I have a landline connection with BSNL, AFS Yelahanka, Bangalore[protected]. The landline is not working since 2nd February 2011, it has been more than a month now. I have tried various options placing complaint with the BSNL office to get the issue rectified, made a complaint on[protected]with complaint number 2167 dated 3rd of February 2011) for more than 10 times with not a productive response. I have contacted Junior Engineer (Mr Prakash [protected]), then contacted Lineman (Mr Srinivas [protected]), then another lineman (Mr. Jagadish [protected]), then the connection incharge (Mr.Bhat[protected], then Cable incharge (Mr. Zainullah [protected]), further Assistant Engineer (Mr. Harish [protected]) and more to follow.... the list is huge. I understand that it is not ethical to publish their numbers here, but the response from them were not at all good; there is no option left with me other than this complaint forum.
This is not the first time, this has happened earlier also and many times for more than 15 days. There is a waiver of rental if the landline is disconnected for more than 15 days. But the bill every time is generated with the rental charges and I'm paying the the bill each and every time. We have logged several complaints on this issue on the following dates, but everytime the JTO assures that the waiver will be adjusted in the next months bill, which has never happened:

On 26th dec 2008
On 26th feb 2009
On 26th June 2009
and then now
I have served this country for more than 35 years and was a part of Border Security Force (BSF), now retired with a president's police medal for my service. But, nothing is useful in this case.
If this complaint forum is really worth, then this would be my last and final option.
This is humble request to concerned authorities to take this forward and offer some help in getting my landline fixed.

I am Bhabendra Sinha holding Mobile No.[protected] of Tripura state. From last 7 days a jokes coming from 52906 namely santa banta jokes, but i did not activated this kind of jokes. When i complains to Customer Care dialing 1503 one of Mr. Biswajit told me that this service is activated by me and asked me if i want to de-activate this service then i will have to send a message to 52906 writing "UNSUB SBJ", accordingly i send the message and i got a reply that "Your service has been deactivated successfully. Thank you for using Santa Banta Jokes Services." But next day i got a massage that "You are being charged Re.1/day towards your Santa Banta Jokes service renewal".
So, what is going on? who is activating like that? Please kindly help me and that Mr. Biswajit was not responded well - - Please deactivate above mentioned service as soon as possible.
