Jaipur (rajasthan) ne BSNL ke paota telephone exchange se basic landline telephone[protected] me March 2009 se broadband ka rural USO 150 Rs. monthly ka normal plan liya hua h. Esme telephone rent nahi lagata. Magar sept.2010 ke bad BSNL ne mera bina mange hi one India plan kar ke 180 Rs. telephone rent ke Monthly LOOT rahi h.
2. Mera rural USO 150 Rs. Monthly ka normal plan hi kiya jay. Kotputli telephone exchange ne bataya chandigarh se plan sahi hoga, turant plan sudharne ki kripa kare. Mera mo. No. [protected] h. plan sahi karne par massaige dene ki kripa kare.
Respected sir my landline no is [protected] and i have a bsnl broad band connection in my house from last 3 days i given a complaint in alwar telephone exchange regarding my landline and broadband connection is not working but no body is coming to solve this problem .so please direct him to do this fastly.

i had registered complaint for my landline telephone no.22778712 before 20 days, after seveal reminder to bsnl customer care, my complaint is unsolved
now monthly bill produced, and phone is dead since 20 days, i can i pay my monthly rental charges?

there are 5-6 landline and mobile no already given for complaints authority in the telephone bill, not a single person (i.e) supervisor to area manager could not received my call. why this mobile facility given to them?
please attend my complaints and do needful as soon as possible

    Today we received a SMS from[protected] on dated 20.12.10 that "Thank you for Subscribing Masti Pack. You have charged Rs 5/30 days." and Rs 5 deducted from my A/c but this service is not activated by me.

    When we contacted with Customer care the representative of c/care told me this refund is not possible and deactivation is not possible from my end. Please send a Sms for deactivation on [protected] "Unsub <Masti Pack> but this msg not send.
    So It is requested to you please help in deactivation of this service & refund the said amount which is deducted by BSNL without my fault.

      this is regarding balance deduction of my cell no. i.e. [protected], i am calling customer care since 4 month my balance getting deduct automatically, i this it is due to some service activation but used to customer care representative tell that problem will resolve in 48hrs and will get money back too. i never seen such poor services. Reallly now i understood i am using government mobility services which will take long long time.

      itni ghatiya service hai bsnl ki CCE ko baat karne ki tamiz nahi haiproblem solve nahi kar pate to call disconnect kar dete hai half n hour hold pe lagate hai mera bal aaj tak mujhe wapis nahi mila mere no. ka PUK no. nahi mila...3 times se zada call karo bsnl ke costumer care pe to call nahi lagti...over all BSNL is the worst network...thats the reason private companies are very good in comparison of BSNL...

          top up in effective...? cheating customers
          Yesterday at 7 pm I have made online payment for recharging(top up) my BSNL prepaid connection ([protected]) using net banking facility o[censored]nion bank. The amount Rs.220 is immidietly deducted from my account. But the top up not done yet .Instead received a message..'.Sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries'. According to that I had already send a message to you. But there was no response till now even after 48 hours. I have also contacted the customer care also, but with no response. says that they cant receive complaints. Are you cheating the customers? please make necessary action immedietly to make my top up effective or to refund back the amount to my bank account

          I also requested for making my calls to [protected] free/cheap.
          Now I am hearing that balance is nil.
          Please look in to it immeadiately and restore my balance and make my prepaid sim live/active.

          Same thing happened to me also .I have paid an amount of Rs 110 for my Mob No:[protected] through UBI ottapalam on Yesterday(24/09/2012)at 7.35 am.The amount is still missing.Even though I have filed a complaint there was not a positive response from the service provider.

            Dear Sir,

            We are BSNL Customers having 1 landline[protected], 2 cell phones([protected] and [protected]) and Data one unlimited broadband internet connection.

            The land line is not functioning for the past 3 months (from Sep 2010), I have given complaint regarding this through phone, in person so many times but no action has been taken yet. The said the connection was broken due to rain and will be restored soon but i has not been restored till now.

            We were paying Rs 1000 (700+300) per month for the internet and phone; We were paying this amount in-spite of the telephone/internet are not working. Is there any way we can get refund of this amount as the connection is not available for no fault of ours. So far we paid Rs 3000 for nothing (didn't get any service). Since there was no action taken so far we have changed the internet plan to Rs 250 per month, so that at-least we will donate less money to BSNL every month.

            Please help us in this regard and let us know how to get the connection restored and get the credit for our unused payments.

            Note: We have taken temporary internet connection from SIFY so that we can continue our work and doesn't jeopardize it with highly unreliable BSNL customer service.

            BSNL/DATAONE — No action for my complaint

            I am complaining of my Dead telephone for a week but there is no one to hear . the internet connection is not working for a week and lot of my work is pending as i have to do my works from home.

            I have applied for having a broadband connection of BSNL on my telephone number[protected] in the name of Mr. Rajat Rajvanshi Flat No S-3 Plot No-24 Sector-3 Vaishali, Ghaziabad (U.P.) on Dated 27-March-2008.

            Its hard to say but fact is BSNL officials are least bothered about losing business even after giving several reminders not even a single person has taken initiative to get it installed or let me know what exactly is the problem is why broadband connection has not been installed from past 2 months or so if the OB is issued (Number is 12037) on Dated :10/04/2008

            Now I have opted for Broadband connection of Airtel, their customer care number connects in seconds, if I require any service or assistance from their part they arrive at our place in few hours and it all happened due to courteous behavior of your staff members and ability to take upresponsibility,

            I don’t think that service like this will make BSNL exists for a long time in today’s competitive market One can never expect such a terrible service of BSNL to their customers.

            Now I am so much fed up that I don’t wants to carry on with this landline connection with BSNL and Government must have to take some serious action against these ir-responsible peoples working there who don’t have any accountability for their job.

            Request you to kindly disconnect the above mentioned landline connection at the earliest.

            BSNL/DATAONE — billing not according to the plan selected

            myself nishant kumar from patna bihar.my no.is[protected]. i have taken broadband connection with home 500 plan.it was automatically changed to home 250 plan from 1st june.i submitted an application regarding the issue and after much running across it has been corrected. but now i have received a bill for the said duration which is according to some other plan. i am fed up of saying 'sir sir'' to them. kindly help

            BSNL/DATAONE — Bandwidth comes down to zero

            I stay in Gill Nagar, Choolaimedu in Chennai. We have unfortunately subscribed to BSNL Dataone. Unfortunately, the bandwidth is pathetic and the speed drops down to zero and then then suddenly picks up and again drops to zero.

            Alternatively, BSNL wants me to come to their office for every small problem...WORST SERVICE

            BSNL Dataone Broadband Internet — No Action has been taken for Internet connection

            I am having existing BSNL landline and applied for new internet connection and provided papers to BSNL agent.               I have applied, online, through BSNL web portal, for Broadband connection. BSNL sent there agent to fill form on 16 Oct 2010 and agent got it filled and took Rs 500.00 for registeration fee. BSNL did not issued receipt till Oct 22. After that, phone connection with number 2280203 installed but broadband still not provided till Nov 08, 2010. inspite of my daily repeated request to their SDE.My last call was 4.45 PM on 08-11-10 and SDE replied that wait, men are just coming. When his men not came and installed broadband, till 7.45 PM, I approached private Internet service provider and their person cam, filled form and my internet was functional withing three days.
              Have I paid some money to BSNL employees,,I must have had their connection, well with in time but not paying resulted that I have to get connection at costly rates from other ISP
              On the one hand Govt say do not pay bribe and the other hand, if bride is not paid, innocent people are harrased and are forced to run piller to post and pay more than bribe for running one pilller to other post, apart from time wasting.
              My several complaints to BSNL gone waste as all officers shelltering the faulty staff because they are part of their Gang bang activities.

                Kindly refer to the telephone no.[protected]. I have submitted an application for shifting of my phone and internet connection on 9th May.I was informed by Shri P.K.Singh, SDE Commercial that shifting order has been issued on 11th May 2011. But till date no shiftting has been done after a lapse of one month, inspite of the fact that both addresses falls in Indira Nagar exchange. Making calls here & there yielded no result.
                May I request the concerned authority to look in to the matter

                I HAVE A LAND LINE TELEPHONE & BROADBAND NO.2734342. IT IS NOT WORKING FOR LAST ABOUT 05 DAYS. THE BROADBAND IS NOT WORKING LAST 2 MONTHS, MANY TIME HAVE COMPLAINT TO MR. JAIDY, SDO, RAJPUR. BUT NO ACTION IS TAKE TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINT. 01ST OCTOBER, 2011 THE TELEPHONE IS DEAD AND AUTOMATIC COMPLAINT NO-NUMBER IS -[protected] AND ALSO INFORM TO S.D.O.                 Dear sir my phone no. [protected] is not working since last few days . Even after remindingmany times no action was taken.
                Subject: INEFFECTIVE BILL DELIVERY & DISCONNECTION OF TELEPHONE FREQUENTLY

                I would like to bring to your notice a serious lapse in your system whereby some matters considered to be serious, are taken in a light sense and causing many inconvenience to the customer (especially to old retired persons).

                Since July 2011, there has been a continuous downturn in the efficiency of BSNL in Dehradun.

                1) In-spite of making an application to the Laxmi Road branch office of discontinuing my Internet service in July 2011, it was finally disconnected in October 2011. This after making all payments and many visits to your DDun head office and meeting the concerned commercial officer.

                2) Recently for the past 3 months, my land line telephone is being disconnected every month. However after visiting your head office and producing all paid bills, it then then being reconnected.

                3) The telephone bill is being received at my residence just on the day after the bill due date, causing a great stress to my 83 year old father who is at present residing at my address. This is also a reason for late payment of bill. The telephone connection is then cut immediately on the due date.
                Even at this moment, the telephone is disconnected and my father is undergoing huge stress owing to lack of communication.
                HOW DO YOU EXPECT A RETIRED PERSON OF 83 YEARS TO HANDLE A MIRACLE PAYMENT.

                Kindly advise me by return email if there is any amount not paid at this moment, and I will pay same by internet online. Pls ensure that the amount is correct after taking into account all the earlier paid amounts.

                Please look into the matter, and advise me Urgently if there is any thing of concern from my end and also from your end to solve this problem immediately.

                my two landlines[protected] and[protected] have been out of order for more than 9 months. i have lodged complaints 4-5 times but there has been no response from the concerned. still today if i try to register my complaint on 198 i get the recorded message "your complaint is regitsered - work under progress".In the mean time I had deposited the payment of both the above mentioned landlines.Now i urge the concerned to look into the matter- get my both the lines in order and also refund my amount for the period in which the phone was out of order.

                dear sir my land line bsnl phone has been dead from 4-5 month 100 of times i have complained to automatic complaints booking No.198 and also in Bharat Sanchar Nagam Limited (BSNL) Exchange Office at JOLLY GRANT but they are failed to rectify the problem, so that my phone is dead till date. So i am very discontented from Bharat Sanchar Nagam Limited (BSNL) please help me and guide me how can i go to consumer form.

                  My mobile [protected] (Agartala) showing as UNREGISTERED SIM since 5.12.2010. I have already lodged complain to Agartala GSM Customer care centre on 6.12.[protected], Jagannath Bari Road office). Next day this centre refered me to Kaman Chowmuni office Mobile section, Room no.408, Phone number[protected] After a day-long trial, one lady staff responded and hearing all she told that they have already received the complain from GSM customer care and the phone will be ok by that day evening (7.12.2010). After that till today ( 19.12.2010) my SIM is still out of service. In between I tried several times to contact with Mobile SDE Sri Kamal chakraborty in his office land phone[protected]and mobile phone. But no response of the calls.

                  Now what to do? Shall I change the service provider and lodge a complain in District Consumer Forum?
                  Please Help me.

                    I called on the all india railway enquiry no 138 on 17.12.10 at around 10 p.m. from bandel junction, West Bengal from my mobile no [protected]. My duration of enquiry around 74 secs, surprisingly I saw that Rs. 10. has been deducted for this call. As my knowledge the charge is 90 paise/ 180secs.
                    I lodged this complain thrice at BSNL customer care, but no action has been taken yet.

                          This is regarding BSNL 3G Service. As BSNL has launched its 3G service in Raigarh (CG) a few months ago I have purchased a 3G data card but its service is very very poor and it is not working even in gprs speed around my residing area (Dhimrapur chowk area in Raigarh City)

                          When I go regional Office and told about the issue to Mr Singh (TDM) who is the incharge of 3G section he assured me to solve the problem and when I make a call to him or their sub ordinates they do not recieve office phone and their mobile or disconnect it.

                          As my recidence is far away from the regional Office it is not possible to go each time to ask the when the issue get resolved

                          so, You are requested to kindly take strict action and insure that they will understand their responsibilities

                            IN my both the BSNL mobile no. [protected] & [protected] I had received a SMS ON 25.02.11 & 02.03.11 respectively reg. they are sending free& trial sms regular to above said mobile no., if I am sending replay sms my means answering there ?.(in both mobile different ?, ), then only they had to activate & cut daily RS 1/- from my packet ie., from my mobile a/c.
                            But I had not give any replay, immediately after some time on the same day they deducted RS 1/- from my mobile A/C in both cases. I had contacted c.c.bsnl thro. Mobile no.[protected]. they are told send sms immediately to 52906 (massage to be typed like that: UNSUB MJ) then only RS 1/- not deducted from you’re a/c from tomorrow.
                            I had send sms to 52906, but they had deducted RS2/- FROM MY A/C.
                            I WANT CLARIFICATION AND REFUND MY MONEY AND FENALITY FOR UNNESSESARY DISTRBATION, TENSION, WASTING TIME MY WORK
                            1) FIRST of all I had not asked any jockeys service form bsnl. even though they are gave that service to customer after acceptances only. I had not replayed, amount automatically deducted and clarified to customers care they redirecting to send sms in that way also deducting money.
                            2) From my both mobile(RS1 +RS2)=RS 3/-*2=6/- DEDUCTED.
                            3) Due unnecessarily distributions and wasting of time.
                            4) From my two a/c RS6/- FROM TATAL BSNL CUSTOMER A/C ?. THIS TRULY CHEATING OF CUSTOMETR.
                            5) IN THAT SAME day I send sms to 1909 for activation of DND, BUT STILL IN PROCESSES, then I called c.c. they are tolled it may be activated in 41 days. Bsnl with out our acceptance deducted amount (costumer money) immediately. But for stopping all this activite of wasting time, it will take 41 day, why?
                            6) Any organization is have profit motive is not mistake; it is good for our country. It will come in good service and quality, not by cheating.
                            7) IF PROFIT MOTIVE IN FALLS SIDE, ORGANIZATION WILL NOT ALIVE.
                            8) ON 25/2/11 news paper- bsnl lose lakes of costumer from its service.

                              I would directly like to jump upon the topic and inform you that, i have been using BSNL Broadband Service for quite a long time.
                              Never Until 3 months back i was regretting taking the plan.
                              But Now I feel as cheated.
                              I was promised that by taking the 750 plan i won't have to pay even i single paisa for what i surf or download.
                              but, its disappointing to tell that, when the bill of my telephone landline number comes[protected]
                              i am charged an extra amount of Rs.149 for the BSNL Hungama Music Download. For which i havent been aware of.
                              I ll be ever grateful to you, if you could investigate the matter, and see to it that i am not further charged for this service.

                                        Sir,
                                        I have prepaid BSNL mobile No.[protected]. I am trying for activation of BSNL GPRS servises since[protected] for which I am sending every day an SMS to 53733. In reply from BSNL Support every time I receive the message that my request already under procces .
                                        I have made maney efforts to contact 1503 and 24365. On holding my calls to these numbers from 4 minutes to 16 minutes I get no succes till date[protected].
