I am a consumer of bsnl evdo card using from guwahati, assam. I resides and use from birubari which is in the central location of guwahati city, the state capital of assam. We purchased bsnl data card (Evdo) after seeing the advertisement of 2. 4 mbps speed. But in no case experienced more than 256 kbps & with ix connectivity most of the time. I tried every option of configuration by using ip address of bsnl used dns server.
For grievance redressal bsnl is having a mail id - [protected]@bsnl. Co. In. I sent complaint but did not get any response. The mail ended up with the following message - "delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:[protected]@bsnl. Co. In
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 recipient does not exist here (State 14) ".
Please do something we are wasting rs. 717. 00 per month.
Further bsnl has not disclosed anything regarding surrender scheme of this evdo card if we want to switch over to some other connection.
Bsnl basically don't care customer and their employees (Most of) are only running after easy money.

BSNL/EV-DO Card — Insufficient Coverage

I am one of the customer who purchase Data card during connection thinking that I will get good coverage and can access to internet wherever i Travel .But in reality it is not happening.
Please ensure coverage of EV_DO card gets increase to whole of India but specify to particular city.

mysely lakhi prava - i have been using the bsnl evdo data card since three month but its not working poperly these month. this month sever is too slow or not working. i have so many work but i did not do that.
the Internet charge worth RS: 800.00 its too costly. Ok never I will paid Rs: 800.00 but its should be work.
so i request that this problem will solve as soon as.

i purchased bsnl evdo 3g haier after see the ads of 3.1 mbps but the speed is 115 kbps in srinagar the capital of jannu and kashmir

I agree with him, BSNL is build on TAX Payer money and as I am a tax payee I have the right to know why the service is pathatic and it is looseing business to private player even though it has first Market entry anvantage .

Bsnl is ditching us, and the consumers of valley in general and batamaloo in particular,
we will join our hands together and expose the bsnl authorities on a large scale if this company fails again to provide us good services and launch full fledged, global agitation and mass surrender of internet cards, sim cards etc and apply for reliable private services and in the meantime apply for huge compensation in the court of justice for all the victims of poor services.
I USE BSNL EVDO CARD i n Jalandhar CITY SINCE LAST 2 MONTH .THE PERFORMANCE OF BSNL EVDO CARD 2.4 Mbps IS VERY POOR.ITS SPEED IS VERY LOW.NETWORK IS NOT GOOD CONDITION..IT IS NOT WORKING IN CITIES MOST OF AREA AND SOME TIMES DISCONNECTED IN CITIES INNER PLACES.SERVICE IS VERY POOR.
BSNL is an incompetant organisation. There staff still has a mind set of govt. babus. No one can improve this Elephant. It has got brain but size is killing it.
I am from Guwahati, I am an EVDO customer. And I am so not happy with the service provided by BSNL. The speed received is very slow. Even after several-several complaints to the panbazar BSNL office, Mailing to GM Kamrup and also through the customer care no WLL : 1502.. There has been NO CHANGES IN THE SPEED, it always stays below 50KBps Downlink > I would say that BSNL is just making FOOL OF ITS CUSTOMERS. The charges taken of Rs 700+ is simply UNJUSTIFIED.

BSNL — Data Card Speed 3.1 MBPS

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a BSNL Data Card from M/s.Vinayaka Agencies No.3038, 80 feet road , indiranagar, HAL 2nd Stage, Bangalore-560038 authorised agent of BSNL Bangalore vide their receipt no.642/14.12.2010 Vide data card IMEI No.[protected] vide telephone No.[protected] paid Rs.2000/- for the data card. while purchasing the BSNL Data Card they said that it runs @ 3.1 mpbs speed , this data card is BSNL3G. whereas after it was activited and run on the system overall speed it shows only 0.99 mpbs speed if you test any time during day and night.

BSNL is offering their data card to the open public with the ads stating it is giving 3.1 mpbs speed but real fact it is given only 0.99 mpbs speed.

And my area of residence is indiranagar bangalore it is well connected to the bsnl towers.

so please help us in this regard.

i'm vinu and i'm using evdo card in pudhur near ambatore O.T i'm getting jus 100 to 150kbps speed only some times bellow than that... looking for tower in pudhur area...
I am a consumer of BSNL EVDO CARD using from DHARMANAGAR, NORTH TRIPURA... i purchased my evdo from dharmanagar bsnl office.., im faceing recharge problem .., There is nobody in office who can give the knowledge to the customar about easy surfing and quality surfing.., they didnot know even how can u get 1 G.B free or free surfing...

For them we all evdo user faceing lots of problem...

BSNL — BSNL Guwahati not functioning properly

If i ring from Bangalore to my home BSNL will stuck with messages or it will cross connect with some other number.
I think BSNL needs an audit as it is a high time for them to show their accountability.They are not going according to TRAI rules & regulations.

I tried every option of configuration by using IP Address of BSNL used DNS server. I had complaint so many times but did not get any response.

well maximum speed that bsnl evdo can provide is 3.1mbps which is actually 387kb/s (mbps=megabits per second, mb/s=megabytes per second & 8 bits=1byte). well for those who are actually getting speed of 150kb/s is good considering 3g connection in india. also cdma and gsm are very different because u will not find cdma tower everywhere like gsm as they use different technology. so u will get better speed i[censored] are close to the tower. but dont expect 3g like 900kb/s speed in evdo. also the modem the bsnl provide is Rev a which is slow than Rev b that is used by mts blaze or other company. consider this fact before buying bsnl evdo connection and u will be good.
m getting 10-20 KBps in excellent signal strength (Gwuahati) n I am paying(Donating) 825/- PM. BSNL sud stop fooling PPL
I am using EDVO since past 2 yrs from now and it is giving me speed of 2.4 mbps. No matter what, at frist it gave me the speed below 50 to 70 kb/s download. Follow these steps to get maximum download speed.
1. Setup a place where you get a boost of speed, not the signel but the speed.
2. Get a USB wifi router set it up by using a prithivi or reliance ZTE evdo dongle.
3. This step is little bit of the chart. If you can do it then unscrew you dongle find a little antenna inside the dongle (they all got one inside) attach a wire probably thin likey to be used in electrnic toys, a very thin wire and a 6 inch long. Make the wire hang outside the dongle. Trust me it will do the trick. It will boost your signel as well as download speed.

    dear sir i have chanhe my bsnl postpaid plan to prepaidplan on same number [protected], but last threedays they have switchoff my mobile facilyty for outgoing and incoming , as per ref this compalint i have visited to bhuj loacal bsnl officers for this, but yet i have not statrt my mobile, so pls do needfull ,with regards dinesh mehta.

        Please unsubscribe the wall paper service from my mobile. I never subscribed that service and I don't want that. I lost Rs 70. For that. When call your voice suport centre they are saying you may be subcribed by clicking an online link. if that is the case, I don't know how can it get activate by single click unknowgly and deduct 70Rs.             WLL Internet connection — Not obtaining the wll connection

            I had applied for a WLL connection with high speed internet connection on 12th of august the thrissur BSNL division offfice. They gave me a memo to be produced at my home exchange. I produced it on the next day. They told me that they will replay to this within two or three days.But no result. I had visited mannuthy exchange for more than three times. They would say some kind of excuses. I also went to the divisional office.They told that the instrument is not available and asked me to contact to the higher grade officer.I had contacted as per the request.But all in vain. They are not telling surely whether they can provide the instrument or not. What should I do?

              It didnt get recharged.
              Please do the needful.

                        service very bad. not according to what they promised
                        i purchased bsnl evdo in MAY 2009. as they promised the speed of 2mb/s but since my purchase i never crossed the max speed of 115kb/s that too at late nite time.. in day time the speed is max at 50kb/s. i contacted my bsnl zone they said this is wireless connection so speed may vary and didnt even talk to me properly.. i tried to give them return complain but they didnt accept it.. now since last one week i m getting very very bad speed (max 125kb/s) for which i m paying abt Rs. 650 unlimited. pls pls help me for this matter...

                          I have called so many time to the person who has been assigned to my area but he respond in very rude way.When I told him about complaining he said he is area GTO and asked me if I cant fix the problem myself then I should disconnect my connection.

                          Our Internet connection is not working since 6 Days, we had been calling BSNL Call centre right from day 1 and only reply we are getting is that someone from BSNL would be send for attending the problem. And sometimes Call centre associates are not giving any proper reply and disconnecting the line.And most of the time we need to hold the line for half an hour for some associate to attend to us. This is poor service rendered by BSNL call centre. Till now nobody have been send to attend for the said problem. Some higher official must take some initiative and stringent measures need to be taken in order to curtail these problem and ensure that this doesnot happen again.

                          I am not able to access the internet since 15 days. Simply closing the complaint docket nos as if they rectified. Really I felt very bad about their services. Many times I rang up to helpdesk and simply they are telling that it cac solve only by exchange people i.e ADSL problem. I went four times to exchange (R. R. Nagar, Basngalore.)& informed but no response from them. Simply they are saying we are doing your work and also showing my complaint (docket o. 994 which was second complaint docket no.)on their register. Even I rang up & asked to Area Manager on 29/092008 and given a mobile no ([protected]) who is handling this activity. I talked with that person on 29/09/2008 but not attended. This is the waty of our public sector BSNL service. Just I am planning to disconnect the service not only broadband even landline connecgtion also.

                          BSNL/Broadband — INTERNET NOT CONNECTING

                          Since six months our Broadband is not working inspite of repeated complaints. After several months a staff came and took the modem and after a week another person came and gave the modem and tried to connect it to the internet, but in vain. He spoke to somebody and told me that the fault was in the exchange and it will be automatically rectified. Till now it is not rectified and nobody has come to look into the matter.                           Compared to private operators BSNL is lagging far behind, not only in attending complaints, but also at the bill counter. At the Ulsoor Exchange the timings is 8.00 a.m., but the employee turns up only at 8.15 a.m. not once, but always and hence it is better to outsource or give vrs to its employees.

                          The BSNL Broad band internet is not working for the past two weeks time
                          bsnl people neither respond properly nor they know how to trouble shoot the problems. Better not to complain them. Even better to remove the connection and swich on to some other service provider.(One can even doubt whether they are colluded with other private service providers)

                            It's been over 1 month (since 18/12/2009), I have requested those BSNL BUGGERS
                            to activate my POWER CARD(Rate Cutter).

                            Everytime I 'm calling the BSNL Customer Care, they listen to my query and Hang Up the

                            I got those CUSTOMER CARE SENIOR EXECUTIVE(SUCHETA on 08/01/2010) &
                            SUPERVISOR (AMIT on 16/01/2010) on line, told them abt my problem

                            If not they will call me in order to assist my query.

                              BSNL, TAMILNADU — Even after repeated reminders BSNL not cares to set right the problem

                              The telephone alongwith broadband is not working frequently and various mails and personal calls have been made to the deparment. They never cares to rectify the problem. Wheres the bill request alone is prompt in service except the connection. Can anybody help me to recitfy my problem. My BSNL No. is[protected].                               I totally agree with it. BSNL and public sector companies employees and management does not have the shame that they get the money paid as salary and would not be ready to provide the service to the public. Even after I send this mail I sure that they would not respond, because their brain is full of . Better BSNL be privatised. That will be the only whip to make them work. If they do not produce good output cur their salary just like what the government do. If they are not able to provide good services (which is much easier than manufacturing or research) let them keep their face to the sand. It is both the employees and the management which is responsible for this. Shame on you worthless beggars looting public money and do not give them back.
                              only when you are treated like 'daily wages' person then only you will understand. You should get money only when you give the best output. lest go to hell.
                              Mistake in my writing. 4th line intead of 'government' it is to be taken as 'private'. I am pretty confident the shameless beggars, thigh shakers will not reply to this comment. If they have got the guts to prove themselves let them come out and comment for my post.

                                  My landline Number is 22485035 coming under Pammal Exchange Chennai. My telephone is not working for the past 3 days. My compliant Docket No is 56044508 and 55501538. No action has been taken so far. Whenever I phoned to them, they never bothered to lift the phone and even if it was lifted they will hear as if it is for the first time. After making several complaints they are not rectifying the fault causing great hardship
                                  to the customers. No result even after my complaint with GM BSNL Telephones Chennai. I am totally donot know what to do further.

                                    We have 3 land line connections in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The numbers are 23402824, 23402476 & 23411171. We have not received the bills for these land line for the past one year from BSNL. They are saying some absurd amounts have to be paid without giving any duplicate bill for us to check the calls. Is there no one in this country who can mend the ways of these government officials. They are so rude when we ask for the duplicate bill as if they are doing us a favour but still not issue any bill and ask us to just pay the amount what they are mentioning. What kind of a service is this?? Just pay whatever they say without getting any proof o[censored]sage.
                                    Can some do anything about this. We will not pay till the bill is issued to us.

                                      My BSNLtelephone no 2562915 is dead since[protected]. Broadband is installed on this number. I have booked the complaint on 198 on[protected]. Docket no. 74584. No response from BSNL. I tried to contact Shankarnagar office. After trying hecticaly for 2 days I could hear some voice. I explained the things to him. He said he will send the line man. But nobody came. I tried to contact SDE. He gave me the VALUABLE advice to contact Shankarnagar office. I then sent the FAX to DGM on the number indicated in the directory requesting him to direct the workers for urgent action. But nothing has been done. Either the FAX has not reached to him or he dont have the time for such SMALL and useless complaints. He is very busy in increasing the number of connections so that he proudly declares in the press that he has achived the target on paper hiding the number of consumers who have disconnected their connections.
                                      I dont know whether this complaint will restore my connection or it will remain on this server for years without any action

                                      BSNL — Unavailability of Telephone connection

                                      I am living in main city area "Jeevan Jyoti Nagar" of Kishangarh, Distt. Ajmer. I have applied for a BSNL telephone landline conncetion, but was unable to get it, reason as said by the company is that the connections are full in the area. On consulting one of telephone lineman in the area, i got to know that there are 4 poles with DP all nearby my house, but none is having the free line. On further investigation i got to know that there are very few connections in the area & only the possibility is that the DP could be damaged.
                                      BSNL says that they will attach every village with Telephone & broadband. but how can they, if they are unable to provide the connection in such a big city & in the main city area.

                                      BSNL Ajmer — non functional landline number

                                      telephone number [protected] had a noise developing on use . on registering a complaint the phone has become non functional with a response that it will be done posrt President's proposed Ajmer visit
                                      Respected Sir,
                                      As mention in subject, we are leave in Kalmeshwar Dist:Nagpur (Maharashtra) that Our Land-line telephone is Dead from last 1 year. We make the complaints to Kalmeshwar BSNL office but the officer does not respond to us they just give excuse to us and say that "CABLE ARE BREAK, CABLE ARE THEFT, ROAD CONSTRUCTION IS GOING ON THEREFORE CABLE ARE BRAKE" and does not solved our problem. Main reason is that they does not provide proper service to us. and also officer are not come to office in time. All day they come to office around 12.00 or 12.30 pm. Our Telephone No. is[protected]
                                      Please Sir solved our problem. We face lot of difficulty because of dead land-line.

                                        My phone is dead from 12th january & when i asked for refund in rent they said to me if your phone is dead for more than 3 days you can get refund of rent. Yester day after 7 days the phone is started for 5 hours and then once again dead this is for not giving me the rent refund. now what to do?

                                        I am Bharat Patel from Ghatlodiya.My phone is 27773124.it was not working since last three for four months.I have complained may times but no result.I have aslo broad band of BSNL but i am sorry to say now BSNL meaning Bhangar Sanchar Nigam Limited.In computation market this type of service is not fare.If the phone is work or not BSNL has only interested in monthly rent.
