Dear sir,

i liked the bsnl service from past 4-5 years. i had been using bsnl's gsm prompt service. i hoped the 3g services also to be the best. but after i underwent a painful and harrassing network connectivity of the 3g, i am planning to discontinue the subscription. I brought a 3g data card with a 3g sim from bsnl office in bangalore. the service was good for the first 2 weeks. then there it started, disconnecting...

Dear Sir,
BSNL is the providing worst of the worst services. Telephone line remains mostly noisy. Broadband speed is not at up to what is being promised. BSNL officials say it is 250 kbps & divide it by 8 will be the speed a consumer will get. What is it.
BSNL office at Muzaffarnagar New Mandi is responsible to resolve Internet related problems & Shiv Chawk office is responsible to resolve Telephone connection related...

I have not subscibed for the cricket news. But msg come that ur last call cost is Rs. 30 before 20 days. but again yesterday msg come from 56505015 that thank u for continuing monthly cricket. I have recharged for Rs.55/- before one week.(i.e.on Dtd.25.02.2011)

Immediately after recharged my balance surprisely gose to negative due to some technical problems of BSNL.

But the message status is showing as pending.I finally deceided to shift to some other services i.e airtel or vodafone so that we can lodge complient by EMail....

BSNL Cellular service is becoming worst day by day. If you call a number the number is conected, however, the call drops after 15 to 20 seconds and you are charged accoring to tariff. Similarly many times if you call a party you can hear parties voice but the party does not hear your voice. In that case you have to hang up, however, you are charged according to tariff.Some times it is vice versa. Especially in the evening time if you call...

Dear Sir,
I am an EVDO Broad Band User from June 2010. It was working fine (though very slow as compared to claimed 2.4 MBPS speed). I moved to Chennai in 19/01/2010. BSNL was giving huge advertisements about all India roaming and free usage of EVDOs in all cities. But my EVDO stopped working in Chennai. It was not connecting and a message was given " the remote computer did not respond" and the singal was becoming a "X"....

I tried to contact customer care but i had ot wait for 15 mints or more but unable to connect to the executive and always my call on wait.
Kindly make applicable "DO NOt Disturb" service on my mobile, i do not wish to receiver any offer/information/recreation topics from BSNL

I am in outside of WB, my mother at home, she don't use BSNL land line from Oct'2009, Handset is totally detached from the connection, several time she inform BSNL people to disconnect the line, they always tell that we do that, she is not in a position to go to office and give a written as because she is suffering from cancer. Still BSNL send a Rs. 275 bill on a monthly basis, I can assure all that we don't use our land line....
