I'm using BSNL sim for 14 days and I've registered a compliant for the first day itself for data not working. And also I've spoke with so many representative in the BSNL and also walk-in to the nearest BSNL office but still the issue is not resolved. Very very worst service ever I'm facing. Still I can't use my data and my data plan is about to end. Worst ever.

    Hereby, I, Swapan Kumar Nath, would like to inform you that I am an ex-employee of BSNL. As a part of my benefits, I was allotted a rent-free telephone (Acc. No. [protected], Customer ID. [protected], telephone no. [protected]) since BSNL was launched with 300 free calls per month. However, I do not make any calls from it as it is mostly dead.
    I had a Broadband modem registered through this number, which I have surrendered on 30/7/2018 and had paid the bill of INR 673/- on 23/8/2018, according to the bill generated. After that, till June, 2020, NIL bills were generated. However, in July, 2020, a bill of INR 1770/- has been generated, demanding a one time charge of INR 1500/- with INR 270/- as the GST. As a retired BSNL employee, I feel this bill is unjustified as I enjoy a rent-free telephone. I am attaching the photos of my bill, my allocation of free phone and the complaint mail that I had sent to BSNL. Your interference is solicited

      We opted for BSNL Broadband in Pune home. It's been 1 month gone since the application and no one is coming for the installation and activation.

      When called they give fake reasons. Sometimes they say the technician is on leave, sometime he is not well, sometimes they are not available, sometimes router not available, sometimes they even say we are coming today but no one comes up for the installation.
      Looks like BSNL is not at all interested to do any business in Pune.
      We are shifting to Airtel or Jio now.

        I have purchased the BSNL fibre broadband connectivity for 200MBPS and paying monthly 1500Rs. But the broadband not at all working getting speed of 20MBPS which is too low and unable to work with this speed. Raised complaint but you resolved it without my consent. It would be great if you check the problem and resolve the issue.

                  Reporting loss of sim and blocking

                  Severals attempts were made to reach out the customer care @1503 and [protected] ( Toll free).But CSE says they cannot do it at their end because I have reached MH instead Jharkhand .I wonder why this company still exists it should be shut down long ago.Not a single phone number neither any email is working.

                  I never knew, to block a sim to avoid unauthorized usage is such a tiresome job.

                  Please assist me to block...

                  Recently I have come from jio to bsnl and yesterday I have lost my jio network and did not get bsnl networks. Then after some time I got network in bsnl sim. But when I try to make a tele verification call, they ask me that the service is not available at this moment. Now how I do activate my number. Number which has port [protected] and my other contact number is [protected]

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    With extreme displeasure, i want to convey that services of BSNL are very poor and third class.

                    My bharat fibre landline number[protected] is not working from last one month.
                    After many complaints around 8 to 10, someone came to check and told there is issue in line.

                    Even after so many complaints, the issue is not yet resolved but after every complaint, a day after i get sms message that your complaint is resolved when actually problem is not corrected/ resolved.

                    If your complaint resolution system is only working online and no actually solving the problem, it is shameful and disgusting.

                    I am not going to pay any bill for the next month as i have not got any services and network is not functioning.

                    I request you please disconnect the phone as i donot want your useless services anymore.

                        My bsnl sim card is showing no network from yesterday. I even recharged yet my mobile data also doesn't work when network is there. Now from 2 days no network... Coming only for few seconds... I am not able to make or attend calls bcoz of ths.

                            I am getting so many wrong calls from some of toll free numbers([protected], [protected],[protected], [protected])'.I have requested and mailed so many times, customer care numbers also "198" which they provided not connecting its strucking in language selection,

                                  Yesterday I've done a recharge in my bsnl number and today when I'm calling any number it's saying please recharge ur number kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. As I'm not able to make a call.

                                    Due to lockdown restriction, I stayed from my house and studied there, I needed a broadband connection to utilize the online classes.

                                    I went BSNL office in my area for a new FTTH connection, they told me to contact the field officer .at that time he was not in the office.so i contacted him he told me to remind him the next day.so that he could visit the next day. next day I called him he said he will come. But He wasn't .I waited for a week and called him.he told the same. I waited for three weeks. No response.

                                    Then I registered online through BSNl portal. Booking ID : EB[protected]_259713.I got the message that a Field officer will contact me. I got contacted by agents by BSNL. I paid him money Rs.4000/-. it's been five months, no progress has been made.
                                    I got mentally frusturated by BSNL.

                                    whenever I contact them about my FTTH connection, there are no responsible answers from the BSNl.

                                    Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Update : Franchise delays the further process of installation. Whenever I called him, he claims that installation will be done the next day but the next day he doesn't show up .worst part is this was happening for months.

                                    He keeps on giving false promises that work will be done the next day, thus constantly fooling me for months

                                    Such a horrible and painstaking customer onboarding process where you have constantly nudge the respective authorities to make progress in the installation for months. In do so it costs me to waste lot of money and time in the process

                                      I have to port to some other service provider as BSNL signal is not coming in Gurgaon. I am not sure ...might be roaming as now bad of Bsnl.
                                      But now again problem is that porting message is failing to send even i go to my house roof and catching with single tower ! Messages are sending to any other number but not to 1900, so that i can opt for porting !!

                                      Also, BSNL customer care is very rude and not providing solutions, they simply talk like roboat and cut the phone immediately !!!

                                      Need help otherwise i have to close my very old mob. number and go for new connection/number !!!

                                      Congrats to current BJP Govt for destroying BSNL. I didn't hot any call/sms/email from bsnl regarding the issue. So, decided to keep myself away from BSNL and services. Switched to other network to get good service and resolutions without frustration and harassments !!!

                                      But what happened after notifying bsnl customer support ...i didn't got any call or any type of connect!!
                                      Bsnl is really going through very bad time ...Not sure any any employee left there in bsnl now !!!
                                      Atleast help me so that i can port to some other network ?
