I am mailing from Arni , Vellore Region . Last February month I brought U 100 Nic card worth of Rs.2876. I paid this amount in one installment. From march to may I paid my monthly fixed charges of Rs.250+26=276 on every month. But from beginning every bill denoting EVDO plan . As per this plan BSNL sent the bill of Rs. 550 on April , Rs. 1984 on may and finally Rs.3418 on june month usages. But my plan is NIC CARD FIXED MONTHLIY CHARGES OF RS. 276 ONLY. Then I informed to Arni BSNL, they told, “ this problem comes regularly to every customers, so pay an amount as per your plan of Rs.276.00.” So I informed vellore circle office, they told problem comes from the Arni BSNL and vellore circle office is not responsible. Every time bill indicates I didn’t pay the single amount (3 months bill I already paid but it is fully misplaced). So I need to pay only Rs. 276 for June month usage of NIC CARD.
And vellore circle office staff told me , the documents indicates I didn’t paid the EVODO modem purchase charges. I purchased only NIC CARD from your BSNL . How I pay EVODO purchase charges. BSNL needs to avoid this wrong billing amount.
This problem also happened to my friend but he informed to Vellore office then they billing for Rs.276 for every month.

BSNL Land Line Telephone — dead telephone not being attended seriously

It becomes sad to say that more than 25 days have gone against dead telephone complain I requested on 198.
One time it got OK and after immediate next moment it was dead. Again after some days it got OK and immediately after some minutes it got DEAD.
A new complain was again registered on 198 some days back. No action was taken against it. The strange thing is that this has happened first time for the last 14 years. This is creating much difficulty.
You are requested to pay your kind attention for taking action regarding this.
