Dear Sir,
We are living in Gomathi nagar, near tiruvellore.Now a days the 3G internet speed is VERY VERY SLOW in our area.Lot of students is affected because of this. We are getting only 40kbps spped only. Please take necessary action for this.

we have also same problem in nitk, surathkal, karnataka,
upload speed is only 4kBps and download is 20kBps. i paid 4200rs and i am getting GPRS speed.
I am from Madurai, the 3G speed of BSNL is very slow and when tested online it shows only 40kbps, it was better when i took the new connection 2months back. Now after purchasing this BSNL 3G usb modem, i have returned my earlier Data card from other service provider. I dont know what are they doing, at BSNL? The new minister is also trying to patch up the earlier telecom scam and he wont have time to look into all these issues..I hope someone takes someremedial action on theses issues.

i am from Patna kankarbagh pin code 800020, the BSNL 3G net work is very weak sometimes it gives 1signal sometimes zero
i'm a bsnl costumer and i'm using bsnl 3g.
but speed is not come. it's a 3g but not work like 3g there is no signals. when 3g is not connect i'm work as 2g but i'm paying 3g services.

    Dear Sir,

    My telephone no.[protected] is lying dead and non-operative since last one week and I am also not able to log comlaint on-line due to system problem([protected]) is not woking since long and always gives recorded message " telehone is busy kindly contact latter". So,I went to Patel Nagar Telephone exchange to record Complaint on 10/07/10 personaly at 3.00 p.m, but to my surprise there was no body or no system to record defect Complaint and there was no-register kept so that in emergency defect can be recorded.
    Kindly look into customer problems which are not considered important and every body take rightfull pleasure of their services with-out considering that all money for their wages has beeen paid by poor-customer.
    This lethargy in BSNL may please be addressed and staff should be lealised to perform systematic job requirements.

      Effective from July 08, 2010. afternoon, all call services i.e outgoing and incomming have been bared without prior notice. Though I have balance in my account of Rs,. 34 and above and services will expire on 23/10/2010 and validity expire on 12/11/2010. The SIM was bought from O/o GMTD, Allahabad after fulfilling all the requirement and submitting proof of Identity and proof of address. The Mobile No. is [protected]

      For 4 day I may be missing may call which are very important for me.

        I Mr. Brahmeswara rao working in State Bank of Hyderabad, a Old customer obtained connection at warangal(Andhra Pradesh) would like to bring to your kind notice regarding non-refund of deposit amount even after 9 months. I got connection of BSNL land line on 12/03/1999 against payment of Rs.3000/- deposit and my telephone No. is [protected]

        I also got connection of Broad Bond service during October 2007 and at the time an additional
        amount of Rs.500/- was collected as deposit. On account of my transfer to Hyderabad I surrendered
        the connection on 26/10/2009 and and obtained the receipt. In my surrender application I have mentioned the
        NEW ADDRESS AT HYDERABAD. Till Now I didn’t get any refund order. During this period I put all out efforts to know the status from the functionaries working at Warangal BSNL office. The numbers I contacted are as under:

        No. [protected] D.E-- He always replies that he was not in the Office when I called
        No. [protected] Nodal Officer - Advised to contact Other functionaries
        No. [protected] A.O. He always replied that we will look into.
        No. [protected]- CO. she also given her subordinate number and advised to contact them
        No. 2427683 - they simply replied that the task belongs to refund section
        No. [protected] - Mr. Shivaji He politely replied and advised that Your books are showing only Rs.500/- as my deposit.

        I replied that I have paid deposit in the year1999 and I could not able to trace the deposit receipt. I produced the bill of June/July 1999 of which interest on the deposit was adjusted in that bill. He also advised to submit an Affidavit duly notarized having paid the deposit. I have submitted the Notarized affidavit during the month of April 2010.Till date I didn’t receive any refund amount. I am in frequent touch with Mr. Shivaji and he also replied that Refund Order sent to concerned section PHONE NO>[protected] vide refund order No.111263 and also Register No.R.R.21/152. When I contacted with the above phone i.e., by name Mr. Srinivas he replied that all the pending cheques were dispatched and also replied that nothing to do at that section. I understand that the new address given by me at the time of surrender was not recorded in your books so far.

        Hence I request you to look into the matter settle my grievence immediately.

          I had apllied for a broadband connection at BSNL exchange, Jhansi (U.P.) a month back. I have completed all the documental formalities along with total money deposit demanded as per 500 Home Plan (i.e. 2664/-). Till date a phone set along with modem has been placed at home. Present status is as follows:

          1- Phone line is active.
          2- Modem AR800V v3.0 without any installation CD and user manualhas been provided.
          3- No username and password and other details in written has been provided to me.
          4- No person from service provider has yet arrived to solve my internet connectivity problem even after three consecutive complaints.

          BSNL, Jhansi never look after any complain they never provide instalation CD for brodband modem. I dont have user name or password, evenafter my seven complains my

              Dear Sir,
              I have a brqad band internet connection on my tele No[protected]. For past over two months I have been having major problems connecting to the Internet as the link remains unstable and keeps disconnecting and re connecting every 10-15 minutes. I have been constantlym in tpoch with the JE broad at Vyttila exchange and also Contacted SDOT a couple of times. While they have been quite responsive the problem has not been resolved as the linemen have said the local lead cable is in a bad state. This is also causing of and on noise on the telephone. To solve the problem anew under ground cable lead has been laid upto my hose. nearly two months ago, however the sme has not yet been connected to the phone for reasons of non availability of requisit staff to fix the junction box and lead -in to the instruement. The problem has become accute now as monsoons have setin. As soon as the rain starts the internet link goes down and the line becomes noisy and th broad band remains down till the rain water dries up, It is surprising that something as mundane as connecting a new local lead has taken so long. May I request that the problem be looked into and resolved at the earliest.

                I am BSNL customer since 15+ years. My Consumer number is - 751040 and telephone number[protected]. My telephone is dead for more than a month now. I have booked several complaints but all of the requests have fallen to deaf ears.

                almost more than a month has passed since I have booked the last complaint.

                Everytime I try to find out the status it says - "your complaint is already booked..

                I am not able to use the service for which I am paying. There is no line man found if I try to approach them personally that adds to the woes further.

                I am not sure when this problem would be rectified and also am not sure whether this complaint would be attended to. Keeping my all hopes alive this is the final complaint I am filing before I make up my mind to discontinue the BSNL connection and switch over to some other land line service.

                Please look into on urgent basis.

                I am a retired government employee. My telephone number is 2564621 which is often going dead and today it is dead again. Last time I had complained on 7 Oct 2010 when for longer period my phone remained dead and I was told the Beta Nala near Shivaji circle was undergoing transformation and repair and hence problem in my landline. A few days back again it was dead. Kindly get it rectified on a permanent basis so that my family need not be subjected to this frequent failures of the landline connection.

                My B S N L connection is broad band with land line .Two days back it was land line was disconnected with out any prior notice .For land line I paid Rs 500/- as deposit. Hence i request you to restore immediately. R V GOPALARAO land line connection [protected]
                My telephone has not been working for a couple of weak. I've launched my complain to B.S.N.L. office but they are in a fix.
                My land line[protected] is not working since 8th October 2012. I personally report the matter many time to the SDE, Kozhencherry, Pathanamthitta and have no result. Meantime I received a telephone bill and the SDE promised an adjustment, as the line is not working, and hence the bill is unpaid.

                Please help me to resolve the problem without any further delay.

                  I have a prepaid 5GB night + 1 GB day data plan by BSNL. I am using a micromax 300G USB modem to connect to the internet. During the night period BSNL keeps disconnecting me after about 10~11 mb of data volume. I use Mac os 10.6.3 or windows xp. I can't dowload any large files. I just end up wasting my time reconnecting after every few minutes.
                  I paid for 5GB and I want to be able to get that 5GB without being stopped in the middle.

                    I have made a recharge in [protected] of Rs. 50 (i.e. sms pack) on 08/07/2010 at 04:45 pm. Recharge has been made successfully and i have checked the sms balance through *123*1#. This option was showing that i have 10000 free messages upto 07/08/2010. When i started sending messages to my near and dears then each message was charged @ 80 paise/message. I have called customer care 2 times that same day. But they didn't give the satisfactory reply. Next day, I have called again on the customer care no. [protected], but again they didn't reply satisfactorily.
                    After that, I have called customer care from another no. (i.e. [protected]) on 09/07/2010 at 01:03 pm regarding the complaint of my no. [protected]. Mr. Tarun recieved the call and he transferred my call to one of his senior executive. Then his Sr. Executive said that i have registered ur complaint and will send the complaint no. to you via sms and ur problem will be solved within 24 hours.
                    My problem is not solved yet.
                    Not even I have got any complaint no. through sms yet.
                    I am too much disturbed by this bad service of BSNL.
                    I am unable to send messages as each sms is costing 80 paise.
                    Tell me what to do???

                        Esteemed sir,
                        i am paying undue charges for the 'Music station' named facility provided by BSNL- chandigarh. i have never ever activated this service on my cell no.                             Last week I have shifted to a new house which is just 1.5 kms away from my old residence & naturally both come under same BSNL exchange (Ganapathy exchange, Sathy Road, Coimbatore).

                            I submitted the "Shifting-Request" related filled up form on 3rd July & I was said, it would be done almost in no time, since the new house is very close to the old one.

                            Its now already one week past & nobody contacted me from BSNL. I tried to call so many times to the local exchange customer care no - 253 3533. Most of the time nobody takes the call & phone keeps ringing. Once I was lucky, one lady took the call & asked me to call JTO Mr Ganeshan. She gave me JTO's no - [protected].

                            I called JTO & he told me he is on leave & won't be available before next week, so I should call AE in the exchange ( I guess Assistant Engineer) at the no- [protected].

                            Since then I have been trying to call AE continuously for 2 days, his ph keeps ringing & he doesn't take the call. But I am sure he sometime accepts the call selectively, because sometime I found even his ph is engaged, & almost next moment when I call, the ph keeps ringing. I enquired through other source to make it sure, he is anyway present in office. Customer care lady herself told me, "You call AE, he is in his room now". Still AE's phone keeps ringing.

                            Believe me, it has increased my frustration level to that extent, I almost decided I will just wait for 1 or 2 days more, if still nothing turns up, I will disconnect BSNL landline, broadband everything & will take some other connection. My experience says, private service provider serves better, even if they take more money, they atleast will not harass the customer thinking "It's a public sector organisation, so why should I bother..let the phone rings, my job is secured at the end of the day". Isn't it ? After disconnecting I will try to highlight the issue to all other associates in my office, where people who have existing connection from BSNL or are planning to take BSNL line will think twice.

                              I am one o[censored]nfortunate customer (Shyamprakash Agrawal) whose land line phone[protected]Yearwada exchange) is not working since more than 2 months by now.

                              Whenever, we tried to complain (it is one of worst thing to get number), we are getting rude reply, there is cable problem and nobody when it will be repaired. And of course nobody provide any reference to refer!!!

                              However bills are raised regularly and debited from my account without fail!!!

                              I need your intervention and help to get assurance when the earliest the problem will be fixed and how the money collected will be adjusted.

                              I am the unfortunate customer having number[protected] whose land line has lots of disturbance when there is any call. Inspite of several compliants there is no action.

                              I am fed up and about to surrender the instrument.
                              1. I am a army officer who has just been posted to pune. I had applied for a BSNL land line connection with broadband facility on 22/23 november 2012.the response at bsnl office, Bhavani peth pune was encouraging. I was given a regd no as su[protected].

                              2. Though the paraphernalia required to instal a connection is already existing at place of my residence( (as the occupant before me also had a landline connection), I was assured that the given connection will be provided in 10 working days.I chose the plan of Rs 850/-, i was told that i need to procure own hand set and modem for the same ( but mentioned that it would be provided free of cost if i continue the plan for six months). i procured the same

                              3. I called bsnl office again as no one turned up even after 15 days. the contact no of Mr N B Tengle ([protected])was provided to speak on any problem. After assuring me that the connection will be provided in two to three days, he again stopped taking my calls. on my repeated calls he told me that i cannot be done and to meet him personally.

                              4. On contacting local technician( Mr Yadav/Jadhav) responsible for installing connections, he told me has recieved the order and would place the connection. However he would do so only if he recieves two bottles of liquor from my side. he has visited my place twice but the phone is yet to be installed .

                              5. I request you to look into the matter and take the neccesary steps that the users donot face such problems and leash can be tightened upon corrupt officials. i am sure if the can do this type of arm twisting and corruption with a army officer, they must be doing the same with impunity with a common man.

                                I use bsnl boardband service for last about two month. Our local exchange is Nalhati and Sub- exchange is Kurumgrm. My boardband service is not work for every two days grap. I complained for many times but it still not sloved.

                                Dear sir

                                Our Broadband connection in our telephone no[protected] is not functioning since 06.03.2008. We are complained to Junior Engineer, Thiruvarur vide our letter dated 11.03.2008 and to the sub divisional Engineer, Thiruvarur, vide our letter dated 26.03.2008 . We had repeatedly complained to them on telephone nos (240222, 204500, 222220 ) . Till date the defect has not been rectified. We are an Non Governmental Organization working for the welfare of public . We have been put to lot of inconvenience and are also answerable to the Public.
                                We request your goodself to take immediate action in the matter for which we will ever remain obliged.

                                very dissapointed with bsnl services despite tall claims by your company.iam in chandigarh..have to log in at least 100 times to atart, that too if lucky.no comlaint number has been left.dont know why such claims are made when you cant deliver proper services and keep charging.

                                My landline numnber is 25559356. i got the broad band connection. it is activated, but still is showing the error code 676
                                phone busy. please try to rectify at the earliest.
                                i am also a CONSUMER of M/s. BSNL, bearing Tel No.[protected]land line) since last 25 years and broadband connection 2(two) years before.
                                i am also fadeup with link with Broadband. my tel was disconnected due to non-payment since last 5 (five) months. recently all the dues are cleared and i got my telphone line but i am unable to link with broadband.
                                i have complained to the SDO, BSNL local excghange, but they are also unable to detect the fault it is going to touch a month my dues clear but i am unable to get
                                therefore, i am requesting you to look us in a posative way. so that, we shall be greatfull

                                Respected Sir,

                                First of all very sorry to say "POOR" BSNL customer service. I'm also telling you frankly i'm so much angry towards BSNL customer service, & their attitude towards customers. I don't know how to express my feelings.

                                Since last 1 & half Month I'm having problem in my Broadband connection but still there is no solution. I've booked my complaints so many times but not getting response properly. Whenever i complaints he/she says call here and there. I've also got the response like "i'm too much busy today call another person". This is not the good attitude towards customers.

                                First time when i had booked my complaint, the person came to home & checked something & said there is a problem in line will be solved. Still there is no result. My net is getting disconnected every few seconds.

                                Today also took half leave from the office & called the person in Vasana Telephone Exchange. Person said "if you are using cordless telephone, remove the telephone & use the net" this is not the solution; even i did so but got disconnected in few seconds. I called him again & he told me to call another person. Since last 15 days i've called so many people but no result. Every time i calls he/she says "there must be a problem in line, will be solved". I don't know how many time they checks the line again & again, & after checking the line they don't bother to call the customer & ask whether the problem got solved or not. I told them come to home & check the modem if it has some problem but they don't listen. I don't know what to do sir.

                                I'm also working as a freelancer...getting designing work from CANADA, i've to submit projects on time. but because of this problem i'm not able to do this. I'm losing my clients, losing my business. Even i told madam the situation "please do something as soon as possible" she says calmly "ok I’m booking your complain" what is this sir??? Don’t they got taught in BSNL how to maintain customer relation???

                                one more thing...since last three years I’ve some problem in landline instrument...my mom who is 67 have complained so many times to fix it up but no one listens. After getting tired we baught the new cordless telephone. Even today your BSNL instrument is not working. The line man of our area (paldi where me & my mom lives) don't listen to us, but every "DIWALI: he comes to home to get "BONI". Its really so much shameful.

                                Anyways, I’m requesting you sir. Please do something. I don't want to lose my clients don't want to lose business. I'm using BSNL landline since last 12yrs & broadband since last 5yrs, also suggested many of my friends to get the BSNL broadband connection. But today I’m in trouble & BSNL is not there for me.

                                PLEASE DO SOMETHING, this is my kind request to you. I will be so much grateful to you.

                                  The speed of Data tranfer rate is too low (20 bps). There is no remedy after repeated requests to rectify the problem. Server cannot be reached mostly on Saturdays. The connection is regained on Mondays. No active customer care for technical support. Worthless officers who has no responsibility. I am paying regularly (Rs.276 per month). This problem is recurring since a year. Please bring this in notice of concerned department.

                                    Telephone no.[protected], under Kalyan Cicle, Agashi Exchange is out of order intermittently for last three months. I have complained about it on 198, complaint number (Dockett no) [protected] also I have filed a complaint in the Agashi exchange, but there is no response yet. The only reason given to me was of the employees who come from Kalyan have to leave early; so there is no one as such to look after the problems.
