IN my both the BSNL mobile no. [protected] & [protected] I had received a SMS ON 25.02.11 & 02.03.11 respectively reg. they are sending free& trial sms regular to above said mobile no., if I am sending replay sms my means answering there ?.(in both mobile different ?, ), then only they had to activate & cut daily RS 1/- from my packet ie., from my mobile a/c.
But I had not give any replay, immediately after some time on the same day they deducted RS 1/- from my mobile A/C in both cases. I had contacted c.c.bsnl thro. Mobile no.[protected]. they are told send sms immediately to 52906 (massage to be typed like that: UNSUB MJ) then only RS 1/- not deducted from you’re a/c from tomorrow.
I had send sms to 52906, but they had deducted RS2/- FROM MY A/C.
I WANT CLARIFICATION AND REFUND MY MONEY AND FENALITY FOR UNNESSESARY DISTRBATION, TENSION, WASTING TIME MY WORK
1) FIRST of all I had not asked any jockeys service form bsnl. even though they are gave that service to customer after acceptances only. I had not replayed, amount automatically deducted and clarified to customers care they redirecting to send sms in that way also deducting money.
2) From my both mobile(RS1 +RS2)=RS 3/-*2=6/- DEDUCTED.
3) Due unnecessarily distributions and wasting of time.
4) From my two a/c RS6/- FROM TATAL BSNL CUSTOMER A/C ?. THIS TRULY CHEATING OF CUSTOMETR.
5) IN THAT SAME day I send sms to 1909 for activation of DND, BUT STILL IN PROCESSES, then I called c.c. they are tolled it may be activated in 41 days. Bsnl with out our acceptance deducted amount (costumer money) immediately. But for stopping all this activite of wasting time, it will take 41 day, why?
6) Any organization is have profit motive is not mistake; it is good for our country. It will come in good service and quality, not by cheating.
7) IF PROFIT MOTIVE IN FALLS SIDE, ORGANIZATION WILL NOT ALIVE.
8) ON 25/2/11 news paper- bsnl lose lakes of costumer from its service.

this is regarding the irrespnsibility of line man who is working in pampady exchange under the kottayam telephone cirle (kerala) . my land line no at home is [protected]. my parents are residing there alone.the mentioned line is in my father"s name (v j joseph)and its ina remote area. as a loyal customer o[censored]r co i was complaining the same to ur office in charge for the past 3 months. bu t the response from the co s side was pathatic.my parents are old and in cause of an emergency how can they contact others. as a loyal customer o[censored]r company, iam requesting ur kind attention to resolve my issue.

BSNL Landline Connection — Not working since one year

Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing here on the behalf of my father Sri Kala Nand Roy. Our landline has been out of order since last one year. We have complained about this at nearest Exchange many times. But no one came for correct this. Iwe have complained online in March 2009, still we are in problems. But we have been paying bill since last one year.My father is senior citizen, so he cannot go at exhange ferequently. Sir/Madam I would like konw whether this online system really works. We lost our hope. On phone we have been trying to convey prboblem at district exchange, but it keep on ringing one one attend.
if it is possible, do the needful. We will be highly obliged for the same.

The phone [protected] is not in working condition for the last 2 years ans nothing has been done on this matter by the competent authority.

BSNL Landline — NO BSNL landline connection for 2 months

I have applied for BSNL landline connection 2 months before. BSNL office Hadapasar, Pune
Still I have not receved the connection. I tried calling BSNL officers many times but they just don't reply.

my landline phone is dead since last 2 month and got out of order every 4 or 5 days even after repaire made by department.. i want a parmanent solution of this problem verry soon.

BSNL Landline Connection — About Poor, Irregular & Half Hearted Service

Dear Sir,
I want to attract your kind attention towards irregularities committed by your BSNL Staff. I applied for the Broadband connection for last 2 Months. After that I visits the BSNL Exchange for 3 times for Broadband connection. They didn't response well. After 1 1/2 months, when I called to BSNL Exchange for the Broadband Connection. They ask me that your connection is running from last 1 1/2 months. I wanna know that is not it the responsibilily of your staff to set the modem & connection. They didn't visit even for a single time after providing the Connection. Last week they connect the Connection of Broadband. But I want to ask one thing that am I liable to pay the Connection Fee for Last 2 Months?

My telephone number 23006141/42. The telephone is not working since months now. When complained the authorities tell to provide cable wire and electricians in order to lay new cables. The lines are dead but still i receive rental bills.

BSNL — Landline Not working for almost a year

My Land line telephone[protected] is not working properly for the last 2 years.

It is not working completely since June 2010 and repeated complaints are unilaterally closed by BSNL with out rectifying the fault. Their is no confirmation system with the customer. The culprits are getting away with murder.

When some body rings it appears to be working but the the tlephone at my home is dead. this is really embarasing for me as well.

This no is very familier with my friends, releatives and collegues and I am frustarted at the attitude

I am boking the complaints for the last 2months, the service man Checks the complaint, but not rectified if the same problem persists
i am reciving the same complaint. i Booked complaint weely 3 time in Exchange and informed Local AE also and escalated to dgm level
and sending mail to AGM but still no one not taking any action. i am highly dissatisfied with your service.

Please suggest me what to do ? I need there any other solution.

I have applied for Phone shifting on 13-Jul-09 from 1-7-655/A/1 to 1-9-28/4/1/A/1 with in the Ramnagar (Musheerabad Exchange). And it has been told that it will take around one week time. But till now this is not happened. As my brother came from UK and we are in urgent need of phone and broadband, we are fed up with the following up everyday. Whenever we ask they are saying that this may take time as the software is new. If that is the case why it has been told that it will be completed with in one week. Otherwise I would have taken internet from another service provider. I am using bsnl mobile connection. my cell no. is [protected]. on 10th march 2011 my mobile balance was deducted for Rs25/- for activating MOBILE RADIO.
