I am using BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected] and I had activated DND services by calling 1909 on 05.01.2011 at 22.54 hrs and received acknowledgement no.[protected]. A Registered letter has been sent to BSNL on 19.03.2011 in this connection. Since, I received promotional calls and SMS continuously from BSNL, I again called 1909 on 11.05.2011 at 16.05 hrs and received acknowledgement no. CPR URN[protected]. I verified, my number is listed in the NDNC Register. I have not received a positive solution from BSNL and I am in receipt of 47 promotional SMS and 4 promotional calls till date (from 18.05.2011). I wish to inform that I have registered with NDNC on 05.01.2011 and on 11.05.2011 coming under ‘Fully Blocked’ category mentioned by TRAI. I hereby request the BSNL to clarify and take necessary action to stop the Unsolicited Commercial Communications (as per TRAI Notification dated 05.06.2007) with immediate effect.

BSNL ki month November-2010 ki scheme ke anusar maine BB Home Combo ke liye apply kiya tha . Scheme ke anusar Govt. employies ke liye monthly unlimited uses charges Rs-625/- tha & land line phone ka monthly charges extra me Rs-00.00/- tha . March-2011 me mujhe land line connection to dediya gaya lekin Broad Band Connection aaj tak nahi diya gaya jabki installation charges monthly land line ke bill me first month me hi le liya gaya . Actually mujhe land line ki jarurat hi nahi thi . mere pas 4 mobile connection pahle se hi available hain. es ke liye maine BSNL,Pali ( Raj.) me mainne anekon bar sampark kiya lekin koi bhi kuchh bhi batane ki position me nahi h . Costumer care BSNL Pali me puchhne par bataya ki ye to system Generated charges h es ke bare me hame kuchh bhi pata nahi hota h. Maine Right to Information ke through bhi puchhne ki koshish ki lekin mera Multicity chq. vapas lota diya gaya karan bataya gaya ki Pali me Public Information Officer (BSNL) jaisi koi post hi nahi h.

Ab main chahta hu ki mera installation charges Rs-500/- + Security Chargs Rs-500/- + Land line ka monthly charges jo mujh se vasul kar liya gaya mujhe vapas louta diya jae. Ab mujhe BSNL ki koi bhi service nahi chahiye even mobile services.

My bsnl broadband is not in working condition 4 d past 2 mnths...i hv complained lyk sum 20 odd tyms bt my complaints fell on deaf ears..BSNL sucks...dese guys jus play d blame game amongst d departmnts...n at d end f d day its d customers who r at d recvng end coz f dis irrational attitude f deirs...dese state run cos suck totally..india would hv nvr developed dis much if privitisation would nt hv taken place....lyf has bcum easy 4 d common ppl thnx 2 d pvt playes whu r deir in almost al d sectors..even though v sumtyms opt 4 dese public cos who eventually drain out ur patience by deir not-at-all-at-par sevices...

I already lodge a by hand complaint to start my number having complaint number 21, dated 09-06-11 in the concerned BSNL office. I would like come to youer notice that no action has been taken right now. Due to the disconnection of this number i suffer a lot.This is my humble request to take the necessary action against this.

I am using broad band conection Unlimted pack from past 6months i am able to get a good connection with download speed of 125kbps download.

From last 1 month i am facing a problem with downloading and browsing internet with just 500 to 600 i am not able to understand how it has happend.

Could you let me know what is the issue and please fix ASAP.

Two months before I received a call from BSNL to register for Game on demand. I rejected that request to register, but from that day BSNL is charging Rs.200.00 every month for this purpose.
Please make an arrangement to sun subsribe me from this trap. also I wish to have some investigation about this kind of fraud link of BSNL.

Hi,

The BSNL Broad band service is not working properly from past one and half month and nobody is taking my complaint in BSNL customer care even. Then Whom I have to contact. They are giving numbers like 1500, 1503, 1504 an a email ID [protected]@bsnl.co.in. Whom I have to complaint.

I government services means the . Who designed the BSNL site and why they have given such numbers. Do they(BSNL) think customer is a fool of all jacks.

What the service is this.

Thats why BSNL is the in India.

If they are providing service to only hyderabad then why they are giving connections to other areas.

I have a bsnl mobile connection. presently at Allahabad UP mob no [protected] MY Name is Amit Mahajan since several months I have been getting unsolicited sms and calls. I want all such sms and calls to stop.
sms recieved from several numbers. calls recd from [protected]..[protected]...[protected]...[protected]...[protected]...[protected]...⇄ and many more.

Dear Sir/madam,

I received a message "Thank you for subscribing Dal mein Kaala Offer" on my BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] from 58558 and Rs. 30 were deducted from my balance on 8-June 2011. I never requested any such scheme and nothing has been downloaded/viewed on my handset. Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 30 must be refunded to me by BSNL and 58558 service provider. I do not understand why BSNL is engaing in such fraud practices. Please help me and many other harassed mobile consumers.

to day afternoon i received a call and after call ending received a message from bsnl like it" word bsnl alert has activated in your mobile and Rs25/- charged" i am a old customer of bsnl. no illegal deduction was done in my mobile. what is the matter that illegal deduction was made by mobile no. what is a cheating business of bsnl? please arrange to refund my money as soon as possible and take n/a to stop unwated message and call permanently for all customer for prevention cheating businees

A complaint of excess meter reading of broadband connection of 221860 was filed on 25.3.2011(Bill Rs.3444.71), in which I was demanded complete bill detail since installation of B/B connection i.e. from 17.12.10 to 31.3.11). But I am sorry to say that till todate instead of receiving any detail I have received another bill no. [protected] dt.14/5/11 for Rs.5531/-, payable by 6/6/11). My Broadband connection has also been disconnected from 7/6/11.

Pl note that without receiving complete detail of all calls, I will not pay the bill. So kindly send the detail immediately to avoid further litigations.

I think from last week i am getting sms regarding DND you need to call 1909 or SMS STOP DND, which i did however it is not working.Most of people at times tell that my cell is not reachable or my cell was not working. However my cell range is always ful whenever i check. Please... CELL NO.[protected]

Still the said has not been responded by the Service provider.

I the undersigned is a customer of your department for broadband service since last 04 to 05 years. From the very beginning I am not getting the continuous service of broadband along with my basic phone service. The yellow light is always blinking. If stagnant for some second, starts blinking with in a while. After every 15 to 20 days I have to complain for the same to your department, and as a result I have to spend my valued time and getting mental disorder. In the month of April I have bound to complain for the same to the grievances cell. Then I have got the service for 15 to 20 days. From last 5/6 days I am facing the same problem. In this condition as a businessman I am going to a huge financial loss.
In this condition, you are heartily requested to take the urgent necessary initiative that, I get the disturbance free broadband connection, otherwise please inform me your view in written. Even then, if it will not be possible to give the right service, you are requested to back these charges as follows –
1. As I will surrender my broad band connection along with my basic land connection, so I have to get back my security amount with interest.
2. The amount which I have deposited in advance for my land connection, have to get back with interest.
3. I have to get the compensation for your disturbed broadband connection. Because I have to use the internet from the other paid service provider.
4. Demerge charges of my new computer ( Core i3 Processor) for your disturbed broadband connection. (Dextop & Laptop)
5. As a distributorship businessman, I have to get the compensation for my business loss along with my prestige loss, for which your department is only the liable.

Thanks and hope that you will take the necessary steps to settle this issue because I am facing my business loss in everyday, with which I am not in a position to compromise by any means.

1. I am using 3G data card with GPRS sim for the last 6 months.I bought it after seeing the details of it in the BSNL brochure ( 3G data card gives upto 3.5MB/sec down load speed). But it never gives down load upto 3.5MB/sec. Even it did not give 5% of what the BSNL claims. It gave the down load at an average of 20kbps only except 2 or 3 weeks it gave 100 kbps.
2. But for the last 3 weeks the down load is very very slow at an average of 10kbps. Web page also opens very slowly.
3. I have no any problem in my computer. When I contacted the BSNL staff they say that the BSNL has change the system and now you recharge with 3G sim to get the high speed. That is 6 fold higher cost than 2G.
4. Some of my friends say that all the companies who has the 3G also claims more down load speed ( e.g upto 16 MB or 21 MB/sec) of the net service but actually not at all.
5. So I request you to take the matter and do the needful for all the customers and take the necessary actions to curb such a malpractices of the telecom companies in future.

Recently I purchased bsnl 3g modem ,a Teracom product and got a 3g sim with it. I installed the software properly but whenever I tried to connect to the internet "A PPP link control protocol was terminated" error message will appear. I reinstalled the software several times and even my operating system (Windows XP and 7) but nothing solve my problem. Is anyone has a solution please write to me at [protected]@gmail.com

I had recharged my Four Mobile Nos from No [protected]. Today on 06 Jun 2011 when I updated by passbook I am surprised to note that recharge of Rs. 100/- each for four mobiles and Rs.50/- for one mobile has been deducted from my account. The last transaction No POS 837558 from Paytm which I had not done is shown in my bank accounts. I request for early settlement or my above mobile recharged for Rs. 100/-
