My Phone No. is[protected]. I have complained twice in the last week. No action is taken as yet ? Who is accountanle in this country ? MPs are hiked their salary 400%. But common man get. Raja is responsible for this. He cannot stand for common man he should quit the job immediately. BSNL is charging Rs. 180 per month. Last 14 days my phone is not working . I want to know whether I have to pay Rs.180. This is the way so called superpower...

I m Dr Vyomesh Chitravansh , Advocate from Varanasi. i subcribed a prepaid BSNL connection no. [protected] in April 2010. generally i use this nr for my usb modem for my PC Internet connection . till july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs.225/- unlimited monthely charges. On 17th july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs 96/- monthely recharge for 1 month. but due to unnesessary reasons my net connection validity ended on 10 august 2010....

I have the bsnl dataone broad band connection. However, I am not able to change the clumsy user id and the original password. I have tried loggin on to http://10.240.43.216 as per the user guide but the good damn site does not open. then i read some where and tried logging on to www.sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm but in vain. i am afraid that some one may crack the password if i do not change it frequently.

can some one...

i am using BSNL Broad band connection. i took new new connection on feb-2009. and till now i used only some 6 months of net correctly. remaining time i suffered from line fault and disconnections of the service. even after giving many complaints to JTO and SDO of respected persons they failed to take necessary action to repair my line. and billing is continued even my disconnection and repair period.

Im Mahender. We are resident of Vanasthalipuram for past 20 years. We are using BSNL Telephone Hand Set for past 9 years. For past 5 months, we are facing problem with Handset. We are unable to hear (what the other person taling on phone). Infact, we could hear some Noise when we receive a call. We have already given complaint twice,But No action is taken. Please help me in fixing my telephone problem....

BSNL replaced our landline (number[protected] assured us that it will provide all facilities in the landline is provided to CDMA which number is[protected].
Repeated request rejected by the BSNL Kolalagiri and brahmavar office.
they cheated us by miss guiding while replacing land line....

My phone connection number is[protected] . Iam using this landline from last two years but from last one month its completely dead no ringing tone is coming & iam work is really suffering from it ,pls
see my complaint & resolve this issue as soon as possible ....

The above cell number was given to someone else for some time in June 2010. I called from another cell to my above cellnumber and it was answered by someone when the cell with that SIM card was next to me.
Now i get nuisance sms and I have spent money on sms just to unsubscribe or NOPUSHPL to some numbers like 57777, 552906, 51819, 55365, 53030. Yet I get sms from other numbers. BSNL is a real nuisance and since it is government owned...

I am using broadband plan. Now i am thinking about changing my plan to evdo card. But then I knew that there is no concession for govt employers in evdo card plan. I am really depressed now. I will be very grateful to BSNL if they give this concession for govt employers in evdo card. I am requesting BSNL to activate this offer as soon as possible....
