I am landlord of Palli Exchange, Karkala (Mangalore Zone) Karnataka. My complaint is regarding due of rent for premise rented to BSNL and BSNL Mobile tower. BSNL haven't paid single penny since October 2020. Due rent is approximately 1.80 lakh. It is really mental harassment to us as no officers from BSNL would convey concrete response regarding payment. I am really tired to calling different contact numbers of different offices. During this hardtime of pandemic, they are making us suffer.     Bsnl fibre broadband in Sathyabhama nagar, annalagraharam, kumbakonam, thanjavur district is very slow and offen not working.BSNL sub contractor offen disconnecting and doing some repair without bsnl knowledge. If we complaintvto bsnl. Withing few minutes fault booking had been closed without clearing the fault physically.
    This is happening for more than 5months here.
    But billing for bsnl is charged for fully.To be frank we are consuming 200GB per month out of 3300GB quota only due to slow speed and not working. NO BSNL staffs willing to check this sub contractor work physically.
    Even this sub contractor are doing gangism and not allowing other broadband brand to lay cable . Necessary action needed .BSNL Kumbakonam Div Engineer should inspect this time .

      Till to-day I have not received my deposit amount Kindly look into the matter and arrange to release the deposit amount immediatelly.

        I am using BSNL prepaid number for several years, facing network problems for the past few days, getting mobile net 2g only so tried to send port message to 1900 but always Received the message that message failed to send. Recently I recharged both net oak and also talk time but I couldn't send message to change my service provider. My mobile number is [protected] from Chennai.

          For the past 9 months, I am requesting to change the billing address with appropriate proof but still BSNL is not updating the records and sending the bills to old address.

              Hi,
              I have looking for support from BSNL since last couple of days.
              I am an IT professional and I am working from home.
              My hometown is situated in the remote area of Maharashtra.
              I have got the subscription of BSNL optic fiber wifi service.
              Frankly, there are no other internet provider in our area except BSNL.

              Everyday I face network connectivity issues.
              It's impact my productivity in my working hours.
              I have raised thousands of complaints and took lots of follow up every day.
              I am paying Rs. 900 per month for the Data pack.
              Still we do not get required network, less speed and zero consistency.

              I am having trouble every day to connect to network.

              Please help to provide required support.

                      Hello Madam/Sir,

                      I'm Sanjeev Kumar Malla, a resident of Cuttack, Odisha 754005. I have BSNL fiber connection. But since last 15+ days my line has been broken and no one is taking my complaints .
                      When I tried submitting complaint online at BSNL selfcare portal, they are resolving the complaints with proper verification.
                      Then some how I managed to get the SDO (Mr. P.C. Biswal) and JTO(Mr. Dalai) 's mobile number to inform then regarding the same. But surprisingly they are saying "Look, we don’t have proper equipments to repair your line."
                      Yes it sounds strange but this was the reply I got. I am paying the bills regularly without missing any and I'm not getting proper service.

                      Please find the below details of my connection. I'm hoping for a quick and longterm resolution.

                          Hi,

                          I am trying to port my bsnl number 81******* since 3 weeks but it keep requesting the below msg

                          1st Message :
                          "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."

                          2nd Message :
                          "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 81****** could not be processed. Please retry after some time."

                          When I try to contact bsnl customer care twice about this, they inform the UPC server is down it will take some time.

                          Please support in this matter, I have to port my number as much as possible.

                              I am Trying to change the portability of BSNL to other service provider due to lack of BSNL service performance, network speed, voice call breaking issues. Due to the reason outlined above, i am trying to port my no. [protected] to 1900. But each tme i am getting a message " request for UPC for your mobile no [protected] could not be processed. Please try after some times." On trying several attempts they charged Rs 1.0 per messages. This is unfair and injustice.
