I want to deactivate the bsnl cricket alarm services 51234030 & jokes message 56505 which got automatically activated.Customer /BSNL support services is very poor & unable to resolve the problem.For cricket alart, since last 3 months I had called sevaral times the information given by them proved wrong and still these services have not been deactivated.
Kindly look into this matter and help me got the services deactivated as...

From last 2 months i am facing very bad internet service.

I have also spoken to a lady who identified herself as Secretary to the General Manager today morning but till now nothing has happened.

I want immediate redressal of my complaint as i am not able to call my partners overseas due to which my business is suffering...

The broadband usage cannot be viewed, earlier the usage can be accessed from bsnlportal whereas when they change the site they have not informed to the customer about the change and after enquired from the help desk they have given the site address http:selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in, but the site cant be opened after number of attempts.
