My message is not going to 1900 for port my prepaid BSNL No. ([protected]) where as I can send message to any other mobile number from BSNL. I have Valid plan and balance.
I need this code urgently as I wanted to PORT to JIO because in my areas BSNL network is very bad and I could not OTPs.

Sir October 2020 i am trying port to other operator due to bsnl network is very poor and showing 2g network.i am contact customer care and log the complainant but still naw waiting problem not solve.
Upc codw can not be generated as there substituting contractcual obligations.so please solve my issue as soon as possible

With due respect, I am to inform you that a fraud call from mobile no.
[protected] on 8.6.2021 came to my mobile no saying that he needs some updation for KYC for BSLN mobile I am using, otherwise he will block my sim from today, it was in a threatening mood from him. I think it is totally a fraud call, he wants to do this mischief to know my details account of Bank etc.
I shall lodge a complain in the Nearest Police station immediately, meanwhile you may look into this matter and locate that person if he is a fraud one and hand over to him to Police and immediately he should be behind the bar, as per law. His sim should be immediately blocked to save other citizens. he himself identify himself as BSNL staff of delhi. but after traking his mobile it shows he is from Kolkata or chennai...details tracking record reflected below for your reference please.

I am unable to send port message to 1900 from my bsnl number [protected]. But can send messages to others. Messages getting failed everytime.

Can't connect to customer care on any platform.

Please note that, I am unable to port my bsnl number. I am in Chennai circle. I have tried nearly 25-30 times by sending PORT(Space)Mobile number to 1900.

Initially, I get a message
"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed".

After 3-4 minutes, I get another message
"Request for UPC for your mobile number 94999XXXXX could not be processed. Please try after sometime"

I am fed up with the above messages - as I have been trying for pretty long time since one month. Please see and resolve this vexing issue.

Whom should I contact to get this issue addressed? 1503 Customer care was not helpful.

I tried to recharge my prepaid number using my debit card twice. Both the time the transaction got failed and I have yet not received any refund.

I am landlord of Palli Exchange, Karkala (Mangalore Zone) Karnataka. My complaint is regarding due of rent for premise rented to BSNL and BSNL Mobile tower. BSNL haven't paid single penny since October 2020. Due rent is approximately 1.80 lakh. It is really mental harassment to us as no officers from BSNL would convey concrete response regarding payment. I am really tired to calling different contact numbers of different offices. During this hardtime of pandemic, they are making us suffer. Bsnl fibre broadband in Sathyabhama nagar, annalagraharam, kumbakonam, thanjavur district is very slow and offen not working.BSNL sub contractor offen disconnecting and doing some repair without bsnl knowledge. If we complaintvto bsnl. Withing few minutes fault booking had been closed without clearing the fault physically.
This is happening for more than 5months here.
But billing for bsnl is charged for fully.To be frank we are consuming 200GB per month out of 3300GB quota only due to slow speed and not working. NO BSNL staffs willing to check this sub contractor work physically.
Even this sub contractor are doing gangism and not allowing other broadband brand to lay cable . Necessary action needed .BSNL Kumbakonam Div Engineer should inspect this time .

I am using BSNL prepaid number for several years, facing network problems for the past few days, getting mobile net 2g only so tried to send port message to 1900 but always Received the message that message failed to send. Recently I recharged both net oak and also talk time but I couldn't send message to change my service provider. My mobile number is [protected] from Chennai.

For the past 9 months, I am requesting to change the billing address with appropriate proof but still BSNL is not updating the records and sending the bills to old address.

I have looking for support from BSNL since last couple of days.
I am an IT professional and I am working from home.
My hometown is situated in the remote area of Maharashtra.
I have got the subscription of BSNL optic fiber wifi service.
Frankly, there are no other internet provider in our area except BSNL.

Everyday I face network connectivity issues.
It's impact my productivity in my working hours.
I have raised thousands of complaints and took lots of follow up every day.
I am paying Rs. 900 per month for the Data pack.
Still we do not get required network, less speed and zero consistency.

I am having trouble every day to connect to network.

Please help to provide required support.

I have paid my bsnl bill Rs923 to bsnl broadband cf m1 through Paytm but my bsnl internet is not working till and account (amount )has been deducted from my account so please take action on this issue...

Donno what's wrong this bsnl number. It's waste. Don't get network properly . Soon vl port of not fixed
