I had made payment towards BSNL telephone bill for Rs 2070 by credit card through HSBC on 21st july 2010.Now the BSNLhas reported that they have not received the said payment and debited Rs 2070 in my latest bill,Seeking clarification from them they advised me to contact you to confirm the remittance.Hence please inform me whether you have remitted the amount to BSNL if so the details may please be furnished to me to pursue the matter.

    I am using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. my number is[protected]my address is 1253, Chaelaram Compound, Near narayan Dharamshala, Jhokan Bagh, Jhansi. ). I had been complaining continously since last 15 days, My phone was working only for two days in between, and is out of order continously from the 8th of April. I have been calling daily in the telephone exchange, but either they do not receive the phone and if they do they note my complain again and again. I cant tolerate the problem any more if this problem presist i will surender the landline within 10days,
    And as I was unable to use the facility already for half a moth, BSNL should exempt me the rent for the period my phone was out of order
    I am using landline no [protected] at village tatiri bagpat up for the last 15 years. now i live in delhi so i have no use of this land line no. i had given a request to disconnect the same on 3/1/2011in bagpat telephone exchange. but there is no response for my problem. I have been calling many times in the telephone exchange.I am not using this number from 3/1/2011, BSNL should exempt me the rent for the period. please disconnect my number with in 15 days. My present address is C 275 LIG flat east of loni road shahdara delhi 32. my mobile no [protected].

      I nilesh Agarwal has purchased mobile broadband toggle and was assured very good internet service at new alipore (Block K)area.the numbr is [protected].But the service turned out to be very bad.most of the time the internet is not working..It is the most expensive internet service with the worst service to consumers.

      I will be very thankful is anything can be done by you as the customer care people say they cant do anything to help me as this is technical..

      i would lke to add further that in new alipore one of the cunsumer od TATA photon was not getting good service...but when she complained to costomer care, the TATA photon people immediately installed a signal booster near her house
      Does no reply mean you people cant do anything against BSNL

        Dear Sir,

        Here by we request you to kindly refund the amount which was paid towards INSTRUMENT
        COST, RENTAL of BSNL 3G DATA CARD. Because, we are not satisfied with your services.

        We have tried your instrument in BANGALORE ,HYDRABAD, KERALA,GUJARAT, RAJASTHAN, MAHARASTHRA,HIMACHAL PRADESH & NEW DELHI. It is not working nor responding any where in INDIA even CHENNAI in my office . After our several comaplints you have also replace the new data card, but the new one also in the same condition. We could not get a single point of signal in my area.

        So, we request you to please disconnect our data card and please refund all the charges and deposit which we have given to you towards 3G DATA CARD COST.

        If can’t give us all the refund then please give us the written letter explaining the reason.

        Also please acknowledge the enclosed letter.

          they trap their innocent customers...and say this is free...for 1 month after that we ask for further...subscription...but they never call they fool the customers...and charge 200 for each month...
          I did'nt download a single game from there...
          I don't want it...

            i have rajasthan yuwa plan of bsnl.
            Many times network goes down but after 6-12 hour approx it works again.
            Cellphone is useless if we cant talk to our family. Isn't it?
            Why bsnl goes down all the time?
            In the afternoon bsnl again went down on 11/4/11 and i am still waiting, i cant make a call even my cellphone is showing full network.
            I dont know who is responsible for this.
            As we know now about bsnl then final question is why somebody would go for bsnl?

                Dear Sirs,

                Lot o[censored]nauthorised deductions are taking place from my above prepaid cell no, wehose service provider is BSNL. Also tariffs charged to me since September 2010 are very high. I am being charged for services which I have never availed or never subscribed. now balance showing is negative Rs. 40/- which is not acceptable.

                For other no [protected] - even when sim was inactive it has accepted top up, which is ridiculous. On this no also lot of deductions have been done earlier, which are not authorised neither I have availed those services.

                Even after writing complaints and following up, there is no satisfactory answer and the concerned person is not available. In one earlier case, if pleaded helplessness, since he does not have access to the call history and has to rely on what Pune office tells him on phone.

                Its not a matter of money but principle, and in this case I feel our money (there are many such customers as per complaint register) is siphoned off for covering up inefficiency of BSNL.

                I would be obliged if you look into this matter urgently.

                i am using cell one prepaid card for more than 7 years now. innitially there was quite OK service at my residence, but now a days suddenly the service is so poor that for completing one minit call I have to make several calls due to disconnection of service/link.

                like me there are several other people facing the same problem. your office personnels unable to do any thing to resolve this problem.

                unwillingly, now i am forced to change the service provider. I shall wait for another month and then go for other service provider if not attended the complaint.

                  I was told that games on demand is free for one month and after wards it can be contd. if reqd. Accordingly i activated and deactivated after seven days. but bill dated 10/03/11 for GOD PLAN Rs.150/-came. i went to velachery office and enquired, they said my plan is deactivated and they given mail also for the same.they given the assurance that no GOD levied. i paid the bill and came.but again in the recent bill dated 10/04/11 GOD Rs.200/- charged i don't want any more GOD. pl.deactivate it.

                    My name is ANNESHA ROY CHOUDHURY & I am an Advocate by profession.Probably on 16th November, 2010 I took a Bsnl EVDO DATA CARD fron IIT Kharagpur Bsnl Office. During that time I took 2GB but slowly I applied for a 1GB memory which was given to me after I made an application to the Sub-Divisional Engineer, Hijli BSNL Exchange. I got 1GB memory from 8tH March 2011.However the most amazing fact is that till now I have not received any Bill against my card. I approached several times to the office but there is no use. On 25/02/2011 I paid a bill of Rs.1888/-(Rupees One THousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Eight Only) but till nw I have not received any bill.........Howver till February 2011 I have cleared all my dues. It is my humble request before you to look into this matter or else I have to take shelter under law.
                    My address is correct but why ami I not receiving any bill.

                    DSNL Data Card — Non receipt of bill

                    I have BSNL Data Card using for morethan 3 months but till date I have not received the bill. If the bill received at a time more 4/5 months it will diffult for the useres. Hence the authority should send the bill monthly basis to avoid any further comnplication.

                      Under compelled circumstances(due to excess meter/unit readings by BSNL), an application was filed by me on 17/2/11 for disconnection our Broadband connection (in the name of Suman Dhiman), which was disconnected after 45 days of submission of my application i.e. on 1.4.2011. An excess metering bill no.[protected] dt.7/3/11 (1/1 to 28/2) for Rs.3444.71 was received. Earlier I have received and already paid Bill of Rs.1363/- on 11.2.11(for 1/11 to 31/12). I have requested BSNL-YNR to submit me complete detail w.e.f. my installation of Broadband connection i.e. 17/12/2010 till 31/3/2011, as from the above, it clearly shows that someone has MISUSED our B/B Connection. But I am sorry to say that inspite of repeated requests to BSNL officials, I have not received complete detail of our above bill tilldate. BSNL are one again requested to provide me detail within three days to avoid further litigations.

                          I Have shifted to the new house in Regency Estate, which is a town ship holding around approx. 2500 families without landlines.

                          I approached the Dombivli Telephone Exchange [MIDC] for getting a new wired landline connection and the authorities bluntly replied that we cannot provide you any connection there as we don't have wired connection there.

                          I was stunned by the reply. It was very pale and not so good reply.

                          If any BSNL authority is reading this, just want to ask you a question that don't you want to grow? as 2500+ connections are awaiting for a BSNL landline.

                          HI , i am from Hyderabad, i have a bsnl land line connection from past 10 years or so , from past 6 months its not working properly, i went to nearst bsnl center(Gayatri nagar Bsnl office) and complaint nearly 4 times no one has came up to know i have already paid one two month due and the latest i didn't paid,

                          Two days back some people came from bsnl and asked us to pay the bills , i said i will pay , they tried for some to repair it from various poles and they went off , the status is same as before ...

                          please tell me where should i raise the complaint to get my connection active..

                                  On 28 January 2010 I formally complained to Mr GK Pareek but I have not even received any acknowledgement. I am a non-Resident Indian in the process of relocating in Jaipur for the last couple of years. Since 1983 I lived overseas and use internet from my academic, consultancy and legal work. Having seen BSNL add fro 3G Data card I attended BSNL along with duly complete application, proof of ID and a hand written letter some time in early December November 2010. After waiting for an hour or so at the window of reception an employee of the BSN told me that the 3G Data card was unavailable that I should comeback after a week. Since I was travelling between Delhi and Jaipur I had asked my Architect Mr Dhawan to follow up with my application. Mr Dhawan kindly agreed to follow up a few times, but to my disappointment he did not receive cooperation of the BSNL staff. Finally he was told that by a BSNL employee that I should attend the BSNL office in person if I wanted a Data Card. At no point of time the concern employee of the BSN ever asserted that 3 G Data Card was defective or could not be activated.

                                  On my way to sort out some personal business related to construction on 28th December 2010 about 3:00pm I went to BSNL office located in Bajaj Nagar along with Mr Dhawan and Mr Neki Ram Chaudhary to get 3 G Data Card. We have to wait about 30 minutes at the window of the BSN reception office before the concern clerk could even look at us although he was doing nothing except gossiping with his fellow colleagues. Mr Dhawan drew the clerk’s attention that I was waiting for some time and tat he should attend to me. I handed him my application for a 3G Data Card along with all the supporting documents. He flipped around my application and asked one of his colleagues Mr Himmat Singh who was sitting behind the clerk on other window, whether he could give me Data Card saying that there was some activation problem with it. Mr Himmat Singh told the clerk, “Don’t give it”. In view of an ongoing TV advert for efficiency of the 3G Data Card I found Mr Singh’s response very unsatisfactory as they should have know better about the situation so that I did not have to make an early trip to Jaipur to sort out Data Card. I requested the concern clerk to give me in writing that due to an activation problem he could not give me a 3G Data Card so that I could pursue the matter with BSNL Customer Service and concern Minister for Communication. On this Mr Singh got agitated and told me in very loud and abusive tone of his voice to come to the side of his window so that he could he could sort me out (“TU ITHER AA MAI TERE KO KARN BTLAUN”). I found his language abusive and devoid of all norms of customers’ service. I asked him tone down his voice and learn how to address the customers. I asked him to call his supervisor that I could take up my complaint with him. He abusively refused to give me anything in writing and call his supervisor. He told me, “Mai he supervisor hun aur tere ko writing me kuch nahi denge". Tere jaise bahut dekhen hein”. I insisted that he should call his supervisor so that I could have word with him and I waited. I saw him leaving his seat believing that he went to get his supervisor, but to my shock of my life he cane from nowhere I pushed me with great force by swearing at me and I fell over the window which caused me sprain for w few days. Mr Neki Ram Chaudhary, Mr Dhawan and several other customers protested on his Mr Himmat Singh’s behaviour and they had to physically stop him from assaulting me further. In fact, had these people not prevented Mr Singh he would caused me grievous injury. Since Mr Singh was engaged in a tirade of abuse I asked for Police help and called a few friends since Police Telephone No. 100 was busy. I also called and DGP’s numbers but his line was busy too. Having heard of Police Mr Himmat Singh called Mr Sunil Singhal DGM. I spoke to Mr Sighal and complained about the abusive conduct of Mr Singh. Mr. Singhal said he can’t do anything about the conduct but he would deal with my application for Data Card. He assured me that he would come back to me within a few days and kept my papers with him. I asked him for his mobile but he said he would rather keep my mobile number which I gave him. In the mean time, Mr Himmat Singh called his union officer and in particular I recall Mr Rati Ram who tried to shut the reception door and physically restrained me and my witnesses (a clerk in the High Court) leaving the foyer area for hours. B this time one of my friends, Ram Singh Manohar, an Advocate came to see if I was OK but Mr Rati Ram prevented him to enter the foyer area. He had to force himself in to get access to foyer which is a public area.

                                  In the mean time we all moved outside and Mr. Singhal asked us to come to his office but we did not know that now Mr Himmat Singh himself called the police as an old saying goes, “offence is the best defence”. I believe initially a junior police officer came whom I explained the abusive conduct and assault on me, then to a Sub Inspector and also to SHO himself who came at Mr Singhal’s office. Mr Himmat Singh intended to make a falsely FIR against me and I started writing my own FIR against Mr Himmat Singh who was aided by Mr Rati Ram. However, after some intervention SHO picked up my unfinished FIR and Mr Himmat Singh’s short note to resolve the matter but Mr Himmat Singh did not apologies for his actions. I should say SHO on Duty made it clear to Mr Singhal that mine was not the first complaint against his staff and even a few High Court Judges also told him about problems at the BNL Office.

                                  Frankly speaking in the last 40 years I never experienced such an abusive behaviour from any govt or private company employee. In fact I was expecting much higher service standards from a govt department engaged in service sector. Mr Singhal did not call to inform me as to the status of my application for 3G Data Card. I called BSNL number to find out Mr Singhal’s number but BSNL employee told me very rudely that there was no such person in BSNL. Eventually I found his number and I reminded him on 3rd January 2011. I heard him speaking to Mr Himmat Singh, but to date no avail. I am most disappointed by the conduct a public enterprise engaged in services sector. Recently I was called to give a valedictory address to Senior Business Executive of Public Enterprises in Hyderabad. I emphasised need to focus on service aspects to compete with private sector and I am glad most of them are doing very well with the exception BSNL.

                                  Hopefully, authorities would heed to my complaint and investigate it and take appropriate action to remedy the situation.

                                    Hi I am ravi chandran from Kavalkinaru village.Since 2010 february i use BSNL WLL phone.2010 january i call to the vallioor telephone exchange for WLL phone conection.So they imediately came to my house and connect the phone. After the first month they send 900 RS bill.But they will not given satisfied answer.Then every month they make a wrong bill. After 10 month i came from saudiarabia.After that i calling toexchange and i go their also.But no body take response and no body solve the problem.So now cut it the phone connection. Past one year i have loss money approximately 1500RS in the BSNL deportment.

                                      Sir i have join BSNL in 2002. I hav ecompleting 9-year but till date i and our other colleagues are not get any statement from our office. Many times we approaches to our office but they have only one answer "We send all datas to Jodhpur EPFO office and they are proceeding". We r listening this answer from last three years. Neither we get any statement nor we know how much amount has been deducted from our salary till date from the joining of BSNL.
                                      Sir it is my humble and cortious request to u please look in this matter seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Sir my name is Anand.K and Iam a customer of BSNL cellone excel,my complaint is the Hyderabad customer care is not working properly when I call them the reply is wait for four minutes our customer care staff are at work and the time to connect to them is minimum three or four minutes and immediately after two minutes the call will be ended.This is going on for the previous three months and Iam facing severe problem with this regarding solving my problems.
