I want to PORT my bsnl number [protected] but the port message was not being sent and always ended up failing. I have been calling customer care since past few days when the call finally connected today, the rude employee asked me to recharge for 147 first and then only i will be able to send the PORT message. I have sufficient validity in my phone via the recharge of 75 and 14-15 rupees as main balance. Why should i recharge with 147 just to send one message? What kind of loot is that. Strict action should be taken against these companies.

    I am trying to port from BSNL as rheir service is very bad and little network coverage in my locality, but I am unable to get yhe UPC as they are blocking my messages to 1900. This evil and unethical tactic is very anoyying and they should be ashamed of this.

      Even after having sufficient talktime, everytime when I try to send PORT mobile no to 1900, it shows failed to send.
      Rest all calls and messages are going.
      Plz resolve my problem.

        BSNL का fiber पहले बोला गया कि BSNL की तरफ से भी router मिलेगा जिसका पैसा आपको बिल में आएगा, फिर किसीका (local vendor) कॉल आता है कि आप राऊटर और इंस्टालेशन का पैसा हमारे account में transfer करो 4300 rs और जो राऊटर same कंपनी का मार्केट में 1650 में मिल रहा हैं .

            I m Amrik SINGH having the BSNL LANDLINE connection in my house having the broad band landline connection
            No.[protected]
            Customer a/c no. [protected]
            Billing a/c no. [protected]
            Day of commissioning :6-3-2021
            Plan : FIBER_BASIC_PLUS

            But, in the telephone bill,
            the address of my residence is not correct, as i need the full address for giving the BSNL bill as a resident proof for my passport application.
            the full adress of my resident is:
            #120, PRITHVI NAGAR -B, FARAKHPUR, JAGADHRI WORK SHOP, YAMUNA NAGAR, 135002

            Pl update the address as I have mentioned above.

            so, plzzz help me in sorting out these problems... i will be waiting for ur help in the form of solution for my problems...

              Please solve my problem
              Mujhe bsnl Gulbarga Karnataka network sahi tariqe se provides nahi karraha hai me PORT bhi nahi karsakta kyun k maine 1 year ka recharge karwaya hai.
              Me chahta hun k bsnl k uper costumers ko network sahi tariqe se provide nahi karne ka or bar bar complaint karne k baad bhi response nahi dene ki wajah se consumer court ka raasta apnana chahta hun.

                BSNL is not allowing me to port my number, I even recharged (top up) for a minimum amount for porting my number but I am unable to send message to 1900. When I visited BSNL department in my locality, they said I need to get an unlimited recharge of Rs 157 minimum to get my number port and have atleast one month validity. I as a customer donot consider this as ethical and valid. It is simply charging an unreasonable amount from the outgoing customer. Action against bsnl is necessary.

                  The FTTH for connection[protected] was granted as on[protected]. The connection is working well. However, we still haven't got voice services along with it. Unfortunately here in Nidle post we don't have got signal strength from any network providers in this area and so landline connection/voice services is very essential.

                            I surrendered my telephone on the 7th of March 2021 ---upto today ie 11th August 2021 I have not received the refund of my deposit. My old phone number was 2513469 at Vasco Goa. The Wifi was also disconnnected on 17th Feb 2021.
                            Kindly do the needful and refund my deposit.

                                I am unable to send porting message to 1900 in BSNL operator . I want to port my number .But, else porting message to 1900 else all message I am able to send. There is some kind of blockage BSNL imposed from there side . Please, solve this I want to change my operator from BSNL .

                                  Request to removal/shift bsnl pole

                                  Respected sir/ madam

                                  We having a BSNL pole infront of our house. It has no wire connection, its totaly unused pole.
                                  Ther are so many problems because of this pole. We can't get out of the house properly because of this pole, even my car and scooty can't get out.
                                  Request your kind consideration to shift/remove it at the earliest.
