I cannot send port message to 1900. Everytime I try to send it, it says message cannot be sent. I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. I complained to BSNL on twitter but they didn't resolve the issue.Their customer care number are NEVER CONNECTED. I called up customer care innumerable times,

Currently i am in Bihar and my Sim is from Rajasthan. I couldn't send port messages. All other messages are working properly. I went to CSC centre they told me Rajasthan BSNL has been blocked your number to send port message

Emergency problems

I am Vivek Mondal, BSNL Mobile customer . BSNL4G network is working so slow in my area pin - 711316. I can't get 4G network when I'm in ground floor of my house, It becomes 2G. Only when I'm on the top floor, it works on very slow 4G. I called Customer Care so many times but they always told me to go through the appropriate settings, they mentioned …I followed the instructions, but there was no improvement in network speed. My mobile phone gets a very low 4Gsignal, strength around (-115 dBm). I am requesting you to make new site, I will be very much helpful and benefitted. My mobile number-[protected] .Please trust me or you can check signal strength by yourself in my area : Tantiberia, Uluberia, Howrah, West Bengal, Pin-711316. Otherwise I have to shift to another company who can able to give better network signal . I’m still waiting up to my last recharge pack exhaustion period.
Hope you will take appropriate action to resolve my problem .

I trying to send SMS to get UPC but SMS is not uploaded... Other SMS is OK.

Please resolve my issue to get UPC.

I have already paid my bill on 10th June 2021 and my bill status is still unpaid. I have done by BHIM UPI and already shared the transaction details.
I had word with my Bank and Google Pay according to them bill amount has been transferred to BSNL Payment gateway.

Removal of pole

We are having bsnl pole right side of our house, house no G4/1 Malviya Nagar new delhi 110017.there are no bsnl connections anymore and this pole is used by other local tv and net cable operators.the pole half laid down in the road anytime it harm anyone in the area.So I request to please remove this pole from here

I am looking for support from the BSNL Fiber optic connection for the last couple of days.

My Fiber optic connection is down for the past 11 days, I have raised a complaint on 4th June and it's still not resolved yet and they marked my complaint([protected]) as resolved.

However, one guy came from BBNL and they resolved the issue only for the new connection which is in front of my connection, and even not checked my connection connectivity. He says your connection is from BSNL not from us so contact them.

So I again raised a new complaint([protected]).

Please take a look at this matter.

I am Dhruba, my BSNL prepaid mobile no is [protected].
My complain is against BSNL prepaid GSM service.
Issue is Very poor network coverage in indoor and outdoor in our area. Also from last 9 months I am trying to complain docket for this issue the coustomer care executive has refused to take my complain by say there was a technical issue in syatem or application.

So need your kind help on this matter....

My BSNL sim is not working for past 1 day. There is no incoming and outgoing and my Mobile is working fine. Please help.

MY LANDLINE VOICE IS NOT CLEAR AT ALL, ITS SOUNDS LIKE RAINY( voice is cracking) and can’t hear anything. I am writing this email as we ( me and my wife) both are Senior Citizens, I am 76 years and my wife is 70 years old,
We both are Medically handicapped and challenged as I have Lung/ Diabetes condition and my wife is a paralysis/Heart Patient. We are staying by ourselves and to getting help or any Medical assistance is ONLY VIA LANDLINE, We are habituate to use landline only.
Our doctor has strictly advised not to step out of home in current COVID pandemic.
We have one of our well wisher went to BSNL office along with Phone instrument to make sure it’s not the phone instrument having issue and BSNL technician confirmed phone instrument is working fine and there is no issues.
It appears there is line issue which they came couple of times to fix it but that worked only for a day or 2 and this is an ongoing issue for almost over last 5-6 years. We both are used to only using Landline and Its more of a reason to get it resolved now as due to pandemic and given our health condition "IT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED on Urgent basis".
WE will greatly appreciate if you can look into this matter ASAP and fix it forever.

It’s been almost 5-6 months since I’ve got bsnl wifi. And i have never seen such poor service. The area office intentionally turn off their phone when the wifi is down which is almost every other day. I have the most expensive package and still my wifi runs so damn slow on the rare days it actually works. Rest of the time the company people turn off the wifi for days and even weekends. I am missing online classes, i have exams and have to go to some other place for wifi. No compensation given for all the times wifi had been down, haven’t fixed the speed of the wifi. Made multiple complaints to the company and not once any service staff came to check the problem. Not even once. The area office simply turn off their phones when the wifi is down and they are no help at all. This is the most ### company. No value for CUSTOMERs, doesn’t matter what the CUSTOMERs have to go through because of companies negligence even though we pay for wifi on time. There is no accountability. I’m surprised how this company has lasted this long. Not giving us the wifi or the speed even though we pay in full for it is fraud. I really hope people realise that they don’t have to take ### from such companies and move on to its competitors instead, which is exactly what I’m going to do.

The Speed of BSNL Premium Fibre connection I have not meeting the speed I am intended to get ( 200 Mbps), I am just getting around 30, refer attachment.

BSNL Staff (Mr.Sathya, DE; [protected]) behaves rudely with me, as if he is providing the service free. And I have called at-least 5 times in the past 10 days but no use.

Kindly intervene and resolve.

I am been charged high for not the benefits I am getting
