BSNL broadband usage — Not able to view BSNL Boradband usage

I am not in a position to view usage of my BSNL boradband since the site shows 'internal error".

BSNL does not provide a proper way to check the Broadband usage..
They will rectify this pbm quickly...

    sir,
    we have taken bsnl broadband connection 2 months ago. we are not satisfied with your services.worst service tht i have experienced..we are trying to change the password and tried to open the site....www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in.but this site is not at all working since last 1 month.there is no correct responce from the customer care.whenever we try to cust care there will be no response from them.we are fed up with your services.recently we got bill amount Rs6091 which we never expected at all.our usage per month will not exceed more than 30hrs.please give correct website details to change our password as soon as possible.otherwise we will disconnect the broadband connection.

    Dear Sir,
    I had originally opted for Home 250 plan on an annual payment basis.
    Later, I requested Customer Care Office to change my plan over to Home500
    from 1.8.2008.

    Now, what actually happened is as follows:
    The Home500 plan was made effective from 1.7.'08 without my knowledge. I had restricted my use within 1GB in July last as per my earlier plan but I had to pay Rs.500/- extra for July'08. A copy of my letter to Customer Care is attached.

    What happened to my Rs.2, 500/- paid in the beginning of the current year for Home250? Is it running simultaneously with Home500 now? Clearly
    that was not my intention as would be amply clarified by my attached letter.
    May I expect an early reply to the points mentioned above?

    We have a BSNL Broadband connection on our landline number[protected], and we have subscribed to 750 unlimited download plan. But since the day one, we had been experiencing lot of problem like frequent disconnection and low download speed etc. Sometimes, landline phone goes dead while browsing internet. Have checked up with BSNL people many times, they insist on checking connection between splitter box and instrument/modem. Have ensured that the physical connection is correct. However, nobody from BSNL has turned up till date for rectification of the problem. I m quite annoyed since I m not getting any service although I have subscribed for a high-end plan.

    This is to inform you that i am a subscriber of BSNL and using broadband facility on
    my landline no.[protected]. A week ago i got some complaint in my broadband as it was not working
    so i went to our local telephone exchange and register a complaint about this. They assured me that their
    is complaint and we will sort out in a day or two. Again i went for the same after 2 days but still they respond
    the same thing. As I am in a profession that I can’t work without internet so I request them again today
    morning but still they are unable to say anything like when it will be working again properly.

    I request you to please look into this problem so that I may be able to work again and to cover all my work
    Loss.

    Hope to hear a positive response from you as BSNL is commited to provide the best service to its customers.

    To the B.S.N.L sir mera connection jis din se laga hai us din se 10 din kya, 1 din kya, 1 minute k liye bhi nahi chala hai. Jo aap k employe mere ghar par connection laga kar gai they maine un se ph par 50 bar complaint kari hai. Un hone abhi tak thik nahi kiya hai. Plz mera connection hata do ya thik kar do. Other wise mere pass bill aaya to main pay nahi karuga. Our Maine is No : [protected]. Kam se kam 50 bar ph kar ke complaint kari hai. Koi bhi thik kar k nahi gaya hai.

      My self Priya Jain am a customer of BSNL,(+[protected]

      I have frequent problem with my Land line every 15 days it get dead,
      Every time i lodge a complaint twice & thrice then only they take an action we are working people we can go everyday and be back of them how can it will possible recently same thing repeated my land line got dead on Friday 22nd Jan'10 i have lodged a complaint by number-[protected] no one turn up till now and i have been to office today morning Monday 25th jan'10.
      i told them persoanlly though this people are like no action what they think of them i don't understand why they are getting paid and why the hell am payind rent & service cahrges when 15days my phone doesn't workI have a lodges a complaint

      Kindly do the needful!!!!!

      I have applied a landline connection on 15th of June and I was told I will get the landline in 72 hours so I should get it by 18th June, Now its 2nd of July and I am still waiting for the phone.
      Hello. I am a resident of BTM Layout Bangalore. I had applied for bsnl landline connection along with broadband on 1st August 2009. They promised me a connection within 15 days. I have already made the initial payment of 500 rupees. Its more than two months now and i have still not received the connection. What do i do now?

      I submitted application for new land line at D1/7 Little Heart Talegaon in November 2011. No acknoledgement was given saying that it was not necessary, which I accepted in good faith. I am visiting the BSNL Talegaon office to followo up every week and meet the concerned officer.He is not replying nor any formal communication from BSNL..
      It is already 2 months. BSNL must respond saying yes or no so that I can approach other service providers.i give preference to Govt Companies but if they do not care ?

        Sir My above phone is WLL & installed at home : JANARDAN S/O RAMNATH, Vill/Po-Mir Ahmed Pur Shahjada, AZAMGARH Pin-223224. Teliphone bill not recieved at home due to that phone has been disconnected. My father who is 72 Yrs.old, has completed all formality suggested by Government officers of BSNL. before Aprox 20days but till date the phone has not been connected. He rang so many times to BSNL but no one is picking up the phone in office....

        my name is subhash chander rana,with due respect i beg to say that my mobile number [protected] has subscribed the subscription service provided by wap.mauj.com Krishna of the day.i received the message "Thanks for subscribing to the subscription service" from the number[protected] .sir i tried to unsubscribe it but the un-subscription page does not exists, then i called the bsnl customer care services but they didn't gave any solutions to this problem.so i am requesting to you to unsubscribe me from this service as soon as possible as they are charging Rs-5 daily.

          i have a bsnl mobile connection [protected].
          i was using 300rs. tariff plan in which bsnl to bsnl local calling is free.
          but when my tariff vaucher expire on 16Dec , i reacharge a new tariff vaucher on 18Dec09 at 10:25am but when i called on bsnl num. then normal call rates are applyed and my balance was deducted.
          i immediatly contact to customer care([protected]). and told about my problem.
          they told me that my num. is convrted into 3G service automatically.and this is a tecnical problem . soon your number will be converted into 2G and you will be anable to use your tariff plan.
          but from uptill now my balance is continuosly deducting. and i have complaint it in bsnl office bareilly U.P sevral times and also have a complaint num. but they are not completing there promise.
          kindly help me.

          Dear sir,
          Mera name Anurag Vijay hai. Mera BSNL prepaid 2G mobile no. [protected] hai and mein tonk rajasthan mein rahta hoo. mein nokia 3110c mobile use karta hoon usme gprs facility hai parantu 3G facility nahi hai.
          Mene mere no. per GPRS activate karaya tha and Rs. 230/- ka recharge bhi 7 jan 2010 ko karvaya tha. jiske anusar mujhe ek mahine tak ( 6 feb 2010)free unlimitted internet facility di jani thi. parantu teen ya char din internet use karne ke bad mein mere no. per aaj tak bhi internet use nahi kar pa raha hun.
          Iska karan janne ke liye jab costomer care per call ki to pratek bar alag alag jawab mila. kisi ne kaha ki aapke no. per gprs activate hi nahi hai, kisi ne kaha ki gprs deactivate ho gaya ise activate karvao.parantu unke anusar sabhi karya karne ke bad bhi jab internet use nahi kar paya to[protected] ko meri complaint darj ki gayi jiske docket no. A[protected] hai. karib char din bad mere pas message aaya ki aapki problem resolved ho gai hai. jabki meri problem aaj tak resolved nahi hui. mene costomer care par phir se call kiya and bataya ki meri problem solved nahi hui hai mein mere no. per prepaid 2G mein internet use nahi kar pa raha hoon aur na hi meri tarah bsnl prepaid 2G ke other costomers koi bhi tonk mein internet use nahi kar pa rahe hai, to unhone meri complaint ko aage pahunchane ke liye bol diya. Mene Costomer care se yeh bhi kaha ki mein consumer fourm mein shikayat darj karaunga to unhone kaha ki kara dijiye usse kya aapki problem solve ho jayegi. Iske bad mein tonk ke BSNL office gaya aur apni shikayat batayi to unhone kaha ki pure tonk mein koi bhi bsnl prepaid 2G costomer internet use nahi kar pa raha hai, hamne aage shikayat (jaipur) kar di hai.
          jaldi hi aapki problem solve ho jayegi, tab tak aap kisi 3G ke mobile mein aapki sim dal kar internet use kar leve. Parntu aaj tak bhi meri problem solve nahi ho saki.
          Shriman ke samaksh aaj dinank[protected] ko yeh shikayat darj kara raha hoon ki tonk mein bsnl prepaid 2G mein pichle 15 dino se internet facility chalu nahi hai jabki 230 ke recharge mein yeh vayda hota hai ki aap one month ke liye internet use karenge, isprakar se yeh BSNL ka seva dosh hai, seva mein kami hai, aur mujhe aarthik and mansik nuksan bhi hua hai. Isliye mujhe uchit nyay and muavja dilaya jaye.

          I have taken my 2G connection no[protected] on 10.3.2010 and further renew on 10.4.2010 but till now no intimation has come by sms for confirming the renewal .

            I am a consumer of bsnl evdo card using from guwahati, assam. I resides and use from birubari which is in the central location of guwahati city, the state capital of assam. We purchased bsnl data card (Evdo) after seeing the advertisement of 2. 4 mbps speed. But in no case experienced more than 256 kbps & with ix connectivity most of the time. I tried every option of configuration by using ip address of bsnl used dns server.
            For grievance redressal bsnl is having a mail id - [protected]@bsnl. Co. In. I sent complaint but did not get any response. The mail ended up with the following message - "delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:[protected]@bsnl. Co. In

Even after several-several complaints to the panbazar BSNL office, Mailing to GM Kamrup and also through the customer care no WLL : 1502.. There has been NO CHANGES IN THE SPEED, it always stays below 50KBps Downlink > I would say that BSNL is just making FOOL OF ITS CUSTOMERS. The charges taken of Rs 700+ is simply UNJUSTIFIED.

            Dear Sir,

            I had purchased a BSNL Data Card from M/s.Vinayaka Agencies No.3038, 80 feet road , indiranagar, HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560038 authorised agent of BSNL Bangalore vide their receipt no.642/14.12.2010 Vide data card IMEI No.[protected] vide telephone No.[protected] paid Rs.2000/- for the data card. while purchasing the BSNL Data Card they said that it runs @ 3.1 mpbs speed , this data card is BSNL3G. whereas after it was activited and run on the system overall speed it shows only 0.99 mpbs speed if you test any time during day and night.

            BSNL is offering their data card to the open public with the ads stating it is giving 3.1 mpbs speed but real fact it is given only 0.99 mpbs speed.

            And my area of residence is indiranagar bangalore it is well connected to the bsnl towers.

            so please help us in this regard.

            well maximum speed that bsnl evdo can provide is 3.1mbps which is actually 387kb/s (mbps=megabits per second, mb/s=megabytes per second & 8 bits=1byte). well for those who are actually getting speed of 150kb/s is good considering 3g connection in india. also cdma and gsm are very different because u will not find cdma tower everywhere like gsm as they use different technology. so u will get better speed i[censored] are close to the tower. but dont expect 3g like 900kb/s speed in evdo. also the modem the bsnl provide is Rev a which is slow than Rev b that is used by mts blaze or other company. consider this fact before buying bsnl evdo connection and u will be good.
            m getting 10-20 KBps in excellent signal strength (Gwuahati) n I am paying(Donating) 825/- PM. BSNL sud stop fooling PPL
            I am using EDVO since past 2 yrs from now and it is giving me speed of 2.4 mbps. No matter what, at frist it gave me the speed below 50 to 70 kb/s download. Follow these steps to get maximum download speed.
            1. Setup a place where you get a boost of speed, not the signel but the speed.
            2. Get a USB wifi router set it up by using a prithivi or reliance ZTE evdo dongle.
            3. This step is little bit of the chart. If you can do it then unscrew you dongle find a little antenna inside the dongle (they all got one inside) attach a wire probably thin likey to be used in electrnic toys, a very thin wire and a 6 inch long. Make the wire hang outside the dongle. Trust me it will do the trick. It will boost your signel as well as download speed.

                      I had applied for a WLL connection with high speed internet connection on 12th of august the thrissur BSNL division offfice. They gave me a memo to be produced at my home exchange. I produced it on the next day. They told me that they will replay to this within two or three days.But no result. I had visited mannuthy exchange for more than three times. They would say some kind of excuses. I also went to the divisional office.They told that the instrument is not available and asked me to contact to the higher grade officer.I had contacted as per the request.But all in vain. They are not telling surely whether they can provide the instrument or not. What should I do?

                              than we are shifting Application form at 14/12/2009 submit BSNL KULGON (E) ,they are Received form
                              and after that they connect line from our balding Junction box. Date (7/01/2010) but not connection
                              connect till date, when we are contacted bsnl off. Kulgaon but they not any reason .
                              so pls help me what are problem and why leat till date . All work done but just connection not contacted why
                              pls help me .

                                my telephone no. is 2672119 code is 181 from last 2 months my phone is not working properly in a month it is out of order for 20-25 days i have all the comp. no. with me i requested bsnl to waive my rent and other charges as per law i have broadband on my no. also i gave many letters toPRO regarding this but i m receiving full bill from bsnl what can i do now they r charging me without any srevice help me

                                  service very bad. not according to what they promised
                                  i purchased bsnl evdo in MAY 2009. as they promised the speed of 2mb/s but since my purchase i never crossed the max speed of 115kb/s that too at late nite time.. in day time the speed is max at 50kb/s. i contacted my bsnl zone they said this is wireless connection so speed may vary and didnt even talk to me properly.. i tried to give them return complain but they didnt accept it.. now since last one week i m getting very very bad speed (max 125kb/s) for which i m paying abt Rs. 650 unlimited. pls pls help me for this matter...

                                  I am a subscriber of EVDO and staying at Roing arunachal Pradesh. we are not getting our EVDO bill on time for which we are unable to pay the same on time, which also comes with late fine.

                                    In every month I face problem with my Internet and end paying full amount to BSNL.
                                    I have called so many time to the person who has been assigned to my area but he respond in very rude way.When I told him about complaining he said he is area GTO and asked me if I cant fix the problem myself then I should disconnect my connection.
                                    Please help me in this regard.

                                    Our Internet connection is not working since 6 Days, we had been calling BSNL Call centre right from day 1 and only reply we are getting is that someone from BSNL would be send for attending the problem. And sometimes Call centre associates are not giving any proper reply and disconnecting the line.And most of the time we need to hold the line for half an hour for some associate to attend to us. This is poor service rendered by BSNL call centre. Till now nobody have been send to attend for the said problem. Some higher official must take some initiative and stringent measures need to be taken in order to curtail these problem and ensure that this doesnot happen again.

                                    BSNL — broadband internet not working

                                    i have called bsnl BROADBAND customer care @ 1991 almost 10 times and lodged so many complaints but its only two times that a person (from bsnl, secunderabad branch) asking for whether the telephone is working fine or not? first of all i dont understand why the telephone mechanics come to home when a made a broadband complaint. i told them repeadtedly that not to send those guys here i have problem with my internet broadband service and that i cannot open any of the secured internet sites. i just want technical support, i asked them to send in a technical person who can solve my broadband problem, its been since 20 days that nobody turned up. and i am fed up with this and now thinking to change my broadband company, i have no problems with bsnl but yes i have BIG problem with the service centre when the company doesnt care for the customer hw can it retian its customers in this competitive world. today is 24 of september 2008 if my problem is not being resolved i wont turn up to bsnl again. i am fed calling the stupid customer care and i just want the technical support here IMMEDIATELY.                                     I am not able to access the internet since 15 days. Simply closing the complaint docket nos as if they rectified. Really I felt very bad about their services. Many times I rang up to helpdesk and simply they are telling that it cac solve only by exchange people i.e ADSL problem. I went four times to exchange (R. R. Nagar, Basngalore.)& informed but no response from them. Simply they are saying we are doing your work and also showing my complaint (docket o. 994 which was second complaint docket no.)on their register. Even I rang up & asked to Area Manager on 29/092008 and given a mobile no ([protected]) who is handling this activity. I talked with that person on 29/09/2008 but not attended. This is the waty of our public sector BSNL service. Just I am planning to disconnect the service not only broadband even landline connecgtion also.

                                    BSNL/Broadband — INTERNET NOT CONNECTING

                                    Since six months our Broadband is not working inspite of repeated complaints. After several months a staff came and took the modem and after a week another person came and gave the modem and tried to connect it to the internet, but in vain. He spoke to somebody and told me that the fault was in the exchange and it will be automatically rectified. Till now it is not rectified and nobody has come to look into the matter. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    Compared to private operators BSNL is lagging far behind, not only in attending complaints, but also at the bill counter. At the Ulsoor Exchange the timings is 8.00 a.m., but the employee turns up only at 8.15 a.m. not once, but always and hence it is better to outsource or give vrs to its employees.

                                    The BSNL Broad band internet is not working for the past two weeks time
                                    bsnl people neither respond properly nor they know how to trouble shoot the problems. Better not to complain them. Even better to remove the connection and swich on to some other service provider.(One can even doubt whether they are colluded with other private service providers)

                                    I am surender a user of bsnl broad band connection since 4weeks my broad band connection is not working . when i booked a complain in noida office they gave no responce after that i made a direct contact to the bsnl guy since 2 weeks i am requesting him for checking my connection but every time he has the same reply "i will check it" .

                                    I like to inform you that I can not connect my internet connection more than 4 months due to link failure [ error code 678]. I have contacted your customer care centre again and again but got only sms that “Your circuit has been restored” but till now I did not get any fruitful result from your end and no one can visit my place to identify that problem. I have land line connection which I have take only for broadband connection. Can you tell me 4 months is not too much to solve that type of problem. Why should I pay extra amount for inter in every month telephone bill and why should I continue land line connection if I can not use internet.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      It's been over 1 month (since 18/12/2009), I have requested those BSNL BUGGERS
                                      to activate my POWER CARD(Rate Cutter).

                                      Everytime I 'm calling the BSNL Customer Care, they listen to my query and Hang Up the
                                      call.

                                      Once(Luckily),
                                      I got those CUSTOMER CARE SENIOR EXECUTIVE(SUCHETA on 08/01/2010) &
                                      SUPERVISOR (AMIT on 16/01/2010) on line, told them abt my problem
                                      with my BSNL Complaint No and they said to me that
                                      my Problem will be sorted out Soon,
                                      If not they will call me in order to assist my query.

                                      As stated above, I 'm waiting for a call from BSNL Customer Care since 08/01/2010 and
                                      no body attended my Complaint yet.
