Disconnected Since 19/10/2010 and permanently settlement with outstanding bills (bill no is 93334930 and bill date was 04/05/2010, and another bill no is 97270746 ,bill date was 04/09/2010),

i have visited Account officer(Cash) BSNL ,GMTD,Siliguri,customer Service Center but he refused to considered my complaint he said to me, firstly, i have to meet with JTO at Sevoke Road Exchange Office and i had visited over there.but JTO was not at office ,i had visited so many times then could be meet with JTO,sevoke road exchange, but JTO also refused to considered my complaints ,JTO said to me ,contact to Account Department and written a settlement letter with A/C Officer ,when i moved to A/C Officer ,the Officer refused to give me settlement letter , A/C officer said to me, its not a our Section ,it was a Technical flout, and said moved to JTO sevoke road exchange office ,so now i totally confused what to do , no one can settlement my complaint,the officers don't want to settle my complaint,they only wastages of my vital time ,and Every two months bill is issues,So please take the necessary steps against the all the meter which is happened with me......

    Hi

    I have a BSNL landline No. 25160178, its dead from few days. I called customer care and complain about my phone. They gave me a docket number B8655, but couldn't say about the tentative date when issue will be resolved. I somehow manage to get the local exchange number 25702025 and called them.

    I inform them about my problem, to which they rudely replied saying since its raining we can't fix the landline. WE need to wait until rain stops.

    Now, I got frustrated because, I recently got broadband with landline. Since landline is dead which mean broadband will not work. I work from home over the internet, not having internet is affecting my business

    I am not sure what to do. If BSNL can't provide service during rain then its the Worst service provider. They should be have made themselves prepared for this. This has happened in the past not a new thing for them

    I would like to request to the respected team of consumer Complain. Please consider this problem seriously and escalate it to BSNL top management, so that they can find out how their local employee do their work

    Dear Sir/Madam
    This is with reference to my landline no[protected] which has out of order from last 20days. Complaint has been registered for the same 2-3 times but no action has been taken for the same. On going to Manimajra exchange they said go to sec -17, Chandigarh exchange but except harassment nothing has gain.
    Earlier also it was out of order from April’11 & has corrected last month only after approaching the higher authorities.
    Due to this harassment again & again I just want your valuable advise to take any following decision from the below 2options
    1. Is it possible to resolve the issue from BSNL side OR
    2. It will be better to disconnect the same which I am using for last more than 12yrs

      Sir,
      I am TataIndicom(CDMA) postpaid mobile customer (Bangalore) since 2006. Because of poor coverage of Tata in my nativeplace(Alumkadavu, Kollam Dist, Kerala), I have been facing issues to receive calls whenever I visit there. BSNL has very good coverage there. So I decided to go for MNP from Tata Indicom to BSNL . I submitted the filled CAF form (with the unique port code I received from Tata Indicom)with the below supporting documents on 10th June 2011 to the BSNL Customer Care centre , BDA Complex, Koramangala, Bangalore
      1). Address proof
      2).Photo ID Proof
      3).Last 3 bills from Tata as I am a post paid customer
      I paid Rs 59/- for 128K 3G SIM and I collected the same. The guy who collected my application doesnt know whats MNP. I did a basic study about the MNP process before I applied for it, and hence I was knowing that it would take a maximum of 7 business days to complete the process. But the BSNL officer who collected my application told me that the number would be ported in 1 days. I didnt ask anything more to him. Ideally, we should get SMSes during the port-in process informing us about different status . I didnt receive any SMS till 17th of June. As 7 business days were over, I talk to BSNL customer care and I was told that its send to Tata Docomo!!!( I really got shocked after hearing that. My connection is tata Indicom, and I was told that they sent my port-in request to Tata Docomo). Anyway, I cross checked with them again, and they said, its with Tata Tele Services.Then I called Tata Indicom, and opened a complaint to get the status of the port-out request, and I was told by tata Indicom that the complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs. Next day(18th Jun) I got a call from Tata Indicom saying that they disnt receive any port-in request from BSNL so far.As my UPC code is valid till June24, I decided to walk to BSNL Koramangala office. This time a lady was handling my case. She was very responsible, and has good knowldge on MNP. I explained the situation to her, and she tried her level best to retrive my details from the BSNL MNP records by searching with my mobile number, SIM number, UPC code etc. No luck. Then she submitted my details again from scratch., and I was told to wait for 3 business days to get it ported. Today(Jun 20) ,the 2nd business day is over, so far nothing has happened. I strongly believe BSNL officers are taking money from private players to discourage the port-in to BSNL. If any loyal BSNL officers see this, I kindly request you to take it forward and do needful.Here is my details :

        i am from berhampore,west bengal.i had a pstn connection [protected] and i surrender it[protected].To day[protected] still i did not get any refund money. i have comminucated berhampore office they told me your application are lost. i have surrender receipt and show them. they told me for re application. and i again put application on 16/03/2011 but same as above. when i go to to enquiry they reply me please contact letter. please take nia that i get my security money earlier.

          I have been trying to get a Bsnl broadband or atleast a land line connection for past 1 and half years but the authorities claim that our locality is not provided with cables ( i can ponit atleast 5 connections of BSNL near my house).But the truth is i will get a connection by providing cables from a post just 100 meters away. I have been talking to the lineman for all these years but he is not even bothered to listen to my words. I have wanting to use this connection for business purpose but all my cries have been in vain. the people in Bsnl wont even consider trying to solve my problem nor take a complaint. So i kindly request the authorities to help me with this problem ASAP. The exact location of this ignorance towards customers is in Poonamallee, Chennai.

            THE OFFICER SAID TO ME THE NETWORK PROBLEM BUT I CALL AT CUSTOMER CALL 1503 .THAY TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE IS WORKING BUT OFFICER NOT SOLD MY PROBLEM
            AT THIS STAGE WHAT CAN I DO.
            today i had received a message as follows

              I HAVE BSNL LAND LINE CONNECTION FOR 10 YEARS & MY TELEPHONE NO NO IS [protected] BUT ON 27 MAY 2010 DUE TO THUNDERING IT GOT DEAD . I MAKE A COMPLAINT IN BSNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE ON 1ST JUNE & THEY SAID ITS CABLE FAULT SO I HAVE TO COMPLAINT 'J TO '. WHEN I WAS THERE IN OFFICIAL HOUR I WAIT A LOT THE OFFICER DIDN'T COME TO CHAMBER. ON THE NEXT DAY I AGAIN GO THERE & GIVE MY COMPLAINT TO HIM. HE SAID HE WILL SOLVE IT OUT. AFTER 4 DAYS ON 7TH JUNE I GAV MY COMPLAINT AGAIN BUT STILL NO ONE CAME TO VERIFY IT . OUR BILL PAPER OF PREVIOUS MONTH HAD BEEN GIVEN TO OUR NEIGHBOR TO SUBMIT US WHILE EVERY MONTH THEY USE TO COME & GIVE IT HAND TO HAND.ANY HOW I ALSO CLEAR THAT ONE .                   My Mobile number is [protected]. I m using this Mobile from last 3 years. My national roaming is never ever work other states. I travel from Gujarat to Rajasthan, UP, Delhi. I get the cell one Logo getting the full signal but not able to connect the call.

                  If some one call to me just get the response not reachable, Or just engage.

                  Do you have network in the region of Gangtok, Sikkim, Darjeeling? Shall I get network there? I'm prepaid card holder of mumbai region.

                  BSNL Prepaid Mobile Card — Recharge is not done. The customer care no is not available

                  I could not recharge the bsnl prepaid mobile card on the given date. I purchased a recharge card. I wanted to recharge it. But I am asked to contact the customer care. Even we cannot make a call to the customer care of the same service provider. I have literally borrowed the phones from other persons. I am borrowing the phones everyday from the last 10 days, but I am not able to have any contact. I even tried to call from my landline number, but its of no use. Only because of the bad service I am likely to lose my 136 Rs.

                    IT HAS BEEN LOTS OF TIME WE ARE TRYING TO MAKE COMPLAINTS REGARDING GETTING LINES WELL REPAIRED AS PER THERE IS TOO HEAVY HUMMING FOUND NEARLY EVERY-DAY EVERY TIME. YET IT GETS RESOLVED FOR SOME HOURS FROM THEIR END AFTER THEN AS IT IS. THEIR OPERATORS THEM - SELVES SAYING TO GET THE CABLES GET CHANGED BUT THEY ARE NOT GETTING IT DONE. HERE IS COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] GIVEN TO US BUT ITS HARDLY GETTING ANSWERED. GENERALLY THERE IS NO PROFESSIONAL PERSON FOUND AT THAT END, AS PER IF WE INSIST THEM TO LAUNCH PROPER COMPLAIN AND GET IT RESOLVED THEY START REPLYING THAT " WE ARE JUST WIRE MAN SIR, I AM HAVING OTHER DUTY, BUT AS PER THERE IS NO ONE THATS WHY I PICKED YOUR CALL." AT VERY FREQUENT TIMES. OR "WE CANNOT DO ANY THING ELSE ACCEPT OF GETTING COMPLAIN LAUNCH. IF YOU WANT TO GET IT RESOLVE CONTACT THE HEAD PERSON DIRECTLY" I AM NO ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT" MEANS ITS REALLY A DRASTIC AND COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED AND UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER FROM OUR SERVICE PROVIDER. AT EVERY 1-2 WEEKS THE CABLE GETS DAMAGED AND STOPS WORKING AND AGAIN NEXT 2 DAYS FOR GETTING IT PART REPAIRED AND THAT'S ALL GOING SINCE LAST 3-4 YEARS.

                      medavakkam exchange 22772903 Bill NO: [protected]/ consumer No: [protected]




                      We are surprised to get a bill of Rs.1029.00/-. Entire sithalapakkam area, for the last 45 days telephone is cut off. No phone is working including my above mentioned phone, no internet connections due to fault in the exchange at Medavakkam, how are you sending a bill for those 40 days without connection, is grossly violating the fundamental rights.

                      Please waive this charge immediately for not providing our connection for the last 40 plus days. We are constrained to take remedial legal recourse if do not refund the charges to us? you have put in a lot of hardships.

                      in area sithalapakkam, BSNL was out of order for two full months may and June, but BSNL took away my money for two months rent for internet connections, which is totally wrong and unacceptable. Whenever, we lodge a complaint only negative feedback from the engineer is forthcoming no solutions is found.

                        I had a plan to purchase BSNL EVDO Card But as I am using Mac So I need to check The compatibility of EVDO with Mac.

                        For thet That I went to Your company's website (http://www.capitel.in/nextGeneration/CE-200.asp) and saw that Yes this is compatible with 10.4.9 or higher. So this means I could buy the device and I bought the device as on 16-JUN-2011 and I was shocked to see that there were no drivers provided for Mac I contacted the Capitel for derivers for Mac. Here I again they shocked me by telling that this device is not compatible with Mac.

                        I just like you to notice that if it is really not compatible with Mac then why didn't you mention it clearly on websites and then Why did I buy this device as I only have Mac to use.

                        Waiting for quick and beneficial reply to me as if it is not compatible with Mac then my whole money is wasted and I dont want to do so.

                          Broadband not working for a month
                          I am using BSNL Telephone connection and broadband connection .The broadband and telephone connection is not working for more than one week Though several complaints has been give to Coimabtroe customer care 1504 and also to the Exchange directly no action has been taken till date.Every month the telephone bill is sent correctly and we do pay the same within due date. First of all the customer care is not providing any complaint number. Next none of the officials in exchange behave properly with customers. In abroad countries the bill will be generated only for the good service provided and in any case there is some service disruption the monthly rent amount will be deducted accordingly.. This is not happening in India.. Then Compensation has to be provided if i go legally.

                            MASTI PACK
                            without my permision BSNL start the MASTI pack from 56505 and deduct the money
                            Early morning On date 17/06/11the SMS coming from BSNL that they deduct Rs 30per masti pack.
                            The SMS came from 56505005 the masti pack of 30 continuing but I dont understand that how they can subscribe without my consent. How they could deduct the money for it. Please help me for the same I want to unsubscribe from this masti service.
                            One more thing I think it just a waste of time to make a complain on that site if is it working than why no improvement in the BSNL mobile services.

                              Subject : DEACTIVATION OF GAMES ON DEMAND – PHONE NO. 0863: 2261383

                              I am bsnl costumer vide phone no.[protected] .One fine morning somebody called on in the month of May 2011 and forced my child to activate online games which are completely free for the period of one month of May 2011 but in the month of May 2011 itself I recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 170/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which we never demanded .This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion . I am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to the careless guidance of BSNL .
                              I want to deactive /unscribe immediately. Hence DEACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY THE GAMES ON DEMAND and avoid unnecessary billing and unwanted chrges by the bsnl

                              BSNL — deactivate the games immediately

                              bsnl visakhapatnam was billing RS200 every month for my landline telephone[protected] for india gamesdemand.when i call to ur tollfree number[protected] but it is of no use because it is always busy round d clock.so kindly DEACTIVATE or CANCAL bsnl indiagames service immediately.see tht such thing not repeat in future.thank u by sivarama raju

                              I am bsnl costumer vide phone no.[protected] .One fine morning somebody called on in the month of May 2011 and forced my child to activate online games which are completely free for the period of one month of May 2011 but in the month of May 2011 itself I recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 170/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which we never demanded .This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion . I am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to their careless guidance .
                              I want to deactive /unscribe immediately. Hence DEACTIVATE IMMEDIATELY THE GAMES ON DEMAND and avoid unnecessary billing and unwanted chrges by the bsnl

                              bsnl visakhapatnam was billing RS200 every month for my landline telephone[protected] for india gamesdemand.when i call to ur tollfree number[protected] but it is of no use because it is always busy round d clock.so kindly DEACTIVATE or CANCAL bsnl indiagames service immediately.see tht such thing not repeat in future.thank u by sivarama raju
                              I am K.Senthil, a customer of BSNL.My phone no. is 22680760.In the month of may my children received a call from BSNL regarding games on demand.They forced my child to activate the games on demand by saying it was free for the month of may 2011.Everytime we get a bill of Rs200 extra since the month of may.I am unable to login and deactivate the games.Now I wish to deactivate it immediately.Please DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE.

                                I received a call yesterday saying that I will be able to watch the TV channels in my mobile for a week on a trial pack. Though I did not suscribe for it, Rs 40/ is deducted from my mobile towards mimobi tv every week. Even if I send message to that number to unsubscribe this, no action is taken and it seems to be a cheating. How this can happen in BSNL network?
                                MIMOBI TV SEEMED TO BE A NOTORIOUS COMPANY TAKING PEOPLE FOR RIDE. I DO NOT GET THE TV ALSO IN THE MOBILE AND WILL BE LOOSING RS 40 EVERYWEEK.

                                This exactly what has happened to me. I received an SMS saying " Thank you for subcribing ...Rs 40/- per week...". I did not subcribe this was an unsolicited message so I deleted, however I found later that a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance. This amounts to theft and there may be lacks of consumers not even be aware of this. Can some one advise where to lodge a complaint for this matter.

I have complained repeatedly but nothing happened till now.Finally i made a complaint to the Customer care on 13.6.11 and no response . So I am forced to Complaint to the higher Authoritiesin Telecom Dept.New Delhi and to the Hon. Central Telecom Minister, of BSNL's poor Customer care and poor service to your valuable customer(as BSNL always says) and cancell the connection within a few days.Any way i am looking forward for your Action and co operation in this matter.

BSNL there is no experience workers in the field under Edava exchange. Edave exchange is under thiruvanthapuram district kerala state. So I am forced to Complaint to the higher Authoritiesin Telecom Dept.New Delhi and to the Hon. Central Telecom Minister, of BSNL's poor Customer care and poor service to your valuable customer(as BSNL always says) and cancell the connection within a few days.Any way i am looking forward for your Action and co operation in this matter.

                                  Could you please replace a new phone or resolve the issue?My parents are staying alone and they are hardly using the phone but the bill comes very high.
                                  If we approach to local branch for the request of the outgoing call's statement, they told them to get it from the main branch at Trivandrum.Hope eveywhere is computerised and giving a statement to the customer will not be a big deal.The people who work in the office should not think that all the customers who go to the branch for enquiry are illeterate/uneducated.They should treat the customers well.
                                  We have been informing to the parassala bsnl office for the last 2years and there is no proper action so far and people who sit over there are very rude and harsh to customers.I will send the same complaint to all the head office.
                                  You can check all the incoming calls in this account.Everyday I'm trying to reach my parents from the US.I could not reach them atleast one time properly.
                                  Sometimes I can hear other communication in this lane, sometimes no rings, sometimes weird noise, some times it rings but my parents will not get any call.What are the reasons for this?We have been using the same connection for the last 11years.
                                  Request the higher authorities to take a proper action immediately.

                                  Note: My parents are receiving some anonymous calls (telling that they are calling from the telepone exchange) and telling them to make some noise for lane checking/testing.Really this is weid.

                                    i have a landline number that connect with a broadband.and i am troubling before two weeks do to phone disconnect , broadband speed low(40-55 KBps), every time its connect and disconnect broadband,(led blinking after two minutes) .
                                    and the phone gives the sound if any call receive with broadband connect .
                                    plz solved my problem earlier to earlier .

                                      The GPRS works on laptop but browser setting sent by you for my mobile Micromax X265 are not correct as browser on mobile does not work. it works with Idea gprs.                                       I submitted application for landline connection in November 2011 at Talegaon BSNL office. I was not given any acknoledgement.Since then I visited the office several times for follow up and met the concerned officer. So far nothing has been done.
                                      I have decided to wait up to[protected], after which I shall go to other service provider.
