Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complaints & Reviews

I made a recharge of Rs.197/- on BSNL website for my mobile number [protected] on 26/06/2021.After making the payment through credit card, the website showed Error 500 and did not display any transaction ID.

An SMS from the credit card company confirmed that payment has approved
to BSNL.

I immediately sent an email to BSNL with a copy of the email to the credit card company. I didn't get any reply from BSNL, but the credit card company informed me that BSNL had submitted a request for release of rupees 197/-, on 28/06/21.

BSNL is neither responding not refunding my money even after four days. Please help me get a refund.

Fiber optic bsnl broadband is not working since last two months. Everytime we call local bsnl people, they do not seem to be concerned. even after raising complaints with bsnl, no body is attending the case. I am tired of bsnl

Writing this complaint to remove the telephone pole which is in front of my house causing the mobility issues to us and we have not taken any BSNL connections. Kindly remove /shift the pole accordingly.

Please go through the following attachments reg. recharges of phone no. [protected] done via BSNL Portal on 27/06/2021 as follows -
1) Validity Plan Migration Recharge of Rs. 106 ( previous was of Rs.153)
2) Data Plan. Recharge of Rs. 398
Recharge done via BSNL Portal.
Recharge status showing successful but plan not activated. Currently the plan is in Grace period and the last date of recharge is 07/07/2021. Hence the validity plan recharge was done along with data plan recharge to continue using the services. Please initiate the above plans otherwise give refund for the same if not activated.

My BSNL number is [protected]. I want to port my number from BSNL to another network provider. I am trying to send PORT[protected] to 1900. Even though I have sufficient balance in my number, the message is not being sent and is failing repeatedly. BSNL is restricting me to send an SMS to 1900. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible....

Since i had taken broadband bharth fibere connection on 27/05/2021 the plan comes with 599 which includes landline and broad band since landline is not working from day one i had contacted several times to custermer care and local telephone office but no response this issue i want planing to file case on consumer forum by next month in mandya...

My bsnl sim is not working . My number is [protected]. It shows no signal. We tried removing sim and inserting again and restarting the phone.

Worst experience with bsnl
Worst district in network aspect

I'm from Aligarh district

Address = Tappal(202165) Aligarh

Bsnl done nothing after complaining tonns of time

I'm facing lots of network issues in this area

Didn't get any single bar of network
Can't able to access internet by the time I switched to this network
Bsnl is the network that showing roaming even after I didn't move to other district

That's the reality of bsnl operator

Plz do something Aligarh's bsnl office

Not able to make calls and not able to connect with internet by the time we switched to this network

Plz do something bsnl workers u have paid with good salary by our government

Aligarh is the worst district that I have ever seen in network aspect

I never faced these types of issues in any other district or any other area.
I never faced these types of issues in Jewar(is the place which is 10km from here) and any other place

But I do face these problems only in this area
I never able to use internet in bsnl in this particular area

I'm still hoping that you would make the network issues from worst to better at least

At least plz provide that much network that we can make calls or access normal internet

My mobilie number is [protected]. I had done SIM port from Idea to BSNL 2 days back. But my sim network is not work properly. i am losing a lot. So please kindly solve my network problem. otherwise allow me to port my sim.

Inspite of repeated remainder & phone call, OFC Cable remains cut at ramsoo Since 05 Jun 2021. As a result we are unable to set Internet Connection for Critical Issue.

It is Intimated that 23 Rashtriya Rifles (RAJPUT) apply a new Internet brodband connection on 29 May 21 from BSNL Ofice (Ramban). After laps of 30 days No Internet Connection recived. You are requested to ensure the broadband connection for smooth functioning of our work.
