I(Mitrajit Chatterjee ) has taken broad board connection[protected] from BSNL(calcutta Telephones ) and the plan is 1350/- per month, but from last 4 month i am unable to use the same as every alternet day this connection is getting faulty, I have lodge several complaint for this but no action has been taken , when i enquered from technical department , it was know that there is some big fault in this exchange for which there is no proper supply of power so this is getting faulty every alternet day, & no action has been taken to solve the issue , would request you to help me in this regards

My broadband line[protected] is out of order from Saturday 21.12.2013. Fault booking done. No remedy.
Each month the line is out of order. Totally fed-up with service.
Each time I have to go to the exchange and request the engineer and get the fault corrected.

    Subject : getting justice from the apathy of officials.

    Honorable Sir,
    I am a consumer of BSNL. At the same time I am a victim of apathy of the employees of BSNL.
    My landline phone was disconnected in the year 2007. When I went in to the nearby Harsul T point BSNL office I was told to go to Mukundwadi head office. There in the head office I was informed if you pay Rs. 178/- you will get your phone re-connected. So, I went to the BSNL office beside Jalna Road and paid Rs. 178/- on 30th April 2007. Bill no. is 99044/30. The copy of it is given below:


    For my great surprise the next day my land line got activated. The whole family was very very happy. But our joy did not last more than one day. The very next day again my landline was disconnected. Then I paid no heed for almost one year.
    Again I felt like getting my phone connected I used to go to Harsul T point BSNL office.
    They finally told me to pay Rs. 844/- and your problem will be solved permanently. I reluctantly decided to pay that amount on 16th August 2008. I paid Rs 844/- bill no. is [protected],25,26,27.




    Again the next day my phone got connected. We were again very happy. But automatic reminder calls came repeatedly and warned me to pay the bill. It also comforted by saying “if you paid the bill please ignore this call”. As I already paid the bill, I ignored those calls. But for our utter disappointment our landline connection was again disconnected after one month.
    I kept on contacting and requesting BSNL Harsul T-point office and Mukundwadi head office umpteen occasions, but all in vain. Finally, one man from the BSNL Harsul T-point office kindly informed me though I paid the bill there is no entry of that amount in their computer. That was the last official information I got. I did not know whom to contact further.
    But the main problem I face is after paying the bill what else I should do to get the entry of the amount into their computer? Is it my job entering the amount into the computer? Should I pay extra amount for computer entry? All these are the questions I have no answer.
    I don’t understand why the landline employees of BSNL are treating innocent people like me in such an irresponsible manner. When telecommunication took India by storm and global giants of handset and cell phone manufacturing companies are competing to invest in Indian telecommunication field to reap heavy returns to their investment. It seems that the employees of BSNL are absolutely unaware about what is happening around them and the huge loss incurred to the departed because of their fault.
    Honorable sir, is there any way out for me? Is there any provision in BSNL for me to get my landline phone reconnected again (not for one day or one month, but on the regular basis.) If there is no option at all remaining for victims like me it is my humblest request that please let me get my money and the deposit back so that let my soul escape from the BSNL landline trap permanently.
    I hope that at least you will pay attention to my grievances. I conclude here with high expectation of your favorable response to a victim like me.

    BSNL — DISCONNECT CONNECTION WITHOUT WARNING

    my WLL No[protected] every time disconnect without sending any bill.they donot send bill every month
    Not getting internet charges since it is functional.

      Sir,
      I have been registered to BSNL 500 COMBO PLAN for the last 1 month. BSNL promised better speed and usage during the free hours i.e. 2.00 am to 8.00 am. But from the last week I am really disappointed. I am not enough speed not enough to even open a simple Google Homepage. I agree that there can be heavy usage but BSNL should take care of it. After all we are paying them the bills for our usage. If we are not able to have proper usage as promised by BSNL then whats the use of sponsoring big ads stating good broadband speed.

      I switched from Broadband 250 PLAN to 500C PLAN hoping to make proper usage since I have to deal with many softwares for my projects. Hope my complaint will be considered.

      Please provide the service BSNL promised.

      BSNL Broadband Services — speed of broadband service

      dear sir,

      i have taken the bsnl broadwand connection of 256kbps but i dont think that i am getting the speed of256kbps and when i try to call the customer care they donot take call or do not talk in a proper manner.so inspite of paying them and remaingn with them since so long i am not provided proper service.so please i want that what they are advertising and promoting abt 256 kbps services they should fulfill it

      i am sending you problem of my brother what he faced in opening an account in sbi branch of khokhra.he was told that they open an account only after 10th date of all months.more over they promise to open an account in 10 minutes, but it took more than 8 days to open an account due to their inactiveness.so i wannt that they keep their comitment and others like my brother do not get harrased.

      I have registered myself for bsnl BB but i am feeling that i have taken extra headeck because it works only 2days in a week other days it takes rest. I mailed about this problem to all higher bsnl persons twice but no buddy has reacted on it.

      BSNL Broadband — not enough speed as offered

      To the respected authorities,

      I have recently switched my BSNL Broadband plan from 500 C to 750 C plus couldnt get the 512kbps speed as offered in my plan 750 c plus .. only geting around 30-60kbps... am fed up.. pls help..

      the bsnl had said that they will provide a speed of 256 kbps but they hardly provide 25 kbps. when i asked them ,they say this is the correct speed!

        ISSUES WITH BSNL CONNECTION for quite some time[protected] BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY TELEPHONE TECHNICIANS SO FAR. I HAVE THE LANDLINE CONNECTION 2 FROM BSNL FOR OVER 12 YEARS. I HAVE LOGGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO ADDRESS THEM. I DON'T THINK IT IS WORTH A DIME I AM PAYING. EXCEPT THAT YOUR BILL IS ACCEPTED BY GOVT DEPTS. IT TIME EVEN THE GOVT SHOULD STRIP THIS PRIVILAGE OF BSNL, THEN BSNL WILL REALIZE THE HOW MANY CUSTOMER ACTUALLY WANT TO STICK WITH YOU. ITS NOT PERSONAL BUT SEEMS LIKE BSNL HAS BECOME A LIABILITY FOR THE COUNTRY BY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES AND CAUSING SO MUCH ON PRODUCTIVITY LOSS FOR THE COUNTRY EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR CONNECTION. IF SOMEONE IS READING THIS AND HAVE GUTS SHOULD CONTACT THE D.E OF MUSHEERABAD AND MAKE HIM TO TAKE SOME ACTION AND PROVIDE AN UPDATE BACK TO YOUR DEPT.

          BSNL Telephone No: [protected]. My internet connection not working from the month of july. Its not repair till today. I complained to the exchange morethan 15 times. some peoples coming from exchange (Telephone and Internet), then they will put this problem other persons head.I mean, tel person told us this is internet problem, and internet person told this is Telephone line problem. They are playing with customers, what we want, wedont know now...? Also my connection is one year subscription.So please arrange to clear our problem problem as soon as possible.

            this is to bring to your notice that the bsnl landline number[protected] located at karmik nagar, dhanbad is out of order for more than a week. attached to it is the bsnl broadband connection which is not functioning simultaneously. the complaint has already been made for more than a week, and constant reminders are also given but there is absolutely no response from the side. non working of both the ladline and broadband is adding great trouble to the scene.

                    my lamd line telephone[protected] is dead since 02/08/10, i have registerd complaint on BSNL toll free number 168, and met personnaly in department office MIDC Tarapur with concern person twice, but still my phone line is dead. non of the action is taken by BSNL.
                    In our MIDC tarapur, dist thane, MS area, the services provided BSNL are very bed.
                    No action on most of the complaints, and people returning their instrument return back to BSNL.
                    Even big companies also suffering from trouble.
                    Will there be improvement in situation?

                      I registered for Do Not Disturb (DND) in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) a few months back. For the details, i had called the customer care and as per their instructions i sent a message in the format needed and i received mail saying that my request was confirmed. But i never got the complaint number; which they were supposed to give within utmost 10 days. (For other service providers you will get it in matter of seconds).

                      A DND request is supposed to be active within a maximum of 45 days. As it did not happen i tried registering again with no result.

                      The problem is that you cant even complaint about your DND activation because you wont get a complaint number when you register which is needed for DND activation complaints.

                      And then now off late i think BSNL do not deploy customer service officers anymore. The customer service number is [protected] which is an automated service which is supposed to redirect us to a customer service officer on following the instructions. But it will never connect or there will not be any officers for helping us.

                        The tele was noisy for last 30 days or so and became very noisy for last 15 days. a complaint was lodged about two weeks back. after about 3/4 days one lineman contacted us on same noisy tele with an assurance that he would rectify the same immediately but might take maximum 1 or 2 days.Nothing happened and last four days the tele is totally 'Dead'.the complaint No is - R 6439.
                        May I request BSNL fault control staff or the resposible officials to kindly take action to put the Tele on road!
                        I am sure the action will be taken within a reasonable period - say 2/3 days maximum or I am asking for too much???

                        BSNL Land Line Telephone — dead telephone not being attended seriously

                        It becomes sad to say that more than 25 days have gone against dead telephone complain I requested on 198.

                        One time it got OK and after immediate next moment it was dead. Again after some days it got OK and immediately after some minutes it got DEAD.

                        A new complain was again registered on 198 some days back. No action was taken against it. The strange thing is that this has happened first time for the last 14 years. This is creating much difficulty.

                        You are requested to pay your kind attention for taking action regarding this.

                          I had applied to transfer my BSNL landline from my family house to my new house, ie, three house before my family house. I applied now more than two months ago but i haven't get the connection till now.

                          I am working in Dubai, and during my vaccation I went personally to the Eloor Telephone Exchange and submitted the application to the JTO and she assured me our staff will come to your area and do the needful as soon as possible. Again I went two times to her office during my vaccation time. Now my wife and kids are alone in the house. She also called the office many times and went personally to the office. Before they told her they will come and transfer soon, then they told her transfer of the landline is not possible now because we donot have service cable, after 45 days they called and informed her we will provide new cordless connection with new number. she told her we want the same number and we have the broadband connection also.

                          Eventhough we have mobile connection most of the time we are using the land line, and internet facility.

                          Now more than two months we are paying the landline bill and the broadband bill

                          Kindly do the needful to transfer my landline connection.

                            I purchased a BSNL 3G USB modem from BSNL telephone exchange on 3 august 2010 against cash payment of Rs. 2500/- and used a 2G sim for 2 days. On 5 August I purchased a 3G sim and got it recharged and activated with total payment of Rs 180. When I used it on 3G modem, I got only 200MB free usage against the 6 GB plan advertised on BSNL website. According to BSNL promotional offer, those customers purchasing USB data card from BSNL and use 3G sim and get it activated get 1GB/Day and 5 GB/Night free usage for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase.

                            The cost of this plan otherwise would be Rs 606 per month. So I get Rs 1212 free internet usage from BSNL. But I have not been provided with this facility. So I want to register a cheating/fraud and denial of service charges against the company.

                            When I called 123 from my BSNL mobile no. the automated response came that 3G has not been activated on my mobile. While from the exchange computer, it shows to be activated. The customer care executive Mr. Prashant told that once my complete documents were faxed to main office, I will get the service. But officials at BSNL denied any such conditions.

                            The SDE at yamunanagar division told that they have not received any official letter from BSNL regarding any such offer and if it were so, it should've been automatically activated.

                            So I want to register a complaint, ask BSNL to provide this plan for 2 months or Refund the value of amount Rs 1212 or at the worst refund my amount of Rs 2500 and take the USB modem back.

                            3g usb modem — wrong information or cheating

                            i have take pre paid plan of 196 rs. per month and speed of internet described 236 kbps but when i use that plan ,,the speed was so slow it round about 12,,to 80 kbps and it is not consistant...then i ask in customer care office ,, they reply that it is because of network but when i check network,,it was full network.....so please solve this problem fast otherwise i have to go consumer forum.and register the complain...

                            BSNL — Poor service and faulty modems

                            Attention commercial officer, JC and concerned office. I am a BSNL Broadband unlimited home plan user. customer ID [protected], Acc No [protected]. this mail is to bring to the notice o[censored]nresponsive and disorganised office of BSNL musheerabad sector that in-spite of me making numerous complaints about the no Internet service at my residing house they have failed to solve the issue. i paid in full for the WiFi modem and Internet service in the month of Nov 2010 and i haven't had the service till mid of Dec 2010. BSNL blamed the delay on lack of availability of WiFi modem. Later BSNL provided me with a used WiFi modem which stopped working after few weeks and after repeated complaints BSNL fixed a so called new modem [ it was not in any sealed package or came with any guarantee]. at this point i didn't care much if it was a new modem or not as i am sick of complaining. how ever to my disbelief the so called new modem stopped working. all in all i am left with a faulty modem worth 1800Rs, no Internet service for more than one month in the three month period i have been with BSNL, lot of frustration and disrespect for the government sector services. i am sorry to have come to conclusion that my wish to be a part of government service user in a way to strengthen the work force of BSNL instead of some private company proved wrong and unfortunately i have to join the group pro privatization. BSNL i paid you and you work for the customer and live of the customer pay not the other way.if you have any ethics please provide me with a new modem rather than asking me to visit different locations to get one. Thank you

                            I have purchased a USB 3G Modem from BSNL Office Mo Road Trichur Kerala but when i have a complaint about the product i find the following irregularities.I kindly request your good office to take necessary action at the earliest.
                            1.The vision teck is marketing their product unauthorisely utilising the ground floor of the BSNL office and their peoples pretending as BSNL staff and directing peoples to various sections Hence peoples are purchasing their product considering that this is a product recommended by BSNL.Thus they are deteriorating the good will and reputation that BSNL earned through years of customer satisfaction.2.Take strong action against the company for utilising the BSNL office for marketing their products and people responsible for this irregularity and ask the company to pay money back to those customers they are not satisfied with the product on surrendering the same

                                  Iam getting SMSs from 52906 (or[protected] and 1 Re is deducted from my prepaid balance everyday for this. I never subscribed for any such service. Please let me know how to get rid of this problem.

                                  I am getting a sloka chant meaage from 50906001 for which Rs.1/- id deducted everyday. It is more than 20 days for now.
