the broadband tariff in our number[protected], under the name dr. samir dalapati, gives 2.5 gb free data and night unlimited as the plan is the old BBG FN 500. in this month june of 2011, we have used maximum 1 gb data from the 2.5 gb free data. but when i checked the bb usage by sms to [protected] or 52295, it replied that total usage on this month is 7226mb till date. which is impossible!! even if the night usage is measured it can't go upto that amount. please look to the matter. otherwise i will no longer use bsnl connection as this is huge dis-satisfaction. solve this problem immediately.
Happening to me too. I use 1.5 gb plan with night unlimited. I am bsnl broadband user for 3 years. This month, i checked my usage on 9th, it was 704 mb. I didnt use internet after 14th. On 16th, i sent sms and got replied that my usage is 6934 mb which is never possible because i am very cautious about my usage, i check everytime after disconnecting. I never used more than 100mb per day. Now i dont know what to do, Please reply.

          I am a postpaid customer of Bsnl since the last six years having mobile no [protected].I have been forced to pay an amount of Rs75/ every month as CUG user charges since the last five years.Inspite of repeated letters and email complaints the error in billing has not been rectified.Please look into the matter and reverse the amount excess paid and adjust the same in my forthcoming bills.Looking forward to your immediate attention and action.

            Sir,
            I have not used internet connection for a single day on the above mentioned phone. I even dont know how to use it. Neither I was informed that my connection is provided with internet connection nor provided Cable/Modem to connect it with computer. I only came to know about it through bill which I paid for six month from 16 September 2010 to 2nd April 2011. I paid this bill unknowingly and my phone was disconnected several time for non payment of bill. It was written PDSS charges I even didnot understood what charges it is. Kindly reimburse all the money I paid as internet charges to BSNL, Ghaziabad.
            our voice is not hearable to outsiders in landline
            when using bsnl dialup connection, every time loss the application of the modem when opened the computer, so again install the setup, so please say any solution to me .

                This is to complain you about the product and services offered .i was using

                till last month. unfortutunately the modem got dead from
                this date[protected].i informed and complained about the matter many times .but i am shame to announce you that i recieved a very bad
                feedback.(no stock modem) moreover i am using the connection in rental basis out of your
                possitive compulsion.

                its my humble request to consider my complaint and make sure required work done as soon as possilble.

                  My land line No. is[protected]. Since last 3 weeks it is not working properly, when the phone is ringing and take the phone, a loud voice is comig out and we cannot hear any thing. My instrument is also faulty since last 2 years. This I complained, But they have not changed the same till date and I have to buy a new one from my money. They are charging the rent every month.
                  My landline no.[protected] was not working properly for some months.. We complaint to all officers in our circle but no use.. After the complaints a few days landline works properly then not in use after some 2 or 3 days landline not works.. this continues for some years... All the connections in my native like the same.. The next step is we are going for the consumer court...
                  My land line no[protected] is not working properly from last six month's. I made complaint's so ...............many times. Customer care people are useless to help. BSNL Pune (Nal Stop/ Karve road office) people are not ready to take complaint, even if I sent my person with complaint letter.

                  from a year their is problem in my telephone, every time i have compliant , but the service is so poor & the responsible officers are very harsh to talk .

                  If we do not get service within this week I will stop using BSNL landline and go for other options.

                      For the purpose of acceptation of ‘POSTAL LIFE INSURANCE' at Division Office in persuasion of CPMG. W.B Circle we had applied for a New Telephone with Broadband (Static IP) connection. The work order issued on[protected]. The New telephone line (No[protected] installed in our office in the third week of April'11 after several request to the Local Authority. In the 1st Week of May the Broadband connection installed. But the static IP did not provide. Local Authority assured us that the Static IP for the broadband connection will be providing from Bangalore and within a week they will inform through SMS and Letter. But till date it is pending. We are facing severe public complaint as The PLI Policies are not accepted in time and they are unable to deposit the monthly premium in due course. The CPMG W.B Circle also pressing hard to solve the problem immediately.

                        Recently in March 2011 I have shifted my telephone 23291565 from my earler address A-25, Nigam nagar, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad-382424 to my new address A-103, Devnandan Desire, Motera, Ahmedabad - 380005 bearing no 27700608.

                        Sir after my repated request I could not installed my broadband till date i.e. 13.06.2011. When I or my representative approched to Motera BSNL office I was given a telephone No.[protected] to contact.When we approched to this no we are told that we are comming soon but after a lapse of more than 2 months all in vein.

                        sir, thereore I am requesting you kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as early as possible

                        Telephone Connection — Telephone Not working

                        I don't know what's up the problem. My Internet connection with same line is working but not telephone.

                        with the help of internet i am now making complaint. My telephone is not working i.e., no sound or dial tone. but it sounds like tick, tick... while picking up. Please make the arrangement as fast as you can, with the connection.

                        bsnl broadband and telephone connection — not working of bsnl broad bank and telephone line even after lots of followups

                        Sir,
                        I am a subscriber of bsnl braod bank and telephone connection bearing telephone no[protected]. I subcribed combo plan of phone connection and braodbank on 10th of march 2008, I received phone line after lots of followups on 24 th of april 2008, telephone line is havin lots of disurbance so i registered complaint on 28/4/08 wide complaint no 14004, but till this date no action has been taken for disturbed telephone line.

                        Due to disturb telephone line, I can not use braod bank connection, even for broad bank i visited vrce, nagpur exchange office frequently but in vain.

                        Therefore you are requested that please look in to the matter seriously & do the needful at the earliest.

                        i have connected BSNL broad band a month ago. The person who activated broad band did not give the broad band password or the portal id and pass word. now i really am in trouble as i am afraid if children tamper with the existing pass word i may loose track. in addition without these pass words, i am unable to view my usage of net. i would really like to know how i can get these account details and pass words.

                        I applied for BSNL broadband through an online request.When it had already been about one month and there was no response i went to the local BSNL office in RISHIKESH where I was told that the request had been cancelled. There I filled a fresh form. It was on 12th August. I again went to the office after few days and i was told that my request has been sent to Dehradun office for the password.I simply want you to provide me the connection as early as possible because being an MBA aspirant I need to prepare online for my exams . Without net connection, as the days are passing, my precious time is being wasted.

                        Hi, my name is Subin[protected] and I am using BSNL Broadband (550 Plan) since more than a year. Earlier also we faced problem in regards to Broadband which was rectified after several number of complaints and calls.

                        I filed a complained at the BSNL office saying that the internet is not able to connect (DSL Link) on April 20, 2010. They did not do anything about it and the complained was removed. Again I filed a complaint on April 27, May 1 and still the complain is pending and its not resolved.

                        I called their number[protected] and tried to speak to people there but they said that it will be done and no other response was given and the problem still remains. Today morning I spoke to somebody in the name of Mr. Patil about the problem and he said that same thing.

                        Earlier, when I met a guy personally at BSNL office (don't remember the name) he said that we never planned to give BSNL broadband at your area.
                        There are number of people using BSNL Broadband in my area, in fact my neighbor uses the same service and he rarely comes across any problem, so why me?

                        Am I wasting my money and time just making complains calls.
                        If my internet does not work for 10 days, are they going to deduct that amount for which I did not use my internet? Ofcourse NO...
                        Can I have any answer to it?
                        Is my problem going to solve someday?
                        I'm not just looking for an answer but I am also looking for the solution.
                        I APPLIED FOR BSNL TELEPHONE AND BROADBANK ONE MONTH BACH STILL THERE IS NOT A SINGLE ACTION ON.                         i have lodged complaints so many times with bsnl(on phone number 1504 &[protected] regarding my broadband connection which is always showing error 691where as iam putting user id and password very correct.when iam calling them that time they make it serviceable within 05 minutes. after two days again it is showing error 691. when iam telling them please make a permanent solution to it, then they are telling that you complaint with 1504. since last three months no body has come to attend my complaint. please do the needful. today also it was showing error 691. when i call 23234770 then they made it within no times. iam facing this problem since last three months.thanks
                        We are authorised dealer of Maruti Car. We already have so many BSNL Landline nos. out of those we have 2 Nos. of Broadband & 1 3G Connections. We are always facing problem in Broadband Connectivity whether it is for our ( M.P.Shah) Location or for (HAPA) location.Out of 1/2 People ( Mr. Ghumra / Mr. Patel ), all BSNL staff are lethargic or we can say unproductive.

                        EXAMPLE :
                        From Last 3 Days one of our No.[protected] Broadband) line have been disconnected and for that we had asked to each and every authority who could able to sort out this matter, but unfortunately willingness of work not found in BSNL authorities.

                        This is not end for BSNL Service problems, there are so many problems which we are facing at our HAPA Locations as well, because of ROAD Maintenance always OFC Cable fault and disconnection of DATA flow from BSNL Head office.

                        I think BSNL has to change their staff or they have to arrange CAMP for their Staff members related to " ATTITUDE" / " WORK WILLINGNESS " / "SERVICE SATISFACTION" ETC....

                        If still BSNL not wake up than, BSNL will no more in next few years....due to PRIVATE Companies involvement in indian market.

                        dear sir my name is akarsh jain. mera broadband ka 750+ plan hai. mere broadband me DSL cut or speed kam hone ki problam hai iski mene bayana JTO (CHANDRA BHAN SINGH) ko bataya unhone kaha yeh problam hamare haat main nahi hai aap district lavel per jankari karin. district lavel par jankari ki to waha kaha gaya ki aap ki line me kahin kut main karbon hoga use theek karyen. sabkush theek karane ke baad bhi broadband abhi tak theek nahi huya. kai bar 198, 1500 or 1504 par bhi complaint
                        book karyei lekin kuksh bhi nahi huya. yeh sab 4 months se chal raha hai lakin kisi bhi prakar ka response nahi mil paya. mahine ka bill pura ka pura 1050 ka aata hai isse bahut loss uthana pad raha hai koi upay batyn.[protected].

                        consumercomplants.in per 4/may/2011. ko complants book karyi lakin kush bhi nahi huya my phone no.[protected],m [protected]

THAT YOU SHOULD GIVE ME PARTY THEN ONLY YOU CAN USE OUR SERVICES SMOOTHLY.HIS NAME IS MANJEET SING POSTED IN BADALI EXCHANGE COMES UNDER KURALI BSNL EXCHANGE ..THEN I POLITLY REQUEST HIM TO RESUME THE SERVICES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT AFTER SHORT DURATION I FOUND MY TELEPHONE LINE DEAD. THEN I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT THAT MY LANDLINE IS NOT WORKING THEN AGAIN HE REPEATED THAT STATEMENT OF PARTY THEN I REFUSE TO OFFER HIM THEN HE SAID MY CELL PHONE IS NOT FOR PUBLIC PLEASE REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN MAIN EXCHANGE.

                              am using a BSNL CDMA number[protected], last weekend i.e. on 4th-5th june 2011, there was no outgoing on any cell numbers, and every call was disconnected the message "network is busy now", and ths week end also(11th-12th june2011) its showing the same problem ,even last weekend i got my comlaint registered with the bsnl on no.1502, the complaint number of previous comlaint is lost, and the complaint number of 11th june complaint is-F11UP1102833.

                              and the costmer care executive "Manoj" with whom the second complaint was registered was highly impolite and non cooperating.

                              pls help me resove this problem ,as every weekend , when its peak time to call family and friends the BSNL makes ne totally inaccessible.

I have lodged so many complaints with local exchange and district manager,nodal officer and appellate authority of bsnl. but till today my complaint not solved. I am thinking to change service provider. because in bsnl no one is there to hear and solve complaints of the customers who pays heavy bills.

                                  I am using BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected] and I had activated DND services by calling 1909 on 05.01.2011 at 22.54 hrs and received acknowledgement no.[protected]. A Registered letter has been sent to BSNL on 19.03.2011 in this connection. Since, I received promotional calls and SMS continuously from BSNL, I again called 1909 on 11.05.2011 at 16.05 hrs and received acknowledgement no. CPR URN[protected]. I verified, my number is listed in the NDNC Register. I have not received a positive solution from BSNL and I am in receipt of 47 promotional SMS and 4 promotional calls till date (from 18.05.2011). I wish to inform that I have registered with NDNC on 05.01.2011 and on 11.05.2011 coming under ‘Fully Blocked’ category mentioned by TRAI. I hereby request the BSNL to clarify and take necessary action to stop the Unsolicited Commercial Communications (as per TRAI Notification dated 05.06.2007) with immediate effect.

[protected] . but i replied that no any dialed and call to ISD call number and request check in my balance return in my phone balance and Stopped un-necessary SMS sent in my phone number, vide complaint No. docket number 1d12264561 dated 12/04/15.
                                  on 16/04/16 at about 1826 hrs automatically once again Rs. 70/- Ceased in my balance account. i have call / complained to customer care service in BSLN authority (toll free No. 1503). lodged complained again what regarding ceased amount Rs. 70/- BSNL customer care said that you call ISD No. [protected] same number . but i told that no any dialed and call to ISD call please re-check and request solve in my problems . vide complaint No. docket number 1d16265501 dated 18/04/15 at 1846 hrs.
                                  on 18/04/16 customer care message received acknowledgement no. CPR URN [protected]. I verified, my number is listed in the NDNC Register. I have not received a positive solution from BSNL and I am un-necessary SMS received from BSNL customer care. Request for promotional calls from 11/4/15 to 19/4/16.
                                  I hereby request the BSNL to clarify and take necessary action to stop the Unsolicited Commercial Communications (as per TRAI Notification dated 05.06.2007) with immediate effect and un avoid call charge of ISD call charges Rs. 140/- rupees may be refund in my phone balance at earliest please.

Scheme ke anusar Govt. employies ke liye monthly unlimited uses charges Rs-625/- tha & land line phone ka monthly charges extra me Rs-00.00/- tha . March-2011 me mujhe land line connection to dediya gaya lekin Broad Band Connection aaj tak nahi diya gaya jabki installation charges monthly land line ke bill me first month me hi le liya gaya . Actually mujhe land line ki jarurat hi nahi thi . mere pas 4 mobile connection pahle se hi available hain. es ke liye maine BSNL,Pali ( Raj.) me mainne anekon bar sampark kiya lekin koi bhi kuchh bhi batane ki position me nahi h . Costumer care BSNL Pali me puchhne par bataya ki ye to system Generated charges h es ke bare me hame kuchh bhi pata nahi hota h. Maine Right to Information ke through bhi puchhne ki koshish ki lekin mera Multicity chq. vapas lota diya gaya karan bataya gaya ki Pali me Public Information Officer (BSNL) jaisi koi post hi nahi h.

                                    Ab main chahta hu ki mera installation charges Rs-500/- + Security Chargs Rs-500/- + Land line ka monthly charges jo mujh se vasul kar liya gaya mujhe vapas louta diya jae. Ab mujhe BSNL ki koi bhi service nahi chahiye even mobile services.
