Hi,

My mobile number is[protected]BSNL prepaid).
I received a call yesterday saying that I will be able to watch the TV channels in my mobile for a week on a trial pack. Though I did not suscribe for it, Rs 40/ is deducted from my mobile towards mimobi tv every week. Even if I send message to that number to unsubscribe this, no action is taken and it seems to be a cheating. How this can happen in BSNL network?

My telephone no 2705829 is so noisy and i could'nt hear a word when somebody calls for the last 6 months.Now the phone is dead. I have complained repeatedly but nothing happened till now.Finally i made a complaint to the Customer care on 13.6.11 and no response . So I am forced to Complaint to the higher Authoritiesin Telecom Dept.New Delhi and to the Hon. Central Telecom Minister, of BSNL's poor Customer care...

i have a landline number that connect with a broadband.and i am troubling before two weeks do to phone disconnect , broadband speed low(40-55 KBps), every time its connect and disconnect broadband,(led blinking after two minutes) .
and the phone gives the sound if any call receive with broadband connect .
plz solved my problem earlier to earlier .

The GPRS works on laptop but browser setting sent by you for my mobile Micromax X265 are not correct as browser on mobile does not work. it works with Idea gprs. Also Balance enquiry not available for Data pack on your no.123, where as it works for my mobile no. starting with 940. My this mobile No. is [protected]. (pyari jodi). I could not establish contact with your customer care representative as your system keeps you waiting on the phone...

the broadband tariff in our number[protected], under the name dr. samir dalapati, gives 2.5 gb free data and night unlimited as the plan is the old BBG FN 500. in this month june of 2011, we have used maximum 1 gb data from the 2.5 gb free data. but when i checked the bb usage by sms to [protected] or 52295, it replied that total usage on this month is 7226mb till date. which is impossible!! even if the night usage is measured it can't...

THERE IS AN UNWANTED SERVICE ACTIVATED ON MY MOB NO [protected] & EVERY NOW AND THEN CHARGES ARE BEING DEDUCTED ON ACCOUNT OF SOME DOWNLOAD WHICH IS NOT SUBSCRIBED...WHEN COMPLAINT WAS FORWARDED TO THE SENIOR OFFICIALS TO THE LEVEL OF AGM AS WELL, THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AS THE SAME CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED EVEN ON MY NO,...SO I AM HELPLESS...PLEASE CONTACT CMD-BSNL, DELHI FOR THE RESOLUTION.....IS IT LOGICAL THAT FOR...

I am to submit through this request that my account of bsnl games on demand may please be unsubscribe with immediate effect.

My mobile number [protected] is receiving a message from No.+55888015 that "Thanks for using our love Messages. Your Service has been renewed for next 30 days. Rs.15 charged." Now I want to deactivate or unsubscribe the said Love message Service, and my amount is deducting every month . Help me in this regard and get deactivate or unsubscribe the above said service....
