My phone no: 28453005, I have applied for transfer from Satyasai layout, whitefield to Kadugodi on 04/12/2010. I went to their office multiple times, they sometimes say the commercial office is shifted to Indira Nagar and you need to visit the commercial office and sometimes they give you another number to talk to. They haven't stopped their billing so I end up paying the RENT (BSNL Broadband - Rs 750/M).
After visiting their office multiple times, I finally got the number of the JTO (area responsible). He's been telling for last 10 days that connection will be done tomorrow. I've never experienced such a pathetic service in my life. You call customer care, they say you call JTO, JTO says you call lineman and the lineman is never reachable. I don't understand, why a customer should run behind all these non-sense people who doesn't have etiquette to talk. Please let me know, if something can be done. I'm even thinking to go to the consumer forum for the same. you can reach me at [protected] for any clarification.

I am a BSNL Cellone customer [protected]) in mainpuri. Since last two month I am getting SMSs from[protected]cricket service)and 15 Rs is deducted from my prepaid balance after 15 days for this. I never subscribed for any such service.many times i registered my problem to customer care(complain no.6778175 0n dated 11jan 2011, b24up347664 on dated 24 feb 2011, b28up379023 on dated 28 feb 2011, co7up432223 on dated 7 march 2011 )but my problem not solved still. This is clearly a fraudulent act from company owning the number[protected].
Please let me know how to get rid of this problem and also how to recover the lost balance.
