i m a student of animation and doing a course from delhi, i used to go to delhi everyday, and i needed internet connection to get help in my studies. so i enquired abt BSNL broadband but the feedback of many people in rohtak that if BSNL landline is not working then your internet will not be connected and even after the complaint the BSNL staff dont take it seriously. so its normally said that it is govt. organisation so it will take 7-10 days. then i heard about BSNL EVDO data card.
So,I took the service of BSNL EVDO data card 04/03/2010 and the service and the speed which was offered to me was not provided to me by BSNL. starting 12-13 days it worked as it offered, after that its speed become very slow, so i managed. After 2-3 days, the up and down rate of speed of this card become '0'. even the google.com was not opening. So i complaint to BSNL office regarding that i told them that i cant come for complaint in office hours because i have to go to my class in delhi and i use internet in night only. so they gave me a number that is[protected] as customer care and wen i called on this number nobody was picking up the phone for three days, when then i got another number from BSNL office i.e[protected]. this no was picked up but it was told to me that it is not the EVDO depart. so he connected me to concerned depart. person i asked him that why u r not picking up the phone then he replied "I DONT KNOW WHERE THE PHONE IS ."
then i met DE of the department he tried to solve the problem but failed. and he told me to give a rebate into my bill now i hav received the bill. and now they are telling me to give the application and wait. and they dont even know that how much time it will according to them i have check time to time. now what should i do ? i take my classes everyday or i visit to the BSNL office everyday ?
still the card is not working properly from last two days after 00:00 hrs the card is not getting connected.
i asked to stop the service but the said u have to use it atleast 3 months.
please help me somebody. i m a victim of the WORST SERVICES of BSNL.
this is the WORST experience of my life with BSNL.

BSNL cellone service — unwanted SMS from 58888
During Dec 08 I suddenly started getting one joke per day and at modnight 12.30 am started getting thanks SMS from 58888. My Dec bill was carrying Rs 28 for receiving SMSs. After enquiry I found that the charges are for receiving Jokes everyday. I submitted a written complaint to BSNL for stopping this and refunding the money. It took 2+ weeks to get the relief from Jokes. BSNL authority is claiming that I have subscribed for the Jokes on 9th Dec 08. But I am sure I have not subscribed for Jokes. As per me through this practice, 58888 and BSNL is earning huge money per month. Request concerned authority to take action to stop this kind of practice and refund the money they have charged.
