In this way I am having 34 nos. sms in my mobile at present. My mobile is getting blocked to receive the messages important to me. I do not know the reasons for disturbing me in the manner. However, being fade up with these types of disturbing calls, I contacted the Customer Service Centre people over phone and as advised by them I sent one SMS “DND” to 1909. My SMS ( to 1909) was acknowledged by the concerned authorities with a reply (sms), “24/04/10 01:00 PM Your request For Deregistration (ID:27340 dated 24/04/2010) is Now Under Process –vide the contents as recorded in my mobile”. Sir, kindly let me know since when I will be relieved of such nuisance sms calls which are hindering to get me my important messages.

    My self Mohammad Khan using BSNL Lanline connection[protected] from 12 Years, long back around 3 years back phone is started giving troubles and we keep asking to telephone exchange officer and spoken to BSNL customer care but there is no proper response and we also a bit ignored and finally few days back the phone working completely stopped and again when I ask to BSNL exchange office, they are keep making us to wait much and very irresponsible in handling customers. So I am requesting please avoid those who are very irresposible at their business and give a chance youngers of India and make move things towards in grwoing BSNL.

      I applied for BSNL Broadband connection on 24th April at Perengudi Branch of Chennai Division, TN. At that time it was told to me by the Branch staff that the installation charges for modem and phone is free and there is also no Plan security deposit. That is the why I opt for the connection.

      But when I got the bill I found the below charges has been included as
      INSTALLATION CHARGES=500
      BB Plan Security Deposit=750
      Installation of bb Modem=250
      Total of 1500 is the extra charges which have been included in the bill.

            1. Where I complained-Because first lower stage on village exchange linemen not found and no any complain register.
            2nd- on block level JE not hold the phone no register the complain.

              We have Telephone cum broadband service from BSNL My landline is dead for more than a month I made complaint more than four times the service people they closes the complaints without rectifing the problems I pay my bills ontime through ECS.               Last month 5th of june 2010 I complaint in ayanavaram telephone exchange regards that my land line instrument not working properly, till today(17.07.10) morning 10am there is no proper response from them, after long very time convocation to them I got a old instrument.

              Note: They not treating as good manner.

              I have recently (In December-2010) applied for broadband connection and got connection in mid of December 2010. It worked well till 3rd January 2011. From 4th January onwards phone was dead. Please note that all other telephone lines in my apartment and street are working well.

              Same day, I have gone to Korattur exchange and has given the complaint. But there were no response from them. On 6th January once again I went to korattur exchange for status of my complaint. Their response were very rude and they stated that some complaints were pending about 2 months. (In fact one employee was drunken during duty hours). I returned back without proper answer.

              Same day I went to Ambattur telephone exchange and met Divisional engineer and he says that it will take another 4 to 5 days to repair due to some cable problem. I would like to know that how come only my telephone connection got dead in that street/apartment. If it so, shoud it take about one week to10 days to repair?. Pelase clarify.

              I would like to point out that, present competitive scenario your staff should not behave like this with any customer.

              I request your intervention in this regard for better customer satisfacion.

                  Not getting connected to internet, once the modem is switched on has become a regular ordeal for me..I need to wait till i see the internet light starts blinking..YOu will not know when the internet connection link light will blink..This happens the same when wireless rrouter is used..
                  Speaking to the customer care of BSNL is very difficult..As nobody answers the line...u can only listen to the music..and u need to hold the line and wait for hours.
                  Every time i want to connect to internet, i may not know when the connection will be established..
                  customer support, especially call center support 1500, 1504 is very poor..

                  BSNL BROADBAND services are pathetic. In this era of advanced technology they are not able to provide proper service. I am not able to plan work through internet as it is most unreliable. After 6pm BSNL connections are intermittent and most of the days you are lucky if you have your net connected. So many complaints have been made and the response is poor. I guess TRAI should make an enquiry and call for complaints against BSNL in the newspapers as most customers just put up with the indifference of BSNL. If your bill payment is delayed even a day your line is cut. What about the days there is no internet connection? Is it one sided? Is it the privilege of BSNL ?

About six months ago i subscribed wap service"hot model of the day"from bsnl gprs services.On 5 jun 2010 I got a message from 58888 to unsubcribe service they sent a url http://203.199.70.160/site/t.jsp?i=743 but this url not open on my phone.so i can not unsubscribe this service i want to unsubscribe this wap service.i already lodged a complaint to cust care but it was not actioned. So please unsubscribe this wap service on my mobile and requested to confirm for the same on the above mob no.

                    BSNL mobile service — Poor connectivity

                    There is very poor connectivity for cellone customers near Cherpulassery and Pengattiry exchange towers. Sabotage by employees to help rival providers at the time of number portability.

                    BSNL mobile service — CHATTING THROUGH CALL CENTRE

                    I Smt Indira Ghosh (Moblie no.-[protected]) is a BSNL customer. On 01.09.2011 I sent a message to 56700 to decativate my caller tune. But there is no responce. Then on 02.09.2011 at 11.30 AM I have submitted a complain to the call centre No.55365 at 11.42 AM and got a message bearing docked No. 102WB957964. But after several time on my request they (call centre) inform me that it is under process. I also inform my worried about the charges deduction for caller tune .But getting the false assurance (no deduction for caller tune) it has been found on 06.09.2011 Rs. 42/- has been deducted from my account.Then I again communicate with the call centre about this cheating and they replied the same (it is under process). Then approx 18-20 times I want to communicate with the call cente they replied every times your request is forwarded to the senior but after waiting a long period no body response. So it is nothing but a cheating and fraud case. Plese stop this and stop the harassment of the customer.Other wise it will go to the consumer court.

                      hi ...tis pavan bohra...i recently purchased bsnl evdo card(cdma 2000 HSIA modem)....as per the tariff they said me that the speed will be 2.4 Mbps with unlimited download....but i dont even get 100 Kbps too....then wats the use of paying 1000 monthly tariff fee...its been one month of time i hav the same problem....atleast i should get 1.5 Mbps speed...but i dont get tat too ...having a big problem while browsing too....getting irritated because of this....either give an proper solution for this problem....or refund the amount which i paid....i hav windows xp service pack 3 n do update tat regularly....but still this problem continues...i need an proper solution for this as soon as possible.....pls do good for this problem...its really making irritating alot with this device....pls mail ur solutions to [protected]@gmail.com....will be looking for an good solution from the company....

                        Sir, i have bsnl broadband connection plan 299 (combo plan) , in the month of april 2010, i ask for bill to the said office (b,cas bsnl didn,t send bills at home) then i came to know that Rs 10360/- are due till the month of april, other side my phone shows again Rs 6000 for the month (may 2010), therefore total is Rs 16287/- but in the month of april my phone was tatally out of order for 17 days due to underground fault. this is indvl use at my home, the usages of my internet is very low, why this BSNL are killing to the genuine customers by genrating long bills. i will be honoured if my bill is rectified immidiately and send my portal id & password or refund my security of modem + advance rent for one month Rs 750/- THANKS

                          My cellone sim card is not being detected. The problem is not with the handset as I tried using another sim card in it. I have been using this BSNL cellone sim card ([protected]) for the last 6 years under the student plan (plan-99) and today it suddenly became inactive. Please rectify the problem with the service at the earliest.

                            BSNL Landline — Previously owned number

                            To Whomsoever Concerned,

                            We have recieved BSNL phone line which seems to be have owned by AQUA GUARD customer service. Its been a torture answering over 25 calls per day for this previously owned number. I have submitted my problem to BSNL complaint cell. However, no action has been taken care so far.

                            If there is no way to stop the aqua guard calls, could BSNL atleast issue us aged senior citizens a new landline number?

                            With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation, they have no sense of billing, they have no reply to your queries, they have no timing of their job and most of all they are not qualified to hold such positions wherein they are not able to give the customer service.

                            My landline phone is still dead inspite of complaining to every manager of bsnl for 1 month inspite of complaining to the 198 toll free number no one has bothered to even come and check.not a surprise I expected this kind of service from bsnl.but I will write this complain on every blog on the grahak manch website .
                            As I told my father has been operated for heart pacemaker and he cannot use mobile phones.so when he is sick landline is the only means to contact me.if there is medical emergency and he cannot contact me I will hold bsnl responsible for this.

                            I john Philip dsilva want to lounge a complaint with you since my land line telephone for bsnl landline is gone dead for last 28 days . The complaint is already registered on the call centre as well as the 198 number for almost 28 days now .After registering the complaint on 198 number also no one comes from bsnl to help it is not only this time but every time I register a complaint on 198 number no one from bsnl is bothered ro even check . but if you give 50 rs to lineman the work is done within a minute. previously there were a few of my neighbours also had their phone dead like me for 28 days but now their phone is working. Because they had complaint to the general manager of bsnl through internet. But my phone is still not working. I am a retired government employee and my age is 75 now and also I have been operated for heart surgery (pace setter)for 10 years now. So my doctor has told me not to use the mobile phone. I can only use the land line phone as per doctors instructions. But bsnl phone is always dead in my house my son goes to work for night shifts god forbid if I get an medical emergency in night time I have no means to contact the doctor in the night. I also give good business to bsnl since my bill is always more than 900 rs per month. And I have always pay my bills on time so I don’t understand why when my phone line goes dead it is not repaired on time. The workers or line men from bsnl come and tell me that it is a technical fault from the exchange and go away and never come back. I am a senior citizen of india who has retired from mazgoan dock ltd company that was also a central government company but I never worked in this manner I always did my work sincerely.
                            I don’t understand what is wrong with all the government companies that is why all the private companies are taking advantage of it and there will be one day when all the government companies like air india, bsnl will close down. So this Is high time to take action and tell your workers to be on their toes or else they will be left with no job on day. I think since my phone is not working for almost a month now I should also not be charged for my monthly bill. I will also forward this complaint to grahak manch (consumer forum)from my side to get a immediate reply.

                            working from 1st April 2015 upto now (29th June) I have
                            given 2 complain written letters, contact personally to Head at Talasari
                            exchange, complain to Kalyan tel. also I received complain no. through SMS but
                            the no. given is wrong, Still I am paying my bill on line regularly up to now,
                            I was completely helpless, if I call Achhad/ Talasari exchange head they don’t receive call
                            also.
                            My land line no[protected] is not working since March 2015. Accordingly, complaint was lodged having no [protected]. The phone is still not working. Mr. Karwal the name mentioned in the sms received to me from bsnl was also contacted several times.It was told that the work of cable is going on as land line phones of Mahavir shopping centre and surrounding are affected.Till date the phone is not working. However, I was sent a bill for 4 months for the telephone which I not used. Today is the last day for payment. It is therefore requested that the bill may be cancelled and not to issue another till the phone gets working.

                                hello this is b.nageshwar rao from hyderabad, bsnl online radio service was forcefully started on my cell.i have customer care, those pupil gave a no.12630033 and said u call dis number and tell them 2 deactivate.but when ever i call dat perticular no. its teliing dat no. doesnt exist please check the no.
                                please deactivate this service immediately.
                                from past so manny months im troubled with this forcible avtivation(every month 25rs. is deducted), it had becum a big headache for me.please stop this service as soon as possible...

                                I am having similar issue, the MOBILE RADIO has been forcibily subscribed without my knowledge/permission on my BSNL cell phone # [protected] . This deducts Rs.25 every month from the past 6 months. I want this to be refunded back IMMEDIATELY and credited on my phone and UNSUBSCRIBE me from this service WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

                                I get a message with deducted amt and it says to unsubscribe call 255533, but which is of NO USE it keeps playing some songs no options nothing is provided. I am very much Fed up with this, this is time for BSNL to concentrate on its customer base before you lose them to other telecom providers, DO some work to keep your customer satisfied.

                                  No body attending Customer complaint land line no.
                                  Even afetr this type of service also bill will be done excessively.

                                  Why this type of misbehaviors, We think the BSNL peoples does not understad the neeeds of the customers.

                                  Are they working for the other private operaters to keep BSNL lines off.

                                  They have understand clearly thar they are employees of a private sectos firm, they are getting salary from customers.
                                  They are not doing any favor by providing timly services.

                                  Hope do the needful rectification of the above said land lines.

                                  Landline phone[protected] is dead from 20 days and it stays in dead condition for almost 15 days in an month.

                                    My cellone connection shows full signal when on idle mode but when i dial the number or receive an incoming call the network signal drops resulting in poor voice quality.

                                    CELLONE (BSNL) — Balance Problem

                                    On last Wednesday, Date[protected] at 9:55 PM. I logged on but done any downloads. But from my A/C. Rs. 66.70 has been deducted. Than I taked with the representative. He looged my my complant & its no. 2808611 of date[protected]. The very next day I talked againg he (official epresentative) told me that if I not download & by mistake if the money is deducted than the same blance will be addid to my A/C within 48 hours. But still now there is noresponce from BSNL. Please let me know its detail either on my call or or on my e-mail.

                                    The complaint mentioned above is absolutely true. Me to baring the cellone number, I consider this network to be worst and irritating.In addition to the above problem mentioned by Rakesh, I was being charged even when the phone is not connected. Half of my balance is getting wasted every month without any conversation. I was really getting vexed with this network. I am in way to jump to another network. The customer service providing by cellone is not at all satisfactory. I would suggest people in india try to avoid this defective network. Quit this bsnl/cellone from india.
                                    I am also sailing in the same boat.
                                    Several complaint already made are fallen in the deaf ears of the Bsnl people. Due to the BSNL Numbers printed in all my correspondence I am wasting money for three cell phone connections.

                                    Cellone - BSNL — Network & connectivity problem

                                    First of all there is a issue of network in theses current days.The mobile shows network signal but when called it says that the customer you have called in out of coverage area but mobile shows network signal, due to this reason I am facing a lot of problem in my day today functioning, my superiors as asking me to change the mobile service as I am not contactable, request you to kindly help me out.
                                    I have also activated my call diverts to 17010, but it has not helped as I do not get any missed call alerts from that number, pls help me out as I donot intend to change the service but if there is a network problem still ahead I will be forced to switch over to some other service provider.
                                    Second problem which I face is of Original bill, it is that I donot receive original bill of my mobile & I pay the bill on duplicate bill, but as I am working the same bill is reimbursed to me by my employer, but as I am unable to produce the original bill I am not able to get me claims.
                                    Request you to kindly send me the original bill every month by which I can claim the same.
                                    Request you to kindly help me out to resolve both the issues.

                                    CellOne — Network Problem in my house

                                    Mere Ghar se Cellone Tower ki duri lagbhg 100 Mtr. hai kuch hafto se mere ghar pe network bahut kamjor hai maine customer Care no. pe complain Register bhi karaya lekin abhi tak kuch nahi hua.
                                    Main Mobile se NET bhi nahi jor pa raha hun. Plz meri Samasya ka samadhan jald karo.

                                    I Live in Arumbakkam, near Annanagar in Chennai. Its a busy area and very close to the CMBT. I have a prepaid BSNL connection with which i have never spoken from inside my residence. when my fone rings, I run out to the balcony or to the street sometimes to attend a call and to dial a call also i suffer the same problem.. hell with this BSNL people. i have never received polite replies or kind words from the customer service. I don't know when the problem will be rectified. If anyone could help me with the correct link to launch a complaint, i would be grateful to you.
                                    I am sorry to inform you that the network at Nunna, Vijayawada AP is quite poor and is lot irritating the coustomer. The network is always busy or not able to connect to the other end.You always get a messge that the network is busy. This is obeserved from the last twenty days and there is no let up. To contact any body over the cell a minimum of 20 to 25 times dialling is required and this is a quite a poor performance. you may kindly look into the matter and do the needful.Switching over to other networks is being made possible at the earliest with retaining the same no. this will will be a boon for us and a curse for you. You have not improved and do not allow others to improve with your worst network.
                                    BSNL net work in South Office Para, Doranda, Ranchi-834 002 (Jharkhand) is not good. We could not be connected with anywhere. Please look into the matter urgently.

                                    Calls get disconnected in between. Network comes and goes at its will. I live in Modinagar. Here BSNL is the worst service provider compared to other private takers. Voice qualty is poor, coverage area is not sound, congestion is great and most bewildering is the sudden absence of tower.
                                    I have made so many complaint to bsnl cust_care no.[protected] regarding the network problem when I stay ground floor of my house situated at the West Side of Ramrajatala Station, Howrah - 711112 under cal tel exchange no.2657.& it is only 6Kms away from the Head Office of Calcutta telephones but their high value engineer are sitting idle without doing their job & getting extra money from other operators for not doing their duty in terms of bribe.I suspect if they don't change their attitude to solve our problem then one day will come every one like me will through them out to ganges river permanently.

                                    I would request you all to provide the details of the person who is in top of this cellone service at calcutta region for my doing the needful.
                                    Dear BNSL heads, please listen to my plea I got a 3G connection last two days ago from your kolkata office near poddar court I reside in howrah salkia sitanath bose lane. My problem is I am getting network signal outside of my home but inside there is not a single bar or network, no connection I am not able to use my Mobile. Sir I surrendered my Airtel No. all for BSNL 3G service but now I am no where what to do now I have invested more than 1000 bucks for all recharge in data and voice plans. Money is not a problem the issue is with my no. I just mailed across my new Mobile No. to all my contacts and they find me unreachable most of the time, there is no customer care service I am finding it difficult to register a complain. For that reason i goes to our local exchange.But they told us they have no such facilities and if i want a new connection then go to sattabala and apply.                                     bsnl is near its extinction .it will just shut down in next two to three years if it does not changes its policies and behaviour towards its customers.

                                    I am now in Gurgaon, Haryana. Generally here I am getting Dolphin signal from Delhi. But from last 2-3 days there is no signal & on cellphone it is written "Limited service" with no incoming or out going phones or sms.
                                    In short cell phone is not in working condition at all. Signal strenth shown is full but there is a sign on phone showing telephone with a full cross stroke accross it.
                                    Please get my phone started.
                                    Why this dolphin signal when there is BSNL network in Gurgaon.

                                    I have had the same problem. Im from Pune and I always have near full network on my phone, till I try to use it. As soon as I make a call I lose network and after about 2-3 mins into the call, the call gets dropped.
                                    I have called BSNL customer care atleast 3 times a day since the past week and have always been assured of correction within 24 hours. But no luck.
                                    I would have changed services long back but am sticking on only because BSNL is the only one with 3G services and i require them for my work.

                                    I am a BSNL customer in Pune and due to 3G I am still hooked on to their network until we see more private players. Tata Docomo has just launched but their network coverage is poor.
                                    Just like someone said above, signal strength varies so much that by the time you call, signal bars go down. I am using 3G and it keeps falling back to 2G. I am using iPhone and E71.

                                    I have met the DGM but nothing much happened and it takes ages to get to customer care. If people have seen Idea ad on TV where Abhishek tells that woman in bus to get Idea. The woman is showed waiting for BSNL customer care (listen carefully).

                                    My BSNL landline is noisy for last 1 year but BSNL staff is not working on it and giving reasons which are not acceptable.

                                    Anyway. all the best to BSNL users. I think its high time. BSNL should be privatized and govt. money (people's money) should be saved.

If it is a general connection/women power use recharge coupon for Rs.280. For saral anant connections use topups for validity and talk time. also use magic 49 for pay per second

                                    The problem I am facing for the past Six months, since then your Technical people relocated Teppakulam Tower to other place.
                                    During these time I have made several complaints and your Technical people tried to their level best but failed to set right the problem and finally told me that a New Tower to be installed to correct the problem.
                                    Now a days I am not able to speak a single call with out obstruction and had to use alternate phone to complete the call.
                                    I have taken so many photos of signal showing in my phone with my other phone.
                                    Since I have no option to attach these photos with this mail, I am just informing you.
                                    Please send competent Engineer from other zone to set right the problem.

I could not get cellone network from 3pm today. I am an old person and I depend only on call taxi for my movement to hospital and for any emergency. Since there was no network, from 3pm, I could not go intime to the hospital by calling the taxi through my cell phone. I do not know where to complain or report this difficulty of mine. I am very humbly requeting you to kindly do the needful urgently to resume the cellone network connection, knowing well my necessity to have the mobile connection. I have always respected the services of BSNL. But today there was a very big disappointment and have faced enormous difficulty due to my inability to communicate with anyone for help. Please do the needful immediately to get the cellone network connection.

                                        i have broadband connection for more than THREE years( home 750 plus)..Every month for a period of 4 to 5 days , i get no broadband ( it gets disconnected). I regularly contact my local authorities ,but there is no response from them. I losing hope on BSNL BROADBAND and waitng for some other service provider with good customer care. I also suggest my friends NOT to take BSNL broadbad .

                                        sir, i am having BSNL Broadband from last 3 month. My connection disconnect regularly. we are not having underground cable. We are provided with overhead alluminium line. so i requested them to put underground cable. i have giver complaint to them many time.but they didnt put the cable.                                         i am a student, internet is very much essential for me.
                                        for last 6 or 7 days my net is out of order, i have complained by calling to [protected]
                                        2 times.1st 2 make a docket(no. k 3629)and then asked the reason why it was not recovered.

                                        since last one week, am experiencing frequent disconnection of broadband service by BSNL. The most funny thing is, the network is still connected, even when am disconnected. Am just fed up of this negligence in service by BSNL.
                                        BSNL BROAD BAND CONNECTION IS FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTING LODGED COMPLAINT MANY TIMES BUT NO USE.
