how to know my unique id in the land line bill

Hello sir, I am from J&K I want to confirm my Customer ID as it is used while assessing the bill online throurh your website selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in. Although I entered my no. which is displayed on bill as userb1...of 10 digits and I also tried to enter the ten digit no's which are on my bsnl landline recipt but no one worked. Now please send customer id into my email [protected]@gmail.com to access my landline broadband usage.Thank you very much.

    Dear Sir,
    My land phone above referred was not working completely since 7/ 07/2010. Repeated fault booking were done but no response from BSNL.
    It is a full negligence from BSNL. Despite my remi nder to the Accounts Officer T.R. 1 , O/O PGMT ,
    BSNL , Ernakulam. and the Engineer at Kalamasery Telephone exchange, no action was taken until the last week. Only thing they have done is fault booking No: Q583 dated 8/7/2010 was changed to U 449 dated 13/ 8/2010.And when the Telephine bill came I found that they have levied full bi month rent and ring back tone charge which I've repetedly inssisting upon them to cut off. Another thing to bring into your notice is that ringing tone seems to be ubruptly cutoff .
    Kindly go through my complaint and do the needful to instruct the concerned authority for appropriate action as early as possible.

      Hello Sir,

      I am a resident staying at SV Nagar Road No 11, Nagaram. I have applied for shifting of land line and Broadband connection on 16 Aug 2010 and they have disconnected the connection at old address on 17 Aug 2010. They have provided us with 2 Order No's with new telephone number for new place (Nagaram). At present today, 28 Aug 2010, still they haven't provided us with the connection facility for both land line and broadband connections. The Zonal Office members at Nagaram area are so IRRESPONSIBLE AND POOR SERVICE AND POOR INFORMATION PROVIDER including all members (Line man, JTO, AE and others) are not at all bother about the customers concerns and requests. They have lots of pending connections and faults to be rectified and these employees are not at all taking charge of completing the connections. I am very very very disappointed with the Services of BSNL especially at Zonal Office Nagaram Hyderabad. Every time when i called to their office no body used to pick the calls and then we used to visit them in-person to tell our problems.

        selfcare.bsnl.co.in not working

        i have bsnl broadband 500 combo plan, recently bsnl changed its site bsnl.co.in to selfcare.bsnl.co.in for checking the usage.. n i have also registered to this site. bt unable to check usages for the past 3 or 4 months n it only shows current month usage.. n for the current month it shows usages after adding usage of past 3 or 4 months.. so, i m unable to identify current month usage... n becoz of that i m getting very high bills for the...

        Sir,
        I , K.B. REGHUNATHAN Nair, writing this letter to get your attention and practical help for the internet connection problem with my BSNL Broadband. My phone number is [protected]. I am living at kanjiramattom which is 2- 3 km from the bsnl thodupuzha exchange. I have reported many times the bsnl thodupuzha office that I am not getting bsnl broad band connection during evening and night time. At the same time with same phone wiring, modem and computer, I am able to get net connection during day time up to 5.30 to 6pm without many disconnections. 2 times bsnl officers came home and inspected the line phone, computer etc. The last modifications done by them are 1. Phone line from the post is directly connected to modem through a splitter. Only one phone is connected to the splitter end. 2. The DSL light become stable far better than before (during the day time). Now I am using the testing modem(DNA-A201BEi, in Bridge connection mode) from bsnl since my modem (nokia Siemens type 2) given to bsnl officer for inspection. My neighbors (anoop [protected]) are easily getting the same broad band connection during evening and night. In my case, the modem , line , computer , everything working fine in the morning time and gets internet fast, suddenly fails to connect to internet after around 5.30 pm or 6pm. During this time (after 5.30 or 6.pm and up to late night 1.30am or more) DSL starts blinking and gets stable then internet bulb starts blinking. Within 40 seconds internet bulb and dsl bulb goes off. Again within in 5 seconds same process starts. Even if the modem is not connected to computer, same thing happening during the problem time. I don’t know why bsnl officers are not able to solve my problem. I need to use my internet connection in the evening and night time. Also I have given a written complaint to the Divisional engineer, bsnl thodupuzha on 18.08.2010. Please provide a solution to my problem so that as an end customer I will be able to use internet connection normally since I am paying 750Rs every month for it.

        BSNL Broadband — FAULTY REPORTS OF UASAGE DETAILS

        I am a present running customer on BSNL Broadband home 500C plan... i haven't used the broadband for 2 days but i have received increased usage reports from them... when i stopped using before 3 days my usage amount was 2.04 GB then later without using my usage has been increased to 3.8 GB in 2 days... though my modem was kept switched off...my usage fare has been increased about Rs 2959/- which is not a good result for our trust on data one connections

        I here by request the authorities to take proper action against this and provide me a satisfactory result.

        I am Owing a broad brand connection of your telecom since past few months. Since I am facing several problems past one month such as Dis-Connection of Broad Band at any time. I, have Complained our regional telecom office several times but they are unable to solve the problem. They are telling to use the Lap-Top and Observe (which is unaffordable to me ), to remove the Anti-Virus from the Systems which can internally harm my Hardware and slow down the systems .The Telecom Officers are not Solving the Technical Problems but blaming to me .
        As I am facing problems to my business due to Dis-connection and loss to the business, I, kindly request you to solve the matter as soon as possible. I am Totally Un-Satisfied with the Service Provided by the B.S.N.L Telecom. I have received two bills from Broad Band section with no business done for past two month. I Kindly request you to Discount the Bills for the In-Convenience Caused by the Department and Solve the problem Permanently.

        BSNL /Broadband — faulty broadband

        This letter is in reference of my complaint no-26985 dated 13th July 2010.I have been complaining about my slow broadband connection and faulty DSL since 2nd July 2010 but no one has come to even see what the problem is? I have been continuously complaining to them( the phone no.is1504) but sometimes they even hang up without listening to my complaints.I have been devastated by their behavior and request you to please look into the matter and solve my problem. And if you also can't help please suggest as to whom i should convey my plea to.

          sir
          i have broard band connection last few month , my connection is not working properly , if i go for complain in bsnl office than officers say that resisters your complain through toolfree complain number 1500, but when i make a call on this number call is not connected. compurt say that u stay online , after 1/2 hours stay online for waiting call attending by customer care . my call is disconnected from other side , please tell me what i do ,

            Sub- Non Surrendering of WLL Phone

            Dear Madam/Sir,

            It is my obligatory duty to inform you that my dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consurmer of BSNL, Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2006. Till recently due to frequent network/customer service problems and massive uses of mobiles we plan to deposit/surrender the above mentioned phone to SDO, Banki, Cuttack. But all our efforts failed because of silly excuses by the bsnl staff of Banki telephone exchange. The dealing clerk advised us to talk to SDO/JE. When we approach JE he told us to approach to SDO. We have visited 10 times to meet SDO, but he is always out of station duty (as told by the staff of Banki Ex) and rarely turn up for his obligatory duties. Finally we tried to contact him on phone. Out of 50 calls he once attended one call and told us to do the needful but nothing he did for us. Till date the matter is pending.

            I, being a defence serving personnel, get a chance to visit home only once a year. My old and allied father have left the hope for getting a surrender certificate from BSNL. We have already deposited the equipments much before and recently one Mr Arjun (temporary staff) is telling us U have not deposited the equipments.

            It is my painful duty to request you to interfere in the matter and do the needful for which I will be ever grateful to you.

              My Broandband connection is not working for the last 2 months. I have several times complaint on phone no. 1500 but all in vain. From toll free no. it is being asked to us whether complaint has been attended or not and on replying that complaint has not been attended it is answerd that it will be attened soon.
              For information , I had paid one year subscription but what to utter surprise that my broad band connection has not been working for the last 2 month.

              It can be very well checked that how much connection has been used on the below no during the last two months

              When the connection will be restored only god knows

              Everybody can come to know that the kind of service being provided by BSNL.

                I am having broad band connection on my land line no.[protected]. In June 2010 employee of BSNL Sector-K, Lucknow Shri Khare exchange requested me to change plan of broadband to unlimited usage. for which He informed me that there will be 20% rebate as my husband is LIC employee. I have given him certificate letter proving that My Husband is LIC employee. But I am sorry to inform that he had not marked that certificated resulting which a big bill is outstanding. They are not providing me bill also. During personal visit to Mahanager exchange Accounts Officer of Mahanager Exchange told me that Commercial Officer will allow the rebate but for next period.
                Please look into the matter

                  BSNL — amount deduction in bsnl gsm sim

                  Respected Sir ,

                  I am Sudhanshu Bhushan, i have a complain regarding amount deduction of rupees 10 every month without any service subscription of hamshakal service in bsnl sim [protected]

                  Sir I requested many times in costumer service, how to get rid of this problem.But I didn't got any solution.So after many trials as a last option I'm conveying this message.Please do the needful.

                  BSNL Prepaid Sim Card — Deduction of Rs.72 from my bsnl prepaid account.

                  Rs.72 were deducted from my prepaid bsnl sim card([protected]) in two days(9/3/2012).i registered two complaints in bsnl customer care.but my balance is not refunded yet.

                    I am a new subscriber to BSNL.I applied for new connection on 30th July in the name of P.Xavier in Kurichi Telephone Exchange,Coimbatore-21,Tamilnadu.
                    They bring the instrument on 16th august and they verified the line using their instrument. They said the telephone will be activated in two days and they gave the number as [protected].
                    But till today I didn’t get the connection. I called to the exchange lots of time regarding this. Most of the time they are not picking the call .
                    I really dissatisfied and have a thought to apply some other network because of this poor service.

                      Home plan 250 with 2 mbps speed

                      This is to bring to your notice that for the past 1 1/2 months there
                      is a disruption of internet connection and the speed is only 1 mbps.
                      We would also like to inform you that we never faced this problem
                      ever before. We are using this internet facility for more than two
                      years.

                      we have repeatedly complaint but to no avail. When we call the broad
                      band toll free no. and they are assisting us suddenly even the
                      telephone line goes dead when they give the IP address and the sub-
                      net. This has happened for the past 2 - 3 days.

                      One more thing the technician says he can visit only from 9.30 a.m
                      to 5.00 p.m. This is the time when we are in the office. We need
                      to work on the internet after office hours therefore would request
                      you to please send your technician at 6.00 p.m. when we return
                      from office. Please let him call and confirm before visiting us.

                      Hoping to receive your early attention and action in this regards.

                      FYI the tel nos and email ids mentioned for complaints are not being
                      attended to and my mail to email id [protected]@bsnl.co.in had returned
                      undelivered. No proper point of contact for lodging complaints is given
                      by BSNL.

                          BSNL has offered a package of Rs. 500/- in which customer can have free call to every BSNL no. within the LOC for validity upto one month. I have made a complain on 24.08.2010 at 5:59 PM that my main balance is keep on dedecting on calling to a particullar bsnl no i.e. [protected] of Orissa, though i have got the package recharge on 21.08.2010. I have severel times requested to the customer care to look after the matter but they are not putting any attentation to this matter though today is 27.08.2010.
                          They are only responsing that "your proplem has forwarded to the concerned office and it will be rectified soon, YOU HAVE TO WAIT." This is the only answer with them. They are telling that they cant do anything "YOU HAVE TO WAIT" and thats all.
                          It my request from the conserned people, please do something to solve my problem.

                            I am a staff member of Gov.. Polytechnic Vennikulam, Our problem is the Broad band taken from BSNL is dead/ sleeping stage regularly. If make a complaint to BSNL Exchange, Vennikulam, the connection would 'OK' while they were coming to the premise but after a short while the problem arises. Since it is a Gov. educational institution a broadband connection is very essential connection - for collecting study-materials, Informations and Orders from the Directorate, for employee salary and other employee needs ( done by the SPARK ). Very curse to do the jobs.

                            Expecting emergent action for the complaint.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had purchased BSNL EVDO CARD in bangalore for Rs 3500.00 then the tariff of monthly rental was 550.00, but when I gave it to a SDE of IMM branch, bangalore the person there has changed my tariff and number without my consent and I tried contacting all top officials in BSNL including CMD and GM through emails but it is of no use, they dont even respond and I am always told to contact some or the other person without any use, they are very sad ppl in BSNL this has been going on from almost 3 months with excess billing and trouble. They are useless bunch in BSNL kindly put some vigilance squad and set right the customer service, Not only they are useless but also very arrogant with the customers.

BSNL abohar changed my phone with a old repaired set.this is not functioning correct. i want new one.

                                i am having a land line phone in Palarivattom exchange[protected] and i had shifted my residence from 35/1764A, south Janatha Road to my new address(Present address) two years back and even now they are sending my landline bills and mobile bills to my old address which i am not receiving and i am often not able to make payment in time and my phone gets disconnected. so i request you to take up the matter with BSNL authorities to make necessory changes in their mailing address to my present address.

                                  We had BSNL connection for the past 4 years. Recently we have shifted our house to new address where there was no BSNL connection. Hence we had surrendered our telephone connection by 21st April 2008. But so far, we have not received our refund amount.

                                  Initially BSNL staff said it will take 3 months. After 3 months when we enquired, they said there is some problem and it will take another month.. Means that our connection was surrendered nil balance. Still we have not received any information and refund amount.

                                  Recently Ambattur staff said that, they lost the papers which we gave at the time of surrender. We have been wandering between ambattur office and anna nagar office for this purpose. Even I have raised number of compliants in BSNL site regarding this but no response.

                                  As a last option, I am writing this grievance mail behalf of my parents as they are old and cannot come out frequently from home.

                                  HI! i recently purchased a 3g bsnl sim card after that i recharged for 301 which is the FRC . i was told by the customer care personel that it has not yet activated and it will take three days , then i recharged online for 3000rs using citi bank credit card , the money got deducted from the account but the recharge was not done. so i called up the bank and verified they said the transaction was successful from their end and i should contact BSNL , i called them up they gave me a complaint number and promised that the money will either be returned to my bank or will get credited in bsnl account. they told me to wait for three days for the same , three days turned 10. when i call them they tell my complaint is closed and inspite of all that i cant even make outgoin calls. from past four days they keep telling server is down call later. iam really irritated . i lost my money for no good. very bad service being a govt oriented its bad .

                                  I got a message from my bank that my credit card was used in mCheck site for making an online payment to re-charge a mobile.I immediately contacted my bank and blocked my credit card .I was not having any account in the mCheck website nor had I even heard of that site .I then checked the website of mCheck and I was shocked to see my Credit card number registered with my details.I immedaitely sent a mail to the mCheck customer care to inform about this and i also asked them about the kind of authentication they are having.I never got any response from them..I again sent a mail to check this matter and I wanted to know the mobile number which was re-charged with my Credit card.No response came from their end.I then called their office in Mumbai to compliant about this ..what they told me is to call back again with the ticket number assigned to this !..They seem to be least bothered and were not proving to be helpful to find out what went wrong with their security.If they claim their security is so foolproof I am pretty sure they did this fraud themselves..and moreover if at all we register a complaint with them they donot respond nor they take any steps to solve the issue...

                                  I have made 2 recharges on 5/5/2012.

                                  Both the transaction got successful & money deducted from my account, but money still not credited to the respective no's.

                                  Please help me to get that money refunded or credited to the mobile no's.

                                  I am attaching the sheet for more clarity.

                                  I have easy recharged my bsnl prepaid phone with 102 rupees for dosti offer but till now i have not got the facility and i could not contact with customer

                                  Both transaction were shown successful by BSNL recharge portal (website) (image copy of both receipt are enclosed) but till now (i.e. 22/08/2012 08:25AM) amounts are not credited to the concerned mobile nos. Even though I contacted Customer care, but there were unable to sort out the matter. BSNL online customer care/Feedback/Contact Us is also not functioning well.
                                  BSNL website and even though customer care officer not knew how to solve this matter.
                                  The most important thing is that the transaction done are not showing by BSNL in the Topup Transaction List, but the amount had been deducted from my State bank of india account successfully.

                                  i made a top up of Rs. 100 from my sbi online account to the no.[protected]. it was on the date 17/12/2012.the transaction was compleeted from my side. Rs. 100/- was debited from my account. after an hour i recieved a msg on my mobile, whih was telling me that the transaction could not be processed. the ref.No. is [protected].i have been told by the respected person from the customer care office that the money will be credited automatically to my a/c within 3 days. but till todays date ( 22/12/2012) i havent recieved the money back.

                                  BSNL online top up My mobile number is [protected] I did online top up through HDFC bank but I did not receive the recharge and the amount got debited from my account.. Kindly do the needful and pls mark a mail rekha.[protected]@gmail.com

                                  2/5/2013 recharge for Rs.55 At 03:09:36PM (I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 55.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 02/05/2013".)

                                  3/5/2015 recharge for Rs 100 at 9:40:02PM ( I have received message form Canara Bkank " "An amount of INR 100.00 Has been debited to your account XXXXXX3680 on 03/05/2013" )
                                  But so for the amount is not credited and activated to the cell no [protected] (BSNL)
                                  Why the recharge in not successful in the above cell number. Also How to verify these details

The money was debited from my account but still the recharge amount is not yet credited to my number. My balance remains the same. I request you to refund my money or credit it to my mobile balance

                                  I have done an online recharge for Rs.135/- (STV) for cell phone using debit card o[censored]NION BANK OF INDIA

                                  account but not received recharge. It was showing session expired. my

                                    I get the bsnl from last two months, but since starting the bsnl providers not provide the speed as they promise. now no one is resolve the problem in bsnl department i complaints this against more than 50 times and no responses. Now please help to resove my problem.
                                    they just provide 200 kbps and they should provide 4mbps.

                                    I Phone no [protected] is purchase from Khurja Gulathi communication i request for un necessary message coming from bsnl (Mobile) and with out my request subscribe any service and dedicated my balance please with out my request not to be active any service. i am very unhappy your this activities. ensure the my request.

                                      > i have opted for the prepaid broadband plan 250 on dated[protected] for my landline no[protected].working at Hapur distt. Ghaziabad U.P.
                                      > i have made the advance payment of Rs.2758 on dated[protected] vide receipt no.0088169 for the period 1st june 2010 to 31st may 2011.
                                      > i have never consented for any other bb plan to bsnl except above plan for the month of june2010 onward.
                                      > as per trai guidelines no value added service will be provided by the service provider without explicit consumer consent.
                                      > bsnl user portal start displaying the active plan as bb 250 on dated 11the june 2010.
                                      > the bsnl issued me the a bill for the month of june by suo moto treating the prepaid plan as defunct 125 bb post paid plan thereby allowing me the free usage 150mb istead of 1 gb as admissible under 250 bbplan.
                                      > the bsnl have delibrately levied the chages to the tune of Rs 683 + taxes.
                                      > again for the month of july 2010 bsnl have issued me the post paid 750 bb plan bill without my consent and knowledge.
                                      > no of complaints have already filed with the GM Ghaziabad and S.D.O. Hapur but it does not yield any result so far.
                                      > I want the authority letter which permit the bsnl to suo moto levy a plan without the consent and knowledge of consumer.
                                      > please waive the suo moto demand. or show the consent leter and dotsoft data of bsnl about active plan for the disputed months.

                                      BSNL — Delay in Broad Band Connection and Charges levied before connection.

                                      About four – five months back, I had applied for Broad-Band connection at above address and telephone no[protected].. BSNL's representative visited my house for Broad-Band connection but could not do the needful because telephone was out of order. After a number of reminders and complaint, he once gain visited on 2nd Feb 2009, but by this time user name & password became de-active.

                                      In the meantime, I have been paying the Broadband charges though; I am yet to be provided this facility.

                                      BSNL is requested to kindly issue necessary order for (i) arranging broad band connection without any further delay (ii) adjustment of bills i.e. charges paid for broad band connection should be adjusted against future bills.
