I have taken unlimited internet Broadband Internet connection from BSNL in Feb., 2009 under Home 750 Plan and paid Charges upto March, 2010

However, Broadband internet connection does not work and after every five seconds it discconnects. I have made nos of complaint to BSNL, NOIDA. It was told to me your telephone line cable has become old so you get it changed. I requested no of times to BSNL, Sector-58, NOIDA for the same and same has not been attended.

I request either BSNL provide me Broad band Connection on my Phoe No. 2580636 or refund Rs. 7500/- paid to them.

    Deactivation of Caller Tunes.
    I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated . Rs.37/39 was deducted from sim. I sent a message UNSUBSCRIBE to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL betn 20th to 24 th Aug . When I contacted the service center. They registered my complaint (complaint no.not given) and said they will look into it. For safe side I again deactivated by call customer care What should I do. BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

    BSNL — Caller tune correct Number my complain alredy register

      Dear Sir,

      We have BSNL Landline connection since February 1996. The number is[protected]. And paid Rs. 2000/- deposit amount.

      Recently in February 2009 my father gave application for cancellation of connection. In BSNL office, they confirmed the cancellation of connection in March 2009. Since then we didn't get the deposit amount back. Last week I enquired about this in BSNL office. They replied that " you will get only Rs.487 only. not the full amount. And they didn't tell the proper reason." And also they said already we sent the refund amount through POST. But we didn't get that.

      Please look into this and do the needful.

        BSNL — No response against complaint on dead telephone

        I have already submitted a cpmplain on my telephone which is out of order.

        This is in regard with my BSNL landline telephone connection[protected] located in Nawalgharh, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. The telephone connection is dead repeatedly after several reminders to the concerned circle officer and needs replacement of external wiring. There has been no action initaited by BSNL authorities till to date and the whole village is suffering from the dead connectivity.Request pressurise the concerned authorities and do the needful at the earlieast. The payments of bills are made regularly despite dead connectivity.

        Respected sir, Iam totally harased by your staff members called jeevlal (Telephone Exchange Kathara, Bermo) against my telephone no[protected] which comes in the juridiction of Bermo Exchange my telephone is dead since 20 october 2009 but against repeated complain in exchange there is no response till date and the incharge (above mentioned) gives a straight reply that it will be done, But on which date?? can you tell me up till when we are going to bear all this, as about the SDO Mr ansari he is the same .

We have informed to Local Line men and also logged complaints calls in Exchange .         BSNL — No response on gas booking by telephone

        Inspite of repeatrd calls to BJGS on 24306363,24308888,28671470 since 1230pm to 0200pm,no response from them.This is not only unethical but also a crime.
        As per my enquiry it is done to every caller. Just imagine for booking one gas cylinder one has to take c/ L.

        Sir I complainted in BSNL Anchal office and District office at Kollam in kollam district for the complaint of my telephone number. My phone is died for the last one and a half months. I complainted several time there is no reply from the department kindly take action my phone No. [protected]

        My BSNL landline no.[protected] is dead for one week. Since your employees' last strike against privatisation in May 2010, the landline and broadband are both getting dead and I am fed up doing several complaints. They resolved my complaints three times and every time the same problems recur and I had to complaint again and again.
        Now this has become a game of complaint redressal and recurring of same problem within three to four days of repairing. So, please look into the matter seriously. My area is Durgapur SEPCO township and the "main person" of this area is Mr. Ghoshal[protected], [protected]. Please find whose fault is this recurring "disease".

        This is with regard to BSNL landline telephone No.[protected] under Haripad Exchange, Alapuzha Dist., Kerala. The Phone is dead since last two weeks After repeated complaint one staff from BSNL came and removed the cable connection from the box telling that the underground cable is to dig out and will come back with labour. As he not turned out even after a week, on enquiry it has been told that no labour is available to dig out the cable. It is requested the concerned to do the needful at the earlieast. The payments of bills are made regularly despite this kind of bad services by BSNL.

        This regarding BSNL land line phone connection :[protected]. Several complaints have been made since three weeks.
        The phone is still remain dead. Booked complaints are closed even without attending the complaints

        Complaint has been lodged on 18/08/13 vide docket no.[protected], which was closed without repair. Again made several complaints on phone as well as on line. The response from BSNL contact nos.2413000 & 2412700 is in utter disregard. It seems the landline customers are burden for BSNL. The customers are forced to dogsit until the BSNL serviceman come may be after one month, one year or never... and the Customers to make the bill payment for the dead phone. If the land line work, the BSNL staff has to work. If it stop working the BSNL staff and the private telephone operators have benefits. Excellent service.

            Hello Sir/madam,

            My broadband is not working properly from the moment i got it. it gets cut every minute or 2 mins once. it s been rare, if i could ve used my broadband continuously for atleast few hrs together. I ve reported this problem continuously to the concerned ph nos that were given as references. But yet no action has been taken and the condition remains the same.i would like to bring this to your notice and believe that the problem is corrected.

              My broadband bill has come too high and i dis agree to this because for 1 week internet was disconnected and other days v havnt used much or downloaded.               I am also not being able to check my usage. Am using the URL - http://10.240.144.195/webLogin.jsp. When I click on the link to check my service records, I'm getting the error ' Sorry, operation timed out, please login again'. Same thing happens if I relogin, I could see my usage till last month, but this month the site is not working.

                  Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]. i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. And now my BSNL phone is not working from last 15 days This problem raise in every months

                  Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (3000)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 17000 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????

                  They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.

                  Can any one give answer?
                  Or

                  Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.

                  Dont pay the bill infact it is not that amount which anyone can pay. I think BSNL had palyed their same trick with every broadband user and when you ask them about the reasons as why had they charged so much they say that their server had not uploaded data for long time and now they had uploaded it and charging for the same. but this is not meant to pay the bill for that period for which i had already paid. Thats their problem if they had not charged for extra bill at that time they cant ask for more money for that period.

                  dont pay even a single penny to them they are the biggest frouds they might disconnect your service but friend it is good to suffer once rather than a life time. contact anyother service provider like Airtel or Reliance. all o[censored]s unite ourself and get to the consumer forum and should file a case against them.

                    BSNL in their website annonuced that, if roaming facility is not required, the monthly usage charge will be reduced to Rs.250.00 per month. Here in Kerala the same is not implemented, why?. I've registered a complaint with BSNL (request no. is[protected], and with other higher officials in BSNL (all required info. is available in their website), but to no joy.

                      My gprs is not working, in my htc 3452 handset i tried other bsnl card, where in gprs was working, i checked all setting needed for gprs, my seetings was also ok, when i made complain to bsnl office they suggested me to change simcard, but they r demanding 100 rs as price for simcard, sir my problem is that, as gprs is not working on my sim, so its technical problem, in case if sim is lost or damged by me then it become my problem in that case rs 100 charge is ok, but bsnl people is demanding rs 100 for simcard change, ( in my sim incoming and outgoing facility is still active, that also confirms that my sim is not damaged ), so bsnl should offer me free sim, or my sim should be changed free of cost,

                      whether in bsnl postpaid unlimited internnet i.e plan-199 the normal downloading from different sites is charged or not? if not then why my BSNL postpaid bill has incresed significantly(more than 2 to 3 times) after activation og plan-199 GPRS in mobile?
                      i downloaded all the setting and done all the possible things but my GPRS is not working on my mobile.earlier it used to work nut know it completely stopped

                        Letters/Mails sent to Mr. Ajit Singh, PGM(O) & Mr. Ram Shankar Yadav, AGM(PG & HR)

                        With reference to above, it's unfortunate that even after lapse of over 2 months, nothing has moved from your department & not even for a minute I could open the system to work on it, though I tried vigorously day in day out trying to establish the connection, which has resulted in raising a debit note towards the service for Rs. 233.00 in the telephone bill having received fro your end for Jul'09. Moreover, the person who visited my house for the service to be restored is highly arrogant, mannerless & indiscipline, though he acted on 20% of the complaints lodged & had never been able to do much, whereas reported to the exchange of resolving the complaint. You may kindly refer to detailed complaints sent to your aforesaid officer both by courier as well as by mail, but in vain. As a result of such careless attitude of your department, I had to run to the cyber cafe every time to work on internet leading to lots of inconvenience towards time & extra commercial liabilities, apart from paying to you as well in absence of service to be provided.

                        As it is a clear case of deficiency of service & faulty equipment, I have been forced to approach competent authority, as I have no other option.

                        Lastly, as I havenot used your internet service, hence I have to deny you the payment of Rs.924.00 leading to disconnection & take my case to logical end.

                            I received an SMS stating that customers will be benefited by an additional benefit of 20% over and above the top up value of Rs.550.00 wef 16.08.2009. I made a top up of Rs.550/- frm 34399 on 18.08.2009 at 10.4 p.m.

                              I am User of Broad band service in Manali Exchange, Chennai North Div. My Telephone no is 044-2in the name of M. Riaz Ahmed. I am using broad band service since from last 28 month. Initial 18 months service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet & my telephone sometines dead.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not solve problem yet. I APPROACHED AND SENT SO MANY EMAILS TO THE HIGHER OFFICIALS OF BSNL AND VERY RECENTLY SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS TO HER EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA AND HONOURABLE UNION MINISTER OF IT, INDIA. ALL WENT IN VAIN. NO REPLY FROM ANY ONE SO FAR AND NO ACTION SO FAR.

                              please look into my problem I am paying my bills regularly and in time so I hope I should not be facing this problem. Your linemen are purely illiterate regarding internet or networking technologies They give useless suggestions so i suggest you to provide them with proper training. Once again I am requesting you to look into my problem.

                              I CONTACTED THE DE AND AE OF MANALI EXCHANGE, CHENNAI NORTH... THEY SIMPLY TOLD THAT YOUR RESIDENTIAL AREA AFTER 7 KM FROM OUR EXCHANGE, SO YOU CANNOT GET BB CONNECTION. I ASKED THEM THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE CONNECTION TO ME? MOREOVER I ASKED THEM HOW THE BROAD BAND FUNCTIONED TILL 18 MONTHS? THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS? THEN IT SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

                              I APPROACHED THE DGM OFFICIAL OF NORTH, ON 10 TH OCTOBER. HE TOLD ME TO LOOK INTO MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRIED TO TRANSFER BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM THE NEAREST EXCHANGE THAT IS MADHAVARAM EXCHANGE. BUT NO ACTION SO FAR.

                              THE ADSL SHOWS NIL IN ALL COLUMNS ALWAYS.

                              My son is staying in Bahrain we are contacting him regularly throuh broad band but due to this bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am payng more because of your bad service.
                              Sii i am very much proud to be an BSNAL user but i am not satisfied with service. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem. I hope you do the needfull.

                              I am User of Broad band service in Manali Exchange, Chennai North Div. My Telephone no is 044-2in the name of M. Riaz Ahmed. I am using broad band service since from last 28 month. Initial 18 months service was very satisfacotory, but after that i am regularly facing problem while using the internet & my telephone sometines dead.I have complained your local customer care service but they could not solve problem yet. I APPROACHED AND SENT SO MANY EMAILS TO THE HIGHER OFFICIALS OF BSNL AND VERY RECENTLY SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS TO HER EXCELLENCY THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA AND HONOURABLE UNION MINISTER OF IT, INDIA. ALL WENT IN VAIN. NO REPLY FROM ANY ONE SO FAR AND NO ACTION SO FAR.

                              please look into my problem I am paying my bills regularly and in time so I hope I should not be facing this problem. Your linemen are purely illiterate regarding internet or networking technologies They give useless suggestions so i suggest you to provide them with proper training. Once again I am requesting you to look into my problem.

                              I CONTACTED THE DE AND AE OF MANALI EXCHANGE, CHENNAI NORTH... THEY SIMPLY TOLD THAT YOUR RESIDENTIAL AREA AFTER 7 KM FROM OUR EXCHANGE, SO YOU CANNOT GET BB CONNECTION. I ASKED THEM THEN WHY DID YOU GIVE CONNECTION TO ME? MOREOVER I ASKED THEM HOW THE BROAD BAND FUNCTIONED TILL 18 MONTHS? THEY DID NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS? THEN IT SHOWS THAT THEY HAVE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE.

                              I APPROACHED THE DGM OFFICIAL OF NORTH, ON 10 TH OCTOBER. HE TOLD ME TO LOOK INTO MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRIED TO TRANSFER BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM THE NEAREST EXCHANGE THAT IS MADHAVARAM EXCHANGE. BUT NO ACTION SO FAR.

                              THE ADSL SHOWS NIL IN ALL COLUMNS ALWAYS.

                              My son is staying in Bahrain we are contacting him regularly throuh broad band but due to this bad service we are not able to contact through online. we are making calls through my cell hence i am payng more because of your bad service.
                              Sii i am very much proud to be an BSNAL user but i am not satisfied with service. Hence i request you to kindly solve my problem. I hope you do the needfull.

                                I am a Home Combo 750 plan member for the past three months, but before that I was in Home Combo 500 plan. I received a full speed Internet connection when I was in 500 plan, but now I am not able to access my Internet after I shifted to 750 plan. Though there were not any outstanding Bills, I am not able to receive a full speed Internet and moreover, the connection is not through when I put on the Modem. It connects very late and also for a while (10 to 20 minutes), and the connection stands dead for 30 minutes to one hour. And then it re-connects for a while and again the same problem is occurring continuously.

                                After repeated complaints registered in the Call Center of BSNL / Chennai Telephones (1500-*1-2) for several times no action was taken against my problem. When ever I make a complaint registered, they will give a complaint number and stand still or they say that they will send their representatives to my home, and they will rectify my problem, and no body turned up till date. I am facing a lot of problems with out Internet connection, though it has been charged Rs.750/- monthly.

                                Hence, I request you kindly sir, to help me with my connection, to see connected all through the day (24/7), in order to go on with my work every day.

                                  hello sir, my phone model is motorola zn300.. and i use bsnl network. I was trying to get into the dialling service->fixed dial and it asked me for a security pin/code.

                                  I enter 0000 (default) and it said invalid. I tried 1234 and it said invalid. I tried 12345678 and it said invalid and "SIM Blocked".

                                  The "SIM Blocked" only show up when I enter into fixed dial and everything is normal.

                                  I use motorola zn300. None worked for the fixed dial (worked for everything else).



                                  I have an option to "unblock"
                                  -First screen PIN2 Unlock code (enter anything to get into 2nd screen)
                                  -Enter New SIM PIN2. If I enter anything less than 4 character, it said invalid code, I entered a 4 character long code and it gets into 3rd screen.
                                  -Re-enter New SIM PIN2. I entered the same code in step 2 and got invalid code, try again. SIM BLOCKED.

                                      Hi

                                      I have submitted an application for the shifting of my telephone ([protected]), nothing has been done, not able to track the status from any where. Its alomost 3 weeks nothing is being done till now.

                                      I hope if the shifting is done, BSNL department wont come up with some bill for the period in which i didnt use my phone.
