I'm residing at Begur, Bommanahalli area in Banglore. I have taken unlimited broadband connection for the monthly rental of Rs.750. Since last two months I'm facing problem that the connection getting lost everyday and not able to work continuosly for 10 mins. By default the loosing the connection on Saturday night and connection getting restored on monday. But also the connection restored for only 10 mins or so. Both the DSL and internet (lights) in disconnect/restart mode frequently.

Since last two months I register the complaint by calling 25742198. But getting only the docket number of the complaint but no action been taken so far.

I'm getting poor response from the customer care and no action for the complaint registered. So almost everyday getting new docket numbers but no solution.

    Respected Sir,

    My Land Line No[protected], under Neendoor Telephone Exchange in Kottayam District, Kerala is not working since yesterday 24th August 2009. Of an on this problem exist due to various fault (Cable fault ?). Line also getting distubed often.

    My age old Mother is alone at home and I am working in Trivandrum, capital of Kerala which is 5 hours from my home where the land line exists. Please treat the matter on priority

      I have recharged a magic Voucher for Rs 49/-( 1 second per 1 paise) on[protected].At the time of recharging BSNL authorities convinced and advertisement also informed that the validity of that voucher is one month.But BSNL was extended the validity for 1 month to 1 year without my consent.Due to validity extention a plenty of money loss me and no any other offers/plans enjoy me.So I was registered complaint on[protected] and informed BSNL call center.But no reply received.What can i do?

        My landline number[protected] is out of order for the past 3 weeks and in spite of calling the Mugalivakkam BSNL Office and lodging a complaint, there is absolutely no response from them. Every time a call is made to 22521100 or 22521111, the phone keeps ringing and no body bothers to attend the call also. Is there a way where in we can pump in some responsibility to the persons to attend to the complaints?

          With reference to the subject matter, I hereby aggrieved on receipt of Bill for July-2009, though no services were provided by BSNL. It is pertinent to mention that since long back no uninterupted services have been provided. After making series of complains my service have been connected from 17.08.2009 only.

          non providing of services as committed BSNL ha put to me a great inconveniance with a mental upset for a long span of say 5/6 months. Let me be specifie from your own record that no services were restored despite of my repeated agitation before your organisation and lastly it has been linked.ONLY ON 17.080.2009.

          My grievance is also that BSNL SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CORRECTIVE MEASURES atleast by providing/offering me an alternate facility [specifically which was otherwise working as per my full knowledge] if they at all wanted tro remove their commitment for solving grievances of the customer for which they have commited to restore within a period prescibed therein.

          May I request to take an corrective step and remove charges by cancelling Bill for the month of July-2009 which itself proves from the NIL reading in respect of both the above mentioned services.

            I am residing at Plot No - 373 - TNHB, AVADI. I am in need of BSNL phone connection wiith internet facility. I contacted BSNL customer care as well BSNL off at AVADI. They told like they are putting the lines for my area. still more than two months, no progress. They says there is no connection to my area. Please kindly help on this. Thanks.

                Dear Sir,



                Good evening.



                I applied for a downgrade of my BSNL Broadband connection on 21st July, 2009 with following details:



                Phone # 22553432

                Consumer #[protected]



                by approaching the Velachery exchange. My letter was not forwarded to the Taramani Customer care until 2 weeks by then the billing cycle had ended.



                Subsequently, I applied for a change of address with following details:



                Acknowledgement # 9242 4879

                Request Ref # 9140 9524



                I was told since the earlier request of mine is in pending status, I would not be able to apply for a change of address. Hence, I had to request suspension of the original downgrade from Home 500 to home 299.



                Since, then it has been more than a week, I have been calling the Junior Telecom officer at 22553434. The number is purely an eyewash to customers seeking help. The monthly rental is being paid by me without any usage/downgrade whatsoever.



                I have not used the telephone/ internet since more than 4 weeks due to ignorant & pathetic service from the concerned authorities. I request quick action to be taken. If no action is taken, I will be forced to move to consumer court.

                i am a user of BSNL broadband service of 625 unlimited plan. I had posted a complain due to 678 error of pppoe error in my internet connection in 1 month. and my study also affected.i can study at gne b.tech mechanical . you know for engineering syudy internet is very imported. i m sad .

                also speed is very slow i.e 15 kb/s .So sir, you are requested to do the needful.
                please help i m very sad.

                    I have taken unlimited internet Broadband Internet connection from BSNL in Feb., 2009 under Home 750 Plan and paid Charges upto March, 2010

                    However, Broadband internet connection does not work and after every five seconds it discconnects. I have made nos of complaint to BSNL, NOIDA. It was told to me your telephone line cable has become old so you get it changed. I requested no of times to BSNL, Sector-58, NOIDA for the same and same has not been attended.

                    I request either BSNL provide me Broad band Connection on my Phoe No. 2580636 or refund Rs. 7500/- paid to them.

BSNL services are worse and to get back to their service people takes me min. of 45 minutes. If my luck is good and the lame excuse i get is server is down. Pls de-activate my BSNL Tune.

                        Dear Sir,

                        We have BSNL Landline connection since February 1996. The number is[protected]. And paid Rs. 2000/- deposit amount.

                        Recently in February 2009 my father gave application for cancellation of connection. In BSNL office, they confirmed the cancellation of connection in March 2009. Since then we didn't get the deposit amount back. Last week I enquired about this in BSNL office. They replied that " you will get only Rs.487 only. not the full amount. And they didn't tell the proper reason." And also they said already we sent the refund amount through POST. But we didn't get that.

                        Please look into this and do the needful.

                          Inspite of repeatrd calls to BJGS on 24306363,24308888,28671470 since 1230pm to 0200pm,no response from them.This is not only unethical but also a crime.
                          As per my enquiry it is done to every caller. Just imagine for booking one gas cylinder one has to take c/ L.

The Phone is dead since last two weeks After repeated complaint one staff from BSNL came and removed the cable connection from the box telling that the underground cable is to dig out and will come back with labour. As he not turned out even after a week, on enquiry it has been told that no labour is available to dig out the cable. It is requested the concerned to do the needful at the earlieast.                           The phone is still remain dead. Booked complaints are closed even without attending the complaints

                          Complaint has been lodged on 18/08/13 vide docket no.[protected], which was closed without repair. Again made several complaints on phone as well as on line. The response from BSNL contact nos.2413000 & 2412700 is in utter disregard. It seems the landline customers are burden for BSNL. The customers are forced to dogsit until the BSNL serviceman come may be after one month, one year or never... and the Customers to make the bill payment for the dead phone. If the land line work, the BSNL staff has to work. If it stop working the BSNL staff and the private telephone operators have benefits. Excellent service.

                                We are regular users of Brodband, for April 2009 I have got 3 times more bill than earlier. Where can I see usage details. (Our ID is [protected]@dataone.in)

                                Sir due some techical problem in ur server Icant access to view usages or other facilities availaible in bbservice.bsnl.in.
                                therefore i request u to please resolve my problem as soon as possible i willl be obliged to u.
                                i am unable to check the internet usage.there have been changes in the site dataone.in. the site bbservice.bsnl.in doesnt work either. this has been a recurring problem. kindly look into the matter.

                                Please note that I am a user of BSNL Broadband since last 2 months under Rs.750/- unlimited home plan but cannot check my usage details through the website. Kindly help me regarding this.

                                I am a resgular user of Broadband. I am charged with extra usage charges for the month of August 2009. I have got four times more bill than my earlier bills. I am afraid, this is not my bill at all.

                                My broadband bill has come too high and i dis agree to this because for 1 week internet was disconnected and other days v havnt used much or downloaded. Im unable to log in with the user name and password to either http://bbservice.bsnl.in/ or http://www.dataone.in. Plz tel me how do i check usage detail? Please mail me at the earliest about this information.
                                I am also not being able to check my usage. Am using the URL - http://10.240.144.195/webLogin.jsp. When I click on the link to check my service records, I'm getting the error ' Sorry, operation timed out, please login again'. Same thing happens if I relogin, I could see my usage till last month, but this month the site is not working.

                                I tried logging a complaint with BSNL also 4 days back, but the customer care is just terrible. In the first two calls, the persons at the other end just ended the call after hearing my problem. Third time I was able to register a complaint, however it has no resolution till now.

                                  I am a BSNL Mobile customer in Kerala. I would like to keep my clock always synchronized with Indian Standard Time. But BSNL is not providing this service, while many other private service providers like AirTel, Aircel, Reliance etc are providing it. So please consider this comlaint and take necessary steps to solve this problem.

                                    I RECEIVED MY LANDLINE BILL FOR THE PERIOD 01.07.2009 TO 31.07.2009 FOR AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 2041.00. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE CALL DETAILS FOR THE MONTH. ALSO, I FIND THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN THE DISCOUNT FOR BEING FROM A PSU WHICH I HAD BEEN GETTING EARLIER. THERE IS SEVERE IRREGULARITY IN GRANTING DISCOUNTS IN BILLS.                                     Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 12years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]. i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. And now my BSNL phone is not working from last 15 days This problem raise in every months

                                    Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (3000)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 17000 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????

                                    They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.

                                    Can any one give answer?
                                    Or

                                    Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.

                                    Dont pay the bill infact it is not that amount which anyone can pay. I think BSNL had palyed their same trick with every broadband user and when you ask them about the reasons as why had they charged so much they say that their server had not uploaded data for long time and now they had uploaded it and charging for the same. but this is not meant to pay the bill for that period for which i had already paid. Thats their problem if they had not charged for extra bill at that time they cant ask for more money for that period.

                                    dont pay even a single penny to them they are the biggest frouds they might disconnect your service but friend it is good to suffer once rather than a life time. contact anyother service provider like Airtel or Reliance. all o[censored]s unite ourself and get to the consumer forum and should file a case against them.

                                      DEAR SIR,

                                      MY BSNL NIC CARD (WLL) FOR INTERNET IS NOT WORKING AT OUR OFFICE ( NEW SERVICE BUILDING) OF NTPC LTD, KANIHA, TALCHER, ANGUL) WHICH IS 2.5 km AWAY FROM YOUR BSNL TELEPHONE EXCHANGE. SOME EMPLOYEES HAVE TAKEN THIS FACILITY FROM YOUR EXCHANGE BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO USE THIS NIC CARD AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL ACTION AT THE EARLIEAST PLEASE. UNLESS WE ARE GIVING THE MONTHLY CHARGE OF RS.250/- + TAX AS APPLICABLE.

                                      NIC-BSNL — Tariff

                                      BSNL in their website annonuced that, if roaming facility is not required, the monthly usage charge will be reduced to Rs.250.00 per month. Here in Kerala the same is not implemented, why?. I've registered a complaint with BSNL (request no. is[protected], and with other higher officials in BSNL (all required info. is available in their website), but to no joy.
                                      What am I to do next. Please explain.
