A flash SMS service on LOVE TIPS got activated in my mobile number ([protected]) on 8-2-2011 from the number +5123430 without my request or consent and money is deducted from my account automatically.

I requested to cancel the LOVE TIPS service through BSNL customer care on[protected] Complaint docket number [protected]). The service in not activated till today in spite of many complaints registered.

I want the LOVE TIPS flash SMS service to be de-activated in my mobile and the deducted money to be refunded.

    Rs 500 each for two BSNL prepaid mobiles top up was charged to my ICICI Bank Account. But no top was provided even after more than 3 days.

    Is there some body to monitor and arrange to refund my hard earned money?

          i have made a complain on 16/02/2011 regarding my internet videcomplain ref. no. [protected]. I am surpriser when I have received message on 18/02/2001 that your complain is resolve, actually without resolve the complain. i have tried to explain to the customer care that the problem is not resolve. you may requested to take the necessary action against the BSNL. How they can send the message without resolved the problem.

            My BSNL pre paid Mobile No. [protected] of Orissa Circle, presently I am on roaming in the state of Karnataka since 3rd March 2011 , but surprisingly even though I am not sending any SMS from my mobile, I am getting message like " YOUR LAST SMS COST Rs.1 AND THE BALANCE REMAINS Rs. " like this and already some more than Rs.20 to Rs.30 have been deducted towards SMS charges without any such sms sent by me.

            I tried to contact BSNL customer service , Orissa but in vain.
            What can I do now to stop this deductions any more while on roaming, although I do not get any such deduction in my Home /circle.

            Airtel — bad sms from 8015215494

            Dear sir/madam
            i got bad sms form [protected] , i need name & address
            I have a cell No. [protected], and near about 1 year I got a message from BP-OVRSEA[protected] that you have activated a service of love SMS for that Rs 15/- will be charged for 15 days. i.e Rs.30/- for one month.They have written in the SMS, if you want to unsubscribe the said SMS you send UNSUBLOV to us. But I have not subscribed the said service. After that I tried many times to unsubscribe was in vain. Please stop the above unsolicited sms service as soon as possible and kindly redeem my money.

              We are a BSNL Cell One ECS Customer.ECS is Given in Punjab National Bank, Nungambakkam Branch, Chennai - 600 034 in the name of M/s. Hitech Surveyors Pvt Ltd. Mobile Nos. [protected], [protected] and land line No.[protected] all the three bills are given ECS for past more than two years. Till last month we never faced a problem in that. Last month bill (Jan 2011) for[protected] was Rs.1293. We got a message on 15th Feb that we had no balance in our account and asked us to pay by cash immediately. Actually we have enough amount in our account and we have received bank statement for the month of Feb 2011, which states that a sum of Rs.1267 was credited and the same is debited returned on 15th Feb 2011 says that name differs. In this regard we request you to give clarification for continuing ECS for the mobile No.[protected].

                  sir,i have complaint many times about my balance deduction in bsnl ( gsm), company automatically activate a service to my no. named as masti pack, and charged rs6.00 inr..
                  i called many times to customer care and de-activated that service..
                  but they again and again activate this service..
                  and deduct balance..

                    Since 3rd February 2011 till now, I keep requesting the BSNL Customer care to send GPRS setting to activate my new Mobile Nokia E63. Everyday new person attend and promise to send the same within few hours. But so far it has not been activated. Calling again the Customer Care to-day at 9.30am one staff MS. SHARMILA attended and refused to divulge the superiors name, contact no. or e-mail id. I wonder what's happening. Are they're not being paid? Why there's a delay? Is it to discourage BSNL Customer so as to switch over to the private. Please do the needful.

                    ive the same problem.have been asking them to send the settings and havent got one so far.ive called them 6 times to date, everytime holding for almost 15 minutes and still no settings.the operator always seems to be in a hurry and doesnt even care to give his superiors phone number.i had send "complaint" to 1503 and they havent contacted me yet.planning to switch over from bsnl if i dont get the settings.why bother keeping a connection that doesnt bother about its customers?

                      I am using the landline connection for last 20 years ,now iam abroad band customer also ,all the lines are now shifted to under ground lines .while they are shifting the lines I was not at home there by only my connection remained as postal line .now the ground connection has to just connect to my house other works are completed .regulalarly my postal line is getting breaked due to rain and also by sheding of coconut palms in the way ,iam now used to repairing the lines .complainted in various authorities like exchange ,head office ,grievence cell, till complainining for the last two and half years not only a single step has taken officer of the koovappady exchange behaved to me like a money lender ,iam furiusly iritated about the system of bsnl ,I think that they are planning to make this firm an utter lose and there by making way for private companies ,they are cutting the branch which they are sitting ,.I am plannining to change my sruggle in another way by makinng a campaighn through all mediums to open the pretending sleep of the officials of bsnl ,It is very much poor service offered by these guys ,some officers are like EDE AMMEN , REDICULOUS GUYS to whom people shortly will throw the chappalls .MY land no is 2641542, in koovappady exchange in perumbavoor ,eranakulam kerala, I hope some change will happen with my complaint ,or it also liike painting the water. hopes better ANY HOW i am not goingto stop the struggle ,I WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER PROTECTION FORUM

                        My number is [protected], I am not able to migrate from Beladingalu plan to Karnataka mitra plan. Contacted around 15 times with customer care and not getting proper answers. I have balance and validity. The customer care peoples and senior executive of BSNL are not able to solve the problem. After 15 days still my complaint is not solved. Every time when i complained they are telling that within 2 hours our peoples will call and solve the problem. After 15 days still not received a single call.

                        Such a worst service from BSNL.

I have registered Complaints many time during these days and contacted nearest exchange office Padichira. But I got nothing response from authority . Already I paid the tax for one year and I have been struggling same issue, Will I get Any Positive response from the authority.

                          BSNL the worst one in the world mine as well as same as yours once without any reason goes off & come back after 2 months complaints, the land phones are costly than the mobile, just for the nolstagic feelings only keeps it but the authorities doesnt realise it

                                  The BSNL authorities had unusually exceeded my bill to Rs.10000/- without actual usage. I had visited to to the officials for the deatils regarding the same but they refused to help me.
                                  I had even filed written application for the duplicate bill , E-mails (Post grievances) , and called up customer care so many times but no one helped me out and ultimately they disconnected my landline number.                                     I have applied for a new land line telephone connection with internet facility on 17 Sep 2010 vide DN No [protected], Cust ID - [protected]. There is a requireent of around 500 mtr cabling to my residency. Inspite of repeated enquiry with BSNL office at Palan Vihar, there is no progress on the request. Every time they say will do within one month.

                                    Already lapsed 06 months, I don't know when the cabling work starts and when I got the conection.

                                      I have received telephone bill for RS 1800 for nothing As I am not using any kind of service from BSNLHow can a bill be generated as there is no telephone line, No Phone set nor Router installed at my home.
                                      3. My area comes under Sector-58 Noida BSNL exchange as I am a resident of Sector-56,
                                      How S.D.O Mr.K.D.Verma generated the bill who is there now at Sector -19,Noida As there is no phone at my home nor a telephone line.they should check before generating the bill.
                                      4. And also tell me that by only applying for new connection can a bill be generated , even if there is no wire no set nothing.

                                      5. I met Mr.Meena who is presently SDO at Sectr-58 Noida BSNL office, who told me that he cant do anything for me I want to ask him Why? He should also answer me that Why Can’t he Solve My problem .Why he Didn’t solved my problem when I went there to get my problem solved I want an answer from him and Mr.K.D.Verma SDO.


                                      I applied for the connection earlier but no one came to install the telephone at my place , now its been 4 months ,Tht there is no phone, nor a telephone wire,nothing,They themselves have generated the bill and the bsnl can check from there side that there is no line or wire. I even dnt know my telephone number, and also tell me that giving application for phone connection generates bill….even if no telephone or no wire is there.This kind of service is not expected from BSNL..I am a student and this kind of things effect my studies.I have a copy of that bill which i will upload it very soon that has come to come without any phone connection.....SEEE THE BEAUTY OF BSNL

                                      I HAVE LOST ALL THE ENERGY PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY REGARDING MY TELEPHONE NO.25827570.
                                      I AM HIGHLIGHTING THE ENTIRE EPISODE IN JIST FOR YOUR CONVENEANCE:

                                      • IN OCT.2006 I WAS OFFERED A FREE PHONE[protected]ALONG WITH MY EXISTING PH.25827570 TO SHIFT MY BROAD BAND TO NEW NO.[protected].

                                      • THEN ONWARD I DID NOT RECEIVED TELEPHONE BILL FOR SIX MONTHS DESPITE MY REPEATED REQUEST.

                                      • SENT LETTER DATED[protected] CLEARLY STATING MY DESIRE TO PAY BILL.

                                      • FINALLY RECEIVE BILL AMOUNTING RS.22266/-

                                      • AS THE BILL WAS TOO HIGH I WENT TO BARRACKPORE I ASKED FOR INSTALLMENT-WHICH I GOT AND I ALMOST PAID THE DUE AMOUNT.

                                      • I THE MEANTIME BY PAYING THE INSTALLMENT I ASKED FOR A CHANGE IN PLAN FROM 3000 MONTHLY TO 1200 MONTHLY TO PAY UP THE BILL.

                                      • THOUGH I WAS USING THE BROADBAND WITHIN ACCEPTABLE LIMIT BUT I CONTINUE TO GET BILL AS PER 3000 MONTHLY PLAN.

                                      • ALL MY REPEATED REQUEST WAS IN VAIN IN BOTH THE EXCHANGES 1)KALYANI TELEPHONE 2)BARRACKPORE TELEPHONE(CHIRAMORE).

                                      • SENT MANY A FAX TO YOUR OFFICE REPEATEDLY TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM.

                                      • ALSO SENT FAX DATED 01-08-07 TO STOP BROADBAND SERVICE TO DGM BROADBAND TILL SETTLEMENT OF BILL.

                                      • I SOLD ALL MY COMPUTERS AND OTHERS RUNNING HUGE LOSS.

                                      • BUT STILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE BILLS DESPITE MY CLOSURE OF BUSINESS FROM JULY 2007.


                                      I HAVE MADE THEREAFTER MANY APPROACHES TO THE KALYANI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE AND TALKED TO MANY A/C OFFICERS, THEY ALL PROMISE TO CLOSE THIS CASE BUT NONE OF THEM MADE SINCERE EFFORT TO DO THE FAVOUR TO ME AND AS SUCH THE BILL CONTINUE TO COME TILL DATE.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have recharged my mobile on BSNL portal with a top up of Rs.220/- on March 5th at 12:46 am. The transaction was successful as per the portal and amount got debited from the ICICI bank account i used. I even raised a compliant with the BSNL customer care for which i was told to wait for 24hrs. Now, after 24hrs of the compliant time, my problem is not addressed.

                                        Done one more transaction with a top up of Rs.110/- on the same day for which i faced the same problem. And the customer care department is not logging a new compliant for this transaction citing the reason that logging compliants is sequential and a new compliant cannot be logged until any existing open compliants are resolved.

                                        I am not at all happy with this kind of customer support from BSNL. It was very frustrating for the past two days with being unable to use my mobile number for my calls.
