    We have the bsnl fibre connection. The employee whom we are supposed to call if in any case the Internet isn’t working (which is always) told me that why does always your Internet doesn’t work? Like he was blaming me for the Internet not working. How is this our fault that the Internet isn’t working? And when my dad reached out to him he demanded for a bribe to resolve out issue. Or else he won’t pick up our phone.

      I had applied for a disconnection of my phone[protected]. I once received a call for confirmation of the disconnection of the phone. But till date getting billed even without using it as the cable to my place is cut.

        Cannot set caller tune in my mobile number, but there is provisions available in customer care 56700, 56799. This issues is last 3 weeks. Any time when we try to set caller tune a constant message is delivered that "some problem is there try to later" . Please rectify the same

          From last two days there is no network on my bsnl sim and it's not even showing it's tower signals as if it's wiped out. On calling it's saying that the number is switched off but it's not.
          I would like to request that please tell me what's the problem going on with it.

            I am unable to send message on the number 1900 for porting my BSNL number to other company. Nor Am i recieving any UPC code. I tried calling 1503 several times they are not helping. Help me solve my issue as soon as possible. Its very urgent

              I have tried several hrs. to get code by send PORT [protected], but couldn't sent . I have recharged with rs. 10 then 147 as customer care said. But still error 69 was displayed. Msg to other numbers are going well. So why it's problem with 1900.
              Very harassment .

                I'm not able to port my bsnl number to other operator. Whenever I send porting message to 1900 it appears message failed. I've the recharge plan of Rs. 49, top-up balance of Rs.10.
                Please resolve my queries as soon as possible.

                  I have made a payment via the BSNL portal to extend the validity of my number [protected].
                  I have recharged for rupees 106. It was immediately deducted from my bank account and it has been 8 hours since then there is neither any update regarding the payment in the system nor any refund received. Please have a check from your end.

                  It has been 6 days since I made the recharge still I have not received the refund or my payment is still not reflected. Pathetic service from BSNL.

                    Thus I sent PORT to 1900.
                    Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now.

                        Hi ConsumerCourt,

                        I talked to customer care & local bsnl Exchange executive they said they didn't know anything about this.

                        Two days ago, TRAI has mandated that no special recharge pack should be required for sending port SMS. BSNL CS just now demanded that recharge of RC147 with 28 days plan validity is a must to be able to sent port SMS.
                        Why would I need a 1 month plan if I've decided to port right away? I still have 2 months validity and sufficient balance to send regular SMS. CS explicitly claims BSNL wasn't notified of the new guidelines by TRAI. The watchdog should take a note of this and ensure strict implementation of it's regulations, else it'll be seen as a jokedog.

                            Approached bsnl pothenkode csc for porting of mobile number on 28Jul and they issued me new sim and taken 249/- as recharge ammount. Told me to wait till 31 July but the bsnl sim porting is not completed yet. please update the latest status.

                              I would like to register a complaint regarding the transaction failure occurred while i was trying to pay my BSNL FTTH bill of ₹707 via online using PhonePe UPI. My money was deducted from my account and the transaction was not processed. The Money was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank. My bank is SBI Bank .My land line number is[[protected]] .The land line connection is in the name L N Navaneetharan. I called and asked my bank and they said it is not their error. So bsnl is responsible for my loss.I didn't get refund of my lost money.My Account no ends with 8777. The date of transaction is 03/08/2021 and the transaction id is T2108031134144688777564

                                Dear authority,

                                Please note, there is a BSNL electric pole in front of the house which is causing trouble in movement of vehicle in and out.
                                The pole was utilized for BSNL telephone connection and now is not being used for any such purpose.

                                Request your assistance in removing the pole for the convenient vehicle movement.

                                  I have been using BSNL landline and internet service for the last few years.
                                  Since January 2021 my landline and internet service have off due the road construction work.I have complained en number of times but to no avail.
                                  My residence is in Ranjan society Badlapur west.

                                    Bsnl has blocked sending sms to 1900.
                                    I am able to send sms to any other number but when i send my port request to 1900 it says message not sent.
                                    I called customer care and they have only one reply " no need to port your number".
                                    Please help.

                                      [protected] I am getting the following message from bsnl in connection with mnp.

                                      Your request for upc has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed.

                                      Request for upc for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time.

                                      Contacted customer care. The reply is wait for 24 hours. After 3 days i have contacted today. The reply is wait for 2 weeks.

                                      Reason is technical issue/server problem.

                                      Asked to register the complaint and to send sms. They said there is no instructions to take as complaint for mnp.

                                        I am trying to port my bsnl number to other operetor and everytime i am sending sms to 1900 its saying Request for UPC for your mobile no. could not be processed. Please retry after some time. I have tried a lot of times. What to do now? Bsnl service sucks. Internet is too slow.
