my cell no. is [protected]
as i have just got mobile number portability from vodafone to bsnl,i was thinking vodafone is not our country's company,why should our country's money sent out of india?so i thought to leave vodafone and convert in to bsnl prepaid service.as the 3 g advertisement of bsnl was sanctimoniously running on t.v. i thought to activate it on my cell....but when i called customer care regarding this...the response was really very poor..and they didn't satisfied my answer.and they have given me a sms procedure after third time calling.when i sms that they reduced money and dint sent me the settings....now they are not giving any response.pls tell me what should i do now?

    Mr. Sachin Sharma , your agent , came to our house on 20th Feb’2011 night and explained about BSNL TV channel.
    He gave us an exaggerated performance about the channel. He also told us that school children from class 6th to 10 will benefit by the education program that will be broad cast through this channel. Also English teaching channel will be broadcast. But the program is not beneficial for the children.
    He also told that Rs. 1950/- product is good for us and after six month only we have to pay a monthly charges Rs. 150/- . We gave the Cheque no. 013453 dated 21/02/2011 Rs. 1950/- drawn on IOB bank immediately in favour of M/s Smart Digivision Pvt. Ltd (Prepaid CAF No:[protected]. The cheque has already got cleared from my account.
    After telephoning four - five times one person came and provided a set box. He connected the set box with our computer modem . We went through all the channels . But it was not helpful to our children and most of channels which were not worth seeing and we came to know that A/C Statement that monthly charges Rs. 288/- per month. There are no sports channels like STAR CRICKET , STAR SPORT and ESPN which will have additional charges of Rs. 90/- per month .
    At present we are getting a private channel for Rs.200 /- P Month which is showing all important channels including sports channels like star sports, star cricket and ESPN.
    We disconnected the set –box and reconnected the local channel operator. Then we tried several times to contact your costumer care and also Sachin Sharma , but both of them were not responding to our call .
    Ultimately we had no other option but to complain BSNL to help us from this situation.
    We would now request you to kindly take back your set box and refund the money paid by us.

      sir firstly my sim is sooch behar sim but presently i am in kolkata khamarhati
      sir i lodged complaint regarding outgoing problem for particular network in bsnl tamilnadu on 8th mar 2011 complaint no C08WB290751 AND again i lodged compliant regarding same problem but only they are not working on kamarhati belgharia towers .howrah tower through i connect with tamil nadu mobile and ilodged another complaint no C10WB296692 AND after 8 days they are not short out my complaint westbengal bsnl officers very worst in this regard
      in this duratuion tamil nadu bsnl customers contact me in three times and they said our area is not problem and problem is there in west bengal and we give emils but they are not responses sir i also lodge one more complaint on 15th mar 2011 noC15WB315707.

        We have a few corporate connection with BSNL in lucknow city. We, after tolerating ever decreasing service quality decided to port out from BSNL to Airtel as our new mobile service provider.

        All the formalities, we applied to Airtel and simultaneously contacted BSNL to get No due as we were already warned by Airtel that the application could be rejected because of the outstanding dues.

        We got in touch with Sr. AO at BSNL's Gandhi bhawan and Bapu Bhawan offices and after depositing the asked amount attained No dues on 28/ 02/2011, but to our surprise our application was ejected 2 times in a row and we are still on BSNL despite and advance amount deposited with BSNL i.e. at the time of rejection there was excess amount with BSNL. How can our requests for port out culd ever be rejected on dues issue.

        On top of everything we are advised to stop using the connection anymore, we are not able to use our mobiles since last 20 days. This is a sheer harrasment of not allowing to port out.

        I want to ask BSNL to clear our account and to let us port out.

          My phone connection number is[protected] . I have got the connections in July 2007 .But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .

          I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service .


          Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

          I would like to bring to your kind notice my bsnl landline no[protected] from the below address is not working from 18-2-08 till date. we have complained many times from morning till evening to Shipra Sun City bsnl office Indrapuram Ghaziabad till now it is not working. The people who work their does not responding to our complaints. This office is just 200mts away from my home if they are not looking in to our problem then what will be the fate of long residing customers. we are working people, leaving our work, daily we are going to that office and registering the complaint. we have got internet connection on 18-2-08 from that day our landline is not working we coulnd test our internet.

          Note: This is not the first time this always happens once in a month but we are regularly paying the rent even though the landline is not working.

          Kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible.

          Landline — Line dead for 15 days, 5 times in last 2 months

          The Landline Number 26728706 went dead 5 times in last 2 months. Complaints are registered and recitified, though the fix was stable for only few days. Repeatedly the complaints are also taken up in person and it is very difficult as a senior citizen to follow-up so many times. As such the understanding we have got from the technician is that there is no problem at the site, it bis a technical problem at the BSNL end... Kindly recifiy this issue permanently.. The temporary solutions are creating more issues than helping us.

          With reference to a BSNL landline number[protected], i would like to bring the matter to your kind knowledge that I was alloted this telephone connection in january 2009. Since then, this connection is not working properly. My phone remains out of order for the astonishing period of four days a week. Sir, my family rely upon BSNL and this trust is fading away with the inconveniences caused by the concerned authorities. I have lodged so many complaints, but they used to correct it temporarily instead of finding the root cause and correcting it permanently. Sir, it is very sad if we are suffering even though being the part of the esteemed telecom provider ie, BSNL. The phone is now again out of order, and i request you to look into the matter personally as soon as possible. An immediate action will be highly appreciated.

          Crystal Clear — Phone Dead

          My phone was have a lot of disturbance in the line i made a computerised complaint on[protected] COMPLAINT NO. 401 ) but instead of it getting repaired it went DEAD on the same day after the lines man calledup to ask if it was working or not. It is now[protected] i called up Mr. Naresh Khanna - GM office today morning and the lady who attended the ofice assured me that it will be repaired but nothing has happened till now.

              My self siddharth Rajput. From Ahmedabad Gujarat. I have taken BSNL 3G DATA CARD 3.6 Mbps in Oct. 2010. And my data card no. is [protected]. since last 15 days it is not working properly, it will be disconnected automatically when I am using internet, For regarding this problem I was 3 times complaint in BSNL customer care, first complaint no is k2100142/145 and 2nd docket no. C0900174 dated 09-Mar-2011. And they told it will take time 48 hours for resolve the problem. But still same problem I face it.
              It is really surprising that such an efficient department as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints. Please get the needful done without any further loss of time.
              I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

              i dunno for what reason i m getting disconnected frequently, clicking upon connect button my data transfer max received speed is 1100 kbps and sent speed is 220kbps, worst connection every time i use to surf image it turns to Server not found page and while i check my bsnl 3g getting this error frequently "No device please reboot again", huh i have rebooted plenty times even my usb port knows the count more than me. why you ppl releasing exe without testing thoroughly see the attached screenprint. and this shows what you have done in testing. hate BSNL 3g not at all connecting to surf even gmail Huh. my investment on 3g is waste. gonna throw in dust bin

But in post paid they have written that your credit limits is upto Rs 2000. then why bsnl bill us more than Rs 2000. than what is meaning of "credit limit" on the bsnl bill.
                  so, plz sir take strong action against bsnl, and send refresh bill. According to me no, bsnl 3G data card bill is more than Rs 2000, because they bsnl already written "credit limit" upto Rs 2000. as you see on the bsnl 3g data card bill.
                  I too got a hefty bill of Rs. 19800 although my credit limit is of Rs. 1510.

                    I am Bhabendra Sinha holding Mobile No.[protected] of Tripura state. From last 7 days a jokes coming from 52906 namely santa banta jokes, but i did not activated this kind of jokes. When i complains to Customer Care dialing 1503 one of Mr. Biswajit told me that this service is activated by me and asked me if i want to de-activate this service then i will have to send a message to 52906 writing "UNSUB SBJ", accordingly i send the message and i got a reply that "Your service has been deactivated successfully. Thank you for using Santa Banta Jokes Services." But next day i got a massage that "You are being charged Re.1/day towards your Santa Banta Jokes service renewal".
                    So, what is going on? who is activating like that? Please kindly help me and that Mr. Biswajit was not responded well - - Please deactivate above mentioned service as soon as possible.

                      SIr,

                      I have taken an EVDO card 18 months back from BSNL, for which i have paid 3650 on the same day of taking at, as officials at BSNL made it clear that we need to pay that amount at the time of taking the device itself. So i paid the amount in full.

                      After 1 month i have received the bill for the EVDO which has my EVDO data card price included in it.
                      I was surprised to see this as i already paid the EVDO amount during initially while taking the device only.

                      Even after frequent followup's with the BSNL officials also this issue was not resolved, but, they were giving me free advice to pay the amount and then apply for re- embrusement, which i did not agree with.

                      So i made it clear that i am not going to pay the amount unless the dispute is settled, but there was not response from BSNL, instead they terminated my services from 2nd month.

                      Then after from last 18 months they have been sending me the bills and harassing me, for the connection which is already disconnected.

                      Now the bill amount is around 17000/- which is pathetic as it has already crossed the credit limit even according to them and still they are sending me the bills.

                      Now i understand, how much corrupt are the BSNL officials with their leisurely behavior.
                      I request the BSNL to kindly resolve the issue.

                        I am using LG OPTIMUS P500 Handset with bsnl postpaid card..my plan is krushi (farmer) plan..I have 2 major problem ..which is..

                        1. BSNL is not providing me GPRS Settings for my handset..actually they don't have any settings for my handset ..the setting is not available in bsnl..for that reason I am not able to access internet on my mobile..

                        2.My STD facility is barred ..they don't allow me to call on STD numbers..

                        3. The customer care service is pathetic ..firstly they don't pick the call..and if they pick they don't listen at all..I don't know what they are providing..

                        4.I have given complaint about my GPRS Setting ..on 3rd march the docket no.is 4820937 they didn't resolve yet..today's 13..

It is more than 15 days and iam getting the same answer from the customer centre that as soon as we receive the setting we will forward u.

                        I have used GPRS on my mobile Nokia E50 for the past two years, recently i had lost my sim card and had to buy a new replacement card for the same number [protected].I unfortunately formatted my phone and lost my gprs settings.When i tried to activate it again, i'm unable to the save the settings as the message says, " Settings cannot be saved.Message Deleted".I have checked the time stamp of the message and it says '01/01/0000', i dont wat's the server time which is sending these message :( . I want to activate my GPRS for use and hope the concerned person will take proper actions about.I have also called Customer Care, but in vain.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        I get a mobile prepaid car in PYARI JODI offer by BSNL. on 24/11/2010. I deed first recharge of 32 and get Rs. 15/- balance. but company did'nt activate my card. I register complaint having docate no. 4424961 on 27/11/10 but no result. so on 1/12/10. i again register compliant having docate no. 4498063 but same no result. again i ask to call center but operator gives me same docate no. and said she register new compaint ant will get reply within 48 hours..
                        i provided all necessory document to the office at the time of submittion of form.
                        so do the need full.

                            sir,
                            Almost 15 days passed, no action from you. My broad band tel No:[protected] which was transferred from the bangalore north.i,e Malleswaram with great difficulty by paying all kinds of tariff. Now this wrong billing made me so frustration and exposed the communication gaps in BSNL. I shoul have got the bill for amount Rs.660/- instead got Rs.3870/-.
                            kindly enquiry may please be conducted to see that where this kind of communication gaps occuring and accordingly take stern actions against the irresponsible staff who blindly make this kind of billing.

                                  Many of the people here now a days depends on 3G. And we couldn't operate it.

                                  in our area there is a big deal with high speed Internet (3g). Even though our area have 2 collage, 3 schools, 3 hospitals and more than 200 houses, most of them are indeed with HIGH SPEED INTERNET(3g). Currently we are having 2G connections, so its quite slow for bsnl . And for loading a webpage we need a minimum of 7-30 seconds .And the downloading speed varies from 1kb/s to a maximum of 10kb/s. Also the regions near to our ares has high speed Internet connection(3G). So, as a citizen i request for the common interest of people to grand them with High speed Internet (3G).

                                  I am residing in alappuzha city and I have BSNL 3G Mitram prepaid connection. I reacharged my mobile with 1 month 300 mb 3G net. But I am unable to use it due to lack of 3G range even there is a BSNL tower in our Pazhaveedu area. I am ashamed to say that in northern India we are getting 3G range in our outskirt area but here in alleppey I am struggling with my 3G connection going upstair- downstair in my home and if I get the range unfortunately then it work to slow. It is very shameful for me that in this 4G era I am facing problem to compete with fast moving world due to these kind of irresponsible service. My costly android phone is just a paper weight for me if I can not use these common service.

                                  in SIVASAGAR, under JORHAT telecom circle of ASSAM, bsnl service is very very very poor.u can only lodge complaint again and again...and...they can only collect bills again and again.they never try 2 solve any problem..their electricity problem is a never ending issue..and about 3g...luckily they can provide 8-12 days in a month..may b its possible that they r not able 2 maintain their service...and maintenance...its all about from luck...

                                      I have a landline connection with BSNL, AFS Yelahanka, Bangalore[protected]. The landline is not working since 2nd February 2011, it has been more than a month now. I have tried various options placing complaint with the BSNL office to get the issue rectified, made a complaint on[protected]with complaint number 2167 dated 3rd of February 2011) for more than 10 times with not a productive response. I have contacted Junior Engineer (Mr Prakash [protected]), then contacted Lineman (Mr Srinivas [protected]), then another lineman (Mr. Jagadish [protected]), then the connection incharge (Mr.Bhat[protected], then Cable incharge (Mr. Zainullah [protected]), further Assistant Engineer (Mr. Harish [protected]) and more to follow.... the list is huge. I understand that it is not ethical to publish their numbers here, but the response from them were not at all good; there is no option left with me other than this complaint forum.
                                      This is not the first time, this has happened earlier also and many times for more than 15 days. There is a waiver of rental if the landline is disconnected for more than 15 days. But the bill every time is generated with the rental charges and I'm paying the the bill each and every time. We have logged several complaints on this issue on the following dates, but everytime the JTO assures that the waiver will be adjusted in the next months bill, which has never happened:
                                      On 27th may 2008
                                      On 26th dec 2008
                                      On 26th feb 2009
                                      On 26th June 2009
                                      and then now

                                      I have served this country for more than 35 years and was a part of Border Security Force (BSF), now retired with a president's police medal for my service. But, nothing is useful in this case.

                                      If this complaint forum is really worth, then this would be my last and final option.
                                      This is humble request to concerned authorities to take this forward and offer some help in getting my landline fixed.
