sir / madam
i have internet connection from bsnl broadband home plane 750+ three months ago. i will pay for that 780 / month not including telephone bill. but it was not working properly i will compliant to edava telephone exchange they will did not mind. and again i was speak with them by telephone. one person came in my house and he saying line complaint like they will not finishing that complaint
my problem is modem link was not study some time s its working some time is not working it was not a good service from bsnl and please take some action for me

our bsnl connection get in 6 aug 2010.that time i get mela offer for 15 days unlimited internet usage.so that offer end in 21 aug 2010.balance 10 more days in that month.that 10 days bsnl billing in 23735.00 rs.what type of billing system is this.

    i have recharged my bsnl cell one sim card with a top up of rs.300/- through mobile banking facility provided by state bank of hyderabad on 25/05/2010. my phone no. is [protected] and i got a message that the transaction has been successful and rs. 300/- was deducted from the account. But my phone has not been recharged with the amount. the reference no. of the transaction is (oxi transaction id) is[protected]. and another reference id is[protected]. when i contacted the customer care by dailing [protected] the executive did not give me any proper reply, then he transferred my call to one mr. m. sribalu who did not even take my complaint, and did not give me any complaint no. saying that the reference no. is wrong. When customer care itself declines from taking a complaint from the customer and rejects on giving me a complaint no. then whom i have to complain. it is not the case of rs 300/- but the one mr. sribalu who said he was speaking from banglore ( wonder why bsnl is not having a customer care for people of AP in AP) cut my phone intentionally when i was speaking to him and again when i called him, he said that he will give a complaint on me. BSNL DOES NOT TAKE COMPLAINTS FROM CUSTOMERS AND ON THE OTHER HAND THEY ARE THREATENING THE CUSTOMERS THAT THEY WILL BOOK COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. i want justice, your justice and i want is at the earliest. and i sincerely believe in the saying, justice delayed is justice denied.

    we much incontinent with stopping the services of STV’s on 31st and 1st as spl. event without prior intimation. in this connection I suggest the to deduct more tt points for spl. events. But not stop the services. Thanking you sir. ([protected]).

      I am a subscriber BSNL Landline phone connection under Kaniyapuram sub division of the Trivandrum rural. My telephone number is +[protected]. I am not receiving telephone bill since 6 month despite my follow up with Thonnakkal post office. Non receipt of bill cause delay in paying the bill in time. Late payment force me to pay penalty. This type of delayed payment settlement are handled by BSNL Pattom office which is more inconvenient. The nearby Post office will not accept payment without telephone bill.

      Deducion of excess amount paid from bill dated[protected]

      Dear Sir,

      I am a subscriber of BSNL Landline phone connection under Thirumala sub division of the Trivandrum city. My telephone number is 2357446. I paid an excess amount of Rs.171/- along with my telephone charges (bill no.5094048 dated[protected] on[protected]receipt no. ATPM1 3686). This excess amount is not deducted from my current telephone charges (bill no. 5410693 dated[protected], billed amount Rs. 373/-). I am requiesting you to take necessary steps for adjusting this excess amount in my next billing amount.

      I am working in gulf. In my wife house at kadakkavur, p.o. trivandrum district, kerala, theri land line and internet is not working since june last week. Daily we are complaining to near kadakkavur telecom office by written complaints and phone complaint. but unfortunately till date they did not take any necessary action. At least no body not come to check also. what we want to do? more than one month i cant contact my family through net service and land line. my daughter cant take any information from net fro her school project. why we have to pay monthly without any use.

      please check and take any necessary action.

      I am a BSNL Subscriber and my telephone number is [protected]. (Alleppey Dist. Mavelikara zone). Almost all the days the telephone is dead and many times registered the complaints. Even after the rectification keep on happening the same and almost all the days in a month the telephone is out of service. I hope this complaints will help to resolve the problem.

        I have deactivated Music Station service for my mobile [protected] on dated approx 20th April 2010. Moreover I got confirmation from BSNL that service has been deactivated successfully but the charge been deducted for the same service after its deactivation. While talking to Customer Care they are unable to find out mistake and also stated that money deducted (Rs. 19) will not be refunded in future. Please take a legal action for this.

          I got an SMS from 12630035 numbers saying you can chat with people without mentioning the mobile number by subscribing to the facility for Rs.30/- per month. in this connection a made a call to customer service to provide block such type of messages from your side they said to me please call to 1909 and ask to block marketing calls, I made a call to 1909 and request to block the marketing calls they accepted my request and wait for 45 days to activate this I waited 50 days still the messages coming to my mobile. Again I call to 1909 and asked for status of blocking marketing calls on my mobile they verified and said to me unfortunately the request is not activated please do the request again, at that I made a second request to block the marketing calls they said wait for 45 days now the 45 days time period is over but marketing calls is not blocked I made a call to BSNL customer service center and explained my problem starting to ending they listened and finally they said to me 1909 service is stopped and no DNC service is available in BSNL Mobile. I checked PDNC status on http://pdnc.bsnl.co.in/registerPhnNoforDNC.aspx web link my mobile is registered in 2 Months back and confirmed the registration. I went to BSNL Cell One Office and asked for PDNC service they also checked the same link and said to me your mobile is registered 2 months back and confirmed, they said to me in my hands we register a complaint against this and wait for 2 to 3 days to take time, again this time is over still I getting the marketing messages from BT service. Please help me.

          Is it possible to register a complaint in consumer forum regarding this.

          I am still getting marketing calls even after registering for do not call list . today i got 2 calls from[protected] & 41076750 . Could some one help me from this headache

          my mobile no is [protected]( BSNL XL GENERAL) I HAV REGISTERED DNC WITH BSNL (REG NO :C[protected] BUT EVERY DAY I HAV RECEIVED SO MANY MARKETING CALLS. I HAVE CONTACT TAMILNADU SERVICE ([protected]) NOBODY AWARE OF IT AND SIGNAL IS ALSO VERY WEAK(POOR) SO KINDLY ARRANGE TO BLOCK UNNECESSARY CALLS.
          sir, i am really fed up even after registering on this facility.my tel.no. is[protected] and my complaint no. is CL[protected]. my father is suffering from diffuse brain injury and after receiving this unwanted calls gone violent which is very painful for our family. so sir please take this complaint very seriously because if it will not done the results will prove very harmeul to my father.

            I have applaid for a new land line connection from BSNL on 17th april (work order no[protected] days over and they were unable to give the connection even after frequent visiting to the concerned telephone exchange(shankarpuram exchange) and bringing up the issue with the responsible authorities including the divisional engineer but nobody is taking any interest in solving the problem.
            Utter neglegence and irresponsible from all the conserned BSNL executives.

              BSNL — Receiving unwanted message

              I am using a mobile number i.e. [protected] of BSNL. I am receiving filthy message. I have requested the company for DND twice. Received a message from the company that your number has been registered. But it is not being activated.

              Further I am receiving message from TD-Info and Number[protected] that "Your number has won 1,000,000.00 in Cocacola 2011" and"Congrats, you have won $850,000 in ongoing INTE'L cricket mobile draw 2011. respectively.

              I request the BSNL authority to kindly enquire the matter and to bane these number and organisation from sending this type of messages to public.

              Further, I request to kindly activate my "DND" service at the earliest.

                Broadband connection not working
                Dear Sir,

                I am resident of Ambernath (E). My BSNL Telephone number with the broadband connection is[protected]. I want to inform you thet my Broadband connection has not been working properly since more than last three weeks. I have lodged compliant twice. The person from the BSNL office visited two times. Whenever the person comes the line was working properly. But after that, again the same problem appears with the error that the “Network connection is unpugged”. In nights, the connection does not happen only. My humble request is that the problem should be cleared as permanent solution.

                Please look in to the matter.

                  Daily i'm receiving more than 10 sms from 59595. I don't know how to stop this service. I have sended STOP message to 59595, but no response, and then i tried UNSUBSCRIBE to 59595, I had received message like as given below.

                  "due to techical issue, we are not able to process your request. please try again."

                  I've tried up to 12 times (for each time they deducted Rs 1.20 per SMS)

                  No use in sending unsubscribe message. still i'm getting message from 59595.

                  BSNL Mobile — Unwanted message

                  Daily i'm receiving more than 10 sms from 59595. I don't know how to stop this service. I have sended STOP message to 59595 with the charge of Rs.1.20, but no response, and then i tried UNSUBSCRIBE to 59595 with the charge of Rs. 1.20, now i' getting message like as given below.

                  I've tried up to 10 times (for each time they deducted Rs 1.20, its nearly Rs 12 + (1.20 * 2) = Rs. 14.40.

                  No use in sending unsubscribe message. still i'm getting message from 59595.
                  I completely agree with this, what takes them 40 days to stop/deactivate messaging these useless messages, it doesn't even take 1 day to activate it.

                  BSNL — unsubscribe wap zoom bollywood video service

                  My mobile No is [protected]. BSNL wap service is deducting Rs.30 per month for bollywood zoom videos of the day. I want to unscribe this with immediate effect.They are not giving us the unscribing provision and deducts without prior notice. with regards Shahadevan

                    My phone number is [protected], I live in Shrirampur, dist - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
                    I got the broadband service about a month ago, and have been facing disconnections since then. I work full time, and my work (job) is entirely online. I depend on internet like anything, but BSNL had been so careless about their customer's needs. I face the disconnections almost everyday, it varies from 5-10 minutes to whole day. It is costing my job, when I launched complaint, the representative gave me another phone number to call, when I called that number, he gave me third number to call, which I couldn't call, as I received the message that the phone is not active. I have been calling their land line number during working hours but no response, how can they be so careless. I am so furious at this moment as I just faced another disconnection a while ago, and then decided to write an email to top authorities of BSNL, but I wasn't successful in finding their email address or another phone number where they could help me with this. IF they can not provide a good service they don't have any right to stay in the market.

                      Sir/Madam,

                      My BSNL Landline phone number:[protected] has not been functional for the past 5 months. I have lodged several complaints at the number 198. After much delays and repeated requests to the SDO Punjabari(Phone number: [protected]) the dial tone had come but the phone was still cross connected with my neighbour. The most recent complaint was on 24 Feburary. For 3 months no action has been taken for the same inspite of repeated requests to the SDO Punjabari over phone and personally as well. It has come to the extent that the phone-calls are no more being answered by him. For three months we are just paying the bill for a dead landline phone and facing such harassment by the concerned authorities. We have called on the BSNL helpline number and have been given some other numbers which are never answered. We have tried to contact the Area Manager who is on leave most of the time. The Divisional Engineer([protected]) is unavailable whenever we call. We are sick and tired of the harassment and waste of precious time and money.

                      Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful. I hope this forum is not just for records.

                      I am fed up trying to get across bsnl call centre .I would request the mass never to take a broad band connection of bsnl, niether have a landland..I have two connections over 15years and i am suffering and unable to understand how to sort the issue..With my busy sechdule and travel I am unable to sort this out, One can keep dialing the entier day to complain and get the fingers number but the phone lines would never be attended ...with a tone of either busy or wrong connection .Shame on our BSNL system.

I called to customer care no [protected] and i received reply thay they will inform me soon but they have not given the time for that. since 5 days i am calling daily to them twice but I had not received any No from them. To custmer are executive replied in bad manner when I called by mob no [protected]. if this site is really works for complainers please give me some suggesions to register legal complain against BSNL prepaid service provider.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am resident of Ambernath (E). My BSNL Telephone number with the broadband connection is[protected]. I want to inform you thet my Broadband connection has not been working properly since more than last three weeks. I have lodged compliant twice. The person from the BSNL office visited two times. Whenever the person comes the line was working properly. But after that, again the same problem appears with the error that the “Network connection is unpugged”. In nights, the connection does not happen only. My humble request is that the problem should be cleared as permanent solution.

                              Please look in to the matter.

                                i have bsnl landline phone last 15 years.phone no is[protected] and i use b.s.n.l broadband service last 1 year 6 month.but last 3 months broadband service very poor about 5 to 10 minute disconnect link.and broadband running speed 44 to 85 kbps .but give me b.s.n.l unlemited plans 750.and its plan broadband speed 256 kbps.i compland bsnl lineman and s.d.o but no solusion.ask me bsnl officer bsnl system poor.broadband unlimited 750 plan running same poor conditation.so cut the
                                b.s.n.l conection.i pay bill regularley but my money is lost.

                                      Every month there is deduction of Rs. 20 on my postpaid BSNL mobile phone [protected] as membership of laughter club.
                                      I wish to unsubscribe right from day one but the No. 1255535 never gets connected...always shows " NETWORK BUSY "
                                      Please convey to them on my behalf so that I am saved from this wastful expenditure. I have never used this club service. They have befooled me as I simply clicked on their SMS once & got a message that I am registered.

                                        I am Hemanth, from trivandrum.I am using BSNL connection.Phone number

                                        [protected].I have been irritated by BSNL. Before months I have purchased a

                                        recharge coupon from attingal Anil agencies. But my bad luck Bsnl stopped the

                                        393 recharge coupon. I returned the coupon to Anil agencies.Now months past

                                        They denies to give back the money to me. Their plea was that BSNL does

                                        not give money or coupons to their authorised franchisee. I also complaint this

                                        matter to customer care through mail. They ended this matter by a telephone.

                                        They also gave me a complaint number several times. But no use. For this coupon

                                        i have already spent more than 550 rupees and my precious time.

                                        Then i sent a mail to the nodal officer and also sent mail

                                        to<[protected]@bsnl.co.in>. Are we public dumb and deaf that we are getting

                                        tortured by BSNL /Anil agencies like this? Are there no man to

                                        solve this problem? what are these executives doing there? In what area is the

                                        government investing our tax as we are still denied of proper refund? We are not

                                        expecting government to do wonders, atleast provide basic necessities of life?I

                                        realy do think that my complaint is genuine as m paying tax on time.
