MY BROADBAND LINE CONNCTIVITY 'ADSL' LINE CLOSED ON 06/08/2010 8.15 AM, I BOOKED MY COMPLAIN ON 198 / 27481260 WITHIN HALF AN HOUR FROM THE PROBLEM OCCURE, I DONE PERSONNALY VISIT TO THE NARANPURA TELEPHONE EXCHANGE ON 11.00 AM BUT TILL TIME 07/08/2010 3.38 PM MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AT ALL, I LOST MY BUSINESS INCOME FOR 06/08/2010, I HAVE SHRE TRADING SUB BROKERSHIP MY DAILY INCOME IS RS 3000 , IT IS NOT A MATTER BUT THE COMPETITION AND AFTER ALL I AM THE RESPONSIBLE TO MY CLIENT AND THERE TRADE . YOUR DEPARTMENT NOT GIVEN ANY PRIORITY , AND WORTHLESS RESPONSE FOR ME, MY CONTACT NO IS [protected], 27491014, IF ANY REASON I MISSED TO PAY MY BILL ON DUE DATE , THEN WHAT IS YOUR DEPARTMENT BEHAVE TO ME?????

my lamd line telephone[protected] is dead since 02/08/10, i have registerd complaint on BSNL toll free number 168, and met personnaly in department office MIDC Tarapur with concern person twice, but still my phone line is dead. non of the action is taken by BSNL.
In our MIDC tarapur, dist thane, MS area, the services provided BSNL are very bed.
No action on most of the complaints, and people returning their instrument return back to BSNL.
Even big companies also suffering from trouble.
Will there be improvement in situation?

I registered for Do Not Disturb (DND) in Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) a few months back. For the details, i had called the customer care and as per their instructions i sent a message in the format needed and i received mail saying that my request was confirmed. But i never got the complaint number; which they were supposed to give within utmost 10 days. (For other service providers you will get it in matter of seconds).

A DND request is supposed to be active within a maximum of 45 days. As it did not happen i tried registering again with no result.

The problem is that you cant even complaint about your DND activation because you wont get a complaint number when you register which is needed for DND activation complaints.

And then now off late i think BSNL do not deploy customer service officers anymore. The customer service number is [protected] which is an automated service which is supposed to redirect us to a customer service officer on following the instructions. But it will never connect or there will not be any officers for helping us.

The tele was noisy for last 30 days or so and became very noisy for last 15 days. a complaint was lodged about two weeks back. after about 3/4 days one lineman contacted us on same noisy tele with an assurance that he would rectify the same immediately but might take maximum 1 or 2 days.Nothing happened and last four days the tele is totally 'Dead'.the complaint No is - R 6439.
May I request BSNL fault control staff or the resposible officials to kindly take action to put the Tele on road!
I am sure the action will be taken within a reasonable period - say 2/3 days maximum or I am asking for too much???

I had applied to transfer my BSNL landline from my family house to my new house, ie, three house before my family house. I applied now more than two months ago but i haven't get the connection till now.

I am working in Dubai, and during my vaccation I went personally to the Eloor Telephone Exchange and submitted the application to the JTO and she assured me our staff will come to your area and do the needful as soon as possible. Again I went two times to her office during my vaccation time. Now my wife and kids are alone in the house. She also called the office many times and went personally to the office. Before they told her they will come and transfer soon, then they told her transfer of the landline is not possible now because we donot have service cable, after 45 days they called and informed her we will provide new cordless connection with new number. she told her we want the same number and we have the broadband connection also.

Eventhough we have mobile connection most of the time we are using the land line, and internet facility.

Now more than two months we are paying the landline bill and the broadband bill

Kindly do the needful to transfer my landline connection.

I purchased a BSNL 3G USB modem from BSNL telephone exchange on 3 august 2010 against cash payment of Rs. 2500/- and used a 2G sim for 2 days. On 5 August I purchased a 3G sim and got it recharged and activated with total payment of Rs 180. When I used it on 3G modem, I got only 200MB free usage against the 6 GB plan advertised on BSNL website. According to BSNL promotional offer, those customers purchasing USB data card from BSNL and use 3G sim and get it activated get 1GB/Day and 5 GB/Night free usage for a period of 2 months from the date of purchase.

The cost of this plan otherwise would be Rs 606 per month. So I get Rs 1212 free internet usage from BSNL. But I have not been provided with this facility. So I want to register a cheating/fraud and denial of service charges against the company.

When I called 123 from my BSNL mobile no. the automated response came that 3G has not been activated on my mobile. While from the exchange computer, it shows to be activated. The customer care executive Mr. Prashant told that once my complete documents were faxed to main office, I will get the service. But officials at BSNL denied any such conditions.

The SDE at yamunanagar division told that they have not received any official letter from BSNL regarding any such offer and if it were so, it should've been automatically activated.

So I want to register a complaint, ask BSNL to provide this plan for 2 months or Refund the value of amount Rs 1212 or at the worst refund my amount of Rs 2500 and take the USB modem back.

Dear All,

BSNL is not good at customer satisfaction. None of there employees are good at work to generate [censored] reports.

Last month on 26 july 2010 i have fixed a new BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION at my home looking a very exiting scheme. But from that day onwards i ma not able to use mu net regular fro 1 hour.

I have informed it to there customer center by not one hasent yet arrieved to solve it.

Even no. provided by BSNL for complaints is fake

I am getting daily messages from the service 52906001 in the name of sloka-chant and deducting Re.1/ per day. I want to stop this message further. I sent a message as UNSUB ALL to 52906. Sir,I was taken wll connection on 20/04/2009 for internet use,But due to technical reason of BSNl, i was not geeting Internet facility,I therefore converted this connection into BSNL Broadband .In this case also i was deprived from service for two or three months due to cable cable break down.Though SDE(Hojai)&DE(Nagaon) was concern about this matter ,unfortunately i have receive bill of entire period.I complain about this matter but i yet not get posetive responce.Therefor please enquire all this matter and provide me a correct Bill.

I am a BSNL land line customer from Tripura, Santir bazar. the land line(BSNL postpaid) was most of time dissconnected condition in a month. Last month we complaint near about 7 - 8 time. and never we find un-interrupted connection but because of post paid connection every month we gave the monthly charges for that, after complaining several times it will not work till today. our no is [protected]

Good morning sir,
I am mailing from Arni , Vellore Region . Last February month I brought U 100 Nic card worth of Rs.2876. I paid this amount in one installment. From march to may I paid my monthly fixed charges of Rs.250+26=276 on every month. But from beginning every bill denoting EVDO plan . As per this plan BSNL sent the bill of Rs. 550 on April , Rs. 1984 on may and finally Rs.3418 on june month usages. But my plan is NIC CARD FIXED MONTHLIY CHARGES OF RS. 276 ONLY. Then I informed to Arni BSNL, they told, “ this problem comes regularly to every customers, so pay an amount as per your plan of Rs.276.00.” So I informed vellore circle office, they told problem comes from the Arni BSNL and vellore circle office is not responsible. Every time bill indicates I didn’t pay the single amount (3 months bill I already paid but it is fully misplaced). So I need to pay only Rs. 276 for June month usage of NIC CARD.
And vellore circle office staff told me , the documents indicates I didn’t paid the EVODO modem purchase charges. I purchased only NIC CARD from your BSNL . How I pay EVODO purchase charges. BSNL needs to avoid this wrong billing amount.
This problem also happened to my friend but he informed to Vellore office then they billing for Rs.276 for every month.

BSNL landlene meter reading service implemented with no. 1501 is not working since the last one month at ernakulam

I have registered in NDNC data base. Inspite of that I am continueously getting Unsolicited Commercial Communication.

For example, I got a call from mobile No. [protected] at 13.43 hrs on 02.08.2010 trying to explain me the various schemes and financial plans of State Bank of India.

Please help me to avoid all this and register this request as complaint .

Dear sir,

I have at present broad band connection under package Home 500 limited download However, I applied for upgradation of the same with home-650 unlimitted download during the month of Jul 2010.. My Phone number is 2554538 and completed formalties by payment requisite fees at your office,Near Autonagar,Vijayawada.. They promised to implement the same with effect from 01 Aug 2010. But it is found the scheme is implemented till now. Please look into the matter and do the favour at the earliest.

Now neither BSNL or payment gateway manager is giving any initiative to recover this amount.
This HDFC patment gateway is is being authorised by Bsnl in there internet bill payment service and now they are ignoring there responsiblity.
