I AM SUBSCRIBER OF BSNL AT VILLAGE DOLKHAMB, TAL. SHAHAPUR, DIST. THANE - 421601. MY TELEPHONE #[protected] WITH UNLIMITED PLAN OF BROAD BAND @ RS.750/-. MOST OF THE TIME THE TELEPHONE IS OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO POOR MAINTENENCE OF SHAHAPUR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE PERSONNELS. IN LAST MONTH WHEN MY PHONE PLAYING TAPE DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF BILLS, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. SO FAR I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL BY POST OR OTHERWISE. WHEN I PERSONALLY CONTACTED THE SHAHAPUR EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINED THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BILL AND ALL OF A SUDDEN MY PHONE & BROADBAND WAS DISCONTINUED WITHOUT GIVING ME PRE-INTIMATION ON PHONE ATLEAST. WHEN I RECEIVE DUPLICATE BILL, THE BILL ONLY SHOWED OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS.3,209/- TILL THEN I HARDLY PROVIDED ME THE SERVICE ONLY FOR 35 HOURS WITHIN A PERIOND OF 2 MONTHS. SO I PAID THE BILL " UNDER PROTEST" THEN STARTED SENDING COMPLAINTS TO BSNL'S OFFICE AT KALYAN. NO RESPONSE AND REPLY FROM BSNL AS YET. NOW I AM FEARING THIS MONTH ALSO I AM NOT IN RECEIPT OF BILL, AND THEY MAY DISCONTINUE MY SERVICE AT ANY TIME DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF BILLS. FOR THIS POOR AND INEFFICIENT SERVICES OF MTNL PARTICULARLY IN RURAL AREA, I SENT SEVERAL COMPLAINTS FROM SHAHAPUR EXCHANGE TO KALYAN DISTRCIT OFFICE AND MAHARASHTRA CIRCLE AT SANTACRUZ MUMBAI THROUGH E-MAIL AND BY POST. NO BODY GIVEN ANY HID TO MY COMPLAINTS SO I STARTED SENDING COMPLAINTS TO BSNL HEAD QUARTERS AT SANCHAR BHAVAN, NEW DELHI. BUT OF NO USE.
IF THE BSNL IS NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE QUALITY SERVICES TO ITS SUBSCRIBERS, THEN WHY THEY SPEND CRORES OF RUPEES ON ATTRACTIVE ADVERTISEMENTS ? SOME INNOVATIVE PLANS THEY DECLARE THEREIN. BUT THE OFFICIALS AND PERSONNELS OF BSNL TAKING MORE THAN A LAKH RUPEES SALARY PER MONTH, AND THEY D0 NOT PERFROM THEIR DUTIES HONESTLY, THIS ASPECT LEADS TO TOTAL DISHONESTY OF THE BSLN STAFF RIGHT FROM HIGHEST LEVEL TO LOCAL WORKMAN.
THAT IS WHY THE SUBSCRIBERS KEEP AWAY FROM BSNL SERVICES AND DIVERT THEMSELVES TO PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS. THIS ASPECT IS SHAMEFUL ON THE PART OF THE BSNL OFFICIALS. IF I INFER THAT ALL THE TOP BOSSES OF BSNL HAVE BEEN PURCHASED BY THE PRIVATE TELECOM SERVICE PROVIDERS, IN ORDER TO BOOST THEIR PRIVATE BUSINESS. SO LARGE SCALE CORRUPTION AND DERELICTION OF DUTIES OF THE OFFICIALS IS THE MAIN CAUSE OF THE POOREST SERVICES OF BSNL. THERE IS ZERO TRANSPERANCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY HAS BEEN SPREAD IN THE OFFICIALS OF BSNL.
SO THE A.O.T.R. KALYAN DISTRICT, BSNL IS HEREBY REQUESTED TO SEND THE BILLS IN ADVANCE TO ALL THE RURAL SUBSCRIBERS. SO THEY SHALL BE ABLE TO PAID THEIR BILLS IN TIME AND SAVE FROM ILLEGAL, IMPROPER, IMMORAL DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES IN FUTURE.

    hear there is availability of evdo's but no tower in vizag
    i'm in area mvp,sector 11 ...it is within the city only.....
    but i'm not even getting cdma 1X signals also.......
    what can i do with that device .........

      I have complain to BSNL for auto deduction of balance complain No. 4113386 dated 17.07.2010 this complaint also forworded day to day due to problem still there and balance deduct daily, and again complaint today complain No. 4149674 dated 29.07.2010 bsnl customer executive said your first complaint solved then i asked to bsnl why balance deduction contineou today 31.40 deduct balance. I am also asked to bsnl change the bsnl Sim or Handset. There is no perfect reply from that end daily tell me your problel will solve as soon as possible . But today i have approximate Rs 150 lost from our balance.
      kindly do the need ful as soon as possible avoid the wrong/ Auto deduction of balance

        my self binesh kumar singh using bsnl mobile no. [protected] but i am fully unsatisfied with your bogus service. Although i have invested a good amount into it say Rs. 2800. now either you improve your service of your tower tajpur dehama (ghazipur) up, or refund my balance that i may get another mobile connection.

          I have been using BSNL DataOne broadband service for about 4 years now. Once in about a year it will give some major problem. This time the service didn't work and I have been running pillar to post to get it to work but without success.

          I have logged complaints twice with their customer service. I have also gone and visited their engineer in-charge Mr. Deshpande of Karve Road branch. Every few days I will get a call from them asking whether the issue is resolved and if not then they will send a service engineer but no one had come.

          Today a service person came and he said that maybe the ADSL modem I got from BSNL (for which I am paying a monthly rent of Rs100) might be faulty and I should take it to the BSNL branch and get it inspected. I asked him whether he could do this as he is the BSNL person but he said that he does not have the necessary equipment. Now I will need to carry this to their office at their office times which isn't easy. See my note below.

          When I had gone to the BSNL broadband centre at Karve Road Telephone office to meet Mr. Deshpande then no one had come there till even 10:30am. First person came in around 10:45 to 11am. They will close early in evening and have break for lunch. Its not easy to logde a complaint on the phone too as most of the times they will not pick it up. Its very frustrating.

            I have lost my BSNL sim (No.-[protected]) from Obra sonebhadra since between Jun-2010 to July 2010(Date not confirmed) and i could not lounge any FIR but i have find out that some use that SIM.

            So we request you to solve my problem because the sim is on my mother's ID Proof.

              After many hactic followups and complaint regrading My BSNL landline no[protected] to telephone exchanges, No action has been taken. I had arround 15 -16 conversation with concern person at [protected] and [protected] and always get only one response that we are working to rectifying the underline cable.

              My Telephone no is dead since last 25 days and this is long period.

                I cannot excess broadband internet usage,
                By loging in SELF CARE they are providing username and password but while logging it is not taking the same, it is continously failing while logging.BSNL complaints landline (1957,1500) not able to resolve any sort of complaints even giving ticket no.(dockit no.4610214. complaint lodge on 20 july)
                ,If the comlaint is not taken care then there will be no option but to disconnect the line, kindly provide the correct IDS.

                  i have opted for the bsnl brodband plan 250 and paid the full one year charges in advance for the period 1st june 2010 to may2011 on dated 08 june 2010 as per their demand note of even date. the plan was operationalised on dated 11 june 2010. the user portal start showing the active plan as bb250. under this plan 1 gb freedownload/upload is being offerd by the bsnl. a alert message was displayed when i reached the 1 gb free limit. theafter i stop using brodband. the bsnl erroneously issued me the usage charges bill for Rs 683 by souo moto converting my plan to postpaid bb125. when full one year charges paid in advance the question of post paid does not arise. june 2010 bill was prepared on dated 4th july2010 whereas advance paid on dated 08the june. the bsnl official does not pay any heed on plea.my telephone no is 2306144.

                  Broadband services — Segment change

                  My phone no is[protected]. I had asked for segment change from commercial to domestic as the line has been used only for domestic purpose. The connection was mistakenly classified as commercial at the time of installation itself by your staff. It was notified only when i wanted to switch over to the 750/ scheme. Despite repeated reminders no purposeful effort has been made to make the change. Each time i contact, i was told to wait till the next billing session for past 2 months. hence early action is awaited

                  bsnl/broadband connection — EXCESS CHARGES ON BROADBAND USAGE

                  I AM HAVING BSNL TELEPHONE NO:24150221 WITH BROADBAND CONNCTION UNDER PLAN HOME500C WITH 1.5GB FREE USAGE.TILL APRIL,09 I WAS CHARGED ONLY THE MINIMUM OF RS.500/00 ONLY + SERVICE TAX.FROM MAY,09 TO JULY,09 I AM GETTING EXCESS CHARGES FOR MY BROADBAND USAGE.IN THE JULY,09 MONTH FOR THE USAGE OF 79HOURS 45MINUTES AN AMOUNT OF RS.3361/35 IS CHARGED WHICH IS VERY MUCH ON THE HIGHER SIDE.WHEN I APPROACHED THE COMMERCIAL OFFICER OF SAROORNAGAR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE FOR PROPER DETAILS I WAS ADVISED TO SEE THE DETAILS ATbb service.bsnl.in ltd internet dotsoft reports.WHEN I TRIED TO SEE THE DETAILS AT bb service.bsnl.in THE WEB PAGE IS NOT AT ALL OPENING.I AM AT LOSS WHAT TO DO FURTHER EXCEPT TO SURRENDER MY CONNECTION.I HAVE ALSO GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON 18/07/09 FOR WHICH THERE WAS NOT A RESPONSE.FOR KIND INFORMATION AND FURTHER ADVICE PLEASE.SD.K.GANESH.

                  BSNL Broadband — EXCESSIVE CHARGES ON BROADBAND USAGE

                  I AM FROM HYDERABAD (AC GUARDS). I AM USING BROAD BAND SINCE 2 YEARS. THIS MONTH WAS CHARGED RS. 6000/- AMOUNT ON USAGE OF BROAD. MY NORMAL AVERAGE BILL WAS AROUND 1000/- . PLEASE SEND ME DETAILED REPORT ON THIS.

                  This is to bring to your attention that the rates for the Broadband have been revised from your end since last two months as i am given to understand from one of your Area Sales Managers .Still your website still displays the old rates whereby which i have been paying extra for no reason.

                  I have changed my plans just last month and i am being charged at Rs 7000/- plus taxes for a 2mbps unlimited plan. Whereas the rates were then around Rs 2300/- approx. I feel cheated by your company as it amounts to deliberately hiding facts for petty gains of few thousand rupees.

                  I request you to look into the matter and refund me the excess amount asap .

                  BSNL — Excess Broadband Charges

                  I have been charged Rs 444.89 (+S.T.) in my Bill dated 19.11.10 extra for broadband charges..i have used within the free limites...BSNL has updated its software..bill for the August was not generated...so August Usages was added in october usage..and i was charged extra...many customer are facing the same problem..i have submitted the necessary application and usages details at the concern office..but still they say that it will be approved by the higher authority...

                    I am a subsciber of BSNL land line with broadband connection, my land line number is[protected].
                    My name is Rasheed, and working in Dubai. I changed my accommadation from my family house to a new house, before that i submit an application to transfer my telephone line to my new house and i went three times directly to the Eloor exchange and talk with the JTO. Now my wife and two kids alone in my house and still my landline in my family house only. Now it is two months passed, still there is no action. My wife is calling the office and their reply is no cable, we are busy with other faults and connection which is given before your application. I explained to her it is not too far it is only after three house only and we will provide the cable also. Today JTO call me and told they will provide cordless phone with different number. My wife explanined to her last two months we are waiting and paying the bills and we want the same number.

                    I am state government employee, worked in State Fire & Resuce Service and on leave for five years leave without pay and working in dubai. Land line and internet is very much essential for us.

                    So i humbly request you to take necessary action in this regard immediatly

                      i have booked a complain for BSNL broadband not working on 15-07-10 complain no 2 dtd 15-07-10.After one one week of waiting period I have visited Kalyanpur exchange for quick repair and found that none is working for this complain.From 22/7 to 27/7 continuousily I have visited MDF section but in no vain . Today on 27/7 they have told me that it is beyond there limit. Pls go and talk to GM kanpur ([protected]).

                      Is it not possible for me to chase up all the way where cause laying

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had internet broadband connection on my Land Line No. 2595040. I submitted application for disconnection of the broadband from my phone on 29 May, 2010 at BSNL office Nehru Place, Indore; Madhya Pradesh, but I have received my telephone bill with bill for broadband connection for the month of June, 2010.

                        I approached the Nehru Place Office of BSNL for correction of bill, but none of the BSNL officers is willing to correct it. I have got the receipt for submission of my application for broad band connection and, today, produced a copy of receipt to DGM, BSNL.

                        Sir, the BSNL officials are still demanding application for disconnection. Since the BSNL did not perform its responsibility and did not disconnect the broadband connection in the month of May why should I be victimized by asking for another application for disconnection of broadband? My phone was dead for many days and I did not use a single MB of internet after submission of my application.

                        You are requested to take urgent and necessary action by instructing the concerned BSNL staff and guide me as to how I should proceed further.

                          9 BSNL agrees to repair the faults within 24 hours of receipt of complaint from a subscriber wherever technically feasible;

                          Please enquire in to matter and solve my problem as early as possible.

                            Hi I am Upendra Singh and my mobile No. is .[protected].My service provider (BSNL) has actvated for MVDO service without my consent and charged first time Rs.15.00 and after complane again charged Rs. 30.00 from my account. Please help me to deactivate this service and refund my money if possible.

                            An unwanted MVDO service is activated in my Mobile number [protected] without any prior request. Further, as a charge, facilitator delebrately cut a sum of Rs. 30 per month. Please do the needful for deactivation of the same.I am in tence with this activation.
                            HAI! MY GSM RELIANCE MOBILE NO. IS [protected]. I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. I FULLY AGREE WITH THE ABOVE SAID COMMENTS. I HAVE'NT SEEN THIS TYPE WOREST NETWORK IN INDIA. WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT THEY ACTIVATING THE SERVICE AND DEDUCTING THE AMOUNT. NOW I DECIDED TO USE THE NUMBER FOR INCOMING PURPOSE ONLY.
                            The charges of Rs.30/- are being deducted from my phone as well regarding which I lodged Complaint with BSNL on[protected] and today on[protected]. The MVDO charges are deducted from no.58558 though no such service is subscribed to from my phone no.[protected].

                              On 23/06/2010 Rs.15/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance for subsribing to get news from 56505 without any authorisation from me and sms news started to come to my mobile. On 21/07/2010 I got a SMS from 56505 'Dear subscriber your national news pack willbe nenewed on 23/07/2010. To deactivate send CAN NEWS to 56505. I send the SMS CAN NEWS to 56505 immediately and got one SMS that your are not subcribed for this service. Then on 23/07/2010 again Rs.15/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance, which is not justified. Please help. My Mobile No. is [protected]

                                As advertised by BSNL in news paper that broad band services will be provided quickly to the rural area like thane district.please note that around 50 employees of reputed organisation as Bhabha Atomic Research centre Tarapur has put up their application to the local MIDC telephone exchange Boisar.As enquired,it was revealed by local area manager that there is no availibility of capcity of installing more no. of broad band connection.Capacity has to be inhanced by installing some type of equipment in the exchange.This type of explanation has been repeated no. of times since last two months.As BARC is the well known scintific institution ,broad band services is essential and daytoday requirement of an employee of DAE colonies at boisar .Hence you are requisted to enhanced the capacity to satisfy the the demand as advertised by you time to time.

                                In-spite of several requests and six months after the surrender of the landline connection, caution deposit is not paid back.

                                      I am M.S. Chandrasekaran working as Librarian in Central Polytechnic College, Chennai-113. I am a State Government employee. I availed broadband connection in the month of May 2010 and have received three bills since then. I have paid the dues for the first two bills and received the third bill with bill No. [protected], dt. 10/07/2010 for Rs. 682/-. It was confirmed while providing connection, that being a Government servent I am eligible for 20% discount on each bill value. But in the bills I have received so far, there is no indication that I am provided with such a concession. While submitting application for broadband connection I have submitted the proof for Government employee. My consumer No: [protected]. I request that the concession may be made available to me in the future as well as past and present bills.

                                      BSNL landline connection with broadband unlimited — Not allowing discount available to Government employees

                                      My telephone no is[protected]. I have recently upgraded my broadband service connection. I am a Central Government PSU employee and have submitted the required details and certificate to that effect to the telephone authorities in Kothrud area (customer care centre) while applying the upgradation to unlimited plus service The same was recorded by them as communicated to me in person by concerned staff. However, the benefit of discount available to government employees was not passed on to me so far despite the promise given by concerned officer in Billing section that it will be adjusted in next bill. So far I have received 3 bills after upgradation. I, therefore reqest you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for payment of discount or adjustment of discount.

                                      BSNL Broadband — no 20% concession to govt servant

                                      I have got a broadband connection in February, 2010.I am serving as an associate professor in a govt. college.Inspite of depositing all doccuments I am not given 20% in my bill.My Ph. [protected]

                                      I am B.Geetha Kumari working as Draughsman Grade III in CCW Air & T.V, Saidapet, Chennai 600 014. I am a Central Government employee. I availed broadband connection in the month of January 2012 and have received bills since then. I have paid the dues for all the bills and received the last bilk for the period 01.07.2012 & 31.07.2012 shows an amount of Rs.654/- to be paid by me. 682/-. It was confirmed while providing connection, that being a Government servent I am eligible for 20% discount on each bill value. But in the bills I have received so far, there is no indication that I am provided with such a concession. While submitting application for broadband connection I have submitted the proof for Government employee.                                         My telephone number is[protected] becomes out of order once or twice in a month in a routine way without fail.This trouble is prevailing since last 2 years.In these days my telephone number is out of order since 15 days.

                                        It is not possible for me to go Rajendra nagar telephone exchange once or twice in a month to book a complaint.

                                        May, I request you kindly look into my problem sympathetically and kindly got the landline connection converted into WLL connection.

                                        If it is not possible then get my telephone disconnected and intimate me immeadiately so that i may think for another option.

                                        My telephone bill is being regularly paid in due time.

                                        I am also suffering from this type of case. I Have closed my conection but still they send bill regularly.
                                        Try to meet Zonal Offier of BSNL because junior level employee in bsnl are not doing their duty well. They are blaming to other.
                                        And In future chose another Operator avoid BNSL (Bakwaas Operator)
