Recently i have changed my mobile no in to postpaid customer of BANL cellone, because of 3G fecilities.
Now am facing a very big trouble to get proper signal.
Each and every call i used to come out from my house and stand on the road to get un-interrupted signal.
Even i could not speak few words inside the house & near by friend house.

Severas times I keep placing the complaint through 198, then they rectify with their course of duration based on the priority, but here the challenge is my telephone[protected] goes dead frequently. And another challenge is I am using broadband which connects some time and some time doesn't and my major concern is speed they promised not upto the mark, several times page not displayed message populated or operation time out for certain...

This is very shame full to inform you that some days before i got a bill(near about 7000 Rs)
for our i,nternet connection which be have closed in May/June 2009.
After closing our internet connection we received no bill, but surprisingly in june 2010 we received a bill claiming previous due of near about 7000 Rs.
Sir, for that connection i have even received security money for that connection(via cheque...

01.MANY TIMES IT DOES NOT CONNECT,
02. IF CONNECTED IT GETS DISCONNECTED WITHIN 2-3 MINUTES.
03. IF NOT DISCONNECTED THE SPEED IS VERY SLOW.
SO THAT WE CAN NOT USE...

21st jun,2010 i have recharged with rs. 275/- for 3g mobile Internet package and got 500mb free usage facility for 30 days. But since last 4 days my surfing charges were deducting from my main balance instead of that 500 mb. And yesterday my balance was >rs.300/-. But uncertainly today i have found rs.224/- was deducted for no reason.
** And the most pathetic part is, bsnl customer care is does...

i bought bsnl wll one month before. but its speed is too slow. they told that 153 kbps speed will come.but now speed is only 2kb or 3kbps per second. and my will is repeatedly disconnecting, with in 3 to 5 min.. hear no one trying to solve my problem sir.

I opted for Broad Band Home combo 299 on 26th May 2010.
On receiving the bill for may 2010, apart from amount of Rs.299/- for BB,
extra amounts Rs.57.87 as Fixed charge and Rs.90.60 as broadband usage charge has been added to my bill.
As per the upload/download limit from the bsnl broad band site, i have used on 348MB against 1GB for the month.
On enquiring, i got the information that the billing is correct. br...

I AM LIVING AT 2/ 78 NAIDU STREET .KOTTUR CHENNAI 85, AND I WAS OFFERED A GAME FACILITY BY ONE Mr .KATHIRAVAN REPRESENTING M/S BSNL INDIA GAMES,AS IF THE FACILITY FOR BROAD BAND OWNERS OF BSAL. AFTER ADVISING TO UNLOAD AND DEMONSTRATING A GAME HE CONCLUDED IT WILL COST A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION OFRs 100, WHICH I FEEL
AS UNNECEESARY COST FOR AME BEING 70 YEARS OLD AND NONE ELSE TO USE IT

hi sir i am kunal sen,actually i got a bsnl 3g connection a couple of days back,i live in the airport area of kolkata which is posh area in kolkata.when im inside my home i dont get 3g connection but i geta good 2g connection.i called up bsnl 3g helpdesk they said that the tower from which i am receiving the 2g connection has not been 3g enabled.so recently it will be converted to 3g.and it has been more than a month since i made the complaint...

REGARDING BROADBAND DSL

DSL DO NOT WORK PROPERLY ON OUR TELEPHONE NO.[protected] WE HAVE COMPLAINT FOR IT MANY TIMES TO THE DEPARTMENT BUT NO ACTION TAKE BY THE DEPARTMENT PLEASE SOLVE OUR COMLAINT IMMEDIEATLY

Sir, i am cellone subscriber with number [protected] since one year. till now i am satisfied with the company services. today company deducted fifty rupees from cellone prepaid balance indicating that my subscription towards T20TOLLYWOOD TROPHY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. Really i didnot convey any willingness to that subscription. I request the authorities to get back my amount to my prepaid account otherwise i wii surely disconnect the usage...
