Dear Sir,

Sub:Connection Shifting_Phone not working
Ph:[protected]

I have applied a broadband connection[protected] shifting on Jun 2010.But they are shifted and connected[protected]Not working) on sept 2nd 2010 but not working yet(They had taken 3 months for a connection shift). I had called several times to Palarivattom exchange .Everyday they are telling like today they will check the issue.
But iam mentaly tired from their response. please help me to connect my land line as soon as possible. I already wasted my time to call several peoples Now I have a booklet of contact number they have given for this issues(Most of them not working).

    I applied for shifting of my landline telephone[protected]from Hatigarh Chariali Echange to Christian Basti Exchange in Guwahati on 10th August 2010. But to my utter surprise the shifting has not been carried out till date. Everytime the SDO of Christian Basti assure me that it will be done within a day or two.Initially, he told that there is problem in the underground wire and the restoration work of the cable is goingon. But to no avail.

      dear sir / madam

      i have an bsnl connection at home[protected]. my phone is dead from 31.08.2010. i have complaint at bsnl (sec-23 exchange) on 01.09.2010. but after three days i call again than they gave me no([protected]) to call that person. i chased him about 12 times every times they gave me assurance but the result was same. then i loadged my complanit online wide (HAR/C0/2010/5472) but no action has been taken. please look into the matter. bsnl is the most bad service provider company.

      I have broadband connection of BSNL. My phone No is 2470106. But when I used broadband connection it always shows that Error 678. When I lodged a complaint it is cleanly working for a day but after passed a day it shows again same problem. I had given a application regarding this to SDO & JE(Mr Patel & Mr Dinesh). No fruitful result cameout since now. Please do the needful as early as possible.

        I am Neelam Sharma. I am a Software Developer.
        I am an user of BSNL pre-paid broadband, but it is too costly for me. So I have been applied to disconnect broadband pre-paid connection on 29-July-2010, together I have applied for new post-paid plan i.e. HOME 250. When I called them many time n month of August about new post paid plan activation they said that there is some problem in server at Chandigarh we will soon connect your post paid broadband. After that I went to main office Hiran Magri Sec- 4 on 28-August-2010 there I came to know that they have lost my application, on that day the main officer named P.M jain told me to give new application of disconnecting & for new post-paid plan. I did same, write application & filled new form for post paid. From 29-August-2010 onwards

        I regularly called on numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]. But they told me to call to another number for disconnecting, for getting new user id. Then I went to BSNL office Chetak Circle on 3-September-2010, here one office viewed my detail & told me that "your Pre-paid has been disconnected & post-paid is in WORKING condition please take your user id & password for configuration from[protected]. Then I got user id from one office of BSNL & configured broadband.

        But I am unable to run as no Data link there (I have complaint about it). Yesterday (07-September-2010) one office came to my home for correcting data problem then he said that "Your pre-paid connection still activate so I can't configure your post-paid". He told me to give the correct state of connection today. But he said today that please call[protected], I called there but office did not came.

        So I want to say that who will disconnect my pre-paid broadband & start new plan as no one in BSNL able to do this because they all are very unclear about the concept of connecting or disconnecting pre-paid in Udaipur circle. Can anyone help me as 41 days are already spent in connecting or disconnecting?? Very bad service!!!!

          The telephone No. 2325476 goes dead quite frequently and remains so for about 7-10 days before the complaint is attended. Last time the complaint was lodged on 25 Aug (phone went dead on 22 Aug) became alright on 29 Aug. Again on 4 Sep went dead (complaint No. 35404) and still not working.

          I have bill plan of Rs.475 p.m.. The out of service phone renders the plan uneconomical.

          The telephone No. [protected] goes dead quite frequently and remains so for about 10-20 days before the complaint is attended. Last time the complaint was lodged on 1 Apr (phone went dead on 24mar) became alright on 4 Aug. Again on 13 Sep went dead (complaint No. [protected]) and still not working.

          I have bill plan of Rs.625 p.m.. The out of service phone renders the plan uneconomical.

            Newly launched schemes by BSNL - advertised in their website BB Home Combo ULF 900 * BB Home Combo ULF 1000 * all are not available as per GM Bsnl office Trichy - Reason the newly supplied HCL PC's which the employees are not accustomed to, unable to feed and second reason -Some wrong instruction by the employees at the customer service centre blatantly arguing that these schemes are not for Trichy. BSNL please show your website to your GM BSNL office Trichy employees .

              With due respect I humbly want to submit my complaint regarding "FEVER service of BSNL and it's wap alliance handygo." I got a message from BSNL on my BSNL mobile number [protected] on dated 2nd August 2010, "Thank-you for your subscription of FEVER sevices and now you will get charged Rs. 8 per week for this service" till now as today is 7th September 2010 I am almost daily complaining in BSNL Customer Care to terminate this service but they everytime gave me complaint numbers and not helping me even their Senior executives use to put on hold my call for upto even 30 minutes and harrassing me by making false statements and promises of termination of the service they even most of the times gave me wrong information that cost me wastage of money and time as they provide wrong keywords to send to paid numbers of BSNL Sir I even visited and complaint in BSNL Exchange of my city but got no solution inspite of even many promises Now Plz I expect help from you as I already lost my alots of money, valued time and my trust on my mobile service provider BSNL. I even have all the complaint numbers that I got from BSNL's msg service and even the names of the employees of BSNL employees who make false promises and gave fake information. I can provide that to you also. Plz Plz Plz help me as never use this service rather they are providing free download of games. I even never applied for this service. I will be very thankful to you if you kindly help me.

                dear sirs,
                i am a consumer of bsnl prepaid mobile phones since it's innaguration. i always used to recharge my account with Rs 5500/- value. when i recharged my a/c it was commited me that my call charges would be 10paise/minute. to any bsnl no in haryana. but now bsnl has withdrawal the facility. it was intimated me by a sms that a new plan has launched in which you can make local bsnl calls with 10paise/minute.in that you have to recharge with Rs 39/- voucher but when i went for recharging with the same i was told that you are not authorised to avail this facility beacuase you are availing an earlier plan. my a/c balance is more than Rs 5000/- in my a/c. what type of benefits are provided by bsnl it is not known to me. in future i will never be a consumer of bsnl. instead of having a heavy amouunt in my a/c i am making my bsnl calls at 49paise/minute. it is a matter of great shame for bsnl. that is why customers are withdrawing bsnl in all cases.

                    i have bsnl excel prepaid (m.p. circle)with mobile no-[protected].i recharge my phone of Rs 20(sms balance) on 21/08/2010 at 6.45 pm,but i didn't get.I tried to contact the customer care,but its imposible from my cell.i am facing this problem from last four months.
                    i am facing problem called as ''sim card registration failed'', its not by my side hapen.hence i chenge my old sim n taken new (duplicate) sim by same number. but still problem continew.and the good thing is costomer cair never respond its not facility but punishment to costomer.my number is [protected].still i never belive in faith with bsnl.

                        I am a customer of BSNL, Indiranagar, Bangalore.

                        This mail is to bring to your notice the shoddy customer support facilities provided by BSNL.

                        Mobile: I opted for 3G services. Yesterday, all of a sudden my outgoing calls, including those to the customer helpdesk, were barred. I checked if I have any intimation pertaining to bill payments. I have not received any bill nor sms intimating of the same. I called the help desk, but the customer representative was unable to provide me as to the reason why my outgoing was barred as "their server was down" and I was requested to call them up again later, which means that I have to use my office telephone or borrow another telephone to make this call to BSNL customer service. Add to this, the pain of waiting to get through the BSNL IVR which talks incessantly about the 3G value-added services, and all the numbers that we are supposed to press for language, other options. Sometimes the call gets disconnected for no apparent reason.

                        In my next call to the mobile helpdesk, the Customer service representative said she is unable to open the page related to my number and asked me to call the customer desk again after sometime. Upon requesting her to provide me a docket number so that I could reference this conversation to the next customer representative, I was put on hold, and then answered that a docket number cannot be provided and that I would have to approach the BSNL office for more answers. Thats value added services to make you "Cool" like Deepika Padukone from BSNL. Thanks for screwing my day at office BSNL.

                        Telephone shifting: I requested shifting of my telephone from one locality to another; its been a week, but I have no clue as to what is happening. So, trying to be proactive, I searched for the customer helpdesk numbers on the internet. The numbers listed of general complaints do not exist and the numbers specific to Indiranagar CDE rings, but no one picks up the call.

                        Honestly, I would not shed a tear if BSNL was disbanded or privatised.

                        BSNL Bangalore — Pathetic Pathetic Service

                        Just wanted to blast my anger and frustation out by mentioning ans registering a complaint that BSNL has a Pathetic Pathetic Service and product to offer as far as Broadband connection is considered. No customer support, no nothing.

                        I just hope that some one from BSNL takes a note of this.

                          my name is singal hitesh, just one weak ago, i purchsed bsnl evdo card, the lady who sit at bsnl office told me evdo card have a speed of 2 MBPS with a plan750, but a when i oparet from home it show just 21 kbps to 156 kbps, when i compleint to head officer, this is wireless connection, bsnl will provide only this type of speed. and bsnl will not refund me.

                              My Telephone No.2200012 frequently does not work, among other phones in the area. We need to follow-up half a dozen times before the telephone line is rectified, which again after a period of time stops working. Currently, my landline is not working for the last 4 days. In the month of August 10, the landline 2200012 was not working for 25 days. Despite the landline not working, full rental is charged by BSNL - is this right? On all Fridays - power-shedding day - landlines in the area do not work for about 14-16 hours or even more! There is no battery back-up system in place at the telephone exchange which is a MUST to ensure continuous working of landlines during power-shedding hours. It is really frustrating to have such poor service after charging us full rental. Telephone complaints are not attended to till repeated complaints/follow-ups are made. As we do pay BSNL full rental for service - Can BSNL wake up to our call?

                              the telephone connection number is out of order and have to make frequent complaints the phone gets repaired after a complaint foir more than a week and again gets out of order within 2 days. this problem is being faced for the last one year

                                I've done a recharge of my PRE PAID BSNL number [protected] on 06/09/2010, payment id [protected], for Rs.200/- from Axis Bank a/c but the recharge has failed & my account got debited , despite complaining BSNL on centre number 1503 the kept me waiting to talk to senior for as long as 34 minutes and gave excuses like they have tie-up only with PNB , though Axis Banks I-connect (Internet Banking) .Thrice they connected but everytime they kept me on hold and then disconnected.There sit had a provision for mailing complaint but it doesn't work .I'm really surprised how do this organization works without email ID to contact .Kindly help out to get my money reimbursed.

                                  Respected Sir,
                                  I am Pankajakshan nair M.N.,Kallarackal-puthenpura ,Pindimana,Kothamangalam, have utilised your esteemed company,BSNL faclity for land line users to get Pre-paid mobile number.I applied for the same today, 6th Sep'2010 and have been alloted a number which is quite different from Land line number. My present land line connection is allocated on OYT basis after paying Rs.10,000/- with broad band connection . I hope that I am a genuine person for BSNL to get the same land line number as my pre-paid mobile number. The present Land line number is[protected] and the Pre-paid mobile number which is issued today is [protected]. On enquiry, I was told, that number might have been issued earlier to some other customer, hence not possible to get the same as your Land line connection. I was not pleased with the answer from the personnel in charge for issuing Prepaid numbers. There will be several excuses from your side and do not understand the method and philosophy in issuing Pre-paid connection based on Land line number.
                                  Is it a business idiology for getting customers? I was very nuch happy with BSNL even I have other cellular connections monthly paying more than Rs:5000 for international calls.I hope you will understand my issue and will do the needful positivey .

                                    Sir,
                                    Our organisation United School of Business Management which is approved by AICTE, New Delhi have taken a land line phone (No.[protected] from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited since last 3 years. This telephone no. is very essential for communicate others and Fax reveived from AICTE by this number. But in those 3 years one month line is OK but another month is dead. This type of problem is traditional. Recently this telephone no. is dead last 1.5 month. Minimum Bill we paid regularly. We have complained many times to the nearest SDO. There is no solution till date.
                                    Please verity this problem and in future permanent solution have given.

                                        MY LAND LINE AND BROAD BAND[protected] FREQUENTLY GOES OUT OF SERVICE BUT THIS TIME CONTINOUSLY IT IS DEAD FOR MORE THAN 20 DAYS. THE COMPUTERISED COMPLAIN IS AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED BY BSNL EMPLOYEE UNAUTHORISELY WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM DUE TO WHICH I HAD TO REGISTER COMPLAIN FOUR TIMES. BSNL OFFICIAL AT PHONE[protected] DOES NOT LIFT THE PHONE AT ANY POINT/ TIME OF THE DAY. BUT THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO RAISE THE BILL EVERY MONTH. ACTION MUST BE INITIATED AGAINST THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL.
