we have sent a complaint letter to bsnl chennai telephone office of devraj mudly exchange..
the concern person J, E.Mallika Arjun who has assured me to replace the telephone instrument the same day. By sending their line men, but not yet been changed the faulty instrument. So i request you to forward the complaint to the concern head of the telephone department as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    I have depiosited Rs.500/- for new BSNL land line connection (Registration No.KSU/GG/NOR/09-10/0071 dtd.25.4.09; Customer No.[protected] for my residence at KASBA, Kolkata-42 on 25.4.09 bearing registration no. KSU/GG/NOR/09-10/0071 at Bullygung BSNL office but came to know from BSNL Kasba office that NO CABLE IS AVAILABLE AND THEY CAN NOT SAY WHEN CONNECTION WILL BE GIVEN as directed by Ballygung BSNL office for enquiry for new connection at my residence. Since I am regular customer of BSNL Landline Broad Band user, I am missing a lot for not connecting me. Kindly help me to expedite the connection.

    Sir,
    On 31st Aug'09 your men gave the INTERNET conection to my residence at E.C.T.P, Phase-3, Flat No-B8/11, Kolkata[protected]Land Line No.[protected].I have not yet received the user's name as well as PASSWORD of my PC for which i am suffering a lot.
    I would request you to do the necessary arrangements so that i can get the opportunity to handel the Broad Band benefit.

      BSNL Landline Complaints - phone is dead


      Dear Sir,

      My phone connection number is [protected] . 70 % of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 8 ro 10 complaints then the hone os fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle .

      Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service

        Hats off to BSNL Chennai Telephones especially to the Maduravoyal Telecom Circle. I had lodged a complaint vide phone on 01.05.2009 and also in person to the Maduravoyal Telecom Circle for the non-functioning of Telephone line and no action has been taken yet.

        Due to this the Broadband lines have also been affected and I could not use that services also. Also the people around Karthikeyan Nagar under Maduravoyal Telecom Circle are severly affected by the failure of Telephone lines.

        I urge the Telecom authorities to look into the matter and do the needful on a war footing

        BSNL Landline with Broadband connection — phone is dead for the last 15 days

        My land line telephone no[protected] is dead for the last 15 days. I have lodged the complaint over telephone automatic tele system. I met the JNuior Engineer of Telephone three times i person, who promised me to take action immediately. Till date no action was taken. Kindly do something to make alive my telephone with broadband connection

        I also have a complaint. My broad band was transferred from T.Nagar to Madipakkam, phone no.22475773. though the telephone installed, the broad band is not working. We have paid all the dues. Still the broad band is not working and it is displayed as due unpaid.

Connection is disturbed & noisy.We are suspecting problem with the line or may be with modem also.Yesterday a attendent from your internet side visited, but replied that first you get your line disturbance free, then only we will check modem. We requested to aea linemen Shri Tiwary also for clearing he line fault and now waiting for his visit.

          Myself Arvind Rawat, I have submitted payment for my new connection having phone no-2470210 onlast year dated[protected].I am still having no phone in my home but two lineman came to my home one asked that we can't give us phone as we are new customer and another one asked for bribe this all is happening in Faridabad, Haryana and nobody in BSNL office nearby is giving us phone facility and not hearing our problem, please sir soon take action over it otherwise I think all our Indian phone line having all corrupt officer so please here my request to provide BSNL phone in my home.

            why on earth do we have best broadband with narrownband people like bsnl. Why dont we set a bsnl or mtnl like TATA or some company. I am proud of my country but these sick really sick and stinking companies like bsnl and mtnl make me more sick they are the more than Heart dieases or cancer. The world may find a solution to Cancer but to Improve BSNL we have no solution

              I AM FROM GUWAHATI ASSAM. MY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS[protected].IT IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE 31.03.2009.SEVERAL COMPLAINTS GIVEN.SEVERAL OFFICES VISITED. OFFICER LIKE AREA MANAGER(URBAN), G.M (TELEPHONES), SDO ETC. COMPLAIN LODGED IN 1500.IN 1094 TO ADGP.
              MY PHONE IS FOR INTERNET USE ONLY. I DID NOT SEE ANY WORST OFFICIALS LIKE BSNL IN MY LIFE. THEY DO NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE COMPLAINS AND INCONVENIENCE. IN THIS AGE A DEPARTMENT IS UNABLE TO CORRECT A TELEPHONE SINCE ONE MONTH. THE WHOLE OFFICIALS SHOULD BE SACKED.

              NON WORKING CULTURE HAS SPOILED ALL INCLUDING THE LINEMANS. OFFICER TELLS LIE OF RECEIVING COMPLAIN LATE WHEREAS I HAVE THE WRITTEN PROOF.

              I DONOT KNOW ANYBODY WILL LISTEN TO MY COMPLAIN OR NOT . THE OFFICIALS BEHAVIOUR COMPELLS ME TO SURRENDER MY PHONE.
              BILL IS COMING IN EVERY MONTH.

                I am getting ERROR 691 msg while login. At the time of lodging complain to broadband my profile shows " THE LINE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT" .However presently I have no dues with BSNL. I have repetedly informed this matter to AOTR ranikuthi exchange. They told me that all the needful they have already done, but 1 week elapsed the line has not been activated. I am calling AOTR Ranikuthi exc on a regular basis. However after making 30 calls they pick up the phone and telling me the same story.

                  I live at Berhampur, Orissa and I am having a Rs. 250 plan of BSNL Broadband. On[protected] when I logged on and tried to browse a web page appeared and said that as I have crossed my 1GB free download, I must sign in with my username and password to continue. The username was in the format of "[protected]@bsnl.in" and password my modem password.

                  When I input my username and password, it shows a "reference error code: 1000" and says that I have entered the wrong username and password. Since 3 days I have been trying in vain. When I approached my BSNL office they said there is no such "reference error code: 1000" in their system. Now I am unable to access internet at my home and these over at BSNL dont even know what has happened. They are not able to even tell what to do, nor they are coming home to check it. I am so frustrated that I feel betrayed by BSNL.

                  I also have the same problem. The Portal_ID and password were changed successfully, but while changing the User password, error code 1000 is displayed. However, I am able to log in with last password.

                    Respected Sir/ Madam,

                    I am using BSNL number [protected] from last 2.5 year in mumbai using Dolphin network successfully.
                    The sim is issued in the name of my brother Umesh Raut by BSNL.
                    But from the last 15 days I am getting "No network access" message while i select Dolphin network.
                    I have registerd my complaint twoice to BSNL customer care and called them altmost 5 to 7 times.
                    Each time they told me that they will solve the problem within 24 hour but the problem still persists.

                    the complaint numbers are 3006115 and 3027578.

                    Please do the needful urgently.
                    I am so furstait by the customer care support.

                      Hi Sir/madam,
                      BSNL recently launched the BSNL Portal through which the recharge and top-up of prepaid mobiles is possible. Its a really useful venture for the likes of me who havent got the time to recharge the mobiles from a recharge outlet and prefer to stick to a prepaid connection just because i have been using it for the past 8 years or so. But to my dismay the service when used to recharge/top up your mobile requires you to wait 24 hrs or more to get recharged. and adding on to my dissappointment the customer care executives who frankly manage to do away with the customers have no hesitation in the fact that it would take 24 hrs or even more to recharge the mobile.
                      I also registered a complaint against the same throught the portal where in the comlaint ID[protected] has been pending since long. I have been thinking of long to migrate my mobile service provider to the better private companies and one of these days i would really do it and also suggest others to follow. this was as my ultimate resort of getting this thing done.

                      My number is [protected]. I am using BSNL internet through this number but 3G signal is very very loaw for some days at my home (H. No-159/75/1-C, Bhusauli Tola, Allahabad, U.P.(E)). Kindly solve my problem out otherwise i will have to use other operator service.

                        AFTER CONVERTING THE SAME ON MONTHLY SYSTEM, IT IS REGRET TO NOTE THAT THE SAME AMOUNT IS COMING IN EACH AND EVERY MONTH.

                        IN MAR'09, THE UNDERSIGNED PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS. 945/- ALTHOUGH THERE WAS LIMITED USE OF THE SAID TELEPHONE.

                        KINDLY RECTIFY THE SAME OTHERWISE WE ARE READY TO SURRENDER THE ABOVE PHONE FROM NEXT MONTH.

                          sir my phone([protected]) is not working from 25 days, pls try to make it at the earlist time because am working in UAE. Am having comunication problem with my family .pls have your pearsonal regards for my problem .
                          resp sir, my land line no. [protected] is not working since 2 months, several time personally meet to the concern officer & do complaint, but they are not taking any initiation, sorry to say byt service is very poor, the service line of totally damage and no any yet not taken by the officer, if there is no possibility or u r unable to repair the same plz disconnect my phone, similarly i also post the same complaint to higher authorities as well as ministry for such type of poor service. waiting for ur prompt action, thanks.

                            My landline no. is[protected] and from last 1 n half months my phone is not working, in last 1 month only 2 days my landline no. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. My complaint no. is 53642. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

                            I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My mobile no is [protected] of Dhanbad district in Jharkhand. I am a life time subscriber. My validity period was over on April 24, 2009 and I have recharged my mobile on 27/04/09 by rs 225/- recharge voucher. But the secret code was registered in your system and I did not get the balance till date. The out going facility has been stopped from 25th April. I have called the customer care service in Jharkhand several times but no one could solve the problem. My complain no is 3493170. I am facing several problems. In this regard you are requested to take immediate action to solve my problem.

                              I have a prepaid SIM card bearing number [protected]. Due to my higher education i was out of station last 1 year. Now i continue this old number from your service. But there is a error message ( number not in use) when i dial my old number giving full tower signal without any break and no valid recharge done till now. So, plz. reactive my old number that i can continue it again.

                                  On 24.09.2008 I applied at Dum Dum Telephone exchange to transfer my telephone No. (previously was[protected] from Madhyamgram (24 pgs(N)) to Salt lake telephone exchange (presently[protected]. Till 31st January 2009 I had not received any bill. On February 15, 2009 on telephonic enquiry I had come to know that if I not pay Rs.3497/-, the telephone line alongwith broadband connection will be disconnected. On 18.02.2009, I paid the said amount over the counter at Salt lake. On 28.02.2009, the same amount was deducted from my a/c through ECS. On 17.04.2009, when I personally visited at Salt Lake commercial office, one lady (need to mention that she refused to give her identity with a remarks that SLB (TR) is sufficient to identify herself) said that the amount is not possible to refund but the amount will be adjusted with forthcoming bills. I am extremely sorry to say on 30.04.2009, again Rs.524/- has been deducted from my account inspite of several personal request to that lady to look into the matter seriously. Still I dont know, what is the remedy of such situation when a designated person is not maintaining her minimum responsibility. Still I dont know whether Calcutta Telephones will refund my money or not.

                                  I fully agree with the complainant. I myself is victim of illegal and unauthorized deduction of telephone bill
                                  of JULY 2009 [Amount Rs492/-] through ECS on 31/7/09 of my Phone No. 2553 5264, although I paid the said bill amount in cash on 21/7/09 at Panihati Tele Exchng. The BSNL abruptly and without notice to me suspended ECS for my phone from March 2009, and started sending bills with LATE FEE of RS10/ and reversing the credit of ECS allowed in the previous month. AO/TR, BKP by a Fax sent to Hare St., ECS Office restored the ECS on 23/7/09. But the ECS/Hare St failed to take notice that my phone bill for July, 09 had already been paid in cash on 21/7/09. I consider this handling of bill as incompetency of the authority to meet such eventuality, may be programing .
                                  As regards the behavior of the staff of BSNL encountered by the complainant I can only say that it speaks of the bad work culture of the counter-staff of the BSNL. They never greet you.
