I,Nisith Dey with cell no. [protected], received a phone call from Prosenjit Halder,a cheater,informing me about the Bsnl Indiagames connection and told that I was provided with a facility of free unlimited game downloading from their site for a subscription of Rs. 200 for a year.Later on I came to know the information was false and I would have to pay Rs.200 every month for a year.So I would like to deactivate the service immediately.

my Landline number is [protected]. We are not interested in bsnl games.Since last month it was free but this month onwards we don't want to waste Rs. 200. I can't able to cancel my account through online.
I forget my User name and password. The Toll-free no is always busy. So kindly cancel my bsnl games account. Pls do it soon.

        My landline no. is[protected]. Yesterday I made on line bill payment. In first attempt the status of bill payment was not success. It was, "Initiated". I waited for some time. Made second attempt and bill was paid successfully. I checked payment history. I found that bill has been paid twice. The payment was done through SBI. The ref. and transaction no. of first attempt are respectively, IG52716732 and TX[protected]. Second attempt ref no is IG52717523. Bill amount Rs 216.00.
        I wish, the extra bill payment Rs 216.00 be adjusted in my next bill?
        Please advice otherwise.

          these chor companies hungama and bsnl have ganged up to cheat customers. they have subscribed me to a music on demand service without prioir consent and billing Rs 149 every month. The BSNL customer service is so pathetic, it is impossible to stop this damned service.

          It is true that without the subscriber's consent, MOD149 is activated. In a fast life we
          ignore the monthly debit of Rs.149/- thinking that it may be a mistake on the part of
          BSNL. But, when apart from fixed charges they now started debiting usage charges
          which this bill for month ended 31.07.2011 has come to Rs.694.20. Thats the limit.
          In that bureaucratic set up of BSNL, when complained to local office, they make me
          run from pillar to post. There is nobody seeming to care ! Can somebody let me know
          how to find redressal.
          With the hope that somebody reads this and lends help.

              With due respect I like to inform you that I am a customer of bsnl mobile service and the bsnl mobile tower of our local area (Panigaon, Dist -Lakhimpur 787052) provide very poor service.The network of that tower disappeared with shut down of electricity.Because the generator(electric power supply) has been damaged since last few years.There are a maximum number of bsnl customer in that area and they faced this problem last few years.our local pepole complained against this problem at district bsnl head office.but problem is not solved due to the lack interest of the officers and workers.Now they provide some bettery for electric supply instead of generator.So our bsnl network is electric current like,if electric current is there network has been found else no network.Now a days due to shortage of electricity maximum time our area is no network coverage.

                it is horrible since last four weeks the BSNL is not working in my area. We have lost 400 free calls, broadband rent. We are forced to use surfing at outside area spending our money. This is total chaos in BSNL services since last four weeks dead no one is updating the status of the reason. Hope BSNL higher management takes step to remedy the situation or otherwise let them do not collect rent for one month.

                    In this 21st century can you believe that there is a locality for which there is no facility for providing landline telephone. I am staying in madambakkam near Selaiyur in a flat where there are more than 25 flats and when we approached BSNL rajakilpakkam for new lines their reply was "there is no feasibility for lines to your building because no fiber optic cable was laid as we thought the area would not develop". can you bear this and there are no good private operators with a wired line and after 4 months in the month of April 2011 they extended line from the road to our flat and said within next 10 days you would get a line and now the whole of May is over still no one from BSNL has turned up and the things are left as such.

                    BSNL — Non-installation of BSNL landline facility

                    I have submitted an application form for acquiring landline connection of BSNL one month before. But till date no action has been taken. I reside at Narendranagar, Nagpur.
                    We live in Madambakkam as well with 6 families in our Flats. We wanted to take broadband connection. At this time one BSNL marketing rep called Manickam from BSNL Shoppe T-Nagar came to our hose and said there is feasibility in Madambakkam. Also, he said he can get me the broadband connection within 2 working days. Today it is over 20 days in Sept and no one turned up. I spoke to the owner of the BSNL Shoppe called Arulraj and that Joker is more a rowdy than an entrepreneur. He refuses to return by money and said "Do what you can". You will have to wait for few days, possibly months to gether if you need connection he said. I didnt know whom to complain and so i am writing here. So, now i have given 700/- Rs and guess i have lost it for good.
                    Arul Raj and Ragavan are really frauds.. Do not prefer BSNL shoppe in USMAN road, Opposite to Chennai silks.

                    They cheated me Rs.2750 without refunding even though there is no feasibility. (today it;s 5 month since I paid the money but they never pick my call)

                    I have already filed a complaint against local Police.. waiting for a favorable resolution.

                        firstly i would like to thank you for your help regarding my previous issue.it has been taken care of.
                        i now have another situation with my bsnl3g data card. initially my data card gave a pretty good download speed of around 215-250 kbps.But the speed gradually fell down to just 10-12 kbps maximum.Though I never changed my top-up plan,& so I expect it to work the same like it did before.
                        i tried contacting the BSNL customer care,but its never ever possible to reach its executives. I am a 100% unhappy customer of bsnl regarding its customer care.

                          Sir,
                          I have been using BSNL Broadband connection at Mylapore in Chennai for over an year and I used to get a bill of Rs.750 every month. I am not a regular user of internet, nor doing any upload or download. However, there is a sudden increase in the bill in the past 03 months and they consecutively charged me for Rs.1200, Rs.2100 and Rs.2700. When given a complaint to the Call Center of BSNL, the Call Center Agent (Mr. Muhil) and the Supervisor (Mr. Ramesh) made some usual diagnosis and advised me that someone had hacked my internet within a span of 20 minutes and hence there is a sudden increase in the bill. Then they protected my usage and told me to contact the Divisional Engineer at Mandaveli Exchange to revise the bill.

                          When contacted the DE, he was not ready to listen or accept anything. He sent me the usages for the last month which are not actually been used by me. To my surprise, charges are even levied on some days when I did not even switch on my internet connection. Denying my request straight away, the DE offered a Rs.1000 rebate and asked me to take any action if am not happy.

                          I request you to take appropriate action against the BSNL authorities who are not discharging their duties and responsibilities and cheating the customers which apparently affects the faith and confidence of common public in Government undertakings.

                          Further request you to take action to waive of all my charges over to Rs.750 in the last 03 months.

                          IN THE ABOVE COMPLAINT, I MADE A TYPO ERROR. WHEN CONTACTED THE BSNL CALL CENTER, THEY ADVISED ME THAT SOME ONE HAD HACKED MY INTERNET WITHIN A SPAN OF 20 METERS...(NOT MINUTES)...SORRY FOR THE ERORR.
                          Hi,

                          I took new BSNL Home Combo 750 plan on dec 17th, 2011, Still i did'nt got connection. I was paid RS.11, 00 (Installatin charges + Modem Coast) to bsnl sales person MR. KANNAN (Mobile: [protected]).


                          Please help me and to get the connection as possible as soon.

                            Dear Sir/Madam

                            I am a user of BSNL prepaid mobile. My no [protected] and it is in use since from 2010. I am always using tariff of Rs 300 for this no which is for bsnl to bsnl free talktime for one month and it was recharged on 25th May 2011 by [protected] . I am always using this tariff near about one year but from Sat 28 May 2011 my outgoing calls are barred by the company i am not able to contact any bsnl number and not even to the customer care of bsnl. Before doing this they did't make any call to my this no and also not send any message to my mobile. I had already complaint on bsnl customer care but did't get any response from their side i had asked them why this happened with my no they are not able to say anything.

                            Sir this tariff is for 30 days in a month and my 3 days already been left i want my these days in addition to the next month because it was done by company so they have to pay for it. Please help me as soon as possible.

                            I am using prepaid mobile for last 2 years.Suddenly, they barred my out going calls. it has unfair activity. they even blocked the customer care call numbers also. After given complaint, they said address proof is not there and please send the address proof.I asked them that without address proof , how u given connection. I[censored] lost my forms is ur mistake. so, u can collect from my home or send a business reply letter, then i will send my documents. But, u made inconvenience to me, Last one week. I am having of balance of Rs. 400/-. Bsnl suppose to return the ammount with penal interest also. how to claim the amount form bsnl.

                                I have put a request to port my BSNL no. [protected] into Vodafone on 20-May-2011 with UPC code BB321177. A timeline of 7 days was given to me. But now its been 10 days & there is no positive sign from BSNL. It is not letting port my no. in Vodafone saying that I have done a contractual agreement with them. I have never done any such illogical agreement with them & have provided a written declaration regarding the same to Vodafone officials. But still BSNL is not ready to help.
                                Please heelp me out because I cant put balance in my BSNL no. assuming that it will be forfeited. Hence I am unable to use my no.
                                The same problem arises for me also. waiting for any kind of response from BSNL and nothing from their side till now. But i am waiting for more than 2 months with several requests and expiring o[censored]PC code, regenerating again and finally nothing happens till date. BSNL are not ready to accept their customers to port to other mobile operators.
                                Yes.Neither they can provide good service nor letting us port our no. out. Then whats the logic behind launching MNP ? Will my complaint ever be resolved ? What will be the time frame ? Is it going to help to submit my complaint on this portal ?
                                Only Vodafone people are replying & making follow ups. Still BSNL people are sleeping. Is there some law & order ????

                                  I am daily getting several "service messages" from +54646 with vulgar content such as "Catch Belly Queens on Your Mobile" with links to http://201.87.41.147/hungamawap/bsnl/50082/index.php3 which is unethical and ridiculous. Please stop sending such messages and/or tell me how to lodge a complaint in the official channels

                                  I also tried to get rid of such nonsense SMS from 54646 but could not possible. I thing both BSNL is with underhand to the promoter.
                                  I have registered DND with NDNC but still I am continue to receive SMS from 54646. I wonder how a Public Sector company like BSNL allow such third grade promoter in their network.
                                  Yes it is very true.SMS 54646 is engaged in defrauding people which is masterminded by the firms called M/s Virtual Marketing India Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, M/s Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd together with mobile operators like BSNL. Booty looted /syphoned from millions of mobile users are being shared amongst these firms. Need to file RTI against BSNL. Address of both firms are the same which mightl give some lead to the Concerned Investigating agency : -

                                    i have complained many times but no person has come here. I have broad band 6000ul+ connection. And it never works proper from the date i have purchased it. No proper respose given by the BSNL office they have given one small modem Siemens C2110 it not gives the link properly. The link of the modem is not in continuty. After every 5 minute i have to restart the modem. Our Branch is online we do all work on the internet. So, we have taken this connection. But it is useless because it is not working properly. So our money is going use less.

                                    the main cause for this problem might be
                                    1.the distance from the exchange
                                    2. the cable from exchange might be damaged which you cant make out from the phone, the phone will be clear but you have to complaint for the exchange cable check engineer to check the cable quality.
                                    Out of 100 cables of BSNL the proper ones which can be used for the broadband is 25, so try that.
                                    3. the modem settings might be wrong try this.

                                    I got my Broadband internet connection on 29th March 2009. But till now not even a single day I could not work with this broadband connection without complaint.                                     I am a user of Broad Band Internet service from BSNL. Since last few months I am not getting Internet Service frequently. Many times I have made complaints through telephone (my tel no.2882909). Complaint gets registered. But the complaint is not solved. Maximum number of times when I try to connect the internet service through modem provided by them only, I get message "Phone line busy" though phone line is not busy. On some days I do not know, how after trying 4/5 times, it gets connected. But after some time, it gets disconnected. I am unnecessarily paying the necessary charges which I have already paid yearly. I have taken Rs.250/- per month payment (I have paid yearly) internet service. Their person should come to my house and rectify the fault in their modem. I have liked the speed of BSNL Internet, but what is the use of speed of internet to me when it is not connected despite paying yearly.

I used to pay my telephone bills regularly, but the BSNL hesitate to rectify the fault in my system. I have communicated the fault with my number at the telephone exchange Kaippattoor exchange several times.But no response from BSNL.
                                    On 14th August 2013 i have registered my complaint through 198. Till now i am facing the same iresponse from BSNL. Requesting for favorable steps.
