Subject : Please I have Internet Broad band connection , its not working from past 22 days , even I try to complain at[protected] ,[protected]!? My Telephone Number =[protected] ,Cell [protected] and internet connection is at this telephone[protected]
= and my address at 23 AA Kishan pole Udaipur –Raj , 313001 ,INDIA ,sir I am paying 900 Indian rupees per months of this internet services and I am facing problems form BSNL –Udaipur people those are BJP=RSS mentality ,
. Now BSNL –Udaipur Rajasthan sent me bill also for internet where I paid them 900 Indian rupees with out any use from past 16 days !!?? this all these doing to provide all BSNL connections to private companies =reliance ,Tata ,Idea ,Airtel ,b’se they are providing lacks of Indian rupees to BSNL officers , for this only , to put problem in BSNL customer =Government of Indian enterprises , in such a way that they must left this services =BSNL and join reliance ,Tata ,Idea, Airtel !?? they are corrupt also ,not good worker , doing problems to customers !!?? not accepting complain at telephones =[protected] ,[protected]!? These both are BJP=RSS mentality BSNL officers !!?? this is extra earn then there salaries from, BSNL =government of India !!??

Please I have Internet Broad band connection , its not working from past 16 days =10+6 days !!?? as its modem is going automatic off , after few minutes of its start by three green lights , I think its done from BSNL ,Karshii mandii -Udaipur Rajasthan ,313001 , Branch some BJP=RSS =Hindu mentality people !!? to put me in tension !!?
While as a gentleman I have to pay 900 Indian rupees month for internet from past 1.7 years with out any !??
Please see this matter as per your attention and ,provide me relief from such technician ,officers =BJP=RSS =from Jobs as soon as possible !!?? sir I am not able to put complain at 198 B’se at my telephone I am not getting voice to put complain for Internet !!?? that also did by corrupt BSNL officers of Udaipur Rajasthan India those are BJP-=RSS mentality and getting lacks of Indian rupees from private companies reliance ,Tata ,Idea, Airtel ! for this only , this these people are saying me from past 16 days that we will not accept complain on telephone and emails, we will accept complain only at 198 !! while from My telephone[protected] I am not able to complain fro internet !! I try from past 16 days about 50 times I failed !!??

Sir,
My telephone No.[protected] is not working for last four days.On 19th July 2010; I registered a complaint in Vennala Telephone Exchange ( complaint: no:O. 498). Today( 21st) the matter was brought to the notice of the Div. Engineer, telephonically ( to tel.no 2348600).
Last month also my telephone went out of order and it was repaired only the on fifth day of registering the complaint at the Vennala Exchange.
I request to expedite action to repair my telephone.

My name is Dinesh and i have complained regarding my mother's mobile number [protected] with BSNL customer car. But i did not get any response. My mom's mobile balance went to a negative balance of -9.68. The customer care agent says that it is for outgoing call. Another agent says that it is for some service. My question is how would the balance go to negative for a local call that i made from my home town. Also i have written about this to the nodal officers.Still i have not received any reply from them too.

Last time i faced the same kind of problem for my network issues. Even then i did not get a reply from the nodal officers. After escalating to the next level i got it resolved. I am totally fed up of this netword,the customer care officers and the nodal officers. I would like you to have this complaint registered on upon them on behalf of all BSNL customers who face the same problem

I am facing this problem for several days and I am frustrated .I am being forced to put this compaint on this website due to the service provided by the bsnl broadband customer service ie.. the helpline numbers of bsnl are always busy

Problem:-- My speed of broadband is very low and sometimes the websites do not open .It is happening to everyone in our area. They are charging us monthly bills but they are not providing us the service in other words which i mean to say...I am getting 20kbps speed instead of 60 kbps which is a lot os difference .I Have attached 2 pics .Please have a look

Calls/SMS after activation of DO NOT DISTURB
I am using BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected] and I had already activated DND services by sending sms START DND to 1909 on[protected] and also on[protected] but I am getting promotional messages and calls from BSNL.(Example messages from BT-BSNL, BT-59595, BT-1263003, BT-55666 ETC.) I am very puzzled that no action has been initiated even after 45 days of waiting period. Kindly look into the matter.

The broadband usage cannot be viewed, earlier the usage can be accessed from bsnlportal whereas when they change the site they have not informed to the customer about the change and after enquired from the help desk they have given the site address http:selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in, but the site cant be opened after number of attempts. It seems the user friendly becomes tension creature.

The complaint was launched with bsnl butibory nagpur office, which is located in panjari dist. nagpur tal. nagpur, maharashtra. the butibory exchange comes under bsnl nagpur exchange. several written and oral complaints made to bsnl butibory/ nagpur officer and even toke to manager in bsnl nagpur. but from top to bottom all officers are not really interested in attending my complaint. on checking with bsnl nagpur office we got the same answer which we got almost one month back that bsnl do not have any technician to attend. i had launched complaint with bsnl butibori / nagpur officer, but of no use. what surprising that i am asked to pay rental charges even when my landline is not working from last 1 month.

I have registered complaint with BSNL office, Tambaram for my telephone line not working before a week and I have not received any response from them so far. Also, I tried reaching all the numbers provided in the site below for enquire, sub divisonal engineer and engineer.

Line does not go to any of them or they dont pick it up. This is really irritating. I am paying the rent for the line for the month and I am unable to use the service nor somebody is responding to this.

Please help me solve this issue at the earliest

my mothers phone no.2224383 is not working since 05/07/2010 and despite several complaints it has not been repaired
instead if we call this number phone is being picked at some other number which means my line has been connected to some other house which is leading to misuse of my phone

Useless BSNLbroadband can close their broadband business and go to hell. I have taken broadband connection[protected] from them on 2007; for the past 3 weeks i am facing heavy DNS resolving issues; means not able to browse most of the websites; seems to be bsnl peer links with international service providers; are not good; i can recive only page cannot be displayed for most of the websites which is from other autonomos dont even know what they are doing why govt paying salary for them; from people's money; BSNL should be privatized; Freedom india technology needed in this time.

Please rectify the issue arising in online payment with the innocent landline customer.
I have registered the account through your said procedure and added my telephone number([protected]) then
I tried but your site displaying the “No outstanding bill due”
Or you are not allowing still to pay online.
Also bill is not forwarded still to pay manually which was previously dispatched regularly.
Please guide me or direct your people to act on it or should I roam around for the matter around Visakhapatnam.
Or else I will blog it and publish it in all online news and also forward the same to consumer court of India.
After all customer should not suffer to stand in long queue for just paying the just bill which is possible in online.
Are Customer paying for that same to give service to you or to get service from you directly or indirectly.
Please verify the same why is it happening with all the time with customers only.

How can they billed ? Plz . do the needful for my this problem .

Dear sir, 1)i have registered complaint in BSNL Prepaid service regarding extra cost cutting on Dated 18.06.2010 wide complaint no.3994600. till date i have not received any viever of tha same. 2) i have activated ACT 13 plan on 18.06.2010 and amount Rs. 13 will be charged after that i have send the massages Rs. 2/- per sms will be company had charged (plan 1ps per SMS).3) i have registered request DACT 13 on 07.10.2010 and message has been received from BSNL than after company had Charged Rs. 13/- Extra why...?

unhone jama karne se ye kehkar mana kar diya ki abhi computer pe load
nhi kiya gaya h or ye district office se hoga. Main phir district

I am a subscriber BSNL landline and internet connection under Kaniyapuram

subdivision of the Trivandrum rural..My telephone is +[protected]. I am not

receiving telephone bill of May,June month. But the highest bill rate came on

month of April,May,June and July. Please confirm this month of the actual

bill amount and to take the necessary action to retun the paid amount.


I want the detailed bill of these months.
