Today is 21/10/2010. But Still They are not issuing a new connection to me.

I have already talked with all the concerned persons in Rajkot Raiya Road Branch. But Still NO Answer.

Starting unwanted Packs/Services without prior notice and Customer Care is not taking any action when complained so many times

The Problem start when BSNL started CRBT Service on my mobile phone on Date 30.09.2010 and deducted 28/- from my Prepaid A/c.For this unfair thing after calling BSNL Customer Care So many times and contineously upto 2-3 Hrs finally able to talk to Customer Care agent Named "Shiv".Who without listening whole problem cut the connection and blamed me that this might be your problem.
After 2-3 days BSNL again started another...

Dead Phone Line

Sir/Madam My Residence Phone No. is[protected] with named Punjab Rattan Goyal. My phone no. often remains in dead condition. whenever i am paying my bills to company then why they are not giving me proper solution for that. They said the D.P. Box near my house is on low height that's why children pull wires from d.p. box. BSNL should hang that box on right position. 20 days in a month i see my line dead. No box cover on D.P. Box. TOP PROBLEM

broadband not working properly

Partly Installation of Broadband Connection

Our BANK'S request dated 05.10.2010 for New Broadband connection at HNO. 116 Sector 51,Gurgaon has partly been considedred as telephone No. 2392433 has been allotted and installed but BROADBAND is yet to be connected.

Repeated regular requests to various authorities concerned have failed despite assurances.
