Dear Sir/Madam,
With extreme displeasure, i want to convey that services of BSNL are very poor and third class.
My bharat fibre landline number[protected] is not working from last one month.
After many complaints around 8 to 10, someone came to check and told there is issue in line.
Even after so many complaints, the issue is not yet resolved but after every complaint, a day after i get sms message that your complaint is resolved when actually problem is not corrected/ resolved.
If your complaint resolution system is only working online and no actually solving the problem, it is shameful and disgusting.
I am not going to pay any bill for the next month as i have not got any services and network is not functioning.
I request you please disconnect the phone as i donot want your useless services anymore.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He keeps on giving false promises that work will be done the next day, thus constantly fooling me for months
Such a horrible and painstaking customer onboarding process where you have constantly nudge the respective authorities to make progress in the installation for months. In do so it costs me to waste lot of money and time in the process
