Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a new subscriber to BSNL.I applied for new connection on 30th July in the name of P.Xavier in Kurichi Telephone Exchange,Coimbatore-21,Tamilnadu.
They bring the instrument on 16th august and they verified the line using their instrument. They said the telephone will be activated in two days and they gave the number as [protected].
But till today I didn’t get the connection. I called to the exchange lots of time regarding this. Most of the time they are not picking the call .
I really dissatisfied and have a thought to apply some other network because of this poor service.

I have complaint my phone number[protected] and[protected] last 2 month not working about 6 times

With out attending the complaint i have received sms that our complaint resolved.Again i made complaint and after 3 -4 days received sms complaint resolved

    Home plan 250 with 2 mbps speed

    This is to bring to your notice that for the past 1 1/2 months there
    is a disruption of internet connection and the speed is only 1 mbps.
    We would also like to inform you that we never faced this problem
    ever before. We are using this internet facility for more than two
    years.

    we have repeatedly complaint but to no avail. When we call the broad
    band toll free no. and they are assisting us suddenly even the
    telephone line goes dead when they give the IP address and the sub-
    net. This has happened for the past 2 - 3 days.

    One more thing the technician says he can visit only from 9.30 a.m
    to 5.00 p.m. This is the time when we are in the office. We need
    to work on the internet after office hours therefore would request
    you to please send your technician at 6.00 p.m. when we return
    from office. Please let him call and confirm before visiting us.

    Hoping to receive your early attention and action in this regards.

    FYI the tel nos and email ids mentioned for complaints are not being
    attended to and my mail to email id [protected]@bsnl.co.in had returned
    undelivered. No proper point of contact for lodging complaints is given
    by BSNL.

        BSNL has offered a package of Rs. 500/- in which customer can have free call to every BSNL no. within the LOC for validity upto one month. I have made a complain on 24.08.2010 at 5:59 PM that my main balance is keep on dedecting on calling to a particullar bsnl no i.e. [protected] of Orissa, though i have got the package recharge on 21.08.2010. I have severel times requested to the customer care to look after the matter but they are not putting any attentation to this matter though today is 27.08.2010.
        They are only responsing that "your proplem has forwarded to the concerned office and it will be rectified soon, YOU HAVE TO WAIT." This is the only answer with them. They are telling that they cant do anything "YOU HAVE TO WAIT" and thats all.
        It my request from the conserned people, please do something to solve my problem.

          I am a staff member of Gov.. Polytechnic Vennikulam, Our problem is the Broad band taken from BSNL is dead/ sleeping stage regularly. If make a complaint to BSNL Exchange, Vennikulam, the connection would 'OK' while they were coming to the premise but after a short while the problem arises. Since it is a Gov. educational institution a broadband connection is very essential connection - for collecting study-materials, Informations and Orders from the Directorate, for employee salary and other employee needs ( done by the SPARK ). Very curse to do the jobs.

          Expecting emergent action for the complaint.

            Dear Sir,
            I had purchased BSNL EVDO CARD in bangalore for Rs 3500.00 then the tariff of monthly rental was 550.00, but when I gave it to a SDE of IMM branch, bangalore the person there has changed my tariff and number without my consent and I tried contacting all top officials in BSNL including CMD and GM through emails but it is of no use, they dont even respond and I am always told to contact some or the other person without any use, they are very sad ppl in BSNL this has been going on from almost 3 months with excess billing and trouble. They are useless bunch in BSNL kindly put some vigilance squad and set right the customer service, Not only they are useless but also very arrogant with the customers.

              sir
              my landline no is[protected].but the cable is notchanged by bsnl abohar. i reported SDO room no 5 .but no reply.now i decide that i close my connection.Because of the poor coustomer-care service. there is no junction-box. cables are opened . the difficulties incriesed in rainy day.My telephone set is also be changed. BSNL abohar changed my phone with a old repaired set.this is not functioning correct. i want new one.

              so sir please solve my problum.

              BSNL — address not changed yet

              i am having a land line phone in Palarivattom exchange[protected] and i had shifted my residence from 35/1764A, south Janatha Road to my new address(Present address) two years back and even now they are sending my landline bills and mobile bills to my old address which i am not receiving and i am often not able to make payment in time and my phone gets disconnected. so i request you to take up the matter with BSNL authorities to make necessory changes in their mailing address to my present address.

              My phone no is[protected], , , I have pay my phone bill of July month as on dated 07 Aug - 2012 of amount Rs 258/- by receipt no[protected] and txn ID [protected] but my phone put barred by BSNL and now I have not dial any No and not receive any call because computer is crying in phone when i have receive any call. outgoing calls are totally stop. so request you plz look into matter and resolve my problem.

                Hi..
                Today[protected] i have recharged my BSNL cellone mobile with 55/- and i got only 35/- talktime instead of 50/- with transaction ID- Transaction No: TXE[protected]

                and this is happened 3 times in a row.

                i recharged 110/-for [protected] on 14/8/10 and got 70/- talktime with Transaction ID- TXE[protected]

                i recharged 55/- for [protected] on 6/8/10 and got 35/- talktime with transaction ID- TXE[protected]


                kindly solve my issue

                i also attached a file(screen layout of that website transaction) please look into that.you will find evaery details of the recharge

                BSNL — E-recharge complaint

                Dear Sir,
                My mobile no.-[protected]
                I have just recharged Top-up Rs. 56 but i received Talk-time-25 rupees but should be come 50 rs. but again my recharged Top-up Rs. 112 but i received only 30 Rupees but shuld be come 100 rs.112 Top up recharged on[protected]

                this prblem last 20 days and again this month, i have complained so many time in BSNL Costmer care, i have all complaint no ( B[protected],B[protected],C[protected],but till now i did not get any responce from BSNL Site, so please check your system for this number and give me a solution on this mattar,

                Indian Postal Service & BSNl — Bill Amount Credited to wrong Number

                I have one basic landline phone from BSNL[protected]. its bill is paid in Post Office, this time when i went to submit my bill in post office i paid the bill amount and got the receipt from them, when i returned home i found that the receipt is for another number that is 220991. my bill amount 631/- is paid in anothers account. it is fault of lady operator of post office, she was talking on mobile while she was crediting my phone bill. what should i do now? what can be done in this matter?

                Recharge not worked — Online recharge took money out of my account but no recharge happened

                BSNL-recharge — Recharge credit not received

                Dear Sir,

                I have recharged my mobile number [protected] by Rs.300/( I have paid Rs.300 +31 service charge)
                on 21/03/2009 at 6.57 pm through Bharuch Telcom authorised Agent-Akshar Telecom & Marketing Agent, Ankleshwar. But till time (24/03/2009 3:15 pm) I am not received the credit. I also approched the customer care and they told me that no intimation is received.

                Kindly check the same and do the needful.

                BSNL — my phone was not recharged

                I have used the online BSNL services to top up my phone but it was not recharged due to the improper services the amount got debited from my sbi account and I didnot get top up please look into this issueand provide me proper service.i have lsot 221 rs[protected]

                BSNL — refund not received -reg

                Sub: Refund not received even after six months of surrendering the connection

                We had BSNL connection for the past 4 years. Recently we have shifted our house to new address where there was no BSNL connection. Hence we had surrendered our telephone connection by 21st April 2008. But so far, we have not received our refund amount.

                Initially BSNL staff said it will take 3 months. After 3 months when we enquired, they said there is some problem and it will take another month.. Means that our connection was surrendered nil balance. Still we have not received any information and refund amount.

                Recently Ambattur staff said that, they lost the papers which we gave at the time of surrender. We have been wandering between ambattur office and anna nagar office for this purpose. Even I have raised number of compliants in BSNL site regarding this but no response.

                As a last option, I am writing this grievance mail behalf of my parents as they are old and cannot come out frequently from home.

                I had made online payment to camsonlie.com for purchase of sundaram tax saver fund from my icici bank account no[protected]. After the transaction was processed, and was being redirected back to camsonline web page and the acknowledgement page from the cams didnt appear. Instead i got an error. But my money was debited.                 we requested to transfer our land line phone from porur vigneshwara nagar to next stopping porur madhanandapuram on july 2009,we went in person more than 50 times over phone we are contacting weekly they Mr. selvaraj telling it will happen todayy tomorrow but not done.our no is 24825465, i compliant this to gm of bsnl also forwarded mail to them but no response kindly get my problem solved .i would like to take this issue to consumer court for wasting our time and money with this people

                but now i m stuck in between as custumer care is not refunding back my money and also gprs is not working

                HI! i recently purchased a 3g bsnl sim card after that i recharged for 301 which is the FRC . i was told by the customer care personel that it has not yet activated and it will take three days , then i recharged online for 3000rs using citi bank credit card , the money got deducted from the account but the recharge was not done. so i called up the bank and verified they said the transaction was successful from their end and i should contact BSNL , i called them up they gave me a complaint number and promised that the money will either be returned to my bank or will get credited in bsnl account. they told me to wait for three days for the same , three days turned 10. when i call them they tell my complaint is closed and inspite of all that i cant even make outgoin calls. from past four days they keep telling server is down call later. iam really irritated . i lost my money for no good. very bad service being a govt oriented its bad .

                mcheck — Credit card fraud..please beware of mChek

                I got a message from my bank that my credit card was used in mCheck site for making an online payment to re-charge a mobile.I immediately contacted my bank and blocked my credit card .I was not having any account in the mCheck website nor had I even heard of that site .I then checked the website of mCheck and I was shocked to see my Credit card number registered with my details.I immedaitely sent a mail to the mCheck customer care to inform about this and i also asked them about the kind of authentication they are having.I never got any response from them..I again sent a mail to check this matter and I wanted to know the mobile number which was re-charged with my Credit card.No response came from their end.I then called their office in Mumbai to compliant about this ..what they told me is to call back again with the ticket number assigned to this !..They seem to be least bothered and were not proving to be helpful to find out what went wrong with their security.If they claim their security is so foolproof I am pretty sure they did this fraud themselves..and moreover if at all we register a complaint with them they donot respond nor they take any steps to solve the issue...

                    > again for the month of july 2010 bsnl have issued me the post paid 750 bb plan bill without my consent and knowledge.

                    BSNL — Delay in Broad Band Connection and Charges levied before connection.

                    About four – five months back, I had applied for Broad-Band connection at above address and telephone no[protected].. BSNL's representative visited my house for Broad-Band connection but could not do the needful because telephone was out of order. After a number of reminders and complaint, he once gain visited on 2nd Feb 2009, but by this time user name & password became de-active.

                    In the meantime, I have been paying the Broadband charges though; I am yet to be provided this facility.

                    BSNL is requested to kindly issue necessary order for (i) arranging broad band connection without any further delay (ii) adjustment of bills i.e. charges paid for broad band connection should be adjusted against future bills.

Line man Mr.Ram Kishan has visited once and restored the line about ten days ago but it again went out of order within a couple of days. Whenever we try to log in the complaint, the standard response is that it is out of order due to technical reasons. While trying on this number, we get the normal ringing, which does not connect to the telephone. Can something be done?

I have been to the storeman thrice while on leave to change the unserviceable phone.                             I submitted an application for broadband connection on may 22,2010.
                            since then i went to the bsnl office & i reminded them many times times, they also gave me written confirmation after no action is taken i emailed the higher authorities also & they mailed back telling that they will take some action and i will get the connection soon. but till now nothing happened. i m still waiting for the connection.

                              Please note that my mobile no [protected] is associated with one subscription service “ONMOBILE Laughter service” without my consent. When I called to call center [protected], I was told by your executive that this service is activated by me only. I am surprised if I do not know about the service how I can subscribe the same. But anyway I requested to discontinue any service subscription twice.
                              It was shocking to note that again you have deducted Rs.20 in lieu to “onmobile” subscription.
                              This is clear cheating that without any consent you are deducting money from my prepaid mobile account.
                              Please stop immediately the “ONMOBILE” pack or any pack on my mobile. Otherwise I shall be forced to go in consumer court as advised by your call center executive to protect myself from cheating.

                              yes. it happened with me too. my no. is [protected] and monthly chiritian sms pack activated without my consent and they charged Rs.20 for it. they are sala bekar log. cheaters. paise kya unke baap ke hai jo mere mobile se 20 rs kat liye?????????? shame on them cheaters they are.

                              Please stop onmobile pack from my mobile too with immediate effect. and they charge rs.2/- per sms for the deactivation.
                              i too got subscribed unintentioaly for my mobile no [protected] for hindu devotional pack. Its auto renewed every month, till now lost 60 rupees. I tried to unsubscribe thru various means, but unsucessful. Pl help with this cheating.

                              I have lost 49 + 10 + 10 +10+ 29+29+35 rs total 172 Rs . BSNL is cheaters ... Don't trust on them ... 172 is deducted from my prepaid Sim. They are not refunding amount . Unke baap ka paisa nahi hai yeah.

                                My Phone No. is[protected]. I have complained twice in the last week. No action is taken as yet ? Who is accountanle in this country ? MPs are hiked their salary 400%. But common man get. Raja is responsible for this. He cannot stand for common man he should quit the job immediately. BSNL is charging Rs. 180 per month. Last 14 days my phone is not working . I want to know whether I have to pay Rs.180. This is the way so called superpower is behaving. I request once again to take action immediately.

                                  I m Dr Vyomesh Chitravansh , Advocate from Varanasi. i subcribed a prepaid BSNL connection no. [protected] in April 2010. generally i use this nr for my usb modem for my PC Internet connection . till july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs.225/- unlimited monthely charges. On 17th july i recharged it by internet pack of Rs 96/- monthely recharge for 1 month. but due to unnesessary reasons my net connection validity ended on 10 august 2010. i called to customer care [protected] but i did not get any satisfactory answer.

                                  again i recharged it on 13 august, but it is not working properly and *123*2# is not showing the validity of my package. even on using of internet and GPRS BSNL is deducting the amont from my call values amont. WHY IT IS SO?
                                  Today i called to BSNL customer care at 6.08 pm and 6.09 pm , It was very interesting that i found the IVRS answer" the incoming call facility is not available on this number"
                                  no body is available for give me the reasons and i m unaware that why BSNL is deducting my basic ammount and what is the validity of my internet package?

                                    I have the bsnl dataone broad band connection. However, I am not able to change the clumsy user id and the original password. I have tried loggin on to http://10.240.43.216 as per the user guide but the good damn site does not open. then i read some where and tried logging on to www.sancharnet.in/dataoneredirect.htm but in vain. i am afraid that some one may crack the password if i do not change it frequently.

                                    Broadband — Not able to change password

                                    I am not able to change my broadband password through bbsrvice.bsnl.co.in link.
                                    And broadband connection is very fluctuating.
                                    Also customer service is very poor.
                                    No body answering from all contact numbers.
                                    Initially they(Sakkardara exchange, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India) got late for providing the modem and connection.
                                    Then they took over 2 months to provide userid/password.
                                    Now if I wish to change my password, I am not able to change.
                                    It shows, "userid/password is wrong, please contact your local coordinator.”
                                    Very confused, what to do.
                                    Please help me to solve out this problem.

                                      i am using BSNL Broad band connection. i took new new connection on feb-2009. and till now i used only some 6 months of net correctly. remaining time i suffered from line fault and disconnections of the service. even after giving many complaints to JTO and SDO of respected persons they failed to take necessary action to repair my line. and billing is continued even my disconnection and repair period.
                                      can anybody suggest me to get coeercted my problems about BSNL service. to whom to contact.?

                                      BSNL Broadband — high rent for first 2 month

                                      dear sir, i took bsnl broad connection 2 months yearly.it is 250 plan.i have downloaded 2-3 songs only.but in the 1st bill it came Rs.1200/-.how come this much????

                                      BSNL — Improper Billing

                                      i am a bsnl broadband customer for almost 1 year now.Recently i opted for a plan change(from HOME plan to 500C.)for this i had applied three months ago. since then they have not sent me any letter confirming that my plan has been changed.again they have not sent me any bill since then.now when i made an query why my bill is not coming i found out that they had changed my plan 2 months ago without letting me know that and they have made a bill based on that plan(although bill was improvised, not the official one)now i am completely dazed ..

                                      I had given 500c plan but you are given me some other plan please make
                                      it sure.

                                      BSNL — Improper billing & disconnection many times

                                      On request for a WLL base phone with internet connection, the officer of the department
                                      (some Sahoo) told (advised) to deposit Rs250/- for connection of phone, and Rs750/- for internet connection & no extra charges next to pay. But after 2 months send a bill of Rs1467/-( as current Rs353/- & previous Rs1114/- which is includes one month bill). On asking about clarification of the same he said that there is a hidden payment to be pay for installation, which was not as his previous commitment.
                                      When I have paid advance Rs1000/- for both connection.( 250+750) same day
                                      So I think either he is cheating people for getting target or the advance amount of Rs750/- has not added in the account.
                                      So I request the department for justice before bill payment.
                                      I attached the first bill copy I received,with this complaint.( actually second bill)

                                      I started my bsnl broadband services some 6 months back for Rs. 950=00 plus service tax/per month. under annual payment scheme of rs. 9500=00 per annum with 12 months rent & 400 calls per month. I paid some 11???=00 amount against the first bill including one month rent as deposit.

                                      Plan details are 8 gb at 4 mbps & afterwards at 512 kbps uptill month end.
                                      i was also waived off the rent & 400 calls(units).

                                      From the beginning i was not satisfied with the speed/service & raised various complaints from time to time without any satisfactory resolutions.

                                      But for the April month[protected] i was charged for Rs.624.27, mentioning Rs. 603=00 for calls(459 cell units, 40 landline units & 4+8 other/special)
