BSNL — BSNL Phone Dead past 15 days

Hi,

Recently we have shifted our home in the same area, and i submiited a request letter to BSNL Officials to shift the phone within the divsion. And they accepted on 13th of May and they told it will be done on friday i.e 17th May i accepted for that. There after i havent received any update from the BSNL officials, once again i called and enquired about the shifting phone they gave some different number to contact, i tried calling him and asked for the shifting he told some unacceptable words like My engineer is not yet come he is not keeping well, he is sick for 2 days. once again i called on Monday he told samething till now the engineer is not yet come and he is not keeping well, once again called and asked for the updates he told surely it will be done on wednesday till now nothing has happend one more wednesday came till now the phone is not working, if this is the case BSNL officials are not working properly and once again provide Govt employees are always lazy...From past 15 days I am not using my Phone connection of 22132354 please do needful...

I have got a BSNL Land line phone for the past 25 years in my father K.P.Vasudevan's name. My phone number is [protected].The phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the phone is fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .My phone is out of order. Please make arrangements to rectify it.

My repeated complaim (Complain No. Q7583) to the telephone office, but no action yet to be taken from telephone office. I am also using broadband from this connection, but due to telephone dead I was also unable to use internet. Kindly help me by repearing my telephone line.

      very poor connectivity while surfing internet connection gets disconnected. Very slow speed

      broadband is not connecting internet. after three complains over telephone the problem has not been solved. please get it solved expeditiously.
      The link button in the modem is dizzling so the connection is not avaliable to us for all time. Due to this problem I can`t do my work properly through BSNL modem. The connection exists hardly for 3-4minutes.
      Please take the proper action as early as possible.

      I have a BSNL Broadband connection on Phone number[protected]. The day it was installed it stopped working after 5 days and after numerous complaints on customer helpline and visiting Local complaint office at NEPZ Noida it was not restored for a month. I payed the whole bill for that month, after 10 days it stopped again, so I complained again numerous times but they all gone in vain. So I didn't paid the bill this time. They are sending the bills for each month and I want them to cut my connection but they are saying to pay the bill for remaining three months and than they will cut it.
      How can I pay the bill for three months if it is not working from 3.5 months.

        BSNL Mobile — bsnl is not refunding security despite of no pending

        My bsnl post paid no. was +91-[protected]. due to stolen my phone on 23/10/2004, I logged a complaint in nearest police station, and informed bsnl in proper way. I had diposited security rs 2000.00. Till today bsnl has not refunded my security yet now. In this duration, i have contacted bsnl personels at every level, but there is no result.

          I have intially subscribe to BSNL dataone broadband of Rs.250 Plan,and they have offerred 1gb free donwload and the speed was very good at that time just to exhust my 1GB free usage as soon as possible i suppose.But,in every month if i dont download anything,only browse for pages,autometically my 1gb is getting exhusted.And i had to pay very high charges for that.One of the BSNL agent told me to change the plan to Unlimited 750 and go for the annual payment,you will get some benifit.I have paid more than 9500/- already for the year.But,the moment i have changed it to Unlimited,my speed become very slow and it is slower than a Dialup connection.I was suppose to get 256 kbps/S as per the plan,but now i am getting max 25kb/s.I have logged complain to customer care twice,but no result.
          So, the conclusion is i[censored] choose for a lower price plan they will provide you very high speed internet so that your free usage gets exhusted as soon as possible and they can charge for extra usage.And if you choose for Unlimited,they will make your connection so very slow,u wont be able to do anything,I cant even open normal webpages.BE WARE OF THIS TRAP OF BSNL DATAONE.

          BSNL DATAONE — internet down

          I am having BSNL broad band connection for last one year. Right from the first month it keeps on disconnecting. Many times it does not connect at all. I have complained almost 100 times on telephone. They just ignore my complaints. Sometimes after a complaint the connection works for a day or two and again the same problem starts. They always give some explanations that the cable has become bad, there is fault in the line etc. I don't know what to do? Weather I should file a case in the consumer court?
          am having BSNL broad band connection for last 6 month . I have complained almost 100 times on telephone.They just ignore my complaints. Sometimes after a complaint the connection works for a day or two and again

          BSNL DATAONE — Very high Pings

          Hello,
          I'm a Dataone user from Srinagar and have been using the service for 4 months.
          The pings i get are very high and cause many problems. Please try to check the problem as soon as pssible.

          BSNL DATAONE — Not offered 15 days unlimited promotional offer.

          I applied for bsnl broadband connection on 27/03/2010. I got the modem installed and started using the connection on 15/04/2010. As per the bsnl website, there was a promotional offer for broadband connections taken till March 31st, (later the date was extended to April 15th). According to the information, I am supposed to get unlimited downloads at 2 MBPS speed for the first 15 days, ie. till 29th April. But today April 22nd, when I checked the usage, I found that they started charging me from 22/04/2010.
          What should I do to get the offer for the remaining days, and whom to contact to get the amount charged to be reversed.

          dataone — Always shows exceedance of quota

          It is strange that I keep getting this warning when I hardly use a fraction of the allotted 5 mb space. Like today the downloaded amount was 179 kb (whereas your mail says there is a disk usage of 5025 kb).
          The number of messages I got today was 9, and that included your warning, while your alert says that I have 190 messages ‼

          dataone — Internet and Phone

          The dataone internet service provided by BSNL in our area (Virar) is pathetic. The connection is out for 5-6 days a week. When the office is approached for compliants, i am asked to register complaint on number '198'. Inspite of registering compliant, i have receievd no calls from the company either the issue is resolved. This is happening since last 3 months. If this carelessness for customer plight continues, the government will definitely lose their portion to other private service providers in the market for sure.

            Hi,
            I have recently migrated to 3G service from 2G of BSNL serivce provider. Already i had the 2G GPRS settings in my mobile. As directed by the customer care representative, to receive the 3G GPRS settings i sent SMS <Manufacture_of_mobile> <Model_of_mobile> to 53855. i recevied 4 sms displaying the following message "Settings received but not saved. Message deleted". On enquiring the Customer care, they asked to delete the cofigurations and all the access points. Even after doing that and sending the SMS i received the same SMS. Even i formated the phone and sent the sms i am still receving the same message. Please help me in this and do the need full as soon as possible.             BSNL — Trash messages

            Since past 2-3 months I have been receiving unwanted "Service Messages" (SMS) from BSNL and other marketing messages (download so and so songs etc.).

            It takes efforts and time to keep that deleting again and again. I "managed" to talk with Customer Service (on [protected]) after about 10 attempts on various days.

            First he pretended not to have understood my problem. Finally he said that stopping those SMS's are not in his jurisdiction. He was also unable to explain how to tackle this situation.

            What do do. Is BSNL listening...

                I've opted for EVDO connection for my limited Tenure in BHOPAL. As soon as i moved out, i have filed an application to disconnect my subscription. Irrespective to my regular appeals of doing so, BSNL is keep on sending MONTHLY BILLS on my address for the service i have ousted for 6 months back. I have requested them regularly, and everytime they have assured me of disconnection still i am receiving the bills. I don't know what are they upto. KINDLY HELP ME WITH THIS since I AM REALLY FED UP WITH BSNL BROADBAND SERVICES.

                  Dear Sir/ Madam
                  We had applied for a new Tarang connection in the name of Sunfix Plast Pvt Ltd Dt: 03/06/2009 at Shirur Telephone Exchange and paid the charges vide Cash receipt No. 48221 at Shirur Telephone Exchange. Still we are not provided with the connection after contacting several times with the local BSNL person Mr. Nagavade he keeps on hanging with the matter and never gives a reply as to when it would provided.
                  Kindly look into the matter.

                    I am a BSNL broadband customer in Varanasi using home plan 750 plus, customer no. is 2423070, I have been using bsnl broadband since last one year but since last 7 days my broadband connection is working drastically slow and downloading speed has dropped down to 5-7kbps, and even after visiting their office and after complaining them about this i didn't got any satisfactory reply and the condition of my broadband connection is still the same which is really frustrating for me, hope you will look into the issue n solve my problem.

                      My cellone connection number is [protected]. I am having this Cell one - postpaid connection from the date of introduction. I pay regularly the monthly charges for past so many years. This month due to some problem I have delayed payment. The BSNL is very promt in disconneting the Network on[protected]. No complaint on this
                      But I paid the amount on the very next day of Network disconnection - i-c on[protected]. But so far no network connection is given and my Cell one is dead. I have tried 1500 and there is no response. The national helpline[protected] is also of no use since I could not get any guidance on mobile (cellone) disconnection.

                      When BSNL is prompt in disconnecting NETWORK for non payment of bill amount, Can I not expect the same promptness in reconnecting after making payment.
                      Will you provide a simple complaint number for this type of problems for mobiles.

                      Will the concerned authority look into this and activate my mobile / reconnect network to my mobile.

                      BSNL cellone service — unwanted SMS from 58888

                      During Dec 08 I suddenly started getting one joke per day and at modnight 12.30 am started getting thanks SMS from 58888. My Dec bill was carrying Rs 28 for receiving SMSs. After enquiry I found that the charges are for receiving Jokes everyday. I submitted a written complaint to BSNL for stopping this and refunding the money. It took 2+ weeks to get the relief from Jokes. BSNL authority is claiming that I have subscribed for the Jokes on 9th Dec 08. But I am sure I have not subscribed for Jokes. As per me through this practice, 58888 and BSNL is earning huge money per month. Request concerned authority to take action to stop this kind of practice and refund the money they have charged.

                      CellOne — bills not received and mob disconnected

                      I have bsnl mob no [protected], taken from Nasik Road (Maharashtra), since last three years i am in pune.I am always receiving my bills always after the due date. I have given complaints time and again but there is no response. Recently my mob was disconnected & there is some problem that i can not pay the bill on line. I am fed up if you cannot resolve the issue terminate my connection. I shall look for some other subscriber neither i receive bills in time.An early reply is requested by email or on tele no[protected] /[protected]

                      BSNL — late service

                      Resp. Sir,
                      We have already gave complaint, by 198, but response is totally 'zero', there is cable problem,
                      pole problem, means any tme if there occures rain or strom our landilne is getting fell, and your servise
                      is too late and for very short time period.
                      If you are providing such a bad & hopeless servise, naturally we will have to go further.

                      BSNL — amount paid but no reconnection

                      Dear Sir/madam,
                      I Have Paid the complete bill amount on 12th september for [protected] and updated thrice to the bsnl hyderabad tolichowki division to give me connection again as i am also interested in broadband connection through it . There is no serious action taken by the authorities even though Iam a loyal customer to bsnl . Please make sure that there will be service given from your end of reconnection soon.

                        Other Phone Number provided is 25427722 which rings but no one alive in BSNL to pick it up

                        This Organisation must be shut as soon as possible or in effective people must be sacked and put on contract basis / performance basis

                        All are lithargic people and they must not be in any kind of business, they all are taking india to 18th century and it is impossible to grow with them

                        BSNL is one of Indias Worst and Lithargic Organisation

The site is found not working since 2/3 months and so couldn't find the same. i req to pay my phone bill at there office and it takes 1/2 hrs.                               I am trying to pay my Telephone Bill thru net banking.. but not able to access .pls advice me to pat my telephone bills thru net... Earlier I was made thru netbanking.. (my Tel.no.2830604, Dombivili division.).
                              They have a new portal online at http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal.

                              But even in that portal the online payment option is not yet enabled. When we click it, it says 'This function is not available as of now. Contact BSNL Customer care'. This portal was started sometime around March 2010, but till date its giving the same error.

                              This is such a shame. Such big company like BSNL cannot even put an Online Payment option online. Hope anyone from BSNL is listening.

                              I completely agree. In these days of busy schedules, its very hard to find time for standing in the queues for the payment of bills and that too in working days. While nowadays all the utility companies including are making arrangements for online bill payments, why a monolith like BSNL is indulging in such malpractices in not understandable. Somebody should come forward and compel BSNL to provide Online Bill Payment facility.
                              i want to check my internet usage.please give me portal id and password.i also want to check my plan.

                              Cable Fault- dear sir i have to request for my landline telephone not properly working because cable fault, Many time i have to complaint but it will not taken action properly. we have send requested for bhoirwadi exchange and his engineer will many time says it an cable fault and this cable will be newly apply the cable while not getting the noisable voice. It will irritated.

                                  i m a student of animation and doing a course from delhi, i used to go to delhi everyday, and i needed internet connection to get help in my studies. so i enquired abt BSNL broadband but the feedback of many people in rohtak that if BSNL landline is not working then your internet will not be connected and even after the complaint the BSNL staff dont take it seriously. so its normally said that it is govt. organisation so it will take 7-10 days. then i heard about BSNL EVDO data card.
                                  So,I took the service of BSNL EVDO data card 04/03/2010 and the service and the speed which was offered to me was not provided to me by BSNL. starting 12-13 days it worked as it offered, after that its speed become very slow, so i managed. After 2-3 days, the up and down rate of speed of this card become '0'. even the google.com was not opening. So i complaint to BSNL office regarding that i told them that i cant come for complaint in office hours because i have to go to my class in delhi and i use internet in night only. so they gave me a number that is[protected] as customer care and wen i called on this number nobody was picking up the phone for three days, when then i got another number from BSNL office i.e[protected]. this no was picked up but it was told to me that it is not the EVDO depart. so he connected me to concerned depart. person i asked him that why u r not picking up the phone then he replied "I DONT KNOW WHERE THE PHONE IS ."
                                  then i met DE of the department he tried to solve the problem but failed. and he told me to give a rebate into my bill now i hav received the bill. and now they are telling me to give the application and wait. and they dont even know that how much time it will according to them i have check time to time. now what should i do ? i take my classes everyday or i visit to the BSNL office everyday ?
                                  still the card is not working properly from last two days after 00:00 hrs the card is not getting connected.
                                  i asked to stop the service but the said u have to use it atleast 3 months.
                                  please help me somebody. i m a victim of the WORST SERVICES of BSNL.
                                  this is the WORST experience of my life with BSNL.

They are trying to market their EVDO Card only, and not taking care of the customers. If you want to return your card immediately they won't get back their cards, so beware of their products. This is only for their marketing purpose. And also they do not have knowledge of EVDO, Internet, coverage ....etc related technical words. I[censored] want to use EVDO Card you must go to the bsnl tower and sit their....now you can ....only browse the sites.... thats all you can do with EVDO.
                                  I have few questions on all of you!
                                  Q1: how is it possible that a company can sell something what is working only first few days and when you want your money back, you have no chance. It looks like all the customers are having the same problem and no one bothers to solve it. What are we all paying for? Is there not someone who can stop this nonsense?
                                  Q2: Do you think that give an complaint on this page will be helpful? Is it not so that the bsnl lossers are just hiding behind this page and acting as if nothing is going on? Why is there not someone who will write something like: I have realized that they are not giving what i pay for and so I do not pay ... . Is there not someone who is not scared of this useless officers and company?
                                  BSNL is providing very bad speed with EVDO data card

                                  BSNL, Rohtak — unlimited internet interruption

                                  I have got unlimited internet connection on phone 249065 but the facility of the internet is limited one. It shows error when connected and the next moment it is connected when tried again. It works for some time and again show error of modem. Am I eligible for the connection as it is limited facility on the unlimited option. More over the charged slashed on internet by BSNL are not charged from the custmer. They continue to charge as per old rate and not charge as per new charges.More over, the complaint for the connection is not notted for the second time if the first complaint is not rederssed.
                                  It is the slowest despite the fact that I had taken the unlimited plan, I am not able to doiwnload even 1 GB in a month.

                                    hi, I am customer of bsnl prepaid connection .                                     I too agree with the complaint above.It was 9 december 2010 when I realised that I had no balance in my cell.When I looked into that matter then I came to realise that I have been subscribed for the hello tunes.When I called the customer care then they told me that the tune was activated with my consent which was not so.Even the masti pack was activated without my consent.Morever after this i sent a msg costing me around 2 rs per sms to deactivate the hello tune but till now nothing has happened.its still there.I tried calling the toll free number which they gave me (56702) which is not working since once we call the number it says the number doesnot exist.Not me only there are many people from whom bsnl has been devouring money this way and some of the people are even ignorant of the way to approach the customer care and even when appraoched then no action is being taken

My life has turned into a living hell, since I don't have a call tracer so tracing calls is very difficult.                                         BSNL (cellone) — Bulk SMS Receiving on every minute

                                        Dear, Sir/Madam,

                                        This is very disgusting that,after so many complains which i did on the callcenter of BSNL to stop this service, on every 2 minute im recieving sms's of so many companys, wheather its DAY or NIGHT. why is its so.. i don't know why did they(the companies) do this, even they don't care about the customers feelings.
                                        Dear all if you have any hope to stop these type of sms's please perefer my complin first and on foremos basis,,,,, i'm very much humble of you...
