My service provider (BSNL) has actvated for MVDO service without my my consent and charged first time Rs.15.00 and after complane again charged Rs. 30.00 from my account. Please help me to deactivate this service and refund my money if possible.

BSNL Mobile — Activating MVDO without permission

    i am a recident of ppl paradip,orissa and i have taken bsnl broadband connection..the net connects one day and it doesn` connect for next 2 days showing error 676 and sometimes when it connects it ony lasts for certain bytes.

    BSNL — BSNL Data One Broad Band

    BSNL Data One Broad Band internet connectivity is very very pooooor for ph no[protected]
    I have applied for the business 250 plan for the broadband internet connection.

    My phone no is[protected].

    Modem is installed after 10 days after the application.

    Yet not received login name and password.

    Please revertback urgently.

      {Phone line is not working properly and voice distortion}
      We have a business farm at Nayapali, Bhubaneswar. We are using BSNL Land Line as our main contact number for our business and paying near about[protected] Inr every month. But the line is not working properly since from last 4 month & most of the time lot of voice distortion is going on.

      We gave complaints so many times to BSNL. But till we don't get any improvement in the line. Now it's too much.

      Finally if the problem will not solve we will go to consumer court for further step.

        BSNL/CellOne — No Response From the Service Team

        Hi,

        This is Sridas. I started using my bsnl broadband from May 5, 2008, but I recieved a bill in May as I have used it in April also. No higher authorities have mailed me in response to the bill (extra bill) despite my repeated mails. Nobody has the courtesy to find out or to reply me why it has happened and how and everybody says go there, next counter. Is it ok to sue them...Please advice.

          Dear Sir,

          Please note that I am losing my peace and patience with unsolicited calls and text messages that keep on coming every day. I am receiving upto 25-30 unwanted SMS through various companies as advertisements for various products that I do not need. Also, I do not want to receive unsolicited calls from credit card/hotels/resorts/insurance callers etc. I had registered myself in the BSNL website so as not to receive any unwanted calls, but still it is a wonder how I am receiving so many calls from so many companies.

          I also want to kindly request to stop the unwanted SMS that keep popping everyday from various advertisement companies as well as this has become the biggest nuisance for working people like us. Just imagine we are driving vehicles to reach our destination and we suddenly receive this advertisement. We stop at the side of the road thinking someone in distress has messaged us and when we finally park the vehicle and see the message of some advertisement, just imagine the situation.

          I hope timely action would be taken in this matter.

            For past few days I am facing the automatic redirection in IE browser to motive.bsnl.co.in.
            I am using BSNL dataone broadband connection. Since last week, whenever I open google.com or some other site, it gets redirected to motive.bsnl.co.in. It is really annoying.

            Couple of times, it happened when I was doing some online payments.
            I tried installing it after downloading the software for about one hour and tedious steps. The software didnt work as it failed to detect the modem. During all these days I was calling 12678, the BSNL HELP DESK number which was answered for two weeks.

            Yesterday at around 9 AM the call was answered and I was told by a lady that the software SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED AS IT RESETS THE MODEM.

            If it should not be installed then why am I redirected?

            I am very disappointed with BSNL not to mention there are so many other people who face the same issue.

              Sir, I Md Aftar Hussain Chowdhury, now a NRI. I need a landphone with internet connection (so I can use video conferencing with my family members) in my home of Hatikhali, P.O Borhawar. Nagaon, Assam. When I was in my home I met a big profile officer in Nagaon BSNL office but he said me no benifit to apply for a new telephone as BSNL has no scheme for extending it's underground cable towards our village from Tangia Forest village.

              We have experience of a faulty telephone line since 1998 to 2006. This line was with another 3 lines using naked wire with 27 posts and the distance between 2 wires in posts were only 1.5 inch, So often this naked wire jointed and line interrupot. But BSNL always send bill and we have to paid it. Several times we complaint about it but who hear us!.

              Can somone give me a hand of help to gain a fault free telephone line in my home?

                BSNL evdo has the worst services in Ahmedabad.... Technical team is poor to solve any issues from the consumer side .... " Sarkari Kamkaj" ..... My complain regarding the issue of poor network coverage at Vijay Char Rasta , Ahmedabad is still not resolved from past 15 days.....

                EVDO — BAD SIGNAL POOR SPEED

                    Still I have my new sim as well as I keep my old sim. I don't understand why they provided me new sim without handover my old sim. My new sim is not activated. I have again deactivate my 3G connection due to bad signal.

My SMS ( to 1909) was acknowledged by the concerned authorities with a reply (sms), “24/04/10 01:00 PM Your request For Deregistration (ID:27340 dated 24/04/2010) is Now Under Process –vide the contents as recorded in my mobile”. Sir, kindly let me know since when I will be relieved of such nuisance sms calls which are hindering to get me my important messages.

                            My self Mohammad Khan using BSNL Lanline connection[protected] from 12 Years, long back around 3 years back phone is started giving troubles and we keep asking to telephone exchange officer and spoken to BSNL customer care but there is no proper response and we also a bit ignored and finally few days back the phone working completely stopped and again when I ask to BSNL exchange office, they are keep making us to wait much and very irresponsible in handling customers. So I am requesting please avoid those who are very irresposible at their business and give a chance youngers of India and make move things towards in grwoing BSNL.

                              I applied for BSNL Broadband connection on 24th April at Perengudi Branch of Chennai Division, TN. At that time it was told to me by the Branch staff that the installation charges for modem and phone is free and there is also no Plan security deposit. That is the why I opt for the connection.

                              But when I got the bill I found the below charges has been included as
                              INSTALLATION CHARGES=500
                              BB Plan Security Deposit=750
                              Installation of bb Modem=250
                              Total of 1500 is the extra charges which have been included in the bill.

                                  Phone Number : [protected] Has Not Been Activated As I Was Promised It To Be Activated Within 24 Hrs. The Company Hasn't Activated It As It Was Purchased On 17th Of March 2010.
                                  I Urge To Accept My Complaint I Activate My Sim Card. Please Do The Needfull.

                                    I am herewith request to Tel. Dept. for repairing the dead Telephone which is dead from last week and deduct the rent for the same period for Tel. No.[protected] in name of Savitri Devi.

                                    But other thing I want to know-
                                    1. Where I complained-Because first lower stage on village exchange linemen not found and no any complain register.
                                    2nd- on block level JE not hold the phone no register the complain.
                                    3rd- 198 complain online registration is not book the local/village complain.

                                      We have Telephone cum broadband service from BSNL My landline is dead for more than a month I made complaint more than four times the service people they closes the complaints without rectifing the problems I pay my bills ontime through ECS. Why should i pay my bills without utilising the service the BSNL is Owing my money please suggest My Telephone no. is[protected]

                                      Last month 5th of june 2010 I complaint in ayanavaram telephone exchange regards that my land line instrument not working properly, till today(17.07.10) morning 10am there is no proper response from them, after long very time convocation to them I got a old instrument.

                                      Note: They not treating as good manner.

                                      I have recently (In December-2010) applied for broadband connection and got connection in mid of December 2010. It worked well till 3rd January 2011. From 4th January onwards phone was dead. Please note that all other telephone lines in my apartment and street are working well.

                                      Same day, I have gone to Korattur exchange and has given the complaint. But there were no response from them. On 6th January once again I went to korattur exchange for status of my complaint. Their response were very rude and they stated that some complaints were pending about 2 months. (In fact one employee was drunken during duty hours). I returned back without proper answer.

                                      Same day I went to Ambattur telephone exchange and met Divisional engineer and he says that it will take another 4 to 5 days to repair due to some cable problem. I would like to know that how come only my telephone connection got dead in that street/apartment. If it so, shoud it take about one week to10 days to repair?. Pelase clarify.

                                      I would like to point out that, present competitive scenario your staff should not behave like this with any customer.

                                      I request your intervention in this regard for better customer satisfacion.
