
        Please Kindly help me to resolve this problem quickly.

          I was trying to port the number to some other operator. First of all, you can't send UPC requests with your unlimited recharge, you'll have to do top-up recharge. After that top-up recharge, I keep getting failure responses.
          Please note this is my main sim, and my validity is going to end of September-2021. I can't afford this as all my communication is handled through this Sim.

          I am using bsnl last 5 years, my home is rural village, and I need 3 g coverage? But customer care is say Village is 2G network only, but last 6 months bsnl 2g network, my home location, when power off bsnl 2 g network not in my home, i have so. Many complaint no response when power is coming after 30 minutes, my phone get 2 g network

              Unbearable delays in receiving OTP messages for online banking transactions

              I have a BSNL user. For banking transactions, SMS containing OTP are sent to my mobile number. Most of the times, I don't receive OTP on time. After long time, when I get the OTP, transaction ls are already expired. I can say this issue is with BSNL because with other mobile service providers, banking transactions related SMS are fast and smooth....

              BSNL has charged for incoming calls for pripaid mobile number [protected]. The maximum charge were deducted from my balance due to BSNL advertisements. After contacting the customer service through phone call and email the problem was not resolved.

              BSNL has still charged on incoming calls. No action has been initiated by them. The problem is still not been resolved.

                HI,

                I have port my number [protected] from JIO to BSNL. I have paid Rs 249 at the time of receiving sim from BSNL office. I got message today 17th Sep 21. that my services are working now. But showing balance 0.0. I tried to recharge my number but it is showing error - Transaction failed due to invalid service class. Please update me urgently

                  My BSNL landline (in Bengaluru) is not working as there is no dial tone, and I cannot recieve any incoming calls. This has been going on for the past one week. I have been paying the bills on time, and have not accumulated any credit amount. I would request you to restore my landline.

                    Recently on aug 11 i converted my bsnl sim from 3g to 4g.Later I activated my gpay account.From aug 15 my sbi account has been deducting with some amount.We are unnoticed about the transactions since we are not getting any otp or warning messages about transactions or debited amount messages to my registered mobile number.Till now I lost a total of Rs.56, 000/-
                    Pleasee look into this issue.Its such a big amount we have lost.Please find the fraudsters to stop such further scams

                      Hi,
                      This is to bring to your notice that amount of Rs. 5 is getting deducted from my prepaid account balance since morning .
                      I am not able to connect to customer care due to the faults in their own connection. I am not getting any help from customer care team. I don’t have knowledge as to why this amount is getting deducted automatically when I am not even making any calls.
                      Request you to look into the issue, provide refund of the amount and resolve my problem.

                          While i am aplying to mobile number portability there is a sms given to
                          Bsnl did not give 4g network internet so i want port my sim but these message shown evertime when we sms on 1900

                              BSNL network signal not available from yesterday at panruti location tamilnadu.
                              Really very disappointed and worst service network ever seen.
                              Let me know when will it's fixed.

                                  I'm using BSNL sim for 14 days and I've registered a compliant for the first day itself for data not working. And also I've spoke with so many representative in the BSNL and also walk-in to the nearest BSNL office but still the issue is not resolved. Very very worst service ever I'm facing. Still I can't use my data and my data plan is about to end. Worst ever.

                                    Hereby, I, Swapan Kumar Nath, would like to inform you that I am an ex-employee of BSNL. As a part of my benefits, I was allotted a rent-free telephone (Acc. No. [protected], Customer ID. [protected], telephone no. [protected]) since BSNL was launched with 300 free calls per month. However, I do not make any calls from it as it is mostly dead.
                                    I had a Broadband modem registered through this number, which I have surrendered on 30/7/2018 and had paid the bill of INR 673/- on 23/8/2018, according to the bill generated. After that, till June, 2020, NIL bills were generated. However, in July, 2020, a bill of INR 1770/- has been generated, demanding a one time charge of INR 1500/- with INR 270/- as the GST. As a retired BSNL employee, I feel this bill is unjustified as I enjoy a rent-free telephone. I am attaching the photos of my bill, my allocation of free phone and the complaint mail that I had sent to BSNL. Your interference is solicited
