I applied for surrender of my BSNL account number [protected]. I paid the last bill twice. The phone got disconnected, but I didnt get the last bill amount refund with caution deposit. In spite of calling BSNL so many times, the issue is not resolved.

I made a recharge for my mobile No [protected] (BSNL) for Rs 397 plan through Phonepe on[protected] at 11:36 AM. My account was debited amount but recharge was not done and 397 plan not activated.

I am unable to update my billing address in the self care portal. While I am trying to update the address the site is getting redirected to the login page again and again. So please help me in changing my billing address.

When I sent port out message, it replied due to subssisting contractual obligations, upc cannot be generated. I have my account balance above 9 rs. And have a recharge of 153rs for unlimited calling and net.

फिर ये नियम सरकारी नेटवर्क बीएसएनएल पर क्यों लागू नहीं होता
क्यों मुझे और अन्य ग्राहकों को 147 रूपये का रिचार्ज करवाने क लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है
पहले खा की 106 का रिचार्ज करिये तभी आप SMS कर पाएंगे
ये करने पर भी तब नहीं हुआ तो कहा कि 10 का रिचार्ज कीजिये तब होगा
तब भी नहीं हुआ तो कहा कि अब 147 का रिचार्ज कीजिये तभी होगा
ऐसा क्यों किया जा रहा है लोगों के साथ
सुविधा के नाम पर 00000 नेटवर्क है छोड़कर जाना चाहते है तो लूटने का ये तरीका अपना लिया

I'm using BSNL FTTH. My landline[protected].

I paid my October, 2021 bill online using their portal and due to some technical failure, the page was showing up an error. But the money was deducted from my account and I could see the payment on the site being listed with the reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected] made on October-19, 2021. I saw the payment being reversed on Nov 3rd, 2021 with reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected].

I've not got the reversal money yet. And I've made double payment this month which is successful. I've raised a complaint on the selfcare bsnl portal, sent email to them, and tried their toll free number which is not working currently. Not sure how this could be resolved.

I Meetu Arora D/o Mr. Girish Kumar Arora from Mungawali Ditt Guna Madhya pradesh We had an agreement with BSNL which gives 10000 for the space given to bsnl for maintaining their exchange n machines.This agreement was renewed three years back, although we have rented this propert to bsnl from long time.We have not been receiving the rent on time and its been more than 4 months now… even after somany follow ups we are not getting any response.This property rent is the income source of my parents we are facing lot of problems regarding that issue. As all the things are control and it's a government bond we should not be facing any kind of problems if we have to suffer from this we wouldn't have given agreement to bsnl we should have gone with any private company but that's the matter of trust that we have shown in you but in return if we get such gestures that would not sound good. its a huge amount that is pending against the agreement evertime we talk with executives they only taken us in granted I wanted you to take some serious action against this case and please expediate the pending amount asap.

I pay around 1100 to 1200 per month for my BSNL fiber with STD code 06115 and Phone number is 296007 at Bihta Bihar pincode 801103. I have taken BSNL fiber internet connection on this number but speed is very slow and unable to work for my office work. Please do something . What is the use of Paying so much money with such slow speed.

I made 3 times payment in my postpaid sim BSNL of Rs 20, 94 and 142 respectively but none reflected my BSNL transaction . They have worse customer support in the world and nor they credited my money back if it wasn’t reflected, truly a corrupt company .

Kindly credit my money and I would like to stop using your services.

Sir, We are using bsnl since my childhood. We have signal tower in my village. But still we don't get 3G/4G signal. I already raise a complaint to bsnl customer care. But they don't respond properly.

Sir BSNL is not paying our arrears of BSNL tower and building fm last 2 years of BSNL YAKKARA, District -Palakkad, state-Kerala

We pay for yearly plans and despite several complaints no action is being taken. From last 6 months no service . The service guy would come and then it will work for a day and then again no service.

Since few days my BSNL prepaid sim is not working. It is showing no sim. I tried in other sim slot also. But still not working. Fee days back I recharged. I am facing lot of problems due to this.
Please help me. Sim belongs to Rajasthan circle.

My broadband & telephone dad since today sunday morning. We have complaint local service provider & bsnl complaint portal. also complaint on BSNL customer care but they saying that my complaint not resolve today due to Sunday holiday. We have asking that why BSNL charge 30 days cost in a month if not provide service on Sunday but costomer care not answer & they had decline to resolve my issue on Sunday. My broadband & telephone dad total 24 hours. also complaint BSNL local managers but no any response. Very bad services provided by BSNL . No any responsible parson in the company. Very bad behavior in the staff.

We have mailed earlier, but no response, regarding the same that there is bsnl pole in front of my house which is of no use and on that other miscellaneous wires are hanged. This is causing a lot of parking problem of my vehicle . So I request you to remove or relocate this telephone pole from the front of my house .

My network is not working for last 5 days but the other sim of another company is working well ... So please resolve this as soon as possible.

My sim with number [protected] is not working and it also not showing the network in the mobile phone

Whenever I request for port out upc code generate, it show me subsisting contractual obligations.

My telephone[protected] is dead since 13 days. paid bill 2 times.Customer care is giving evasive reply daily ' wait for 3 more working days.It appears that they are concerned about resolving complaint.It may take 5 or 10 days more.Kindly look into the matter.
